La cercanía a la playa, la limpieza, la comodidad del parking, y que te proporcionan toallas para a piscina. Te guardan las maletas al llegar y al salir y puedes ducharte antes de irte de viaje para quitarte toda la arena de la playa

Tienen que avisar que las habitaciones con vistas frontal al mar caen encima de la orquesta del bar por la noche, y se oye mucho incluso desde fuera de la habitación. Al menos a las 23:30 termina

Habitación, limpieza e instalaciones maravillosas y estupendas. El personal muy atento, amable y considerado. Todo genial! Salimos muy contentos y con muchas ganas de volver. Lo recomendamos! Gracias!

Breakfast was good and varied, the room was fine with a beautiful view, and as soon as you enter the hotel it smells wonderful.The hotel is in a great location.

The air conditioning didn't work almost the entire time, the pool and the area around the pool are not very clean, and neither are the balcony glass doors/windows.

Super Lage, man ist direkt am Strand, Shops sind in der Nähe und Bushaltestellen um nach Málaga und Torremolinos zu fahren. Zimmer war sauber und super ausgestattet, das Personal war freundlich!

Das Frühstück war eigentlich ganz gut, hätte jedoch ein bisschen appetitlicher aussehen können

Everything about the stay was great. We had a family situation come up before the trip and the team went out of their way to accommodate us — far more than they had to. The receptionist at check-in wasn't especially warm, but the rest of the team more than made up for it. Clean rooms, good location, staff who actually care. Ten out of ten.

The property has an excellent location. Staff are brilliant. Food was fab. U have stayed here on a number of occasions and has never failed.

Everything about the hotel was great. Was there with my friend for a relaxing time and location was ideal for beach, bars and restaurants. We loved it.

There was no tea or coffee making facilities in room.

Zapach unoszący się na schodach i w recepcji był niezbyt przyjemny, czuć było jakąś kanalizację oraz pokój od strony gdzie był wywóz śmieci w godzinach nocnych 23-24 było to tak bardzo słychać że nie dało się spać

Second time staying here, it’s in a great location with easy access to all you need around it. Wide variety of breakfast food options. Pool area very well kept and friendly staff all around the hotel.

WiFi was poor, it kept dropping off regularly and would take a while before being able to connect again.

L'hotel non è assolutamente un 4 stelle, direi un 2 o 3 stelle massimo Il servizio di praticamente tutto il personale lasciava davvero l'amaro in bocca. Solo in reception il personale parlava inglese oltre allo spagnolo, tutti gli altri parlavano solo spagnolo. Al check-in non ci è stato spiegato nulla, solo dove fosse la nostra camera e che il noleggio degli asciugamani per la spiaggia costava 10 euro ad asciugamano (nota: quando abbiamo cercato di cambiarli perché sporchi dopo 1 settimana ci continuavano a dire che erano esauriti...). Colazione passabile, per fortuna c'era il cuoco che cucinava diverse pietanze sul momento. Cena abbastanza ripetitiva e poca scelta inoltre le bevande hanno dei prezzi esagerati per la struttura. Nota dolente per 2 camerirei (i 2 più anziani con gli occhiali) davvero maleducati, chiedevamo qualcosa e nemmeno rispondevano, venivamo scannerizzati da cima a fondo ogni volta che arrivavamo a cena, ci mettevano davvero a disagio tanto che la seconda settimana abbiamo deciso di cenare sempre fuori nei vari ristoranti della zona nonostante avessimo pagato per la mezza pensione! Pulizia della camera molto sommaria e spesso nemmeno il pavimento veniva pulito, si limitavano a ripiegare gli stessi asciugamani. Camera e struttura in generale cadevano a pezzi, bagno in camera ancora dei primi anni 90 e in piscina si staccavano le piastrelle. Ultimo punto, avevo letto che la struttura aveva una spiaggia convenzionata, non è vero! La "spiaggia convenzionata" fa lo stesso prezzo a tutti (ospiti dell'hotel compresi) che è di 16 euro al giorno per 1 ombrellone e 2 lettini. Non consiglio questa struttura e sicuramente non ci tornerò.

Tupakan haju joka tuli huoneeseen sekä käytävälle todennäköisesti parvekkeilta joissa tupakoitiin. Koiran räksytykseen oli myös kurjaa herätä. Ilmastointi ei toiminut kahteen vuorokauteen.

La ubicación que está al lado de la playa, centro comercial farmacia estancos…. Y el personal súper agradable, tuvimos un contratiempo y el responsable de recepción nos lo solucionó rápido y muy bien. El ambiente del hotel nocturno está muy bien música súper chula .

El buffet para el desayuno no es muy variado. La comidas muy poca variedad y repetitivas. El horario para las cenas muy mal, son de 18:30-21:30 y en España no se cena a esa hora, muy enfocado a personas extrajeras tanto en comidas como musicalmente

L'air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas. Les nuits ont été inconfortables et peu reposantes. Le personnel de l'accueil à notre sortie n'était même pas désolé et ne s'est pas excusé de la situation. C'est déplorable pour un hotel qui se prétend quatre étoiles. Le déjeuner est de qualité moyenne, je m'attendais à plus de finesse Il manque un séchoir afin de mettre sécher les essuis de piscine et maillots de bain Nous ne reviendrons pas

El comedor; por su excesivo nivel de ruido y su horario. Que en pleno mes de junio el desayuno finalice a las 10:00h resulta demasiado temprano para quienes estamos de vacaciones y esperamos disfrutar de horarios más relajados.

Very clean & smelled fresh as soon as you walked through the door. Amazing location.

It was very central with excellent food and very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was such a peaceful and relaxing stay.

The air conditioning could have been stronger in the room and the pillows more comfortable but it didn’t have an impact on our stay.

The breakfast selection was perfect, so many options covered and eggs cooked fresh how ever you like them. The hotel was fresh and smelt good and the staff were alwaays on hand and friendly.

The toilets around the pool could do with more regular cleaning visits during the day.

PROS: Within short distance from Airport and walk to Marina. Both pools clean and areas around them tidy. The two room we booked was cleaned every day by very nice staff.

Although the rooms was clean and well kept, building work opposite spoiled the view and was quite noisy at times.

C'est hôtel est très bien. Localisation impeccable avec vue une vraie vue sur mer. Les magasins et restaurants à proximité. Une station de taxis à 100m. Le personnel est très sympa. L'entretien est quotidien, chambre spacieuse avec beau balcon. Petit-déjeuner buffet, bon. 2 belles piscines et suffisamment de sièges, ce qui est très rare.

La salle de bain n'est plus vraiment au goût du jour et un peu petite...mais très bien entretenue.

La poca limpieza de la habitación, cuando entramos había pequeños plásticos debajo d los sillones y allí estaban hasta q nos fuimos. Tener que bajar y subir escaleras para ir al comedor, con problemas d columna es horroroso. Quisimos visitarla para ver la piscina el primer día, y la tenían cerrada, ya s había pasado la hora, no dejaron q pasáramos. Pagué una habitación con balcón y vistas al mar, pero no me la dieron. El segundo día tenía en el mini frigorífico unos refrescos y agua, cuando llegamos habían quitado la tarjeta d la luz, y estaban todas calientes. Es la tercera vez q nos alojamos en éste hotel pero ha sido desastroso para el precio tan caro q pagué.

The rooftop pool area and swimming pool downstairs were the best parts of the hotel. Hotel was also in a great area right next to the marina and the beach.

Our room was very unclean, bedsheets had strange black and sometimes blue stains on them, the floor was filthy, I went to hang a dress on the wardrobe railing but tested with my finger to see if it was clean first and it left a black stain on my finger.

At another hotel later this trip I left my iPad behind and it was immediately posted to my home address at no extra charge. However, we left a jacket behind here in the wardrobe and they denied all knowledge of it.

Pools could be bigger given the number of guests and would be useful to have a shelf in the shower to avoid having to bend down for the shower gel and shampoo. We went with elderly parents and it was great to see you offered the chance to book mobility aids so you could enhance this by placing a small stool in the shower.

Few staff members were a bit moody but not an issue

Location, and quality of food was excellent. Female and most male reception staff were excellent.

Only the one male staff member on reception, who when asked by my wife for a recommendation for an Indian restaurant nearby for her birthday evening meal commented rather rudely that he didn’t know any as he didn’t eat Indian food.
