Personale molto attento e gentile, nonché disponibile a fornire indicazioni e venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente. Colazione ottima e varia, sia dolce che salata, con croissant buonissimi. Bagno nuovo con una comoda doccia. Stanza molto più ampia rispetto alla media
L'arredamento della stanza mancava di uno specchio a figura intera e di armadio o appendiabiti. In realtà c'era una piccola cabina armadio ma inutilizzabile perché occupata dal frigobar. La stanza aveva una finestra con affaccio interno (in un cavedio) priva di zanzariera e poi aveva dei finestroni in alto le cui tende oscuranti non sono riuscita a chiudere. I cuscini non erano comodi, erano di quelli duri e sottili.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Visiting during the heatwave, the aircon was a huge relief! The front desk staff were very helpful with a map and advice, and being able to leave luggage before check in/after checkout is useful. We could check into one room which was ready early, which was most welcome. The sitting room on the first room is rather lovely and unexpected. We were on the second floor but the stairs are no problem unless you have mobility issues.
We didnt' try book the breakfast as we were out and about. One reason for booking is that the airport bus and taxi is within sight of the hotel, however I do recommend going to the taxi stand for a fixed price airport taxi, one was called to the hotel and cost more.

La moquette purtroppo un po’ datata/macchiata nel corridoio e nella camera che rende l’ambiente meno confortevole.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Appartement très agréable et typiquement génois : terrazzo au sol et fresque au plafond magnifiques. Petite kitchenette très pratique, pour un thé, un café ou un dîner rapide. Lave vaisselle dans la cuisine. La machine à laver le linge nous a été très utile après nos journées plage. La climatisation était également très appréciable.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Conveient, its very central and perfect place to visit Genova, so close to Principe, nextdoor to unigen. It's a friendly, place, big room, clean bathroom with all you need. The elevator is temperamental but I didn't mind using typical staircase. You couldn't have a more central value for money place. Very relaxing rooms big high ceilings, nicely furnished. Great that windows could be opened and good to have AC for warmer days......Thank you.........
That the elevator didn't always work yet its a work of art in itself so ot wasn't too bad actually!

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Éjjel érkeztünk Milanóból. Vonat helyett pótlóbusz volt nem találtuk meg honnan indult. Nagyon megijedtünk, mert bárkit kérdeztünk nem tudtak segíteni. Később indult egy vonat nagy kitérővel. A recepciós fiú megvárt minket, ezt nagyon köszönjük neki. Közel az àllomás, ez nagy elöny. A szoba az utcára nyílt, nagyon hangos. Két ágyas szobát kértem, de összetoltàk és 1 nagy takaró volt. A szoba tiszta, a fürdő nagyon pici. A reggeli finom, minden nap ugyan az volt, szerény. Zöldség nagyon kevés, ezt hiányoltam. A kávé finom!

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Die Lage war perfekt für unsere Wünsche, nah am Bahnhof und am Flughafen. Die interessantesten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nähe auch viele Restaurants und Cafes. Die Straße ruhig.
Sehr schmale Duschkabine. Frühstück für ein 3-Sterne Hotel ausreichend, wir hätten aber schon gerne auch was Warmes gehabt...

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Wir sind eine 4-köpfige Familie und waren für eine Nacht im Hotel Nuovo Nord. Unsere WC-Spülung hat von Beginn weg nicht funktioniert. Wir haben das sofort gemeldet. Ein freundlicher Haustechniker ist vorbeigekommen und hat die Spülung scheinbar geflickt. Leider ging sie nach seinem Weggang wieder nicht und während unseren gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht mehr. Wir haben das Problem wiederholt gemeldet. Ein gelangweilter junger Receptionist hat uns darauf abgewimmelt, er könne nichts für uns tun, die anderen Zimmer seien alle ausgebucht. Zwischenzeitlich war späterer Abend, so wurden wir selber aktiv und fanden auf dem Stock noch eine zugängliche Toilette, in welcher die Spülung aber auch nicht richtig lief. Wir haben den Eindruck bekommen, dass das ganze Spülung-System auf dem Stock nicht recht läuft. Erst am nächsten Morgen hatten wir einen freundlichen Kontakt mit einer Receptionistin, die Verständnis für unser Unbehagen gezeigt hat. Auf meine Anfrage hin, ist sie uns preislich nicht entgegen gekommen. Sie meinte, wir müssten diese Angelegenheit über Booking regeln. Bookging hat uns später gemeldet, es konnte keine Einigung mit dem Hotel gefunden werden. Wir wurden lediglich mit einem symbolischen Gutschein von Booking entschädigt. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Pas de petit déjeuner possible . Nous avons réservé cet hôtel à l’aller et au retour de nos vacances en Corse . La chambre , à l’aller était vraiment petite et le confort sommaire . Au retour , nous avions la bonne surprise d’avoir eu une grande chambre , belle salle de bains . Évidemment, l’hôtel étant au centre animé, ne pas penser dormir fenêtres ouvertes. Mais la climatisation présente était nécessaire . Le personnel est très sympa. Pas très loin de l’hôtel , nous avons pu réserver un garage sécurisé . Mais au retour , ce fut plus délicat , presque tous les parkings ferment à 20h . Et quand vous revenez du ferry à 21h , c’est galère

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026O hotel tem uma localização muito conveniente, próximo à estação e com fácil acesso à região. O quarto era amplo, confortável e acomodou bem nosso grupo.
Nossa experiência no check-in não foi das melhores. Uma das taxas já havia sido paga pelo Booking, mas o pagamento não constava no sistema do hotel. Ao invés de nos auxiliar na resolução da situação, o recepcionista que nos atendeu foi pouco receptivo e orientou que resolvêssemos diretamente com o Booking, insistindo que o pagamento deveria ser feito novamente ao hotel. Além disso, apesar do quarto ser espaçoso e confortável, percebemos cheiro de mofo nos carpetes e nas cortinas, o que impactou a sensação de limpeza do ambiente.

Misura della doccia. La testina della doccia é fissa, io personalmente preferisco quello mobile. Peró danno la cuffia che é una cosa brava.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Gute Lage nahe beim Bahnhof. Unser Zimmer ist definitiv reif für eine Auffrischung. Teppich ist an sich nicht sehr hygienisch, alter Teppich erst recht nicht. Leider eine nur recht enge Regendusche. Check-in war auch ausserhalb der ordentlichen Zeit problemlos möglich. Beim Check-out kann das Gepäck unkompliziert für einige Stunden gelagert werden.

Personnel d'accueil peu aimable, expliquant rapidement et sans sourire ou vérification de notre compréhension des informations. Idem au départ : semblent avoir oublié que l'amabilité fait partie des coutumes et services de l'hôtellerie. Dommage.

Reviewed May 26, 2026The location of this hotel is very convenient for Genova Piazza Principe train station and it's only a 10 minute walk from the hotel into the historic centre of Genoa. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and were particularly helpful in letting us store our luggage after checking out and before we needed to catch our train. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to ask the hotel to put you in a room away from the road as it can be a bit noisy at night. We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel and if ever back in Genoa would not hesitate to go back to it.

The bathroom is by the door and there is no window. So the bathroom and unfortunatly the first impression of the room is a very musty smell. But we had a good stay none the less.

Reviewed May 24, 2026Sicuramente la posizione, 10 minuti dall’acquario di Genova e 2 minuti dalla stazione dei treni.
La moquette, trovata vecchia e abbastanza sporca, per igiene meglio il parquet come presente in altra camera (viaggiavamo con un’altra coppia e sicuramente la loro molto meglio). Doccia minuscola, no doccino, la maniglia della doccia della camera 105 mi è rimasta 2 volte in mano. Eravamo in 3 e asciugamani solo per 2 persone.

Nessun parcheggio possibile stanza con luce non funzionante matrimoniale con due vecchie reti accostate e materassi pessimi estremamente scomodi tv su un piccolo tavolo con davanti allo schermo bollitore ,da sdraiato nel letto 1/4 della tv e coperta dal bollitore .probabilmente per gli standard di genova tutto ok ma personalmente mi sono trovato molto male al punto di aver pagato 3 notti e dopo la seconda sono andato via
