Posizione ideale per passeggiate e vista del vulcano Teide. Struttura carina e riscaldata, parti in legno e camini grandi che richiamano locali aristocratici.

Una scala che porta a primo piano fatta il legno e scricchiola parecchi ma nulla di grave, ricorda le vecchie casa il legno.

La gentilezza dello staff. il ristorante che ho potuto provare per una colazione e due cene è stato eccezionale sia per l'offerta che per la cortesia dello staff. la possibilità di andare in piscina. La vicinanza ad innumerevoli sentieri del parco nazionale del Teide che ho potuto visitare per tre giorni.

The location is absolutely amazing. The views are beautiful, and staying right inside Teide National Park is a really special experience. We loved the surroundings and the feeling of being right in the middle of this incredible landscape.

Unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing. Nobody told us that we had to get pool towels from reception, or that we needed to let them know 30 minutes in advance if we wanted to use the sauna. We only found out when we got to the pool and realised the sauna was cold. The tea, coffee and sugar in the room were not replenished either. When we asked for more coffee, they suggested we have one at the bar instead. We did, and ended up paying around €7 for two coffees that were actually cold. It was also quite noisy in the morning. Staff were setting up tables right outside our windows, talking loudly and moving tables, chairs and dishes around. You come to a place like this for the peace and quiet, so that was disappointing.

Schludny hotel w samym sercu parku narodowego. Wygodne łóżka, dobre śniadanie i niesamowite widoki zarówno rano, jak i wieczorem.

W restauracji nie informują o tym, że starter w postaci pieczywa z oliwą jest dodatkowo płatny. Sama opłata nie byłaby problemem, gdyby wcześniej o tym mówili. Z plusów - bez problemu usunęli tą pozycję z naszego rachunku, ale dla osób nieznających tych „praktyk” może to być uciążliwe.

Établissement idéalement placé au pied du Teide. La chambre était propre et confortable. Le repas du soir et le petit déjeuner étaient top. Et l’accueil adorable de la réceptionniste Laure Gil (?)

Les remontées nauséabondes des toilettes le 1er matin. La piscine était fermée pour entretien sur les heures d’ouvertures. Dommage.

Excellent location and view from the room. I came for astrophotography and as did not have personal transport, this was the ideal location for walking to the spots I wanted to photograph in the night.

La localisation est incroyable, ainsi que la vue.

La décoration et la literie sont à renouveler. Les chambres dites « supérieur » sont une arnaque : on a payé 100€ de plus pour une chambre avec balcon. Lorsqu’on est arrivés, on nous a finalement indiqué qu’il n’y avait plus de balcons disponibles mais que la chambre était quand même supérieur. Ah bon ? Elles ressemblaient étrangement aux chambres simples…

La habitación era muy cómoda con vistas al Teide y al Roque. La cena fue estupenda y los empleados muy agradables. El trato fue muy bueno.

Die Lage ist herrlich und das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut.

Wir hatten insgesamt drei Zimmer und eines ging zum Innenhof. Dort befinden sich die Apparate der Klimaanlage, die die ganze Nacht liefen und sehr störend waren.

Excelente ubicación, garantía de aparcamiento, personal muy amable, la mejor comida que he comido en Tenerife a precio muy accesible. La recepción siempre atenta a cada necesidad y edad, apta para cualquier tipo de familia. Gracias

Le personnel au restaurant est vraiment pas serviable et pas professionnel du tout. Le soir au restaurant être accueilli en nous montrant de loin où se trouve la table sans nous donner les menus, sans sourire. Le matin au petit déjeuner, c’etait encore pire. Rien qu’à cause de cela, je ne reviendrai plus. Sinon, l’hôtel en sois est très bien.

Dit hotel is prachtig en de locatie adembenemend. Ongelofelijk dat hier nog geen film is opgenomen (voor zover ik weet).

Nos encantó. El restaurante nos gustó mucho. Y el desayuno espectacular. Muy bien organizado todo.

La única pega que pondría es que no tenía aire acondicionado y noté bastante calor en el hotel. Pero se podía soportar bien.

La posizione dell'hotel, da cui partono favolosi sentieri per passeggiare, il suo arredamento essenziale, ma tipico di una residenza di montagna stile canario

Il fatto che l'hotel sia accanto al centro dei visitatori del Teide, che è affollato di turisti. La camera che ci hanno dato, molto cara per un 3 stelle, affacciava su un cortile interno con vista sui condizionatori delle altre camere, che facevano un gran rumore.

Para ser un Parador, las instalaciones están un poco descuidadas y obsoletas. Esa ubicación idílica merece un Parador a su altura. Más siendo "la marca" Parador.

Las vistas y la comida

Ver las estrellas en la Hamaca exterior y vistas al teide. Me gustó la bañera para darme un baño relajante. Nos cambiaron a una habitación superior por disponibilidad.

La piscina esta acristalada y cristales sin verse bien el exterior. Habia un ambiente húmedo y frío medio raro. La habitación no era de lujo para el precio qie se paga pero si con vistas.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel en fonction de l'heure du telepherique pour monter au Teide tôt le matin pour être sur place. La piscine est agréable et la fenêtre de notre chambre avec la vue sur le Teide.

L'hôtel est un peu vieillot, beaucoup de bruit entre les chambres. Nous avons été extrêmement déçus car le petit-déjeuner à 22 euros ; tout de même, est servi qu'à partir de 8h, ce qui n'est absolument pas adapté par rapport aux horaires du telepherique et des personnes qui se lèvent plus tôt. Nous avons donc dû prendre la formule "pic-nic" à partir de 7h facturée à 21 euros, servie dans un sac avec des sandwichs, fruits et eau, un peu léger pour 21 euros et il a fallu négocier pour avoir un café ☕️ gratuit...bref nous ne conseillons pas cet hôtel,.qui profite de son emplacement proche du Teide

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera standard, ma al nostro arrivo ci è stato gentilmente offerto un upgrade a una camera con vista sul Teide: un gesto molto apprezzato che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Il personale è uno dei punti di forza dell’hotel: estremamente professionale, efficiente e attento, ma allo stesso tempo cordiale, spontaneo e mai formale in modo eccessivo. Ci siamo sentiti accolti con grande calore. La colazione è semplicemente imperdibile: prodotti di altissima qualità, ampia scelta sia dolce che salata e un’ottima valorizzazione delle specialità locali. Vale davvero la pena prendersi il tempo per gustarla. Abbiamo cenato anche al ristorante dell’hotel e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti: piatti ben preparati, ingredienti di qualità e un rapporto qualità-prezzo assolutamente adeguato. La posizione del Parador, nel cuore del Parco Nazionale del Teide, è unica e permette di vivere un’esperienza davvero speciale, soprattutto al tramonto e sotto il cielo stellato.

The location is wonderful, in the middle of the national park, close to several hiking trails as well as the bus stop if you're using public transportation. Rooms are comfortable, with a balcony to enjoy the view and excellent wifi. I enjoyed my stay!

I feel like the 2 rooms facing the dumpster should ne slightly less expensive than the others "standard rooms" with better views. Breakfast is outrageously expensive (especially for Spain).

Die Lage ist einzigartig! Die Ausblicke einfach nur wow. Einzelne Angestellte sind sehr bemüht und super freundlich (z.B. die nette Bedienung beim Abendessen und der Kellner beim Frühstück). Qualität des Essens war gut. Der Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch und inklusive.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Einzelne Angestellte sind nicht sehr freundlich und benehmen sich eher wie Beamte. Beispiel: die rüde und genervte Absage, eine Tür vom Poolraum auf die Sonnenterrasse zu öffnen. Es könnten kleine Verbesserungen schon viel bewirken: Sonnenschirme oder Sonnensegel auf der Terrasse beim Poolhaus! Umgestaltung des Mini-Fitnessraums (Laufband zeigt gegen die Wand statt auf die tolle Landschaft!). Flexibler Turm statt sperrige Beinmaschine.. Neue Doppelbetten, statt alte instabile Einzel- Holzbetten. Die Portionen beim Abenessen waren für den Preis zu klein. Mein Freund ist nicht satt geworden. Typische canarische Nachspeisen fehlen auf der Karte. Frühstück für 22 Eur p.P. zu teuer!

J’ai eu un problème de famille et je voulais réduire mon séjour et cela m’a été refusé. De ce fait je suis venue à la cafétéria. C’est digne de la cafétéria d’un camping. Un personne qui ne parle pas anglais. Une vitrine où choisir de quoi manger comme dans un self !!!

Lage außergewöhnlich da in direkter Nähe des Teide und nachts der Ausblick in den Nachthimmel bei ansonsten totaler Dunkelheit bis auf Autos und Hotel wunderschön!

Die Lage ist ein Traum und auch das Gesamtambiente ist gut. Die Qualität des Abendessen ist sehr gut.

In der Sauna und im Schwimmbad keinerlei Getränke und auch kein Service. In der Preisklasse darf es nicht fehlen. Das Frühstück ist sehr „Plastiklastig“, Nachhaltigkeit = Fehlanzeige. Passt nicht zu der Preiskategorie und schon gar nicht ins Naturschutzgebiet.😢😢😢 Der Eincheck-Prozess ist etwas langwierig. Das darf heute schneller sein wenn schon online gebucht wird.

Location was perfect for our astro photography We had an inner room with no view, but it was large and bathroom was good and we were only there one night. Dinner was surprisingly better than expected, if expensive, as we had been before and it was dour. Didn't bother with breakfast as had coffee in the room.

Price. But there's no alternative in the National Park. Couldn't get English TV, but it didn't matter in the end.

This is an exceptional property. Spacious, well appointed rooms, unbeatable location with loads of amenities. This was our favourite stay during our 12 day tour of the Canaries.

Our only “complaint” was the bar service. The bar is advertised as open until 2230, but does not have dedicated staff. We felt like we were pulling a restaurant server away from the dinner service.

Das Abendessen. Ich hatte ein Rinderfilet Steak medium bestellt. Bekommen hatte ich ein Stück flach geklopptes Fleisch total trocken und zä. Eine Frechheit, so etwas als Filetsteak zu servieren.

Food in restaurant a little pricey for quality. Furniture in lobby and sitting areas need update. Flies in room. Access to hotel parking is complicated because tourists not staying in hotel park along both sides of road entering hotel and block traffic. Very chaotic to drive in.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien.la sauna hay que pedir que la enciendan 30min antes no había reloj en la piscina no había agua caliente en las duchas...las bebidas no estaban incluidas nos cobraron 20e por 3copas y una botella de agua...desayuno escaso y más típico de una casa rural no de un parador con el renombre que tiene ...y nada barato 281e...la verdad que espere otra cosa

Friendly staff, good breakfast, good on-house dinner and all of that in plain view of the Teide. Easy trails start nearby the hotel. We also enjoyed the swimmingpool.

Amazing position, right in the centre of the Teide National park, with fabulous views. Comfy room, with a stylish bathroom and balcony. Attractive lounge areas and a fine restaurant. Friendly staff.

We had a long wait for check-in. We asked for a room close to the lift for my disabled wife, but were allocated one right at the end of a long corridor (with three steps down half way along). It was over 100 steps , which my wife (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) found very difficult.

Location: Excellent location for anyone wanting to explore away from the coastal areas with some wonderful natural sights to see. Room: Clean, quite big, bathroom & shower great. Staff: Friendly, helpful.

Breakfast. This was a strange experience. There was a selection of foods laid out & you was directed to your table & instructed to help yourself. Having eaten some food, I was then given a "menu" (this didn't happen every day) where I could choose a hot breakfast ie eggs & bacon. The one day I did order a hot breakfast I asked for bacon & scrambled eggs, 20 minutes later I was given some mashed up omelette & ham strips. A very disappointing experience Evening Meals: disappointing experience for multiple reasons, so much so that by the last night I'd had enough & went elsewhere to eat. Room: No air conditioning, the sun blazes in & the room gets hot. There are 3 different fan speeds on the environmental/thermostat unit on the wall but nothing to cool the room down. The beds are on wheels, each time you shift your weight the whole bed moves. The beds are not the most comfortable & found I was constantly waking up throughout the night to turn & get comfy which meant the bed suddenly moved about because of the wheels by which waking me up with a jolt.

Hotelzimmer viel zu teuer, aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen, unfreundliches Personal im Restaurant, Frühstücksbuffet mies, Qualität des Abendessens sehr mittelmäßig, Sauna alt und schäbig und wird nur so kurze Zeit eingeschaltet, ging mittendrin einfach aus. Wie geizig kann man mit Strom umgehen, und das bei diesem überhöhten Preis fürs Zimmer.
