Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit viel Stil und Ambiente. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist top, die Menuauswahl auch sehr gut. Hervorzuheben ist auch der grosse Wellness-Bereich und das sehr freundliche Personal, das sehr bemüht ist. Ebenso geschätzt haben wir das Angebot für eine eigene Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer.

Störend ist, dass für das Parking 15.- pro Tag bezahlen sind (in der Garage sind es 25.-). In einem 5*-Sterne Hotel mit entsprechenden Preisen sollte das inkludiert sein.

The hotel met all our expectations. It’s a very classy place for guests who like the Alpine Chic style and would like to re-charge their batteries like me. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, the spa very large (including a sauna with large windows and several pools), the restaurant excellent (I found the half-board the be a good deal) and the public areas very elegant. You can definitely feel the handwriting of Elisabeth Gürtler, the owner, who is among other things the Grand Dame of the Vienna Opera Ball. We will certainly return.

Nice place, but very disappointing and unacceptable experience. On 28 Aug, I stayed at the hotel for one night and provided my credit card for the reservation. At check-out, I could not find my card because it was packed in my luggage, so I paid the full amount in cash. The receptionist assured me that the amount blocked on my credit card would be released within a few days. However, almost two weeks later, the money is still blocked. I have contacted the hotel several times, but I only receive the same response: “We have forwarded your message to our accounting department, they are currently reviewing this matter and will get back to you as soon as possible.” Almost two weeks to resolve a simple payment issue is completely unacceptable. I have already paid the full amount in cash, yet my money remains blocked, with no clear explanation, no deadline, and no actual solution. Very poor handling of the situation and extremely disappointing customer service.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit Charme und Flair mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Es gibt ehrlich gesagt nicht zum aussetzen. Mir wurde sogar für 100 € mehr eine Junior Suite angeboten, da ich zu früh angereist bin und mein Zimmer noch nicht fertig war.

Einzige was ich zum aussetzen habe, ist, dass man für die Parkplätze jedes Mal zahlen muss. Und wenn, dann würde ich fünf Euro pro Tag nehmen. Sonst ist nicht weiter auszusetzen.

Still, please train your staff — receiving a racist comment in a 5-star hotel, just as in a 1-star one, is not acceptable.

Ein traumhaft schöner Ort mit perfekter Verkehrsanbindung. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight ist die „Grande Dame“ des Hauses, die sich täglich mit viel Herzblut und Hingabe um das Wohl der Gäste kümmert. Es ist beeindruckend zu sehen, mit wie viel Lebensfreude sie die Gemeinschaft pflegt – Chapeau! Das Abendessen wurde à la carte serviert – man konnte dabei flexibel zwischen Klassikern des Hauses und feinen Gourmet-Menüs wählen, ergänzt durch ein Salatbuffet und eine Käseauswahl. Kulinarisch war das wirklich gut! Unser Wanderurlaub im Juli war rundum gelungen und für Familien mit Kindern absolut empfehlenswert.

Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war der Schlafkomfort, da die Matratzen auch mit Topper sehr fest blieben. Die Mitarbeiter begegneten uns durchweg freundlich und bemüht, auch wenn Anfragen ab und zu vergessen wurden. Zudem überraschten uns einige Preisdetails: So kostet ein kleines stilles Wasser im Restaurant 9 €, während eine Karaffe kostenfrei ist. Ähnlich erging es uns mit der Sachertorte, die morgens inklusive war, nachmittags jedoch mit 13 € pro Stück berechnet wurde.

Booking was for a junior suite. Taken to our room above construction site of the hotel. Loud drilling, hammering etc. They did not blink an eye - did not acknowledge the noise as if very normal for a guest to have to put up with construction noise. Only after we said this was unacceptable did they offer us an alternative. An inupdated room with an ineffective air conditioner. And temperatures in the 90's. Only alternative now was an enormous suite with its own sauna (which would not be used in this heat) - at an extra cost of €750 per day which they generously discounted to €600 extra per day. Had no choice so had to pay it. Staff generally in restaurant (Sam in particular) had a very superior and abrasive attitude. The food on the the other hand pretty mediocre. Pools however are great. Sacher group entirely overrated - see my review of Sacher Salzburg

Es waren rundum schöne Tage im Alpin Resort Sacher. Man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben. Die Einrichtung in den Zimmern und im ganzen Haus ist wunderschön. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Das Spa ist großartig, vor allem der Naturbadesee. Was das Alpin Resort Sacher aber so besonders macht, ist das Personal. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr, sehr herzlich und bemüht sich, alle Wünsche möglich zu machen – bei der Ankunft erhielt ich sogar eine Führung durch das Haus, sodass ich mich auch gleich überall auskannte und nichts mehr suchen musste. Auch im Restaurant "Der Max" ist der Service außergewöhnlich. Ich wurde jeden Tag sehr herzlich und mit meinem Namen begrüßt. Besonders toll fand ich auch, dass die Gastgeberin, Frau Gürtler, jeden Abend persönlich an allen Tischen nachgefragt hat, ob alles gut sei. Insgesamt eine sehr familiäre und angenehm ruhige Atmosphäre, in der man gut zur Ruhe kommen kann. Das Essen ist hervorragend vom wunderbaren Frühstücksbuffet, das keinen Wunsch offen lässt, über das Kuchenbuffet am Nachmittag, die Snacks an der Poolbar und den Abschluss des Tages mit dem Sechs-Gänge-Menü. Ich danke sehr herzlich für diese schöne Auszeit – ich komme wieder!

When moving to our room we've been told that the construction in front (in the property) wouldn't be continued. There was however daytime construction work all time throughout our stay.

1) Když jsme přijeli, tak nás v recepci chtěli ubytovat o kategorii níž tzn. v pokojích standard bez balkonu s tim, ze pokoje de Luxe s balkonem již nemají (přitom jsme přijeli včas, ve 13,30, dokonce dřív, neboť check in je od 15 hod.).Po hodinovém dohadování nám neochotně přidělili apartmány Junior. Bylo velké štěstí, že jsme měli od vas vybaveni de Luxe pokojů 🙏, jinak by se s námi vůbec nebavili ( jsme pro ne východní sektor). 2) cely náš pobyt byl v celém hotelu nepřiměřený hluk díky stavbě, která byla v plném proudu. ( My jsme měli apartmány přímo nad stavbou. ) Rano jsme museli v 6 hod. zavírat balkonové okno, protože začínali pracovat s pilami, vrtačkami, prováděli celodenní provádění asfaltových hydroizolací teras, takže ovzduší bylo plné výparů dehtu, a v tom horku, které panovalo, to bylo nepředstavitelné, pozdeji, kolem 9 hod. se přidal i bagr, bourací kladivo, kterým bourali skálu atd. V úterý, ve středu a částečně ve čtvrtek, kdy podle nich bylo v hotelu nejméně lidi, pracovali až do 19 hod.

The Alpin Sacher is beautifully unique --- total fantasy, whimsy and elegance. Just walking through the hotel makes me smile. The guest rooms are beautifully decorated and have magnificent views. In the Sacher tradition, service is outstanding. Of particular note was the breakfast and kitchen staff that went way beyond our exceptions to assure that our favorites were available. I look forward to our next visit.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Alpin Resort Sacher and would recommend the hotel. The infinity pool was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of the property. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I especially loved the little touches like the herbal teas, snacks, and cake hour. The wellness activities were also excellent. Markus, the water aerobics instructor, was amazing — energetic, kind, and made the class really enjoyable. I also had a great massage with Ava, who was wonderful. There were a few things I did not love. The tea was served in plastic cups, which felt out of place for a hotel of this level. I also wish the sauna opened earlier in the day; it rarely seemed to be available at 11, which was disappointing for guests who enjoy using the spa in the morning. My biggest disappointment was the Augustinus Bader facial. It was supposed to be 70 minutes, but it felt closer to 50 minutes at most. The treatment itself was extremely basic and did not feel luxurious or worth the price. I was very disappointed and would not recommend booking facials at the spa — for me, it felt like a waste of money. One unusual design detail was that the bidet was in a separate room from the toilet, which felt a bit odd. Overall, I would recommend the hotel for the setting, pool, staff, food touches, and wellness atmosphere — but I would skip the facials at the spa.

We relaxed, we ate delicious food, we enjoyed the beautiful room with amazing mountain view. The spa had so much to do. The staff were kind, friendly and attentive.

Das Hotel bietet einfach alles für einen erholsamen, genussvollen Aufenthalt mit gehobenem Standard. Unglaublich aufmerksames und ausserordentlich gut geschultes Personal, sehr freundlich und professionell, top Service in jeder Hinsicht. Sensationelles Frühstück in toller, ruhiger Atmosphäre. Wunderschöne Poollandschaft, grosszügiger Wellnessbereich. Alles generell sehr stilvoll, der Umgebung entsprechend eingerichtet. Das Essen war exzellent, von der Präsentation bis zum delikaten, feinen Geschmack und der Auswahl der Gerichte.

Es gibt rein gar nichts zu beanstanden.

Das Essen. Leider hat man nicht geschmeckt, dass man sich in den Tiroler Alpen befand. Die Spinatknödel so hart, dass man sie kaum mit der Gabel anstechen konnte. Auch sonst alles andere als Soulfood; sehr schade.

O hotel é muito lindo, a decoração da recepção, áreas comuns, bar e restaurantes são muito lindas. Café da manhã excelente. Quarto com cama muito boa. Seguramente o ponto alto desse hotel é o spa, em especial as piscinas aquecidas, sauna com vista para os Alpes, jacuzzi ao ar livre….uma super experiência .

Não gostei do box do chuveiro, extremamente pequeno. O quarto não é tão funcional , mas nada que comprometa a qualidade da sua estadia. O hotel parece ser uma junção um de várias casas/prédios o que dificulta

We were super excited to try the Hotel Alpin Sacher based on the reputation of their Vienna property. Sadly, we were disappointed on many levels. Save your money and go to a friendlier and better serviced 4-star in the area. Reasons? The Good: Very good spa services. Friendly and competent. Spa area good, although the textile-free zone could be larger. Nice heated outdoor lap pool. Very good evening bartender … older guy who was very nice. The Bad: Dinner service was spotty. And, we were never told that there was an ala carte menu from which to order. We only noticed it on our last night when our neighboring table was eating steak and special desserts. Bar prices insane – 21 Euros for one gin and tonic. The Ugly: Tried getting lunch at the bar where a surly young bartender informed us that we could not be served in bathrobes and we would have to call room service (despite the fact that the entire bar area was vacant AND properties like Stanglwirt and Birkenhof have no problem providing lunch to guests so attired). Tried calling room service for 20 minutes. No one picked up the telephone. After walking in our bath robes to the front desk, we were escorted to the bar to order. There, the same surly young bartender seemed recalcitrant to even take our order. Then, when it did come, there was no tray or cart … it was brought up separate dishes and glasses and bottles and set all over the room. Overall, no one appeared welcoming or happy to be where they were (again, a marked difference to a property like Stanglwirt). Sad, because the location is nice.

Beautiful property in a stunning setting. The staff were truly exceptional — so friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, which made a big difference. The facilities were fantastic, especially the bar, restaurant and spa, which were all gorgeous and very well maintained. Everything about the property felt luxurious and relaxing. We also found the alcoholic drinks to be very reasonably priced, which was a pleasant surprise for a hotel of this standard.

Overall we had a wonderful stay, but there were a few small things that stopped it from feeling quite perfect. The food was enjoyable, but we expected to be a little more “wowed” given the Michelin star reputation. At times it felt slightly style over substance, and some flavour combinations didn’t quite work for us. Everything also seemed to be garnished with chives. We were also surprised that water was charged at €9 for 0.5L, which felt a little excessive. In addition, the room became very warm even with the heating turned off — it wasn’t a big issue during our stay as we could open the door mostly when neighbours weren't smoking, but it might be more challenging in summer. These were all fairly minor points though, and they didn’t take away from what was overall a lovely stay.

Greedy and uncaring. We booked 2 nights at this supposed 'wellbeing' hotel as a huge treat. The cost was 800 euros a night. Unfortunately the day I arrived I became really poorly. I was unable to use the spa, or enjoy the food or use the hotel amenities at all. My husband and I spent a sleepless night in our small room and by the morning I was really ill and went to the doctor. On returning to the hotel I asked if the manager if he would cancel our second night as part of customer care, and allow us to travel home, he said - and I quote: "No. We are in the business here of making money, here, NOT of customer care." I have never heard anything quite so greedy, cruel, or uncaring in my life, particularly when the hotel brochure continually extols the fact that Alpine Sacher is all about being a well being hotel; all about health. I was then trapped in my room for the rest of the day - no-one from the hotel checked up on us at all. Anything could have happened to me. When I wrote an email that evening asking for the owners details, the owner: Elisabeth Gurtler wrote to me and said 'sorry I was ill but I could order some room service to enjoy the culinary delights. She then took 20 euros off my bill for not being able to use the restaurant and charged me 80 euros for the pleasure. Plus of course the charges of 9 euros for a bottle of water. How can a spa hotel be quite so uncaring? I know hotels need to make money, but should this really be at the expense of their guests health? I have never been to such a greedy, uncaring hotel. We came home yesterday and my husband is now also ill. Europe is full of wonderful spa hotels. Be warned, this is not one of them.

The resort is amazing, it looks wonderful and the pool and wellness is one of the best I have seen, including a natural icebath which I really enjoyed! The food is great and we appreciated the speedy servings with a family of four. The staff make it even better, special thanks to the reception staff, the staff in the restaurant and the sometimes overloaded shuttle drivers who were nonetheless always very helpful and kind.

In busy periods like this, the hotel could do with an extra shuttle bus to avoid delays to the piste. The room cleaning was often not done and coffee not refilled, at this price range, this needs improvement.

Badly groomed pistes. Not groomed for whole week we were skiing there. Given that Seefeld has a small pisted area, this is poor. First few days were good, but churned up surfaces everywhere after that spoilt enjoyment.

We recently stayed at Alpin Resort Sacher and had a mixed experience. The positives first: The hotel itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean with fantastic décor throughout. The room was lovely, the bed very comfortable, and the overall standard of housekeeping was excellent. The location is great for accessing the ski areas and the town. Staff were generally friendly and attentive, and the juice bar at breakfast was a real highlight. However, there were several issues that impacted our stay: Restaurant seating system Guests are allocated a table for the duration of their stay. This works well if you are given a good table, but unfortunately ours was in the furthest dining room at the very back, with little atmosphere and very few other guests seated there. It felt quite odd and isolated. Because of this, we chose not to eat in the restaurant as much as we otherwise would have. Spa organisation When we arrived for our massages, ten minutes early, there was no one at spa reception. No greeting, no guidance on where to go, where to change, or what to do next. We were left unsure if we were even in the right place. When someone eventually did arrive, we said we were there for a massage and the response was simply “okay” with no further direction. We still were not told where to go or what to do, which is not the experience you expect at a hotel of this level. Ski shuttle issues Shuttles were booked the day before, yet there were consistently more people than seats in the van. We managed, but it did not feel well organised. The main problem came on our final day. We were scheduled for a 2:00pm pickup and were at the waiting point from 1:40pm. By 2:15pm, we called the hotel and were told the shuttle had already been and that we were not there. This simply was not true, and the tone of the conversation made it feel as though the blame was being placed on us rather than acknowledging a mistake. We were told someone would return, but by 2:45pm, with a flight to catch, we had to order an Uber. Post-checkout facilities The hotel kindly stored our bags after checkout while we skied. However, when we returned and asked if there was somewhere to shower and change before travelling, we were told our bags were too big to take to the spa and that we should change in the restrooms opposite the bar. This meant no shower, and changing in a toilet cubicle in what is meant to be a 5 star hotel felt very disappointing. Overall It is a very attractive hotel with comfortable rooms and some lovely touches, but the service and organisation in key areas did not match the setting or star rating. We had a pleasant enough stay, but based on this experience, we would not choose to return.

Although a bit of walk from the centre of Seefeld, it was worth it for such a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming & professional and the cocktails were excellent. The hotel is beautifully decorated and although the ladies toilets were very unimpressive, the rest of the decor was immaculate.

Nettes und aufmerksames Personal im Restaurant. Gute Temperatur im Spa.

Leider kein 5*S Niveau. Parkplatz, Tageszeitung wird extra verrechnet. Sauberkeit im Zimmer leider nicht ausreichend, haben für „Ausblick“ nochmals extra zahlen müssen, für die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie, obwohl kaum Gäste im Hotel waren. Barpersonal sehr langsam und lange Wartezeiten beim Bestellen.

The location was just perfect. Perched on a hillock, the view was magical. Extremely well appointed large rooms with a fantastic view. Overall cleanliness in the entire hotel was impeccable. The wellness area is very spacious offering privacy with several treatments for all. The outdoor heated jacuzzi was so refreshing offering a view of the valley. The festive decorations made the stay just magical with the in house different cookies around. The bar was excellent and amazing breakfast with several meal options. The bread variety is huge and very good. Overall the food is very good.

Das Hotel scheint etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu sein, erkennt man vor allem an der Einrichtung. Ein Heizradiator hat nicht funktioniert, das Wasser beim Lavabo ist nicht abgelaufen. Die Massagen waren die grösste Enttäuschung. Zu kalter Raum, Ganzkörpermassage ohne Massieren von Hände, Füsse und Nacken. Der Masseur hat kein Deutsch oder Englisch gesprochen, Kommunikation daher nicht möglich.
