The location of the hotel is very well , nice cosy room,very clean,positive energy, good breakfast, very kind receptionists and staff. If i will come back i would like to stay here again.

If you have a big luggage ask for 1st floor, no elevator.

Not a major issue for us but bathroom was a bit of a tight squeeze. Tea but no coffee in the room.

Quando sono arrivato ho appreso che la struttura NON HA ASCENSORE ! E mia hanno messo al secondo piano in una stanza che non ha nulla a che vedere con le immagini pubblicate ( 3 metri per 3 ). Certo poi andando a ricontrollare la mia prenotazione ho scoperto che cercando tra le diverse informazioni della struttura, sotto vari menù, c’è scritto che non esiste l’ascensore. Ho sbagliato io !! Mi sono fidato delle valutazioni di Booking “ OTTIMO “. Ma per una persona che ha problemi di deambulazione o di età FORSE andrebbe messo in evidenza nelle pagine precedenti, perché al momento dell’arrivo non si può più fare nulla. Non vuole essere una critica a Booking, ma un suggerimento. La trasparenza è fondamentale!

Comfy beds and very clean room and bathroom. Good breakfast with good variety and great location.

The shower was a bit small for a big person.

Location is very central. Staff is kind and helpful. they arranged parking and ZTL fees for me.

In summer it gets very hot and, being central, there is a good amount of noise from the street. Air conditioning in the room is available but a slightly stale smell when I turned it on had me questioning whether the filters were clean.

Location was walkable to the centre and some great restaurants around. Staff were very friendly.

No lift, but we knew this before booking. Air conditioning didn’t work to begin with but staff got it working again.

Helaas was de weg naar het hotel opgebroken en dus moeilijk te bereiken. Maar personeel hielp ons hiermee.

The location is good, in the university area, away from the tourist crowds. Lots of restaurants/bars nearby. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

It didn’t bother us, but if you’re traveling with heavy luggage or sleeping children that you’ll have to carry, this hotel does not have an elevator. Other than that, it’s a very good hotel.

Als erstes ist das mega freundliche Personal zu erwähnen. Alle sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Dafür ganz lieben Dank für die erlebte Gastfreundschaft. Das Frühstück war gut, reichlich Auswahl. Die Lage ist erstklassig.

Die Dusche könnte etwas größer sein.

Superb staff. So much so that I was moved to give them tiny presents when I left. They’re endlessly welcoming, polite and personable.

I honestly adored it. Elegant colour scheme in rooms, every need met, and perfectly positioned for sightseeing. No museum is too far to walk to if you’re able, and the central piazza is around 1- mins away. Many restaurants and cafes surround the hotel, and a post office is directly across the street. Triple-glazed windows mean absolutely ZERO sound gets through so I slept deeply. My view from the third (top) floor was of a bell tower, rooftop and our street, and at any hour it was fun watching and listening. Breakfast was scrumptious. No lift ( because it’s heritage listed, over the canal, meant a few flights of stairs but staff carried my bad upon arrival and I quickly became used to stairs only, around the ancient heart of Bologna.

教会のある広場まで10分くらいで、近くに行列の出来るオステリアもあり、ロケーションは非常に良かったです。受付も24時間滞在されており安心感がありました。エレベーターがないのが少しだけ大変でしたが、価格から考えると非常にリーズナブルな印象です。

車で滞在しましたが、専用駐車場は車の出し入れが大変そうな印象でした。（ただ車を出すことはなく、徒歩でどこでも問題なくいけたので、問題はありませんでした）

Das Familienzimmer war ruhig, topp ausgestattet, Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig für uns als vierköpfige Familie. Besonders wichtig war uns der abgesperrte Parkplatz im Hof, da wir auf der Durchreise Dinge im Auto lassen konnten. Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt für eine Stadterkundung. Das Frühstück war super und vielfältig und es wurde immer zügig nachgelegt. Auch der Platz war völlig ausreichend. Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend, engagiert und freundlich. Alles ist super sauber. Kurzum: als Zwischenstation für eine Nacht auf dem Weg in den Süden die perfekte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit.

Das Hotel hat keinen Aufzug, sämtliches Gepäck muss die Treppen hochgetragen werden. Das wussten wir zwar vorher, sollten "schwächere" Gäste aber unbedingt berücksichtigen.

Vi går meget op i morgenmaden, når vi rejser. Der stod at det var fantastisk. Morgenmaden var OK. Der var yoghurt, cornflakes, mysli, toast brød, boller, ost og skinke samt diverse marmelader og honning. Lidt frisk frugt. Juice, mælk og vand, kaffe og the. Alt i alt det som burde være der, men heller ikke mere.

Der kunne investeres i en god kaffemaskine så personalet ikke skulle løbe frem og tilbage fra lobby området. Måske lidt mere organisering i personalet, hvor en tog af bordet og ryddet op, og en som tog sig af påfyldning af diverse morgenmad. Værelse var pænt og rent. Simpelt men manglede måske lidt udsmykning på væggene i form af lokalt kunst eller billeder. Badeværelset var dejligt, bortset fra brusekabinen. Den var alt for lille. Man kunne knap vende sig og bruse sig på ryggen. Det må kunne gøres bedre. En opfordring til hotellet; få nye toiletter. Dem som I har, bruger 10 L vand ved hver skyl. Selv ved lille skyl. Køb mindre håndklæder. Skift håndsæben ud med flydende sæbe som kan hænge på væggen. Køb nye madrasser til sengene og puder i 2 størrelser.

El desayuno es aceptable y suficiente. La ubicación es muy buena y si el coche no es grande puedes dejar el coche en el hotel. El personal muy amable.

No tiene ascensor aunque la planta más alta es un segundo.

Posizione centrale e comoda anche dalla stazione (circa 15 minuti a piedi). Staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Colazione varia, sia dolce, che salata. Stanza molto pulita, ci tornerei sicuramente.

Es gab täglich neue Handtücher- was zwar nicht notwendig gewesen wäre aber toll war’s trotzdem! Sehr aufmerksam wurde, wenn etwas fehlte, aufgefüllt.

Słaba klimatyzacja,, bardzo ciasny parking- uwaga, trzeba wcześniej rezerwować.

Établissement très bien placé au cœur du centre historique. Le personnel est très aimable, ils ont tout fait pour nous arranger alors de notre arrivée anticipée. Les chambres sont climatisées, grandes et confortables. Lit bébé à disposition. Le petit déjeuner est très bon.

Le prix du parking est un peu élevé, et est étroit.

La habitación genial. El personal genial. El desayuno genial.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πεντακάθαρο, στα δωμάτια γίνεται καθημερινά αλλαγή σε σεντόνια και πετσέτες. Οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι είναι ιδιαίτερα προσεγμένοι. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική. Κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία, στον εμπορικό δρόμο και τον σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό. Το προσωπικό πάντα με χαμόγελο και ευγένεια όλο το 24ωρο. Όλα ήταν όπως έπρεπε για μια όμορφη και άνετη διαμονή.

Μικρή παρατήρηση: χρειάζεται μια εναλλαγή στο πρωινό. Να υπάρχει κάτι διαφορετικό ανά τακτά διαστήματα. Μείναμε 5 μέρες και ο μπουφές ήταν ολόιδιος κάθε μέρα.

I booked a compact single room, as i only needed to stay for 1 night. It was a bit bigger than I expected, and the AC was very good. breakfast was lovely, there was a lot of choice and everything was very fresh. Location was good, on the same street as some top rated restaurants and very close to Neptune's Fountain and Piazza Maggiore.

The receptionists were very kind and helpful. Everything was clean. There was a fridge and an AC unit in the room. Breakfast suited my preferences.

The room was not soundproof so I heard other guests and music from the street

Goed gelegen. Rustig. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Goede airco bij 40 graden! Werd door het hotel zelf afgeregeld maar werkte perfect. Kamer was aangenaam om in te slapen.

Badkamer was wat aan de kleine kant. Zeer smal.

The hotel is nicely decorated, in a great location. Comfortable room, nothing really to improve. Perfect for stays of 3-4 nights. Good breakfast as well.

Minor comment: breakfast starts only at 7:30am, I personally wake up early and would have preferred for it to start at least at 7am.

The hotel is in centre of the city. The room was fairly small, but I knew that when I booked it. It was big enough for 1 person. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.

There is very little storage in the bathroom for personal hygiene stuff. The little shelf attached to the mirror is loose, leaning and wobbly and you cannot put much on it. Breakfast was terrible. There is so much stuff there, but none of it very appetising. Some things were stale. I got really upset stomach as soon as I had the breakfast and it was upset the whole day. I stayed there for 4 days, but didn't eat breakfast after the first morning.

Excellent location, easy walk into the centre of Bologna. Our room was very large and great for a family of four. Breakfast which was included had a good variety of fresh fruit and pastries which catered for all our family.

Hotel má výbornou polohu v centru Boloně. Personál byl velmi milý a ochotný. Celkově jsme byli spokojeni. Myslím si, že ve své kategorii si hotel zaslouží dobré hodnocení.

V podstatě nám nic zásadního nechybělo. Jen by bylo příjemné, kdyby byl na pokoji k dispozici kávovar nebo rychlovarná konvice pro přípravu teplých nápojů.

Situation parfaite. A côté d'une rue où l'on trouve beaucoup de restaurants et bars et à 10-15 minutes à pied de la place principale du centre historique. Réceptionniste parlant le français et de bon conseil. Chambre au calme et très bien équipée.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bologna and would happily stay here again. The location is excellent, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and attractions within easy walking distance. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. I was also very grateful for the delicious breakfast, especially the unlimited cappuccinos each morning- such a lovely way to start the day! Thank you for making my visit to Bologna so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Location was great and good value for money

There was no hot water at all, so I had a cold shower. I spoke with the receptionist, but the next morning I had yet another cold shower. The room also smelled of cigarettes.

It was in a great location. The room was a good size and had air conditioning.

Lovely traditional Italian hotel with polite and courteous staff. A few minutes walk from the main square but also near to many local neighbourhood restaurants. As a solo traveller I felt very comfortable at this hotel.

Great location — about 10 minutes from central Bologna, with easy walking access to plenty of bars and restaurants. The air conditioning worked well, and breakfast offered a generous, varied selection. Staff were friendly and accommodating throughout the stay.

The property was an old building but beautiful. Good size room with air conditioning with was needed. Great and central location with loads of fabulous places to eat out on the next street. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was good shower was small but that can’t be helped as of the old building. There is also no lift for people that can’t get upstairs. This was all explained when we booked so we knew that.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of the centre it even has a private-parking place. The rooms are small but big enough. Breakfast is simple but good.

Great location, 10 minutes from central Bologna and many bars and restaurants within 5-10 minutes. Good airconditioning, essential in the recent hear wave. Comfortable bed room , we had a suite which was very spacious. Breakfast was perfect, cereal, fruit, eggs, cheese and barista coffee.

There is no lift, did this not bother us at all but important to note.

Die Lage war hervorragend so dass alle Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht zu erreichen waren.

Die Ausstattung war schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, außerdem hat die Klimaanlage einen fast unerträglichen Geruch gehabt und beim Duschen kam Wasser aus der Wand im Flur. Auch nach einer Beschwerde an der Rezeption gab es leider kein alternatives Zimmer.
