Settled in Anacapri within beautiful garden with amazing sunset and swimming pool . Beautiful room . Excellent staff always beyond expectations, food offer and services exceptional , cool vibes but also relaxing place, top level SPA . Not to be missed and to return to again

The rooms is nice and clean

I am extremely disappointed by the way my mother was treated at breakfast. There were several empty tables by the pool, and when she politely asked to sit at one of them, the manager refused, saying it was reserved for four people. Moments later, he allowed another guest who was dining alone to sit at that very same table. Not only was she asked to sit inside while the restaurant was nearly empty, but the manager’s attitude towards her was unwelcoming and disrespectful. Watching other guests being treated warmly while my mother was treated differently was deeply upsetting. My mother wears a hijab, and although I cannot know the reason for this treatment, the experience left us questioning whether that played a role. Hospitality means treating every guest with equal respect and kindness. Sadly, that was not our experience. Secondly I was assigned a room directly beneath ongoing maintenance work without any prior notice or warning. The noise was constant and unacceptable, making it impossible to properly rest. At no point before check-in was I informed that maintenance work was taking place above my room, nor was I given the opportunity to consent to the room assignment or request an alternative. Had I been informed, I would never have accepted the room. I paid for comfort and tranquility, not to be disturbed by construction and maintenance noise. And at 11:30am they started calling to check out 😅

A lovely luxurious hotel in a great location. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, service is immaculate, our garden suite was stunning. The pool area is beautiful, the gym is huge and state of the art, the Spa offers many treatments we hadn't experienced elsewhere. The food is excellent, with various restaurants offering different style of food. I highly recommend the Amare restaurant, which is in an amazing location near the Blue Grotto with brilliant sea views and amazing Italian food. The Michelin star restaurant is very good, although very fish orientated. We also loved breakfast and the bar food for lunch. We truly felt we were at home during our stay and would go back to it at the drop of a hat. Many thanks, especially to Antonio, Elion, Ricardo and Silvia in the main restaurant, Joanna in Amare and Carla and Maria Vittoria in the Spa. Highly recommend it.

A truly exceptional Capri stay - service, food and hospitality at its very best My partner and I stayed at Jumeirah Capri Palace from 1st–4th June, and we honestly could not get over what an incredible time we had. From the moment we arrived, the service completely blew us away. Every member of the team made us feel so genuinely looked after, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. A very special mention has to go to Marta (hotel Sales Manager) who was absolutely wonderful. Her warmth, professionalism and attention to detail made such a difference to our stay. From welcoming us at check in, right up until we left - she truly embodied the level of hospitality that makes Jumeirah so special, and we are extremely grateful. The hotel itself is stunning. The location in Anacapri gives you the perfect balance of calm on the island, with the option to then venture in to Capri itseld. The team were also brilliant at leaning in with recommendations, arrangements and thoughtful touches to make sure our Capri experience was the very best it could be. The facilities are incredible, from the beautiful pool area and elegant spaces around the hotel to the - Every detail feels considered. My partner selected spa treatments and the gym, where I was able to fully enjoy the pool area to relax. The food and beverage offering was another highlight. Breakfast each morning was exceptional, not only because of the quality and variety, but because of the attentive, polished service around it - boasting a carefully curated selection on the buffet, complimented with exceptional breakfast menu items - The whipped avocado toast was a firm favorite! You could feel the care in every small detail. For dinner - our experience at ZUMA was completely showstopping - the atmosphere, setting, food and service made it one of the most memorable evenings of our trip. We trialled most menu items, partnered with the sunset backdrop - we didn't want to leave! Having visited Dubai several times, my partner and I have developed a keen eye for detail when it comes to service and hospitality. Dubai has always been the front runner for us, with very few places matching that standard. After staying at Jumeirah Capri Palace, however, we can honestly say this now takes first place. We left feeling like the whole team wanted to curate every detail for us - from recommendations, hotel services, down to booking the last transfer and ferry tickets back to Naples. Thank you to the entire team for the most wonderful stay. We left feeling so grateful and already cannot wait to return.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Capri Palace, and it was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, the service set the tone for something truly special. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and effortlessly professional, creating an atmosphere that felt both elegant and genuinely welcoming rather than formal or distant. A heartfelt mention goes to Eljon (apologies if the spelling is off), who welcomed us each morning at breakfast. His deep knowledge of the beautifully prepared dishes elevated the entire breakfast experience and added a personal touch that made each morning memorable he is truly an asset to the hotel. Veronica, who served us at both lunch and dinner in the outdoor setting, was equally wonderful gracious, attentive, and consistently a joy to interact with. Our room was stunning, featuring a private patio with breathtaking views over the Amalfi Coast. It was the kind of setting that makes you pause repeatedly just to take it all in. It’s also worth noting that guests should be sure to request an updated room, as many of the Amalfi-view accommodations have recently been beautifully renovated and feel especially fresh and elevated. The hotel’s location is ideal secluded enough for complete relaxation, yet perfectly positioned for exploring the island with ease. A standout highlight of our stay was dining at the hotel’s two-Michelin-star restaurant, L’Olivo. The experience was nothing short of extraordinary refined, creative, and flawlessly executed from start to finish. It absolutely lives up to its reputation and is a destination in its own right. Another thoughtful touch that deserves mention is the seamless logistics: the hotel arranges drivers who meet you at the port, transport your luggage directly up to the property, and then return it for your ferry departure. It removes all stress from arrival and departure and reflects the level of care the hotel puts into every detail. It’s rare to find a property where every element is so carefully considered and consistently delivered at such a high level. Breakfast was very good. Room was spacious and bed and linens were nice. The lounge was very bougie.

The location is ideally located in the central portion of Anacapri. My wife and I went for our anniversary and were upgraded to a Jr. Suite at check in (possibly thanks to our booking with a specific credit card). I cannot emphasize enough how good the SERVICE is at this hotel. Every staff member is courteous and extremely attentive from the moment they pick you up at the ferry to the moment you are dropped off. I could go on and on but one of the stand out experiences is when you requested a taxi, a staff member leaves the desk to escort you to the main square secure a taxi. Regretfully, the biggest disappointment was the food. We had a dinner upon arrival on the terrace, which the concierge is also prepares by the two Michelin star kitchen and the price would support it. The food was disappointing to poor. The server was clearly understaffed but again the service was still impecable. She overheard that we were very hungry and arranged an amouse bouche that was the high point of the meal. My wife had the ravioli and I had the seared tuna burger and caprese salad. The ravioli was flavorless, the pieces of tuna were pathetic and well done and the mozzarella cheese was rubbery similar to grocery store cheese and not the fresh mozzarella that one would expect for a 30 euro appetizer. We had planned on eating one night at L’Olivo but elected to not eat there given the lack of recent reviews and the poor quality of food on the terrace. We did have breakfast at L’Olivo as that is where it is served and the breakfast was good. Above average for an included breakfast. The view is great and the service was again excellent. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. Overall, most of the restaurants are expensive but it is important to remember that most establishments close for about 5-6 months so if you think about that most things are double “what they should cost” it is more reasonable.

Perfect hotel and beautiful place with great and excellent service in every area, everyone was helpful from the reception to breakfast and cleaning, a truly exceptional place for stay.

A hotel that brings luxury to life in Capri. If you are familiar with the Jumeirah brand then this review writes itself in terms of saying it delivers on the quality you expect. We did have a room issue due to noise coming from the rooftop bar, but our complaint was dealt with efficiently and quickly which for us underlined our importance as a paying customer. If you are looking to make your stay on Capri special then this is the hotel which can deliver on expectation.

There is NO view to the sea at all! You are on the most famous island and you must have a 5star hotel with the view! I don’t know why this hotel is so famous, but other 5 start hotels at Anacapri have breathtaking views from where pool is located.

Rooms are very noisy Couldn’t sleep at all We can hear all rooms around us. Facing our room 7 kids was in the same suite shouting and laughing all night ( this is a 5 stars hotel not nursery ) The staff is trying to be sweet but they don’t have any experience and they are too slow. For sure I will not recommend this hotel.

The noise from the hotel rooftop is so loud inside the room that you can’t even sleep.

The responses on my messages. I asked about the transfer from the port of arrival but the hotel provided me a phone number to contact the concierge, concierge’s phone didn’t work. We have been waiting without communication for the transfer about 30 min.

More worried about their profits than customer satisfaction - I wrote asking for a room of the same category as last year. They hassled me with over 10 emails to ensure they had absolutely full payment but when I got here they told me that 'obviously' the room I wanted was in a different category which, given that I had specifically asked for a room with a garden or terrace and they had over a month to plan (plus I am paying over €1,8000) they could have told me that they do not actually have availability for what I had requested. I will not come here again

Our stay at Jumeirah Capri in late May was an absolute delight. The weather was perfect, and although the island was getting busier, the hotel never felt crowded—even at near full capacity. We originally booked four nights but ended up extending to six because we were so impressed by the impeccable service and world-class amenities. From the moment we arrived at the ferry dock, the experience was seamless. Despite the crowds, we were met immediately by hotel staff and whisked away in a private van. Once at the hotel, we were welcomed with access to the full resort, including the beach club and breakfast buffet—even though check-in wasn’t until 3 PM. A perfect start! Highlights of Our Stay: • Dinner at L’Olivo (2 Michelin stars): As hotel guests, we were able to get a reservation despite online bookings being unavailable months in advance. A real treat. • El Riccio Beach Club: Gorgeous spot! Be sure to book your sunbeds early. The hotel provides a free shuttle—just let them know when you’d like to go. • Daily Breakfast: Generous and fresh buffet featuring fruits, deli meats, cheeses, pastries, yoghurts, and various breads. Complimentary bottled water is also provided twice daily in your room and at breakfast, by the pool, and in the gym. • Pool Service: The attendant was excellent—friendly, responsive, and always ready to accommodate your preferences. • Limoncello Class with Francesco: This was a real standout. Francesco, the bar manager, made the class fun and informative—sharing stories while teaching us how to peel lemons, mix, and bottle our own limoncello. We even enjoyed a custom cocktail during the session. The limoncello rested for three days, and we were able to bottle and taste it before leaving. It was far better than anything you’ll find in shops—highly recommend doing this early in your stay so you can enjoy the full experience! Final Tips: • Book the limoncello class early—it takes at least 3 days for the infusion. • Let the hotel know your arrival time in advance so they can arrange complimentary transfer from the ferry. • Ask staff to help you reserve a table at L’Olivo on arrival—they prioritize hotel guests. We would absolutely return and can’t recommend this property enough!

Amazing stay at a 5 star hotel - truly exceptional service from arrival to departure. . Food was exceptional and we were lucky enough to be upgraded in to a suite. Our stay was magnificent! This hotel is in located in the little town of Anacapri and it is absolutely amazing. From the time you arrive at the port to your departure they are there to make your stay perfect in every way. The staff, they are genuinely the best and most kind people! Our experience here was so perfect that it was truly hard to leave!! Dear Jumeirah Capri Palace we can’t wait to return and bring our entire family. I took my wife there for our anniversary and we were not disappointed. The hotel will pick you up from the ferry and take you directly to Ana Capri. The lobby is amazing. The rooms are lovely. Service is exceptional. The chairlift to top of the mountain is right next-door and the staff will escort you to avoid the queue. Their newly opened Amare Capri restaurant, which is right next to their beach club has fabulous food, and a view! A secret tip, you can walk down the stairs to take the rowboat into the famous Blue Grotto thus avoiding taking a separate boat to get to it. All in all, a fantastic trip. Highly recommend this hotel for a special experience.

The hotel was fantastic. The breakfast was included and top notch. The staff were all extremely friendly. Zuma on the rooftop but even better was 2 Michelin star restaurant L’Olivio. Their event planning team Mariana and Alesia were fantastic in helping me plan my wedding proposal. Highly recommend.

Staff were absolutely fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, it’s just incredibly overpriced for what it is. The hotel itself is just too old. Our room was very mediocre, it had a sort of old grandma smell, the closets could barely open and the shower didn’t work properly. The pool is nice but again very old and nothing special besides the views.

The best service I’ve ever had at any 5 star hotel or otherwise. Costanza, Tomasso and the rest of the team were amazing. They treat you like royalty from the moment you step in. Pool service was impeccable, I did not get the gentleman’s name but he was a pleasure everyday. We will be coming back.

We’ve been to Capri several times and always tried staying at different hotels to compare the experience and find what we love best. So far there is no hotel that can compare the quality of services, professionalism and overall experience to Capri Palace by Jumeirah. From the moment you meet the driver your holiday is on another level: everything is easy, effortless, staff is just incredible. I will choose this hotel any given day because so far our experience here was simply amazing

We are huge fans of Capri but have never stayed in Anacapri before. We wanted to give it a try and selected Capri Palace due the many things it has to offer. This is truly a full service hotel. The amenities , eateries and staff are absolutely 5 star. Unfortunately, the rooms are not. I don’t want that comment to take away from how amazing and hard working the staff is but I do think management should think about the many necessary upgrades needed to the rooms. Outside of that, we very much enjoyed our stay. Having Zuma on-site on the rooftop is wonderful. The food and views there are outstanding and it is a very lively and fun vibe. Bar degli Artisti was also amazing. The performers Miriam and Aziz were incredible and made for such a fun time. We would seriously arrange our dinners around trying to see them perform. They are also such warm and genuine people. The shining star of Capri Palace is by far Il Riccio. The coveted position of this restaurant and beach club just next to the blue grotto is absolutely stunning but what truly makes this place is the staff!!! Roberto who runs Il Riccio is the absolute best. This restaurant is obviously a well known establishment but Roberto’s warmth and welcoming demeanor spills down to his staff which makes dining and spending the day here an unforgettable experience. Lifeguards and beach club staff, Mona and Pasquale, are extremely attentive and pleasure to share the beautiful setting alongside. They made our days at il riccio so perfect and ones we will always remember! We are so grateful to them and the rest of the staff at Capri Palace.

Capri Palace is completely dedicated to your comfort and pleasure during your stay. The service provided by all members of the staff is unmatched. The facility has world class restaurants, an incredible outdoor pool, a medical spa and breathtaking beach club for swimming and dining. What more could you want.

Received like a VIP and very smooth check in process, excellent staff. The front desk staff as well as the Concierge service were very professional. Drivers such as Paulo and Angelo were very efficient.

We have been in Capri many times and last year, before leaving, we spent memorable moments at the Bar degli Artisti listening to the beautiful live music till the closing time. Eventually the solo guitarist asked us about our favorite songs and played them. This year we went again to the Bar degli Artisti and we were very happy to meet the same solo singer who remembered us and performed exceptionally! We even danced as did others guests, too! Looking forward to seeing him again next year !

The hotel was nice, the room size is good, not too luxurious. The room lacked some items, like water kettle, teas and a coffee machine. We had to ask for it, and the staff were bit confused with a simple request like a water kettle. Overall, the experience was good, not outstanding.
