Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Wonderful staff. Cannot praise them enough for their kindness, attention to detail, for going the extra mile with a smile always. They made our stay very special. Great breakfast buffet. Every morning they made pancakes for our children. Fresh juice. Excellent croissants. Many many choices between savoury and sweet. Excellent dinner, with beautifully presented plates. Perfect service. Not too slow / not too quick either. Relaxing area after a morning of activities. Beautiful garden and outdoor pool. Wide variety of outdoor and indoor spa facilities (perfect mix of kids friendly and adult only). Amazing kids club which our children enjoyed very much. A big thank you to the two girls who entertained them (and with a huge smile always) so that we, the adults, could relax. Perfect location close to many bike paths and hiking trails. Within 1 hour or so drive in every direction from all major Dolomites attractions (tre cime, lago di Braies, etc) - just the perfect and central location.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026La colazione era ottima ben fornita e personale molto professionale e gentile.
