The property is beautiful, rooms are nicely sized and the gardens are well maintained. The spa was massive which was good as it meant it was very easy to find your own space.

This property gets a lot of negative comments regarding the staff but the management don’t seem to care. Will provide some examples as these really dampened our trip: - Our bedroom light malfunctioned one day (easy fix). It took 3 calls to reception over 9 hours for them to fix this. When I mentioned we shouldn’t have had to follow up the receptionist said “well I wasn’t on shift when you first called” - We had the half board option and every dinner was honestly a disaster, each night was worse than the next (good food though). It was impossible to get any service, sometimes you would see a waiter explaining a menu properly to one table then followed by throwing the menus at other guests and barely interacting with them. When the incorrect drinks were brought to us the waiter blamed us: “you said you wanted this”, and then we were charged for the incorrect drinks anyway even though we didn’t take them. Sometimes there was no one to greet at the front of the restaurant so we were left standing there. One rogue staff member asked “don’t you know which table you have” and then was a bit embarrassed when we said we had been seated at a different table every night (clearly this was not supposed to happen!!) - When checking out, we asked whether the hotel gets negative comments about the staff experience. They said “yes we get a lot of complaints in summer because it is busy” (by the way, meal times were not busy and less than half the tables were occupied). So obviously they know and don’t care, and also make excuses which they should not do - Also when checking out they said we didn’t pay which I had done so before we even arrived. They kept pushing back until I got the proof up on my phone, they then demanded to take my phone away to check further.

De dame heeft bij het uitchecken niet eens gevraagd of de vakantie bevallen is, zijn er toch een week geweest, , erg vreemd ! Bedden erg hard De samenwerking tussen het personeel in het restaurant en de koks verloopt niet goed

Non mi sono sentita in un albergo 5 stelle. Nonè presente un sevizio bar nelle aree comuni, nella S.p.a. nella piscina etc, personale molto confuso e non organizzato.

Zeer goed ontbijt en diner. Mooie accommodaties. Goede ligging nabij cronplatz.

Hotel was vol, periode augustus. Te weinig personeel in eetzaal, tafels bleven niet opgeruimd, leek wel een slagveld.

The kitchen food are extraordinarily

We had an amazing stay! Everything about this hotel was excellent ,the rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the facilities were fantastic. But the highlight was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They really made our stay special.

The hotel has many excellent qualities. The quality and variety of the food are outstanding, with a great selection at the restaurants and an excellent wine list. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We also really enjoyed the live music in the evenings, which creates a wonderful atmosphere. The location is very convenient as well.

Unfortunately, the hotel staff seem unable to cope with the number of guests, particularly at the bar, restaurant, and reception. There are often queues and long waiting times, which is quite surprising and disappointing for a five-star hotel. The most frustrating experience was at check-out, which took us 45 minutes simply because of the queue at reception. At this level of hotel, guests should be able to expect much more efficient service and adequate staffing, especially during peak hours. Overall, the hotel has many good qualities, but the service organization definitely needs improvement to meet five-star standards.

Akivaizdžiai per mažai aptarnaujančio personalo. Vakarienės ar pusryčių metu reikia laukti pusę ir daugiau valandos kol prieina paklausti ką užsisakysime. Personalas matydamas, kad atėjo žmonės, akivaizdžiai ignoruoja ir praiena pro šalį. Nuolatos užmirštama, kad reikia atnešti užsakymą. Toks vaizdas, kad vienas dirbantis, tik restorano vadovas ir jam vienam įdomi klientų patirtis. Alacarte maistą reikėtų gerokai patobulinti. Jei išvaizda graži tai skonis priešingai, dažnai labai prastas.

Malheureusement le service le soir était catastrophique. Temps d'attente beaucoup trop long et constamment nécessaire de relancer les serveurs seule chose qui était dommage par rapport au standing de l'hôtel

Viel zu wenig Personal für die vielen Gäste in der Sommer-Hauptsaison; das wenige Personal gibt sich aber größte Mühe !!! Personal überwiegend international - Ansprache nur in Englisch. Fühlte sich alles nach internationalem Business-Hotel an und nicht nach Südtiroler Flair und Heimatverbundenheit wie in anderen 5-Sterne-Häusern in Südtirol, die keine Kette sind, sondern noch familiengeführt. Unfassbar schlechte Deckendämmung - jeden Abend Gerenne oben drüber und Krach aus der Lobby. Jeden Morgen Tisch beim Frühstück suchen, da die meisten benutzten Tische nicht abgeräumt waren - unter den meisten Sitzbänken Essensreste....auch das entspricht übervollen Business-5*-Hotels irgendwo auf der Welt. Die habe ich das ganze Jahr - im Urlaub in Südtirol erwartet man anderes; und hatte ich auch schon mehrfach !!! Preis - Leistung hier nicht im adäquaten Verhältnis

Terrible restaurant service for breakfast and dinner, at breakfast there was a 20 min wait for a table at dinner the order was mixed up on multiple occasions. Hotel facilities not clearly explained which I would expect for this level of hotel, left you to figure things out for yourself which meant day 1 was not optimal.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Besonders gefallen haben uns die geräumigen Zimmer und die Pools. Wir haben uns außerdem mit unserem Hund herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter sind durchweg super freundlich und bemüht, richtig tolles Personal. Das Essen ist uns auch sehr positiv in Erinnerung geblieben.

Alles meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Die Käseauswahl war etwas klein.

Hotel Service Manager Ramon makes the difference, he takes time to ensure hotel guest feel happy and looked after despite minor service mishaps. Truly applaudable !

Varying service quality levels of staff at restaurant, inconsistent meal qualities, meal buffet variety pretty limited

Prachtig hotel. Grote en schone kamers, met een groot terras. Heerlijk diner aan tafel bediend met voldoende keuze, voorafgaand met een giga saladebar en buffet, en ook een zeer fijne bediening. Het ontbijt is voor mij waar ze in uitblinken, heb zelden zo een uitgebreid en hoogkwalitatief ontbijt gezien. Waar je naast het mega buffet ook nog eens à la carte gerechtjes kan bijbestellen. Zeer lekker, mooi vezorgd en van top kwaliteit. Het wellness gedeelte en zwembaden zijn mooi verzorgd. Ik zou sowieso terugkomen.

Niet zonm een aangename check-in, het personeel vertoonde weinig interesse en gaf 0 uitleg over de faciliteiten, zelfs niet over het uur van het diner of ontbijt. De check-out verliep dan wel weer goed, door een andere collega. Geen QR-codes om drank te bestellen aan het zwembad in de zomerperiode is voor mij een absolute "NO GO" in een 5-sterrenhotel. Om dan zelf naar binnen te moeten gaan, je drankjes te bestellen, en dan ook nog eens zelf te moeten meenemen terug naar het zwembad. De lunch/snack kaart mag ook iets uitgebreider voor de "kleine" hoger/aperitief. Ook een beetje jammer dat de wellness enkel naakt was, maar dat is eerder een persoonlijke voorkeur. Het ontbijt was TOP, maar ook hier werd er weinig tot geen aandacht geschonken aan onze tafel, terwijl andere tafels wel bediend werden... personeelstekort? Als jullie hier iets aan doen dan is dit hotel een dikke 10 waardig. .

We loved everything, the facilities and the rooms are very high standard, a dream dinner and an excellent breakfast. We will definitely come again.

La cosa più gradita é stata la cortesia e il calore umano del personale, che fa di tutto per farti sentire meglio che a casa, riuscendoci perfettamente. La struttura é moderna, accogliente, confortevole e pulita. I servizi sono molteplici, anche se ho avuto modo di sfruttarne pochi in quanto ero sempre in giro. L'attenzione per gli animali domestici é squisitissima: ci sono delle restrizioni per chi porta con se' il proprio cane, ma lo staff fa di tutto per non farle pesare, comprendendo con grande empatia il rapporto affettuoso che esiste fra gli ospiti umani e i propri compagni di viaggio a quattro zampe. Il cibo di ottima qualità. La prima colazione un'esperienza gustosissima.

This was the best stay of our entire honeymoon. The hotel was beautifully designed and curated. The pool was maintained at the perfect temperature, and it felt super luxurious. We had massages that were fabulous and they had very nice spa facilities. They even had a rock climbing wall which we took advantage of! They had really cool e-bikes which we used to explore the town and nearby areas. Christian, the experience manager, was very nice and very helpful setting everything up. He even had me download an app that is very popular for hiked/trails. The restaurant was top notch, the food unbelievable. It felt like the entire hotel staff knew who we were and that we were there on our honeymoon as they all congratulate us.

We really enjoyed this luxurious stay in the Dolomites. Our room was spacious, very clean, modern and well decorated. It has a large balcony and offered view overlooking the mountains, just beautiful! The hotel has a very large underground parking which is great if you come by car. As we booked half-board, dinner was also included, excluding the drinks. You could choose from about 10-15 à la carte options for starters, mains and desserts, which changed per day. You were served fresh bread and delicious butter. Appetizers, salad and cheeses as served as a buffet so you could just go and choose what you felt like having. There were all very tasty. Breakfast was incredible! They offer an enormous selection of fresh bread, charcuterie, cheeses, hot dishes, fruits, cereals and a lot more. You could order a freshly made egg dish or pancakes as well. Waiting staff was very attentive. We especially enjoyed chatting to the sommelier, whose name I cannot recall unfortunately. She gave us some great local wine recommendations and really went out of her way to keep our glasses filled at any time. :) Upon checkout, we received a jar of some local spread and two water bottles, which is a small detail but it shows the level of hospitality this hotel stands for. We will definitely keep Falkensteiner Hotels in mind for our next trip, as we enjoyed each minute there.

As we feel uncomfortable using the sauna facilities without our swimwear and being nude is obligatory for both saunas in this hotel, this felt very limiting. Luckily, we could use of both pools, with the rooftop pool being our favorite!

Facility, staff, hospitality on a very high level. We really enjoyed our time! Breakfast is great! Heating swimming pool was nice!

The only suggestion I would make is to consider adding a few additional signs around the rooftop swimming pool and surrounding area to make it clear that this is not a nudist area. Some guests who visited the sauna on the same floor, where nudity is permitted, genuinely assumed that the pool area was also clothing-optional, when in fact it is not. For visitors from countries outside Austria and Germany, this seemed particularly confusing and unexpected.

È la terza volta che andiamo in questa struttura, la amiamo molto. Elegante, completa di ogni necessità, con servizio e standard elevati.

A differenza degli scorsi anni abbiamo notato che non ci sono più delle attenzioni (come il welcome cocktail) o servizi (come la merenda) che non ci sono più, e questo ci è dispiaciuto.

Umístění hotelu je naprosto ideální pro aktivní sportovce. Služby v hotelu na vysoké úrovni a kvalita servírovaného jídla je velice vysoká. Personál je příjemný a velice ochotný.

Při našem již druhém pobytu nemám co bych mohl kritizovat.

Skvělá snídaně, bohaté večeře, příjemné saunové rituály, nezapomenutelné zážitky z bazénů, moderně a prakticky vybavené pokoje, rychlá přeprava skibusem - pouze 1 minuta.

Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Aufguss mit Johanna war ein Highlight!

Der Wellnessbereich war unpraktisch auf drei Stockwerke verteilt. Tee gab es nur an der Spa-Rezeption, sonst lediglich Wasser. Die lauten Luftmatratzenliegen im Ruheraum störten die Erholung. Am Buffet fehlten oft Teller, der Service war unaufmerksam und langsam. Ein nächtlicher Feueralarm blieb ohne jegliche Aufklärung.
