Hotel mit wunderschönem Ausblick, Zimmer sind ok.

Einer der ältersren Hotels in Anacapri. Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und muss dringend saniert/mordenesiert werden. Es gibt keine Sitzmöglichkeiten wie auf dem Präsentationsbild gezeigt.

Expérience assez décevante malgré le très bon emplacement de l’hôtel. À notre arrivée, on nous a d’abord donné une chambre avec un lit une place alors que nous étions deux et avions réservé une chambre double avec vue mer. Sans vraiment d’explication ni d’excuses, on nous a finalement installés dans une très belle suite, ce qui a heureusement sauvé notre séjour. En revanche, l’accueil était assez froid et l’hôtel mériterait vraiment d’être rénové : décoration très vieillissante et odeur d’humidité/vieux assez présente. L’accès à notre chambre en passant par la salle du petit-déjeuner était également assez étrange. Le petit-déjeuner a été une grosse déception, tant au niveau des boissons que de la qualité générale. La suite était superbe et l’emplacement très pratique, mais malheureusement, pour le reste, nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel.

L’hôtel offre une très belle vue. Chambre spacieuse et calme.

Il n’était pas possible de mettre une pancarte « ne pas déranger » pour le personnel de chambre. Résultat, le personnel qui rentre à 8h30 puis de nouveau 1h suivante alors que le Check out était à 11h…pas optimal niveau intimité.

Great location in Anacapri. Fantastic views. Great pool, large enough for swimming laps. Convenient shuttle to and from the port. Better value than other places we stayed in Napoli and Amalfi coast.

La chambre attribué ne correspond pas à celle réservé… la piscine est accessible au personnes qui ne sont pas à l’hôtel… établissement très vieillissant, ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles !!!

The location is excellent, and the view is especially beautiful at night. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a lovely hotel with a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it!

Hermoso hotel en Anacapri. La ubicación es excelente, las vistas son increíbles y todo el lugar tiene muchísimo encanto. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Tuve una estadía súper agradable y sin dudas volvería. Muy recomendable!

De ligging op 1 minuurje wandelen van Anacapri was schitterend. Vandaaruit kon je heel makkelijk met de bus de rest van het eiland verkennen. Ook het uitzicht op Marina Grande was fantastisch

Ik vond het hotel absoluut geen 4 sterren waard. Het begon al bij het ophalen: via mail was gecomminiceerd dat het busje van het hotel me op 10.30 in de haven zou oppikken. Echter geen bus te zien. Uiteindelijk arriveerde ze op 11.30. Oke, men excuseerde zich wel en er werd me een gratis lunch aangeboden. Maar op het moment zelf sta je daar wel eren uur te vakken in de blakende zon De inrichting was enorm ouderwets, maar daar kon ik nog een zekere charme in zien. Het hotel is verder dringend aan renovatie toe: overal komt pleisterwerk van de muren, de deuren onderaan en de kozijnen zijn rot... . De douche in de badkamer kon moeilijk open en was zeker niet voorzien op een wat gezette medemens. Die geraakte er onmogelijk in. Maar wat me het meeste trof was de onvriendelijkheid van het personeel, zeker achter de receptie. De enige keer dat ik een goedemorgen kreeg was de ochtend van mijn vertrek. Alleen JuanCarlo diz le bediende tijdens mijn lunch verdient op dat vlak een pluim: hij was wel vriendelijk en nam zelfs even de tijd om een praatje te maken. Koetom: in mijn ogen veel werk om van deze plek met veel potentieel een prachtig viersterren hotel te maken

If you contact the property you have included in price shuttle from and to the Marina Grande which is awesome compared to the local overcrowded buses, you have acces to pool, you have breakfast, at this price it is unbeatable and my 2 cents Anacapri is far more beautiful than Capri, Capri is like an open air mall with big name brands, besides that, it’s meh, Annacapri on the other hand, in the evening you see locals, local shops and businesses, the real island atmosphere is here.

We were supposed to be 2 guests, but another person joined us shortly before the trip. We tried contacting the hotel several times to update the reservation, but received no response. Only when we arrived in Sorrento did the hotel we were staying at contact this hotel on our behalf, and they finally decided to respond. The room was dirty. The shower drain was completely clogged when we arrived, the entire sink area was covered in rust, and the mosquito screen on the window was torn. The pool smelled terrible. They also charged €8 per day for a sun lounger, which I found unreasonable. The hotel is very far from Capri itself, and the buses are extremely crowded, making it very difficult to get around. The shuttles to the port are only available upon arrival and departure, and they stop running at 5 PM. So when we were leaving, we could no longer use the shuttle service. The breakfast was quite poor, and the toaster didn’t work. When we told one of the staff members that it wasn’t working, he simply insisted that it was and did nothing to help. The showers by the pool are outdoor, smell terrible, and are extremely uncomfortable. The staff were also not friendly at all. Also the wifi was terrible Overall, this was an absolutely terrible hotel experience. I definitely do not recommend staying here.

The view was incredible. The hotel facilities were very good, pool was lovely. Staff very friendly. Free shuttle service from ferry terminal to hotel. Breakfast was very good. Room had good air conditioning and comfortable bed. Dinner at the restaurant was really good.

The staff and direction was all very sweet and helpful! My room was fantastic with great AC, overlooking the interior park. It was absolutely spotless!

Breakfast selection was good, though some of the products seemed to be not that good quality. No "proper" coffee (at the table), but instead a large tank, that contained a not so good coffee. Bacon is NOT crispy - like it is for some reason is in almost all of campania.

Ho particolarmente apprezzato l'atmosfera accogliente e rilassante, resa speciale dalla gentilezza di tutto lo staff e in particolare di Attilia, sempre disponibilissima. La struttura è pulitissima, lussuosa e dotata di un grande giardino panoramico. Ho adorato le camere, moderne e con terrazze meravigliose, provviste di materassi e tre cuscini comodissimi. Fantastica l'enorme sala colazioni panoramica, con un'offerta eccellente tra dolce (pancake e crêpes buonissimi) e salato. Un vero plus la piscina pulita e gratuita.

È il nostro punto di riferimento di Capri. Posizione strategica, veduta dell'intero Golfo di Napoli e di Sorrento. Il ristorante situato a bordo piscina è la ciliegina sulla torta oltre alla gentilezza dello staff ed in particolare Salvatore (autista della navetta). Non vediamo l'ora che arrivi il 2027 per soggiornarvi nuovamente. Well Done!

La sostituzione delle porte d'ingresso delle stanze al 1°piano (lato piscina) non sono insonorizzate.

Все что могло понравиться было перечеркнуто отношением сотрудников.

При бронировании неоднократно уточнялся вопрос касательно трансфера. Нам пообещали трансфер для 8 человек из нашей группы в 14 человек. Далее при уточнении деталей трансфера( время, номер авто) нас игнорировали на сайте Букинга, на Ватсапе. Ни одной обратной связи и соответственно туристов никто не встретил и никто обратно не организовал трансфер! Считаю, что это неприемлемо, раз трансфер был пообещан и также он был обозначен при бронировании номеров. Очень разочаровало отношение сотрудников. Никто не стали бы рекомендовать.

A lovely and well-maintained hotel. Everything was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the surrounding area was beautiful. The pool is large and spacious, making it a great place to relax and enjoy your stay. Overall, a wonderful experience and definitely a place I would be happy to return to.

La vista è fantastica; la posizione abbastanza centrale per visitare Anacapri La colazione non mi è piaciuta. Non era ricca e, onestamente, visto il prezzo del pernottamento le aspettative erano alte ma non sono state affatto soddisfatte. La camera e la pulizia della camera soddisfacente Molto comoda la navetta da e per il porto anche se gli orari sono abbastanza limitati

The views from this hotel are fantastic; you’d struggle to find better. There are various terraces to look out from and the views from the windows in the breakfast room are exceptional. Sadly, very few rooms have this outlook. They are not at all like the advertisements. The food was good. Breakfast was varied but rarely replenished and the systems were unclear - for example when you should serve something yourself and when you were to wait for a server. It would be an easy fix for staff to welcome guests and offer them, for example, hot and cold drinks. Dinner was small portions and the menu was not available in English. This could be fixed easily. The pool was busy but there was lots of space around it. The biggest irritant with this hotel was the extra charge for sun loungers - €9 per lounger per day. For a hotel advertising a swimming pool this is absurd. We were a family of seven staying for only three nights and this added an unexpected charge of over €200! I questioned this with the reception and they said I was the first person to have complained about it this year. The rooms were nice but varied dramatically in style and size. I had shampoo supplied (though the bottle was empty upon arrival) but no shower gel. Each of our rooms had a balcony but they were not big enough to sit on. Another big issue with the hotel - again, easily rectified - was the noise made by the cleaning staff in the morning. From 07:00 there was loud chatting, laughing and shouting back and forth. This was a rude awakening each morning. At first I thought it was just an unfortunate one-off. When it happened each morning, I began to suspect this was a tactic from the staff to wake guests so that they could get in and clean the rooms. Not good.

The view is amazing(!) BUT that is where the positive ends with this hotel. You are not allowed to eat out on the terrace and the staff of the restaurant is rude if only you ask why even though it is all empty on the terrace. The hotel WiFi does not work and the reception is already poor up at the hotel site so you can’t use your phone for anything but calling basically. The bed is so hard that you sleep poorly. You pay premium to stay here but they still charge you 8 euros to use a sun bed by the pool area. The breakfast only has a few options and neither is great, some are OK. On the terrace, there is a man using a leaf blower to remove potential leafs from the terrace almost all the time, even during breakfast time so you can’t have a conversation. In Sweden, this hotel and the service would merely get 3 stars and that would be for the view alone.

My room was fantastic Separate bedroom for my daughter and the view was amazing however my day was in room 301 and there was a very severe damp smell and his bathroom was tiny

La struttura è meravigliosa per la vista che offre. La colazione non è presentata benissimo ma è davvero buona. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile in particolare il ragazzo che si occupava del servizio navetta.

La cosa che è mi ha deluso è stata la camera davvero troppo vecchia. Sinceramente per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo qualcosa in più. Anche la piscina potrebbe migliorare..l’acqua non era pulitissima. Penso che questa struttura ha un potenziale enorme ma poco sfruttato.

Hotel is on the spectacular location and breakfast is nice.

The building and location were stunning! My room was small (single) and perfect for me on my own. It was bright , fresh and clean. I had dinner in the evening in the restaurant and the view was stunning. The restaurant staff were very pleasant and friendly and the food was fabulous. I try to avoid bread but fresh baked warm bread was irresistible!

The location was really good. It was very close to the centre Ana Capri. We appreciated the free transfer from/to the port cause Anacapri is a 15min ride away from Capri and the main port. Nice pool area and breakfast. The room was nice and spacious. We had a very large balcony which was nice to sit out on.

Location, location, location. We were about 8 minutes from the bus stops in Anacapri. Easy walk into town for shopping. It was above the harbor where we arrived and away from all the noise and bustle of traffic and people. Perfect ending to 30 days traveling in France, Spain and Italy.

Location and views.

The best view of the continent. We could see the Vesuvius and the Sorrento peninsula. Amazing!!!! The restaurant for dinner offers a great view but the food is just ok. Front desk staff very friendly! Small walking distance from Ana Capri center city

At the swimming pool we need to pay 8 euros for a sunbed. Restaurant staff no so friendly.

Fra og komme fra Norsk standard var det ekstremt dårlig frokost. Kaffen smakte gårsdagens oppvarmet.

Den fineste terrassen var stengt ned. Hele hotellet gikk på halv fart virket det som. Ved bassengområdet satt peronalet og spiste og vapet.

Amazing view from the room, a real highlight of our stay. The shuttle service was a great feature and very convenient. The hotel itself had a unique charm and a lovely atmosphere.

The bread products were very dry during our first breakfast. The cleaning staff were quite loud in the hallway early in the morning, which was disturbing. They even entered the room while I was still resting in bed. Used bathroom items, such as the vanity box, were not replaced.

Che dire la posizione è qualcosa di unico, una vista mozzafiato, la struttura non è delle piu moderne ma il personale è stato super gentile. Il prezzo visti i servizi è tra i migliori di anacapri probabilmente e quindi compensa assolutamente su alcuni tratti un po vintage dell’hotel. Lo consiglio a chi non vuole spendere troppo, essere in centro in un hotel storico e avere un panorama che fa invia al mondo. Grazie allo staff anche per il regalo in camera! Super consigliato

Lage ist gut, es gibt einen großen Pool und einen tollen Ausblick von der Terrasse.

Es werden zusätzlich 8€ für einen Liegestuhl am Pool verlangt, obwohl man Hotelgast ist! Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen - Farbe blättert ab, Kacheln sind gesprungen, Unkraut wächst. Man müsste mal was investieren. Das Frühstück war so lala.

One of the standout touches was the complimentary luxury shuttle service from the Capri port to the hotel, which made arriving on the island completely effortless. The staff were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location is perfect. Situated in the heart of Anacapri, the hotel is just a short walk from the Monte Solaro Chairlift, making it incredibly convenient to experience some of the island’s most spectacular views. It’s also well positioned for exploring Anacapri’s charming streets, cafés, and boutiques, while Capri Town is easily accessible by bus or taxi. We especially appreciated how convenient it was for our evening at Zuma Capri. The hotel itself is beautiful, with immaculate rooms, stunning gardens, and breathtaking panoramic views overlooking the sea. Waking up to those views each morning was one of the highlights of our trip.

Sicuramente da rinnovare in tante parti,potenzialità assurde

Non siamo stati molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno, in quanto il prezzo è troppo elevato per i servizi che offre. A parte il servizio navetta dal porto turistico ed il ragazzo che ci ha accompagnati in hotel, non siamo stati colpiti dalla struttura nonostante fosse un 4 stelle. L’albergo resta fermo agli anni 70, le camere hanno un terrazzino poco curato, Stesso vale per gli ambienti comuni e la sala della colazione. La camera non era ben pulita e la colazione è stata mediocre. Vale la metà del prezzo richiesto. Peccato perché ristrutturato cambierebbe definitivamente aspetto e giustificherebbe il prezzo.

Vue spendide sur le golfe et tout particulièrement sur le Vésuve. Excellent petits déjeuners. Grande piscine pas si fréquent sur Capri Service taxi depuis l'hôtel

Le coté suranné de l'établissement qui mériterait au minimum une reprise de peinture sur tous les éléments métalliques en partie rouillé. Le restaurant le soir est décevant malgré un prix élevé.

La ubicacion en Anacrapi es perfecta, esta a 400 mts del centro comercial y de restaurantes y paradas de bus para recorrer los puntos turísticos de la isla. El desayuno super completo, tienen un transfer que con coordinación previa te busca cuando llegas en el ferry y para tu regreso. La vista muy linda de la isla. El hotel es de estilo francés en su fachada, y con muebles antiguos. Muy lindo. Pero muy bueno igual, excelente opción precio/calidad

Hice 2 reclamos que no solucionaron (un pillow para unir la cama matrimonial que era de 2 colchones individuales) y un tema con la ducha. Quizas le falte algo de mantenimiento.

I år var det lite obekvämt att nå badplatsen Marina Piccola från Anacapri. Bussen går bara 1 gång / timme. Taxi kostar 30 euro en riktning.

Desi receptionerul ne-a oferit o camera renovata modern, s-a dovedit a fi foarte galagioasa. Fiind situata la parter, langa camera cu lenjerie, in fiecare dimineata personalul care intra in tura la ora 7 dimineata, se oprea fix in fata camerei si povesteau viata personala Nici măcar nu încercau sa discute in șoaptă din respect pentru oaspeți. Aceasta situatie ne-a stricat sejurul pentru ca nu ne-am odihnit.

The property is very old and in need of maintenance. Although our room had one of the best views, accessing it required walking through an unattractive entrance and hallway, which left a poor first impression.

Es ist ein altes Haus, mein Zimmer war winzig! Angenehm bei der Hitze, war das Schwimmbad.Es gab ein reichhaltiges Frühstück! Zu Capri im allgemeinen zu sagen: es ist überfüllt! Um nach Annacapri mit dem Bus zu fahren in Capri 1 Std. Anstehen in der Schlange! Für mich war es das letzte Mal, diese Inselzu besuchen!

La posizione meravigliosamente panoramica. Colazione internazionale cui ottimi prodotti di prima qualità (Nutella, crêpes, waffles) e breakfast all’americana. Camera ariosa e ben arredata con tutti i servizi. Ottima piscina. L’hotel inoltre dispone del servizio di navetta gratuita per i suoi ospiti all’arrivo e all’andata fino al porto
