Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Cutre. Habitación tipo cajón sin ventilación al exterior. Tv pequeña y antigua, y mando tv deteriorado. Aspecto general decepcionante. Luces amortiguadas. No obedece al concepto de Hotel Rural, a pesar de ser una edificación antigua con maderas nobles. La habitación parecía más propia de una pensión. Sin recepción a partir de las 18hs. No hay servicio de restaurante ni para desayunos.

Esto no tiene que ver con el hotel, pero en general la situación de aparcamiento en la Orotava es un rollo. Aparqué en el del Mercadona para tenerlo cerca.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026El estilo rural del hotel, conservando hasta el más mínimo detalle. Está en el lugar ideal, para poder visitar todo a su alrededor caminando. El anfitrión nos aconsejo lugares que visitar, dónde comer, y nos explicó todo sobre el propio alojamiento.
Por ponerle una pega, si las personas son muy sensibles al ruido, se escucha el tránsito de los coches. Cierto es que se amortigua bastante porque por dentro de las ventanas originales, hay otras más modernas, pero se entiende que por ser este tipo de alojamiento rural tienen que llevarse por normas de conservación. El tránsito en la noche entre semana tampoco es que fuera demaciado

Très difficile pour se garer, il faut tourner plusieurs fois dans la ville pour trouver un emplacement. Pas de petit déjeuner servi sur place, il pourrait y avoir une bouilloire dans la chambre avec deux sachets de thé.... un minimum... Pas de repas du soir. Pas de sèche cheveux. Aucune insonorisation entre les chambres, et pas de chance, des voisins très très bruyants, qui sont rentrés tard, et partis tôt.... Une courte et mauvaise nuit pour nous....

L'hôtesse ne nous a pas informés qu'il y avait une procession religieuse et qu'il était interdit de se garer dans les rues. Cela nous a valu une mise en fourrière et une amende.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Mir hat der alte Stil des Hotels sehr gut gefallen. Allerdings sind die Türen und Fenster zum Innenhof deshalb auch nicht Schalldicht und man hört alles sehr gut durch. Bei dem Bad im Zimmer war eine Leitung in der Decke undicht, weshalb es hier teilweise getropft hat. Das Problem wurde für mich behoben, indem ich ein anderes Zimmer bekam. Die Lage des Hotels war allerdings unschlagbar für La Orotava. Alles was man braucht hat man in der Nähe.
Mir fehlte die Handseife im Badezimmer.

Onze kamer had alleen een heel klein raam dat uitkeek op de binnenplaats. Daardoor was het erg donker in de kamer. Alternatieve kamer (enige die nog vrij was) had last van schimmel, dus was geen optie.

Les clients restent seuls dans l’hôtel pour la nuit Mal insonorisé entre les chambres,heureusement tout a été très calme pendant notre nuit excepté un petit bruit de ventilation

The building is historic, which makes the stay a unique experience, with beautiful old wooden floors and a dark wooden ceiling that add a lot of character. The room was cosy and tastefully decorated, making it a very pleasant place to stay.
I wouldn’t recommend it for a long stay because the room we stayed in had almost no sound insulation. We could hear the guests in the next room snoring and talking very clearly, as if they were in the same room. It was uncomfortable but for one night it was still worth it.

The walls between the rooms were very thin. We could hear our neighbors and they could hear us quite easily...too easily.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2026L’hôtel est au cœur de la ville de La Orotava. C’est idéalement situé afin de visiter les lieux majeurs. Le personnel a été très charmant et la chambre était simple mais efficace. Chauffage mis à notre disposition, serviettes de toilette et nécessaire pour se laver (shampoing, savon, lait pour le corps).
Cependant les murs du bâtiment sont extrêmement fins et aucune isolation n’est faite entre les chambres. Une famille avec un enfant en bas âge a logé à côté de nous la deuxième nuit. Très bruyante, jusqu’à 23h le soir et le matin à partir de 5h30. Difficile pour nous de passer une nuit de qualité.

We visited in January, and we understood the weather was colder than normal. However, the room was very chilly and not warm enough to sit in comfort. The ensuite was basic and dark, the light above the mirror worked intermittently. There were no drawers or hanging space for your clothes.

Nous avons trouvé porte close à notre arrivée à 19h30. Il a fallu attendre, appeler l’établissement… Pas de Restaurant sur place comme nous l’espérions, nous n’avons pas pu visiter l’établissement qui semble t il est magnifique. le lendemain, en partant à 7h30 personne à la réception. Nous avons dû cacher les clés !

Maja on vanalinna kivisillutisega tõusva tänava ääres. Sellest ülesse sõitvad autod tegid paraku nii kõva müra, et magamine osutus tõeliseks väljakutseks (olen kergemat sorti unega).
