Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Vom Hoteleingang bis nach Venezia S.L. waren es unter 20 min. Am Bahnhof fahren alle paar Minuten Züge zur "Insel", Tickets kosten 1,5€ pro Person. Das Zimmer war geräumig und das Bad sehr chic mit großen sehr flauschigen Handtüchern. Das war dann aber irgendwie auch schon alles, was zum 3-Sterne-Flaire passt.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer unter dem Dach, zu den Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants (bis 22 Uhr) "rauscht" die Lüftung/Abzugshaube daher die ganze Zeit vor dem Fenster. Die Zimmernachbarn konnte man tatsächlich so hören, als wäre man mit ihnen in einem Zimmer, sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Die Bettwäsche war nicht sauber, der Boden lieblos einfach gegossen und mit Gebrauchsspuren. Für die Dusche muss man Geduld mitbringen und etwas Glück haben, ansonsten kann man nur kochend heiß oder eiskalt duschen und das bei einem geringen Wasserstrahl. Das Frühstück hat von allem etwas geboten, aber auch nur damit man sagen kann, es gab von allem etwas. Zugute halten muss man, dass das Angebot scheinbar täglich etwas variiert.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Location to bus for Venice was great. I liked the car park situation. Air conditioning worked very well. Room was clean and quiet despite being next to a very busy road.
Breakfast was modest at best for a typical European breakfast. The amenities in the room were non existent. No soap dish in shower so you had to hold the soap the whole time. No safe.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig um mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr nach Venedig zu kommen. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer, sogar mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber ausreichend. Wir haben abends im Restaurant gegessen. Das Essen war klasse. Es gibt einen abgeschlossenen Parkplatz.
Möchte ohne Wertung nur erwähnen, dass das Hotel an einer Hauptstraße liegt. Das Duschbad ist in kleinen Tüten. Hier wäre ein Spender von Vorteil.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Obiekt znajduję się w pobliżu przystanku autobusowego z którego komunikacja miejska kieruję się bezpośrednio na stare miasto. Hotel posiada ogrodzony, zamykany parking. Pokój czysty oraz przestronny. Obsługa hotelu była miła i pomocna.
Śniadania były nieco ubogie.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Z hlediska dopravy do Benátek dobrá lokalita, kousíček od ŽS Mestre. Své uzavřené parkoviště. Po setmění ale trochu pofidérní (dost výrazně tmavo, ale jinde v okolí na této straně od nádraží to o moc lepší nebude). Proto je to své parkování fajn pro dobrý pocit.
Snídaně rozhodně nestála za těch 10€, byla fakt hodně chudá. Z proteinů byla k dispozici mortadella a vejce natvrdo. Žádná další jiná šunka, míchaná vejce nebo párek, nic. Část nakrájené mortadelly byla oschlá, a to jsme naběhli hned na začátku. Taky mají něco hrozně špatně ve vodoinstalaci, někde jim musí protékat horká voda do studené, protože studená (ehm, tedy vlažná) voda začne téct až tak po dvou minutách a vypadá to, že závisí na tom, jestli někdo další má nějak puštěnou vodu. Když si za snídani připlatíte kartou místo cash, a budete ji chtít zrušit (jako jsme to chtěli my), tak "sorry sir".

Brak klimatyzacji na korytarzu i windzie. Bardzo gorąco, na szczęście chwilę trwało przejście. Samo miasto brzydkie alw służyło tylko do spania

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Dispone de aparcamiento dentro de las instalaciones del hotel. Las paradas del bus para ir y volver de Venecia (lineas 6 / 6L justo al lado del hotel). La cama muy cómoda. Agradecemos mucho que nos permitieran dejar el coche una vez pasada la hora del check out para poder hacer una última visita a Venecia antes de coger el vuelo.
El inodoro está anclado a la pared y al sentarse se mueve, da la sensación de que se va a caer.

Na najwyższe piętro niestety trzeba wejść bez windy.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Nos gustó mucho la amabilidad del personal y la cercanía a la estación de tren de Venecia Mestre, que te permite llegar a Santa Lucía muy rápida y cómodamente. Nos dejaron tener el coche aparcado unas cuantas horas más tarde del checkout y es un buen detalle. Comimos el primer día allí y tenían un menú bastante bueno por 15 €.
El desayuno era correcto, pero quizás un poco más de variedad estaría bien. Aun así, no nos pareció un mal desayuno ni mucho menos.

Trzeba uwazać na zamawianie taxi bo to oszuści i kasuja za dowóz do Wenecji (na sam jej poczatek czyli do zajezdni autobusowj - czas 7 minut) jak transwer do innego miasta oddalonego o 50 km co najmniej.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Das Personal war in allen Belangen sehr bemüht, hilfsbereit und stets sehr freundlich. Schön war, dass das Zimmer über einen kleinen Getränkekühlschrank und eine Klimaanlage verfügte. Das Restaurant war top! Haben abends, nach unseren Venedigausflügen, noch sehr lecker essen können. Die Bushaltestelle, von der man in knapp 20 Minuten direkt nach Venedig zum Busbahnhof gelangt, war fussläufig („um die Ecke“) erreichbar.
Alles top! Das Einzige, was bei einem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt wünschenswert wäre: Frühstück hätte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können.😉 Es war aber typisch italienisch und ok (sehr leckerer Kaffee, Toast, gekochte Eier, ein bis zwei Sorten Wurst, eine Sorte Käse, Süßes, Obst, …).

Wo soll ich anfangen.... Preis Leistung stimmt bei dem Hotel überhaupt nicht und ich habe ein sehr hohes Schmerzlevel. Der Teppich auf den Stufen war locker, der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war ein Witz da hätte man sich auch mit einer Gießkanne abduschen können und das wäre effektiver gewesen. Der WC Sitz war auch nicht mehr ganz ok sowie die Spülung die nicht gescheit funktionierte. Der Duschkopf war auch dreckig. Die Klimaanlage kannte nur Sibirien. Es gab keine bezogenen Bettdecken, die Zimmer sind hellhörig, sprich wenn jmd im Nebenzimmer Vögelt braucht man danach selbst eine Zigarette danach. Vom Verkehrslärm ganz zu schweigen. Wir waren zum Glück nur eine Nacht dort. Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts berichten wir haben außerhalb gegessen. War vlt auch besser so

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Bien situado para visitar Venecia. A 200m tienes la parada d bus , el 6 y el 6L te dejan en 10min en Venecia y para volver igual. El billete 2€ por trayecto. Además tienes un Lidl a 5 min andando. La atención muy buena y la limpieza brutal. Nos dieron dos habitaciones x éramos 4 personas, estuvimos en el tercer piso y muy bien . La zona d hotel no es la mejor pero nosotros solo lo usamos para dormir. Nos dieron parking para el coche. Calidad precio increible
La zona donde está, no por los servicios que tiene sino x la zona por la noche no parece muy segura

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Die Lage ist super. Die Parkplätze sind durch ein Tor gesichert und werden mit verschiedenen Kameras überwacht.
Unser Zimmer hatte leider einige Beschädigungen: Die Dichtungen der Dusche waren nicht mehr in Ordnung, weshalb das Wasser von der Dusche ins Bad lief, die Kloschüssel war hinten an der Befestigung gebrochen, der Siphon vom Waschbecken war nicht mehr richtig in der Wand befestigt und der Mülleimer im Bad war kaputt. Da wir ähnliche Bewertungen bereits gelesen hatten, gehen wir davon aus, dass die Schäden bekannt sind.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Bom custo benefício, tendo em vista os altos custos de Veneza e arredores. Queríamos um hotel com estacionamento fechado, porque estávamos de carro, então a localização não importava muito. Mas para quem não está de carro, não recomendo. O café da manhã é bom (não excelente). O restaurante do hotel é muito bom, jantamos e almoçamos (menu fixo no almoço), o que foi prático. Foi muito útil poder deixar o carro no estacionamento fechado, após o checkout, enquanto fomos para Veneza de ônibus (tem uma parada próxima).
O banheiro alagou inteiro, no primeiro banho, por conta do tipo de portas do box que não fecham direito. Tivemos que secar todo o chão com as toalhas, porque não era um boa hora para chamar alguém para isto. O secador não funcionava, tive que ir na recepção pedir um avulso. Pedi mais dois travesseiros e só nos deram mais um, dizendo que não tinham como dar os dois. Foi o único hotel em toda a nossa viagem que já não tinha no quarto ou não conseguimos 2 travesseiros extras ao solicitar. Camas de conforto médio. Travesseiros muito baixos. A região não é das melhores.

The area is somewhat industrial - although the hotel is close to bus stops on routes that take you into Venice. The hotel is a little on the minimalist and basic side - we had to go to a nearby supermarket to get toiletries and toilet paper that worked. But- we had. fridge and that was a huge bonus as we could buy drinks and snacks for our stay.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026La ubicación para visitar Venecia perfecta, parada de bus 10 minutos ida y vuelta te deja al lado del hotel, el personal muy amable y predispuesto a ayudar y resolver cualquier duda. Lo recomiendo, si tuviera que volver repetiría.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Solo il parcheggio interno e la posizione. In merito raccomando che se si vuole raggiungere il centro di Venezia, solo in autobus ed evitare il sottopassaggio per arrivare al treno. Inoltre evitare di rientrare in tarda serata perché la zona non è sicura.
La struttura non è adeguata per essere un 3 stelle, soprattutto la colazione veramente deludente! Varietà di prodotti inesistente e soprattutto di bassa qualità da discount, dal semplice caffè ai prodotti “da forno” ovvero merendine praticamente confezionate, aperte e tagliate. Per la camera e bagno nessuna lode o infamia, ma essendo un hotel su strada se capita la camera sul lato stradale la notte bisogna dormire a finestre chiuse.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook wat informatie over Venetie betreft. Locatie was perfect, met de bus ( om de hoek ) binnen 15 minuten bij de stadsboten in Venetie. Ruime en veilige parkeerplaats. Kamer is prima, goede bedden en schoon. Ontbijt was goed.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room was not working. The hotel staff provided a fan, which improved the situation somewhat, although only after I reported the issue. Unfortunately, even with the fan, the room was still very hot, stuffy, and humid.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026The location is convenient for accessing Venice. Very close to the bus stop. Mestre train station is also in a walking distance.
We booked three rooms for two nights. The first one was ok. There was no issue except for the broken hair dryer which the staff gave us a spare. The second room, the AC was working but somehow the room was very hot, to the level that it’s uncomfortable to sleep. However, the staff said they could not do anything to help. The main issue was with the third room. We were given the room that the AC was broken. The first staff at the lobby promised us that it will be fixed by that night. The AC technician came but eventually it could not be fixed. When we approached the staff he said that unfortunately he could not do anything. The hotel was full and they cannot give us a new room that night. He insisted that they already put a ventilator in the room for us (it was a slim fan) and we could just open the window and sleep through the night. What even worse was that that room faces the street where cars were running the whole night. We ended up suffering through the night and only after we firmly insisted with the other staff next morning that this was not we have paid for, they eventually gave us a new room for the second night.

Noisy hotel, not clean at all. Not helpfull staff. Facilities in the room are poor, example the toilet wall is breaking apart. None of the safes is working. Breakfast quality is very poor. The pictures in booking dont represent anything we saw....
