O preço do pequeno almoço "empurra" os hospedes para fora do hotel. É um custo desproporcionado para quem queira tomar um pequeno almoço tradicional ibérico. Deveria haver uma hipótese confortável e equilibrada em termos de custo para quem não pretende um pequeno almoço continental. A alternativa é recorrer-se à oferta na área local e apenas se usufruir do hotel para pernoitar.

A torre está fechada suponho que para um dia fazerem obras! A pousada é fechada em si própria. É um castelo de defesa que não está bem adaptado a hotel. Não tem interesse nenhum. O seu interior nada tem de antiguidade. Nenhum móvel antigo. O jardim parece abandonado. Não tem vista, nem no restaurante.

El desayuno muy pobre para el precio, incómodo para ir con maletas, parking mal señalizado y difícil acceso a él. La habitación sin vistas ninguna y sin acceso a la torre por estar cerrada al público, el acceso a los jardines también muy dificultoso.

Parador en obras. No se ha podido disfrutar de la torre para disfrutar de las vistas. Y el acceso a los jardines estaba limitado , había que entrar por una puerta del comedor y la entrada estaba restringida de noche. Lo peor de todo es que no avisaron a priori antes de ir y no han dado compensación alguna por no poder disfrutar de las instalaciones. Francamente decepcionada con paradores.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Es un lugar magnífico. El Parador es precioso y en cada rincón se respira historia. Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad de todo el personal. Llegamos a cenar a las 22:00 sin saber que la cocina estaba a punto de cerrar y, aun así, nos atendieron con una sonrisa y fueron encantadores. Un detalle que agradecimos muchísimo y que hizo nuestra estancia aún más especial.
Como aspecto a tener en cuenta, hay varios tramos de escaleras incluso en la planta de las habitaciones. No obstante, es algo comprensible, ya que se trata de un castillo histórico y su distribución original se ha conservado, lo que forma parte de su encanto.

We love that the hotel is dog-friendly but there is no where to eat with the dog in the hotel. We always visit local restaurants in the Plaza Major & its surrounding streets but the food in the Parador (we know from past experience) is better. We wouldn’t leave the dog alone in the room & they ask you not to so a solution to this would be great. I understand them not wanting dogs in the main restaurant but I wish there was another area we could eat.

Reviewed May 10, 2026La beauté de ce lieu historique, la gentillesse du personnel, la situation et le confort de la chambre et la literie notamment ! Le petit-déjeuner était très copieux, varié et excellent !
Nous y avons dîner et si tout ce qui était à base de viande était délicieux, ce n'était pas le cas du risotto aux crevettes (ou gambas) : le riz nageait dans un genre de soupe et les crevettes étaient mixées (voir la dernière photo que je joins à ce message) 😞 De plus le plat était extrêmement salé ! Une vraie déception après la délicieuse soupe aux champignons...
