Room cleaning, maid forgot to top up complimentary water, some of the cleaning below standard. Not much to do in that town.

We had a great stay! The breakfast had an amazing variety of food, so there was something for everyone. The location is absolutely fantastic — simply incredible and very convenient. The staff were also extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall, a wonderful experience. We’d be happy to stay here again!

The only thing I wasn’t particularly happy with was the gym. The exercise mats are quite old and unfortunately not very clean, so I think this is an area that could definitely be improved. On the other hand, the cold, damp towels kept in the fridge are such a fantastic touch — absolutely amazing after a workout! I really loved this idea. Overall, the gym has some great features, but the equipment and mats could use some updating and improvement.

The staff were superb and very accommodating. Very friendly and very helpful. There was always fruit at the reception which was a nice touch. Valet parking was free. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. The rooms were lovely and we had a great view of the sea. The location was great - beautiful surroundings.

There were only 2 hydraulic lifts and were a little slow.

Niestety śniadanie nie było zachwycające. Poza tym, po wyjściu ze śniadania wszystkie ubrania nadają się do prania - brak prawidłowej wentylacji sprawia, że wszystko jest przesiąknięte zapachem jedzenia. Kolacja - niestety tutaj też nie polecam. Za taką opłatę oferta powinna być bardziej rozbudowana a i jedzenie powinno być wyższej jakości.

For a 5-star hotel, facilities and activities were lacking compared to what I was expecting - spa is relatively small, single pool area that is not very big and only one tennis court. Staff attention to detail can improve.

Lidiane (Funcionária da recepção) foi absolutamente atenciosa e fantástica - sabia tudo. O Nuno foi bem cuidadoso com a gente tambem. A vista do hotel é incrivel e a comodidade de estar perto da praia é absurda - da para ir andando sem celular para uma das praias mais bonitas e subestimadas de mallorca. O estacionamento gratuito perto da praia ajuda bem tambem. A quadra de tenis tem uma vista surreal, o café da manha é muito muito muito bom.

Acho que o hotel poderia ter um vallet/estacionamento privativo de apoio para momentos em que o estacionamento da praia está lotado. Nao chega a ser um problema, mas poderia ser pensado. Nosso quarto teve alguns poucos momentos em que teve retorno de cheiro do ralo do banheiro. Foi rapido, mas acho que vale checarem isso.

Tight elevators make luggage transport inconvenient and wait times long.

Amazing experience, super friendly staff. Whole time i felt like a very welcomed guest. I could just focus on having good time and re-charge my batteries. Lunches are amazing.

It is a bit pricey:) But i mean, its 5 star with exceptional score on booking so i would say it was worth it

Superb throughout, really lovely and fast service upon arrival, we arrived 3 hours before check in time, but were still greeted with a drink, and facilities to quickly change and use the pool/beach. The breakfast on a morning had a huge choice with very fresh food throughout. There are options (very good too) to eat in the town area, and we ate on two occasions at the hotel on the outside terrace on the evening overlooking the beach area, food and service was excellent. The wine waiter made you feel extra special when serving you. The service from the pool team throughout the day with food and drinks was second to none, and extremely friendly. Room cleaned every day and always spotless. I don't normally want to go back to the same place again, but very good chance we will here.

The view is amazing! Honestly, if you’re going there, choose this hotel. The location is perfect, right in front of the beach. The pool is great, the food is amazing, and the staff is really wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and available 24/7. There is also free public parking just 50 meters from the hotel. The staff takes care of your car, parks it for you and brings it back whenever you need it. Such a great service and one less thing to worry about. We really felt taken care of during our stay. Definitely a true 5-star experience. We would happily come back!

The only small thing was that, considering the price of the room, we were a little surprised that breakfast wasn’t included. But honestly, it’s just a small detail compared to the overall experience.

La ubicación y vistas al lado de Cala Molins es espectacular, lo mejor. Es muy cómodo bajar a la playa de la piscina. El personal sobretodo en piscina y recepción muy amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. El desayuno está bastante bien. El spa no lo hemos utilizado por las fechas pero lo han dejado muy bonito.

La calidad de la comida de la piscina o tener solo opción de bufet para cenar no está acorde a un hotel de 5 estrellas. Desde las habitaciones se oye mucho el ascensor/es que son lentos y ruidosos.

Le problème du stationnement reste compliqué à Cala Molins. Un petit regret par rapport à l’adaptation de l’hôtel pour un événement comme l’éclipse, rien de prévu pour les clients ni même des horaires adaptés pour la restauration On a mangé sur le pouce et les serveurs ont rangé le buffet avant même la fin de notre repas

El hotel superó completamente mis expectativas. La cocina de autor es excelente y los desayunos fueron increíbles, con una calidad y una variedad excepcionales. Además, el entorno y el mar que rodea el hotel son simplemente espectaculares.

The staff were amazing obviously working in the heat insnt easy. I decided last minute to book this hotel for us. Honestly I work in hospitality and understand the pressure of the heat but this hotel sensational in every way from the minute we entered the lobby right until the end absolutely outstanding. I'm defo going again really soon

Die Ausstattung des Hotels entspricht nicht den Erwartungen, die ein 5*-Hotel und entsprechend hohe Preise wecken. Das Gym und auch der Pool sind für die Anzahl der Zimmer (ca. 100) deutlich zu klein und mit minderwertigen/billigen Möbeln ausgestattet.

The hotel location on the little cove is really nice. Staff was really kind, and the valet parking is a nice touch. Everything was clean. Breakfast buffet was extensive and very nice. Bed was comfortable. We had a little sea view balcony that was nice.

We were there in high season, so prices are up and this hotel is absolutely geared towards Brits and Americans (those are the only two languages I heard anyone speak besides staff). We paid $550 USD for a room that should really be priced more around $275. I stayed in $500+ rooms other areas of the island at properties that FAR surpassed this hotel. The room we had was pretty small (sea view double). Fitness center was abysmal for a property that says it is 5 stars. The Sauna/Steam looked fine, I didn't use it. Room service offerings were terrible and restaurant menu in general is very meh - nothing Spanish to speak of. I can get a smash burger and chicken with vegetables anywhere. Overall there was nothing wrong or bad, I just did not think the quality of anything matched the price regardless of it being high season.

The hotel is very nice, the pool area is beautiful, and the views are absolutely amazing. Waking up to the sea view every morning was definitely the highlight of our stay. The scenery around the hotel is stunning. The breakfast was also really good, with plenty of fresh options to choose from. We didn’t get a chance to try lunch or dinner at the hotel, so I can’t comment on the food. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but I do feel the hotel is overpriced for the experience we had.

The only disappointing part was the housekeeping. We stayed for three nights, and our room wasn’t cleaned once. We were usually out from around 10 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., but every day housekeeping only came at around 3:30 p.m., just as we had returned to the room. We declined because we were already back and wanted to relax. For a five-star hotel, I would expect the rooms to be serviced while guests are out, so this was quite disappointing.

Dirty not super clean. Food was like really bad we ate at the pool restaurant. The “spa” wasn’t nice. For it being a 5 star hotel definitely wasn’t.

Here's a review from a US mother who's accustomed to 4-5 star properties. I knew from the photos the hotel was a take back to Golden Girls era...dated but well reviewed so we gave it a-go mainly for its location. The rooms are very small! Clean but SMALL! Staff was super nice. The entire decor outdated. 100% cruise vibes! Everyone boasts about the breakfast buffet... its okay (nothing was delicious and the cappuccino's were undrinkable) and would surely not decide to stay here based on that. The room service ends at a ridiculous 10 pm. Dinner is again buffet so if you're not into that its the only way to eat here which I wish wasn't the case (again cruise vibes). You simply cannot beat the location in this area- its away from the tourist chaos but close enough if you want to drive 10 minutes.

Great stay from start to finish! The location is fantastic, right across the road from the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the sun and sea whenever we wanted. The staff were wonderful throughout our stay — attentive, helpful and always happy to go the extra mile. Breakfast was a real highlight too, with a great spread each morning. Would happily stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a beachside stay.

Rooms were very comfortable, staff were accommodating and friendly, buffet breakfast was excellent. Valet car parking was an unexpected bonus. Pool was nice and was quiet when we were there. A lovely place for us to spend a couple of days at the start of our holiday to relax.

Not that much to do in Cala Sant Vincenc if you were there for a while with no transport, but perfect for 2 nights to unwind.

Las vistas del hotel son preciosas! La gente en recepción fue un 10 tanto en el check-in como en el check-out. Aunque nos tocaron camas separadas, la habitación, camas y el baño es un 10 completo!!

Nuestra habitación estaba al lado del ascensor y de las escaleras y se escuchó durante toda la noche quien entraba y quien salia. A las 10 de la mañana nos despertaron entrando a la habitación las camareras de pisos, imagino que fue un error pero cuando duermes y pasa esto te asustas al principio!

A/C went out one night and bed was a little hard but nothing that was enough to really impact how much we loved the hotel.

Location is excellent in a small village and placed right at the waterfront with the most stunning views from both the hotel rooms as well as from the pool area and restaurant. Hotel also features the best located tennis court I have ever seen😊

The hotel in general seems to be stuck somewhere in the eighties and that goes for both the hotel interior as well as the staff and the choice of entertainment which overall mostly resembles what you would expect from a 3 star cruise ship 20 years back. The service and overall experience does not deliver on the 5 star hotel promise and only the sublime location can explain why the hotel at some point received the 5 stars

Todo el hotel y la ubicación es fabulosa. El personal super amable y con todos lo que tratamos muy simpáticos, es lo que habitual pero realmente te hacían sentir muy cómodo. Poco se puede decir pero por poner algo, en mi opinión y para mi gusto, hay poca intimidad en las terrazas de las habitaciones. Demasiado abiertas las separaciones con los vecinos, prácticamente nada. En nuestro caso es algo que valoramos mucho por la tranquilidad de estar en tu zona. Creo que es algo que deberían tener en cuenta

Beautiful see view and surroundings and a big and pretty bedroom with balcony and comfortable seats and valet parking.All the staff was lovely and very helpful. Nice local restaurants and nice breakfast and lunch in the hotel. Plenty of sunbeds at the pool for everyone and a beautiful beach just across from the hotel within 1 min walk. Nice music almost every night and lovely cocktails.

We loved our stay in general but the mattress was too hard. However the lovely staff offered us a good solution straight away so we could still have a comfortable sleep the remaining nights. We only have some small details to improve the 5 star feeling of the hotel ; a few sunbeds and parasols were broken/ wore down. Also some towels and bathrobes where wore down and could use a replacement cause of holes or broken seems. There are beautiful trees around the pool and the pool was cleaned everyday, however the pool and the area around it could use extra cleaning during the day because of the falling pine needles in and around the pool.

Hotel położony w wyjątkowo uroczym i spokojnym miejscu, nad samą zatoczką. Plaża miejska, dość niewielka, ale piaszczysta a woda sprzyja kąpielom (duzy obszar dość płytkiej wody). Hotelowa obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Fantastyczna jakość posiłków w restauracji, dedykowany stolik dla kazdego gościa, bardzo szeroki i urozmaicony wybór potraw zarówno na śniadania jak i kolacje. Pokój bardzo dobrze wyposażony, z dobrze działającą klimatyzacją, z balkonem i widokiem na zatokę, ale mógłby być większy. Wystarczająca liczba leżaków i parasoli przy basenie. Sam basen dość niewielki i bardzo głeboki (momentami ponad 2,5 metra). Bardzo dobre jedzenie w barze przy basenie. Jest to bardzo spokojne miejsce, więc jesli ktos potrzebuje większej rozrywki to pewnie inny region wyspy. Trzeba także wziąć pod uwagę odległość do niektórych atrakcji wyspy, jeśli nie ma się samochodu (transport publiczny jest, ale jeździ dosc rzadko i bywa przepelniony). Dla nas miejsce idealne.

Amazing location and views

We had a wonderful stay at Molins Hotels. The location is excellent, with stunning views of the bay. The hotel is situated in a quiet and peaceful area, away from the crowds of mass tourism, which made our stay especially relaxing. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and has everything you need, including bars and a restaurant. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, as was the bathroom. The food was delicious. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant, and we also had lunch at the pool bar, which was equally good. The prices for food and drinks at the hotel are very reasonable and not overpriced, unlike in many other hotels. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and are already planning to come back. Highly recommended!

Es war alles wunderbar. Die Menschen waren alle sehr, sehr freundlich und sehr nett. Vielen Dank noch einmal an alle. Das Essen war sehr vielfältig, für alle etwas dabei. Auf Allergien wird sehr zuvorkommend reagiert.

Perfect location right next to a small beach and amazing view from the room and terrace. The breakfast was rich and enjoyable; also the car parking service was very convenient.

It did not feel like a 5 star experience, for that there were too many minor issues. Really slow elevators, unclear check-in procedure despite previous communication, dinner buffet should have more choice and there was also no service (beds or bar) at the beach (purely public and quite overrun). Overall it felt like kids are accepted but not necessarily welcome.

Lovely location with quick access to a great beach. Good views over the beach from the hotel rooms too and although there is no hotel parking there is good parking space by the beach right on the hotels doorstep. Rooms are spacious and clean and bright and this makes for a great romantic getaway.

The hotel is really only "5 star" by location and not so much amenities. Parking can be an issue for EVs since the hotel doesn't have on-site parking. The "gym" is a small room with bare minimum and rather similar to what one can replicate at a "home gym". The breakfast is good but could be improved: staff can be slow/busy. Hotel staff did not completely clean our room on one night of our stay (left room service plating behind and didn't replace towels or drop new water bottles). Only a small 500ml water is provided for the room, the rest being billed by mini-bar.

A very modern and comfortable beachfront hotel in a gorgeous setting. All staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Excellent local bus service with connections in Puerto Pollensa.

The quality of catering did not match up to the hotel’s five star rating and there are very few opportunities to dine out in Cala St Vicente.

The location is fantastic, with beautiful scenery, a great beach, and several local restaurants within walking distance. The hotel staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The Wi-Fi was disappointing in terms of bandwidth and speed. I was also unable to connect my iPad, even with assistance from the hotel’s IT support team. For a five-star hotel, this is an issue that should be resolved easily, as it creates unnecessary frustration for guests.

Perfect number of sunbeds for the people staying. Never felt crowded. Fantastic food. Staff amazing.

Niesamowita lokalizacja, piękny widok z pokoju. Jedzenie petarda - kolacje są rewelacyjne. Personel - na wysokim poziomie. Ludzie bardzo mili, pomocni, otwarci, uśmiechnięci. Aż było żal wyjeżdżać. Polecam ogromnie. Planuję wrócić zdecydowanie.

The location close to beaches and the stunning views from the comfortable balcony can't be beat! The hotel staff was wonderful, attentive and friendly. The valet service made coming and going a breeze. Breakfast was also delicious.

The beds were a little on the firm side, but that's just a personal preference. Otherwise rooms were well equipped and comfortable.

Lo que más nos gustó fue las vistas impresionantes que hay desde el hotel y la habitación que daba al mar. También la amabilidad del personal en todo momento. Además, la noche que estuvimos hubo un concierto de piano en la terraza exterior, que hizo la estancia aun más mágica.
