The food ( breakfast and dinner) was reasonable but a little under our expectancies compared to 4-5 other places in Tirol

Ottima la posizione della struttura, a due passi dal centro di Garmisch, l'albergo ha camere ampie e gli spazi in generale sono ampi e piacevoli, ottima la colazione: abbondante e qualitativamente ineccepibile. Il personale è gentile e attento.

Forse ai livelli di una struttura di questo tipo e con queste caratteristiche, mi sarei aspettato il parcheggio gratuito o comunque a un prezzo calmierato per chi soggiorna per più notti.

Perfect location and our room with the view of the mountains was gorgeous! The decor in the hotel was from local artist.

Комфортный отель, согласна со всеми отзывами, удобно, вкусно, персонал приветлив. Не бюджетный вариант. Ужин прикольный, в общепите вряд ли бы заказала, подача красивая, не обьешься. На завтрак есть игристое..

Своим выбором довольна. Раньше может просто не обращала внимания, рассписываясь на счете за выпитое на ужине, первой строчкой идет тип.

Zimmer 019 : Lage sehr schlecht. Teppichboden total verschmutzt. Beim Abendessen musste ich erst den Kellner darauf hinweisen , dass wir essen wollten. Das ständige Fragen : Schmeckt es ? Haben Sie Wünsche usw. war sehr störent. .

Loved the location. Comfy bed and duvets. Spectacular view of the mountains. Friendly accommodating staff.

The only downside was while the staff was friendly, I will say the person checking us in spoke a little English. I speak some German so it was OK but if you only speak English it may be an issue.

Micul dejun este excelent, la fel si locatia. Parcarea subterana este foarte curata, fiecare masina are locul ei cu perioada afisata pe tablita. Personalul foarte bine pregatit, saritor, amabili.

המלון מקסים, הצוות חייכנים ועוזרים מאד, ארוחת הבוקר מפנקת ומעולה, בכל יום אחר הצהריים יש נשנושים ושעת תה בלובי. המיקום פנטסטי וקל מאד להגיע ברגל לכל מקום במרכז העיר, ונסיעה קצרה וחלקה לאטרקציות המרכזיות באזור. חניה פשוטה מאד בסביבה. החדר היה מרווח, נקי מאד ונעים, אנחנו ממליצים מאד!!!

Phenomenal view of the zugspitze from the balcony. Quiet rooms, a delicious latte machine in the room, very spacious, fan provided, room service was impeccable, breakfast is the best I've had in German hotels! They also made take away lunches for us when we were leaving at 4am to hike. I've stayed here before and I will be back again!

Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Service-Kräfte während des Frühstücksbüffets könnten aufmerksamer sein.

Incroyable ! Le personnel et le lieu sont formidables. Les services sont au top et tout est beau, bien entretenu et confortable. L'espace détente et sportif est parfait, la chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée, et le petit déjeuner est fabuleux !

Beautiful indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi. A full set up espresso machine in the room. Staff was exceptional.

Extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, tolle Lage nahe Fussgängerzone. Unser Zimmer war super ausgestattet und es hat nichts gefehlt.

Alle Speisen beim Frühstücksbuffet waren nicht nur gekühlt, sondern extrem eiskalt. Einzeln verpackte mini Butterstücke könnten aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen auf offene Butter umgestellt werden. Das vermeidet viel Müll.

Skvělá lokalita s vyhlídkou na Zugspitze, v blízkosti vláček jedoucí na Zugspitze. Navštívili jsme také Partnachklamm a blízký klášter. Bezpečné parkování v podzemní garáži hotelu.

Great location. Rooms were good size and in very good condition. Prior to arrival staff had separated the bed in one of the rooms as requested (making two twin beds instead of one king). Breakfast was very good. Staff was helpful with directions and tips. On the pricier side if you do not take advantage of the amenities (which we did not).

Lovely hotel, clean, comfy, great breakfast. Stunning views. We booked a suite as a family of four and two single beds were set up in the room (we were expecting to use a sofa bed so this was a nice bonus). The hotel was one of the most expensive in the area when we booked so I was pleased it was as nice as it looked.

The only issue we had was we stayed during a hot week in summer and unfortunately lack of aircon made sleeping uncomfortable, even though we’d been given fans. Would not be an issue any other time of year.

Authentic unobtrusive Bavarian feel, big room with lovely panoramic balcony. Wonderful restaurant (recommend) and breakfasts. Pretty pool with frescoes. Very smiley helpful staff. Great location to a run of shops/cafés 5 mins away. Underfloor safe garage. Highly recommend. We didn’t want to leave!

Zentrale Lage, gutes Frühstück, guter Spa Bereich, PKW in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage gut abgestellt. Wenige Minuten zum Bahnhof.

Beim Checkin wären einige Infos zB Kurkarte hilfreich gewesen.

Rowery elektryczne niezbyt dobrej jakości w połowie drogi na Eibsee bez wspomagania - jazda ciężka :( koszt to 25 euro od roweru. Rowery górskie w cenie co uważam za duży plus. Bardzo dobrej jakości.

Очень мило, в номере свежий живой цветок, конфетки. В лобби яблочки. Персонал очень дружелюбный! Рекомендую ужин в отеле, вкусные блюда с красивой подачей, почти fine dining. Ужин сервируется в тихом дворике отеля, летом приятно сидеть на открытом воздухе и, наслаждаясь пением птичек, трапезничать. В отеле царит атмосфера умиротворения, идеальная для отпуска.

Кондиционера нет, но несмотря на приличную жару, а мы попали в +34С днём, ночью было нормально спать с открытыми настежь балконными дверями.

Wir haben ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, leider hat man uns nicht informiert, dass das Rauchen auf den Balkons in diesem Hotel erlaubt ist. Unter unserem Zimmer rauchte ein Gast eine Zigarre nach der anderen, wir mussten die Fenster und Tur schliessen und mit unseren Kindern das Zimmer verlassen, da das Hotel keine Klimaanlage hat und sim Zimmer sehr warm war. Leider hat uns niemand vom Personal geholfen. Sehr schlechtes Fruhstuck. Die Lebensmittel liegen offen zugänglich fur Fliegen, weder unter Abdeckungen noch in Lebensmitellbehaltern.

Der Ausblick von dem Balkon direkt auf die Berge war sehr schön. Zudem war das Personal sehr nett. Den Pool und die Sauna war vor allem bei dem warmen Wetter total praktisch.

Leider war die vegane Auswahl nicht sonderlich gut. :(

Hotel ist super gelegen. Nahe dem Zentrum und auch vom Bahnhof zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet! Sehr schönes Hallenbad. Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend.

Innenstadtnahe Lage des Hotels mit kurzen Wegen zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Exzellente Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen: Zimmer, Frühstücksraum, Restaurant, Schwimmbad und Sauna. Personal ohne Tadel: freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend, ohne aufdringlich zu sein, an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück, im Restaurant und auch der Zimmerservice. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Besonders erwähnenswert fanden wir, dass das Halbpensionsmenu (Gruß aus der Küche, Brot/Butter, 4 Gänge) nachträglich tageweise in Anspruch genommen werden konnte; sehr gutes Essen zu einem mit 29 €/Person wirklich fairem Preis und keine Wiederholung während unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthalts. Reservierter Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage 15 €/Tag.

This hotel was lovely! The accommodations were amazing and the staff was wonderful! We had an early flight out with a bit of a drive to the airport and they packed lunch for our family since we would be missing breakfast! The location is great as well and within walking distance to the beautiful town. We would definitely stay again! Wonderful experience!

Friendly welcome which always sets things off on a positive note. We reserved a parking place in the secure garage and didn't mind the Euro 15 charge per night as it guaranteed somewhere to park. It's a charming hotel with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was modern and spotlessly clean. The staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We made a last minute decision to take the Zugspitze trip as the weather was clear. The reception staff booked our tickets while we had breakfast which was great as it saved us time and meant we could catch an earlier train. The breakfast is excellent and the half board dinner menu is good value for hotel guests and we genuinely enjoyed most of the dishes although a couple weren't to our taste. The negatives for us were being given a room which was both over the bar and near the road. The bar wasn't a problem however the road noise was a problem for us especially as the rooms aren't air-conditioned and we had to open the window at night. Particularly disappointing as we booked directly with the hotel and almost six months ago.

The service was wonderful. Our family of four really enjoyed the experience. The afternoon complimentary snacks were a highlight. It was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and provided great service. The E bikes were a great addition to our stay to be able to maneuver around town. Overall highly recommend staying here.

Small hotel that simply had a nice feel about it. The multilingual staff were very welcoming and happy to help. The room was large enough but we still found the bathroom in our particular room a bit small. Nothing to ruin our stay or anything like that. The room was a little hot even though outside temperatures at night were cool, which caused us to leave the French doors open for air. This worked well but unfortunately our room was on the driveway (to guest parking) side of the hotel so there was a bit of noise from the restaurant below us as they cleaned up etc after closing, and a few cars coming and going. The breakfast was very good but the dinner in the restaurant was excellent, especially since hotel guests get a very good deal for 4 courses in the half-board option. Eating here is a must do in my opinion. Hotel placement was off the main road and close for an easy walk into the town where there are plenty of other eating options and shopping. All in all a great stay and we would stay again if returning to Garmisch-Partenkirchen. We never got time to do Zugspitze but we did do the gorge hike, which we really enjoyed. Great little town.

Tolle Lage des Hotels. Nur wenige Gehminuten zur Innenstadt und Fußgängerzone. Sehr freundliches Personal. vielfältige Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer sauber. Tiefgarage mit 15€ ist günstig. Für E-Autos steht eine Wallbox zur Verfügung (60ct/KWh) . Unser Zimmer im EG war sehr geräumig und hatte sogar 2 Toiletten. Die Terrasse war groß und gut gegen Blicke von außen geschützt.

Leider keine Verdunklungsvorhänge, sodass es früh morgens schon sehr hell im Zimmer war. Die Holzschränke und Betten habe etwas gequietscht. (Jammern auf hohen Niveau). Aber sonst war alles super und wir würden wiederkommen.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
