Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Es un hermoso lugar, rodeado de colinas con viñedos y olivares, un ambiente muy tranquilo. Tiene una linda piscina. Es ideal ir en auto ( con Google Maps se llega sin problema) y recorrer los pueblos y trattorias de la zona (la propiedad no tiene restaurante). El desayuno muy bueno, al igual que la cálida atención que recibimos. La limpieza de la habitación fue diaria y correcta.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Das B&B ist einfach super. Der Gastgeber ist super freundlich und es gab jeden Tag ein sehr leckeres Frühstück mit wunderbarer Aussicht über die Toskana. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und uhrig. Der Pool ist toll. Man kommt schnell nach Florenz oder Siena und in der nähe befinden sich mehrere Weingüter. Wir würden wieder kommen. Mille Grazie!

Access is via a very steep gravel track so not Ideal for our low wheel base car and there aren’t many places close for dinner. Air con was only just taking the edge off the 34 degree heat.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Nádhera, toto ubytování si mě opravdu získalo: budova, ve které jsme bydleli, bazén, výhledy na krajinu a v neposlední řadě ochotný pan majitel, který byl kdykoliv k dispozici. Ráda bych se vrátila.
Náš pokoj byl propojen zamčenými dveřmi s jiným pokojem, kde bydlela rodina, a tak bylo odvedle hodně slyšet. Oddělené postele byly dost úzké.

It has a private entrance, a lovely and well-equipped bathroom, a clean swimming pool, and beautiful, well-maintained gardens and greenery. Breakfast can be enjoyed on the terrace with a beautiful view. A wide selection is available, including croissants, fresh and delicious assorted bread rolls, butter, scrambled eggs, ham, yogurts, jams, bacon, sausages, juices, and much more.
There was no bottled water, no drinking glasses, no kettle, and no coffee machine in the apartment. It was not possible to have a coffee except at breakfast. There were also only six sun loungers available by the pool.

Wenn zu Fuss unterwegs: ca. 15 Minuten Gehzeit ins Dörfchen, dort "nur" 1 Pizzeria und 1 kleines Lädeli mit Lebensmitteln und Theke.

No fault of the b&b but it is very remote and the buses are infrequent … making it hard to get around at ease. you’d need a car unless you plan to just spend lots of time by the pool. There is a small local town a ten minute walk with a cafe/delicatessan that sells basic food items though which we loved!

Reviewed May 7, 2026Le gîte est tout d'abord très bien situé pour visiter le Chianti et Florence (petit conseil pour Florence garez vous au centre commercial de Ponte a greve et prenez le tramway). L'environnement est incroyable et la vue époustouflante. On pourrait croire que la déco est un peu passée mais moi je l'ai trouvée authentique et cela va très bien avec l'âme de la maison. Tout est très propre et le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux. Le propriétaire est très gentil et prévenant. Un accueil chaleureux tous les matins malgré la barrière de la langue. Un grand merci pour tout cela.

The breakfast was exceptional with everything you would want/need: eggs, bacon, sausage, croissants, breads, cereal, jams, yogurts, juice, cappuccino, teas, fresh fruits. etc. The location is outstanding with great view of Tuscany rolling hills from the patio. It is also a convenient location for day trips to other towns in the area such as San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Siena, etc.
One suggestion to make the guest stay even 10+ is to upgrade the room amenities by providing an electric kettle, a small coffee pod machine, and a small microwave.

The place is perfect for relaxing and enjoying peaceful moments, especially in the evening with a glass of wine. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place.
