The hotel was quiet and personal - the staff were excellent and the food was excellent

The rooms (our room) was very small. I had a sea view room but it was on the ground floor and most of the view was obstructed by a building. The bathroom was very small and not enough shelving or hooks for toiletries. The bathroom door almost touched the toilet and there was not enough room inside

W pokoju było bardzo brudno. Musiliśmy zrezygnować z noclegu z uwagi na stan czystości pokoju. Brak możliwości zwrotu pieniędzy za niewykorzystany nocleg. Nocleg płatny na początku bez możliwości zobaczenie pokoju.

Ein wunderschönes kleines Hotel mit sehr persönlicher Atmosphäre. Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich und herzlich, alles war sauber und das Frühstück sehr gut. Besonders begeistert haben uns der traumhafte Meerblick und die schöne Dachterrasse. Wir haben uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt.

Bei unserem Zimmer hielt morgens gegen 6 Uhr die Müllabfuhr direkt vor dem Fenster, was bei geöffnetem Fenster ziemlich laut war. Bei geschlossenem Fenster war davon allerdings kaum etwas zu hören, daher war es für uns nur ein kleiner Minuspunkt.

Very nice place with a superb view over the beach. The breakfast is amazing, and their restaurant is also good. Rooms are comfortable though a bit small.

The price seemed a bit much for what you get. Basically you’re paying for the see view because the hotel doesn’t have any other facility.

Where should I even start? We visited Mallorca for our honeymoon with my wife, and it was our first ever vacation abroad aswell. We were not sure what to expect, booked a room with sea view and kindly asked the staff to give us the best scenery possible. They really provided the best room for us, and even more: a bottle of champagne to start off our honeymoon strong! We stayed for 10 nights and honestly our room felt like home everytime we got back after a long day exploring the island. Room felt very safe and the balcony was absolutely incredible: romantic vibes, always something to see on the sea or on the shore. Location is stunning. We had a rental car and traveled to several cities and beaches, but Cala Sant Vicenç has the best, most gorgeous coves on the whole island. Loved the crystal clear water, snorkeled a lot. Also, you can start hiking in the Tramuntana mountain range starting only 5 minutes from the hotel. Rooftop pool area was amazing too. The pool is a bit tiny itself but the tanning beds make up for it. Lovely place to rest in the afternoon. One of our favorite was the breakfast, so don't miss it! HUGE range and fun selection: sweet pastries, yummy fruits, lots of warm breakfast variants, sandwich ingredients, smoothies, juices, coffee, tea, local things to try. They even had different kind of cold, freshly flavoured water every morning. We really liked the kindness of the staff! They were so very thoughtful in the restaurant and at the reception desk aswell. Always smiling and greeting us. Special thanks to the cleaning lady: she removed almost all the sand after every beach day, which seemed almost impossible everytime. Oh, and the restaurant: of course the views are incredible, but the highlight of the whole experience is definitely their paella. We tried the seafood and the ciega ones, both so fresh, so warm, so good. Cocktails are incredible, many to choose from. Loved to stay there, would definitely visit again! Thank you all!

Super Frühstück - grosse Auswahl und täglich kleinere Änderungen. Die Lage ist top, direkt am Strand mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht.

Camera molto stretta e difficoltà a trovare parcheggio per l'auto nei dintorni. Abbiamo parcheggiato lungo la strada nelle strisce bianche e pur non essendo specificati cartelli di divieto per la festa del paese, la vettura è stata rimossa.

Overall, absolutely not worth the extortionate prices charged - at 28 weeks pregnant we wanted a special holiday and staying at this hotel absolutely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing week. We have complained with the hotel directly and were offered a small voucher to come back to Mallorca in the next year to stay again … how (new born) and why (see below) would we want to do that. - Paid over £300/night for 5 nights for a sea view however pictures didn’t show obstruction to view of a huge eye sore hotel right in front of hotel - Found a cockroach in our room, staff refused to remove it (alternative was throwing it out of the balcony on to the hotel restaurant below). Finally was removed by staff after a staff changeover. - Had food poisoning (had eaten lunch at the hotel so potentially came from this) - this was stressful at 28 weeks pregnant - Aircon broke on our last night - 28c in the room - Staff not trained to check us out for our early morning flight - had to wait for staff changeover

Tout était parfait ! La vue mer, la Cala incroyable, le petit déjeuner délicieux et varié tous les matins, la gentillesse et serviabilité de tout le personnel, la chambre et le service des femmes de ménages. La piscine sur le toit est un vrai plus avec les transats sur le rooftop. Les dames de l’accueil sont si gentilles et professionnels. Avant de partir à 3:30 du matin une dame nous a fait le café et le thé. Tout le monde est adorable et aux petits soins. Merci pour votre professionnalisme et votre sourire qui font toute la différence !

Rewelacyjny hotel nad samym brzegiem morza. Zdjęcia nie oddają uroku położenia hotelu. Śniadania na tarasie z widokiem na zatokę. Personel zawsze uśmiechnięty i pomocny. Codzienne sprzątanie pokoju. Bardzo dobre śniadanie z dużym wyborem produktów bardzo dobrej jakości, zawsze dostępny zestaw produktów typowych dla regionu. Kawa smaczna.

The location is amazing and the bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in.

La ubicación es espectacular, situado en la Cala misma que es preciosa. El desayuno está bien salvo los jugos que no son exprimidos.

El servicio deja mucho que desear. Parecería que te hacen un favor en atenderte, incluso en el restaurante, el cual tiene precios excesivos y la calidad no es buena. Durante toda la tarde y hasta las 23hs no hay recepción. Por cualquier eventualidad hay que recurrir a los camareros del bar que, a pesar de la buena voluntad, no están capacitados. Nuestra habitación tenía olor a humedad.

Die Lage direkt am Meer, mit der eigenen Dachterrasse und dem eigenen Pool haben uns sehr gut gefallen, Frühstücksbuffet war top. Wir waren mit dem Mietauto unterwegs und haben immer einen gratis Parkplatz gefunden.

Неплохой отель за свои деньги. Номер чистый и просторный, что уже радует. Отдельный плюс — наличие террасы в номере, очень приятно было посидеть вечером. Соотношение цена/качество достойное.

Завтрак не стоил своих денег. Часто не было свободных тарелок и столовых приборов, блюда не обновляли, если прийти после 9:00 уже можно не успеть на некоторые блюда.

There is a lot to love- the room was basic, but clean with a good shower and everything I needed. I didn't mind not having a view from my room, because the restaurant faced the sea and the pool area had plenty of space for relaxing. Everyone was friendly, and the breakfast had a good variety. And it's a fantastic location for enjoying the sea or taking the bus to other areas. I will definitely be back.

Leaving? No really, I had a wonderful time.

El llit és molt còmode i l’habitació té totes les comoditats. La ubicació és perfecta i la piscina del roof top és un oasi dins el paradís. Pots canviar diàriament de tovalloles per a la piscina o la platja. Berenar davant la mar es una altra meravella que ofereix l’allotjament.

Per dir alguna cosa, el lavabo del bany és petit i poc còmode.

La ubicación frente a la cala, el personal es muy Amable, el restaurante con vistas al mar y el hotel tiene mucho encanto y está limpio.

La cama era un poco blanda, nuestra habitación no tenía terraza y la piscina era pequeña.

We love this little hotel and have stayed several times before, the location is unbeatable, the pool deck lovely to sit on and the breakfast very pleasant.

This time we booked fairly last minute so didn’t have a choice of rooms, we ended up with a room at the back which is fine but it was really too small for 2 people. Tough to open the shower door if someone was using the sink & had to climb past the desk chair to get in/out of bed on one side. It is also impossible to dry and shower/beach towel or any wet swimwear in the room as there is nowhere to hang it. The hotel is lovely and clean and fabulously located but would aim to book earlier in future to get a bigger room. We also felt that it would be nice to be able to order a coffee with breakfast rather than having this from the machine.

el tamaño de la habitación y del baño eran enanos. No había donde poner una maleta y en el baño, los productos de higiene personal en el suelo.

Destacar la amabilidad del personal. La señorita de recepción nos ofrecía agua o zumo todas las noches y tuvimos un problema con el baño en la habitación y enseguida nos cambiaron a otra. La verdad que todo el personal encantador.

Die Personal war nett, und die Lage ist sehr schön, das Essen ist lecker, Frühstücksangebot ist gut aber war Gemüse und Obst nicht immer frisch.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, kaum Platz für die Sachen einzuräumen. Die Schließanlage des Zimmers hatte öfter Probleme, die Karten funktionierten immer wieder nicht. Das Pool ist echt klein, benutzt deswegen keine, ist eine Frechheit wie es fotografiert ist auf der Seite des Hotels. Schlechtes Fernsehprogramm, sie haben keine Waage, obwohl reisen wahrscheinlich alle Gäste mit Flugzeug hin.Die Zimmer werden immer während des Frühstücks gereinigt, also wenn man zurückkommt vom Essen muss man darauf warten, dass es fertig wird. Das Hotel is definitiv kein 4 Stern wert.

Petite structure par rapport à celle d'à côté, un emplacement magique pour dîner et déjeuner. Des paellas très bonnes. Un petit déjeuner très qualitatif, varié. Personnel sympathique. Calas clara pas loin. Des chèvres qui baladent sur la plage et les montagnes pendant le repas.

Chambre un peu petite dans la dépendance jouxtant l'hôtel et un peu enfermée car petite terrasse face à un mur. Mais l'extérieur est magique.

the first room we were in was smelling like mold, but I thought its just because doors were closed and no one was there. I made the mistake of not immediately telling reception only on the second day's morning when I noticed moldy spots on the wall and corner. We got a new room and the staff was very promt nice about it although I dont think they didnt know about it....

Номер был маленький и без балкона, но есть номера побольше и с балконом с видом на море. Но они дороже.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lage inkl. der Terrasse und dem tollen Roof Top Pool. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und es wurde immer wieder frisch nachgelegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar.

Die morgendliche Anlieferung durch die Lkw ab 06.00 Uhr morgens war sehr laut und störend.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Ausblick. Dafür ist der Blick und das Frühstücken auf der Terrasse unglaublich schön gewesen. Wir waren in der Vorsaison da, das große Hotel nebenan war noch zu. Daher war es schön ruhig.Wir hatten für faires Geld einen tollen Urlaub und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Lieben Dank an das komplette Team im Hoposa Niu. Wir hatten einen perfekten und wunderbaren Aufenthalt:-) 100% für den tollen Service und die freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter im Hotel. 100% für das Frühstück, Zimmer und Abendessen! Ein dickes Lob und Dankeschön an die Küche! 100% für das Houskeeping..Unsere Zimmer wurden immer sehr gründlich gereinigt:-) Wir haben uns an diesem Ort sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Nos gustó la habitación, era pequeña pero bastante completa, aunque con vista al mar había una diferencia de 100€, me parece bastante caro.

No nos gustó, pedir para hacer check out más tarde, pagando claramente y nos dijeron que estaba completo. Y resulta que en la página entrabas y podías reservar una habitación. Y que no hubiese ducha privada para cuando dejas la habitación. Solo ofrecen la ducha fría de la piscina. Y otra cosa que no nos gustó, que la habitación da a un calle estrecha donde los trabajadores gritan bastante.

Great location right by the beach, with a fantastic terrace. The beach has lifeguards who do a great job. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Nearby bus stop gave access to Alcudia old town and Puerto Pollensa. There’s a roof top plunge pool and some loungers and a few Balinese beds. This is a quiet resort but that suited me perfectly. My room had no balcony and overlooked the wall of another building, but it didn’t matter - I spent very little time in the room. There are other rooms available with a sea view and balcony.

Hotelik sie stara, ale to za malo jak na tę cenę i Majorke. Piekna posciel, wygodne łózko, ale koszmarem sa pokoje z widokiem na ściane, ciemne, czuc stęchkiznę. Plaza obok jest zwyczajnie brzydka i zabetonowqna.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war super. Eine große Auswahl und sehr abwechslungsreich. Es wurde ständig nachgefüllt. Das Hotel hat ein Restaurant. Hier kann man sehr gut essen. Wir haben das tolle Angebot fast täglich genutzt. Das Hotel liegt in einer kleinen Bucht. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und einem kleinem Balkon, einfach schön.

Leider sind die Zimmer etwas klein.

Très belle vue et petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix

L’insonorisation de la chambre n’est pas terrible

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Strand, ruhige Umgebung mit vielen tollen Spaziergängen/Wander/Velo-Touren möglich. Sehr tolle Bucht zum Schwimmen, zu dieser Jahreszeit noch wenig Touristen, gratis Parkplätze im Dorf, Supermarkt und weiteres Restaurants in Gehdistanz. Ansprechendes Frühstück mit vielen frischen Produkten. Freundliches Personal.

Zimmer und Bad eher klein ausgemessen. Ausblick zwar auf Strand/Meer, aber auch auf neu gebauten grossen Hotelkomplex vis a vis. Gerüche von Küche/Restraurant direkt unterhalb vom Zimmer bei geöffnetem Fenster. Türe auf Gang nicht isoliert, hört alle Geräusche/Gespräche vom Gang und umgekehrt. Insgesamt aber wenig Gäste, daher kaum Störungen.

Das Hotel war einfach super! Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Top-Lage direkt am Meer. Das absolute Highlight war für uns das Frühstück: Es war einfach „mega“, sehr viel Auswahl, es war für jeden etwas dabei und jeden Morgen auf der Terrasse mit diesem direkten Blick aufs Meer zu sitzen, war ein echtes „Wow“-Erlebnis. Ein perfekter Start in den Tag! Das Personal war stets freundlich und bemüht! :)

Das einzige Manko war das Badezimmer. Es war leider sehr eng, was es etwas schwierig gemacht hat, sich dort zu zweit gleichzeitig fertig zu machen.

Cet hôtel situé dans une petite crique est très bien situé et la vue magnifique. Le personnel était très accueillant et le repas ainsi que le petit déjeuner très réussi.

Das Hotel liegt in erster Reihe zum Strand, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstücks-Buffet hat eine gute Qualität, insbesondere der Kaffee mit Bohnen aus einer lokalen Rösterei.

Unser Zimmer war etwas klein, hatte keine Aussicht und die Tür zur Terrasse hat nicht dicht abgeschlossen, dafür gab es aber Zugang zu einer Dachterrasse mit Liegestühlen.

Super schöner Meerblick, nettes Personal, sehr sauber. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Az elhelyezkedés nagyon jó. Az öböl gyönyörű. A reggeli változatos és ízletes.

A szoba (103) meglepően kicsi, a földszinti rész zajos. A csukott ajtó mellett ki lehet látni a folyosóra. Mi kifejezetten csendes szállást kerestünk, így csalódottan távozunk. Továbbá az internet az alapszolgáltatást sem éri el.

A very nice hotel with a great location next to the beach, friendly staff and a varied breakfast menu. We would like to stay here again.

Pewne techniczne niedoskonałości w pokoju i w łazience.

Lovely little boutique hotel set overlooking the bay with a lovely terrace and beautiful views. Room was spacious and the double bed was MASSIVE and super comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional - not your usual 'breakfast buffet' - lots of quality ingredients/thought has gone into it.

Nothing - on street public parking was OK when we went, but probably a bit more challenging in high season - but don't let that put you off - the hotel is beautiful. It's a MUCH nicer hotel than the more modern one to its right.
