No hay nada que no me gustara, se ve que todavía tienen que pulir algunos aspectos pero con la buena actitud de los empleados lo conseguirán seguro

Reception staff, and actually all the staff are super professional and lovely. Room was great with lovely additions like fresh fruit and very comfy bed. Enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast missed the mark. Very slow service and eggs Benedict was undercooked. Wife ordered yoghurt bowl and scrambled eggs. All came together which was a bit odd.

The rooms were lovely, spotless and staff were great. Was a good location. Pool was lovely and not over crowded as it’s a small hotel.

Although this is a foodie hotel the food we experienced was average and quite a limited menu without a lot of choice. It much in the way of traditional Spanish dishes, but pizza and burgers. Very expensive as well

The setting is a five minute car journey outside Calpe centre however it has only seventeen rooms and was excellent for a relaxing stay.There are a variety of areas to sit and relax as well as the outdoor pools. The rooms have all been refurbished as has the interior of the hotel which also has two restaurants on site. The staff are excellent very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The room we had which was a suite had a walk in shower and a stand alone bath and the room itself had a king size bed and a couch and outside seating area which had a great view of the Rock at the Marina

Super hôtel le personnel est serviable et respectueux le PDJ est très bon la propreté de la chambre rien à redire l’endroit est paisible calme et bien. Entretenue je pense que nous reviendrons car j’ai apprécié les 4jours passés sur place. Il existe 2 restaurants sur place et un parking. Merci encore à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel…

En principio se reservó siendo Pet friendly (aparecía dentro de la búsqueda con mascotas activa en la plataforma de booking, y en internet indicaba, Google y otros sitios reseñas donde efectivamente era Pet friendly el hotel) y para nuestra sorpresa días antes de ir, cambio la política, tras llamarlos y hablar con ellos (al enterarnos nosotros de casualidad, nadie nos avisó ni notificó nada previamente), se les solicitó un documento con las especificaciones donde se aceptaba al animal (ya que finalmente aceptaron al animal cobrándonos 15€ más por día, detalles que no estaban en la página de booking y en la reserva hecha meses antes). En ningún momento se facilitó documento, solo comentaron que salvo en la piscina y las zonas cercanas a los restaurantes no podía estar. Para nuestra sorpresa a nuestra llegada nos hicieron firmar un documento con un montón de normas relacionadas con el animal (un perrito de 3kg) donde no podía hacer prácticamente nada, ni siquiera utilizar la ducha o una toalla (y eso que nos cobran 15€ por él diarios). Al comentar esto (tras firmar) a una encargada nos contestó de forma cortante y borde diciéndonos “pues no haber firmado”, fue bastante descortés y considero que al cliente no se le puede hablar así, menos mal que al rato pidió disculpas por correo electrónico dándonos la razón de su mala gestión previa a la llegada. El resto de personas, sobre todo los camareros muy amables la verdad, aunque en ocasiones con demora al servir tanto el día de la comida, como durante los desayunos, sobre todo los últimos días. Más peculiaridades: Desde el primer día, nos encontramos hormigas en la habitación (imagino que al estar recientemente reformado), para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas y pagar la suite es bastante desagradable.

Su trato, instalaciones nuevas y bien cuidadas, desayuno personalizado.

Μείναμε στο ξενοδοχείο και φάγαμε και στο εστιατόριο, όλα ήταν υπέροχα, το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο, τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες υψηλής ποιότητας. Ιδανικό μέρος για χαλάρωση και το φαγητό πολύ νόστιμο. Εξαιρετικό και ευγενικό προσωπικό, το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!

The location is just perfect! 10 minutes walk from the Calp South beach, in a very quiet neighbourhood. Ample parking and 2 high quality restaurants. The breakfast was perfect and delicious with only fresh ingredients!

Extrem ruhig und gepflegt. Personal sehr freundlich und in vielen Dingen auch flexibel. Frühstück a la carte sehr gut. Restaurant und Weinauswahl hervorragend. Zimmer mit guter Klimaanlage und Ventilator ausgestattet. Pool lädt zum entspannen ein.

Im Zimmer fehlten viele Kleinigkeiten wie eine toilettenbürste, grosser Mülleimer, Ablage für die Handtücher, ordentlicher Schrank und Schubladen für 2 volle Koffer. Housekeeping könnte besser sein. Das der Spa Bereich nicht benutzt werden kann wurde uns erst am Anreisetag gesagt. Das war überhaupt nicht gut.

Es un alojamiento muy bonito, en un lugar muy cómodo. Está lo suficientemente cerca de la playa como para ir andando y a la vez lejos para poder descansar bien. Tiene un personal excelente, muy amable y muy atento. La piscina es un paraíso para el relax y está todo muy limpio.

En mi opinión no cambiaría nada. Tal vez aumentaría un poco la oferta de bollería en el desayuno para los más golosos, y pondría una papelera en la habitación.

We had a lovely stay. Excellent staff and facilities. The bedroom was newly decorated and the little touch of fresh fruit was appreciated. Komfort restaurant did not disappoint.

La piscina nos ha enamorado por completo, igual que el buffet del desayuno y la tranquilidad, ya que al ser un hotel pequeño, no está masificado. Además, el personal fue muy amable y profesional. Todo estaba super limpio, desde luego que queremos repetir en este sitio y lo recomendamos 100%.

Amazing weekend. From when we arrived everything was perfect. Some really nice touches were offered such as a welcome drink and Pink cava with dinner. The room had a huge terrace with loungers, table and chairs. We had dinner included and the options offered were amazing..delicious. Breakfast was varied and one recommendation would be to offer more hot options as at times It was quite limited. The staff were a credit to the hotel.. everyone was amazing. Special thanks to Sofía who was always smiley and looked after us seamlessly. I cant remember the other waiters name but he was very profesional too. We cant wait to have the opportunity to visit again soon!!!

Beautiful grounds, pool area and reception with very welcoming, friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. They even changed/upgraded our room to one with a walk in shower upon request. Location excellent, peaceful and great for parking. Only a short stroll away from the sea front.

The breakfast was a big let down. Minimal choice which was sparingly put out when needed. Had to ask 2 days running for hot food as nothing left by 09:00. Only one choice of cereal. One pastry. No yogurts. The cold continental buffet was a little better with prepared fresh fruits. The bedrooms are in need of refurbishment. The furniture & decor is starting to look very worn & tired. The rest of the hotel, reception & lounge area and I guess Spa , is all very modern and updated.

L’acceuil , toujours souriant et prêt à aider surtout la fille pendant notre temps de vacance. Le matin au petit déjeuner, à midi pour nous apporter les boissons 🍷 et le soir, elle etait toujours là avec un beau sourire 🥰

A quiet calming hotel which gave us a base from which to explore Calpe. We found the hotel staff amazingly attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We left totally refreshed from our stay.Breakfast was good but we would have liked a little more variety. Looking forward to returning to stay once the refurb is complete

First and last time staying here. Will start with the positives: a few of the members of staff went above and beyond, were compassionate and did their best to sort queries, and the pool area was pleasant (ignoring the hair around the broken parasol and the leaves in the pool that weren’t cleaned out). Other than that, nothing. Nowhere near a 4 star hotel, they are dreaming. Starting with the room. I first got a room with stairs, you walk into the room and immediately there’re stairs, we were not made aware of this and you would be stuffed if you had accessibility problems. The doors to the rooms do not close properly on their own. All of the furniture and skirting boards are chewed up, chipped or blown due to damp. No table to store the suitcase on, and the chair was filthy, covered with marks and bits. Then the ‘balcony’ was some steps going down to a small patio surrounded by a high wall, with air conditioning units and the back of the restaurant as a view. So I asked to move rooms and was able to. The next room was no better. Again, the door wouldn’t shut, furniture chewed, etc. No hairdryer in the bathroom, just the holes where there was one originally, black mould around the bath and green looking marks on the ceiling. Thought oh this is nice there is a window in the bathroom, opened it and found it opened out onto the neighbouring rooms balcony! Two of the lamps weren’t working in the room, socket on only one side of bed. Orange ceiling light that wouldn’t switch off and was really bright so didn’t get any sleep. The fridge was full of marks, as was all of the paintwork on the balcony. Wiped the table on the balcony after having some food and it was filthy, as was were the chairs. Hairs stuck under the door frames as if they’re just pushed around. I could go on. Next: breakfast. The first day there was a jar of corn flakes as a cereal, then no cereal for the rest of the holiday, yet 4 jars of nuts. Sometimes eggs and bacon, sometimes not, all kept under a warm light that did little to keep it warm. Artfully arranged shop bought croissants to make something out of nothing. Had to ask for black tea bags everyday, the hot water machine was also for coffee so everything tasted of coffee, wasn’t working on one day either. Ended up bringing my own breakfast from a shop. Overall, the worst hotel I have stayed in. You get to a point where you can’t ask for anything else to be rectified and give up. Never in a million years a 4 ⭐️, 2 or 3 at a push.

Unbelievably, it’s probably the worst hotel room we have stayed in. The rooms allocated to us were barely a 3*. So many faults with the rooms. We managed to get 1 room reallocated as we requested or could have moved to one of their sister hotels but 3rd day in to a 5 night sat didn’t bother. Breakfast is a bit of a farce. Minimal like warm cooked food ie eggs and sausage. No cereals at all?? Ok if you like pastries n continental breakfast. Not worth the price we paid. Pool area nice but no bar open- very quiet n never fathomed out how to get a drink. Nice Nespresso coffee machine in room but only ever had the 3 capsules allocated in it on arrival - never replenished. Rooms were shabby with skirtings boards damaged, bathroom door tatty as looked as if had water damage and never repaired. Blackout curtains hanging off. I could go on but far too many points. Staff were lovely and helpful and I guess they are working their best in the circumstances. Nice reception and restaurant appearance’s but never eat in the restaurants at night as breakfast put us off. Major building works all in Calpe and had a wonderful view of about 6 tower cranes from our balcony on the front of the hotel, balcony was tatty and needed refreshing. Staff were understanding of our complaint and we got an hour in the Spa complementary which was nice. We are quite flexible when travelling but unfortunately thus hotel was not for us and certainly not worth what we paid for it

El spa una pasada,para dos personas y completo

Me gustó por su exclusividad, la restauración (desayuno gourmet) el servicio por parte del personal). Nos alojamos en una Junior Suite, estancia amplia, con terraza, baño con ducha y bañera hidromasaje. En una zona tranquila y a solo 15 minutos andando del bullicio de Calpe.

Por poner un pero, pedimos unos cockteles y fueron muy sencillos, nada equilibrados con el resto de servicios.

Somos asiduos a este hotel por varios motivos. El hotel es super tranquilo y acogedor. El desayuno esta muy bien y la comida de la media pensión en el restaurante Komfort es un espectáculo. A todo el que visite el restaurante le recomiendo que pida el huevo a baja temperatura. Personalmente es uno de los platos mas simples y mas buenos que me he comido en mi vida. Pero sobre todo esta el personal que tienen en el hotel y el restaurante. Son gente encantadora de verdad y hacen que la estancia sea muy agradable.

Aunque esta bien creo que empieza a ser necesaria una actualización y modernización de las instalaciones. Esta un pelín retirado de la playa que esta a 10 minutos andando.

The hotel was a very good four star and had all the amenities that are required including a lift, our room was very pleasant and a good size and to a four star standard, however on top of that a special note should be made of the staff and the food as both were excellent. Although there is a Mitchelin Star fine dining restaurant which looked first class we went to the hotel restaurant and had a wonderful meal. We were told they shared the same Executive Chef and it showed. Would certainly recommend you give either restaurant a try depending on your pocket.

La cama era muy cómoda. El personal muy amable. La comida estaba buena. El desayuno buffet un poco justito de variedad pero todo muy bueno. Te hacían tortillas al gusto al momento.

El spa no lo pudimos probar porque era muy caro. 50 eur por persona creo. El menú de comida y cena era el mismo. Para la comida estaba bien porque te quedabas lleno sobre todo los arroces que estaban muy buenos. Pero para cenar era demasiado y nos dejábamos los platos a medias pq algunos ya los habíamos probado en la comida y porque por la tarde se tiene menos hambre normalmente. Las instalaciones por fuera parecen un antiguo chalet grande reformado. De hecho la parte de al lado es una finca de viviendas privadas con una piscina un poco ruidosa. Creo que comparten zonas de paso comunes. El hotel tiene un restaurante estrella Michelin pero no entra en el menú de media pensión. No hay servicio de recepción por la noche con personal. Hay que llamar al personal de otro hotel cercano del grupo. Si tienes problemas con las llaves al volver pq se desconfiguran puede ser un problema.

Desayuno mejorable para la calidad del hotel que es.

El hotel esta muy bien en proporción calidad-precio. No es un hotelazo, pero tiene cosas muy buenas, piscina, bufete desayuno y el restaurante muy bueno.

La verdad es que lo único es que cuando fuimos no estaba el bar de la piscina y no se podía comer nada, y en las fechas de junio cuando fuimos, podría esta el bar para la gente que queremos comer y beber al lado de la piscina.

En general el concepto del hotel me gusto bastante.

Al llegar el parking se queda pequeño, ya que no es solo para el hotel sino para los restaurantes que tienen aqui. Que cuentan hasta con estrella michelin

Breakfast was excellent. We didn’t use the spa so can’t comment. The room had everything we needed. The only thing that could be improved is if the A/C could have been a little colder as it was super warm outside. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

Really enjoyed our two night stay here. Amazing welcome from the receptionist. Free first drink at the lovely pool.Nice breakfast. Walking distance to the beach. A very calm experience.

La atención de todo el personal y su cocina.

Sin duda el personal es encantador y el restaurante con buena comida, tanto desayuno de bufet como la cena que hicimos estaba rica.

Faltaba un poco de limpieza, pelusas en el suelo, y las instalaciones un poco anticuadas.

Personal muy amable, zonas nobles del Hotel.

La habitación pésima, supongo que estaban llenos y nos dieron la número 101. Parece que esta hecha de recovecos del edificio: escaleras, aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, muy pequeña y la terraza de la habitación muy mal.
