Das Zimmer war renovationsbedürftig, eher klein und Dusche war Badewanne mit Wand. (nicht barrierefrei), die Nachmittagsjause bestand aus Fruchtsalat (nicht immer) und zwei Torten (einmal auch nur 1 Torte), also keine Auswahl. Zum Teil fehlten die Teller und das Besteck, gehe davon aus, dass schon einige Mitarbeiter in die Ferien geschickt worden sind vor dem Umbau, das hat man gemerkt.

Die warmen Becken in der Schneelandschaft sind einfach der Hammer …eine sehr angenehme Ganzkörpermassage rundete unseren Aufenthalt ab …die riesige Saunalandschaft im Weinkeller des ehemaligen Klosters sind natürlich das Highlight für Saunafreaks

Reviewed Dec 22, 2025מלון אחד הטובים שהיינו בו, ואנחנו מטיילים הרבה בעולם. חדרים מרווחים ונעימים, אוכל מעולה ובשפע, יחס הצוות, מיקום מרכזי ממש במרכז העיירה זיפלד, מרכז ספא מהטובים שהיינו בהם (לא עשינו טיפולים) עם 2 בריכות, פנימית וחיצונית, סאונות רבות ובכלל המלון כולו מיוחד במינו בגלל המבנה שבו הוא שוכן, מנזר מ-1515, כך שמצד אחד יש בו את כל השכלולים האפשריים ומצד שני הוא מאד אותנטי, וכמובן, הניקיון ללא רבב. מומלץ ביותר!!!
בחדר שלנו המקלחת היתה פתוחה ללא דלת למקלחון, שלי באופן אישי זה הפריע ודבר נוסף שהפריע הוא חימום יתר של כל האזורים במלון ברמה שלפעמים זה הרגיש מעט מחניק (אבל כנראה זה מפריע בעיקר לישראלים, כי לא ראינו שזה הפריע לשאר האורחים במלון) חוץ מזה, היה מושלם!!!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Saunalandschaft umfangreich, die Geschichte spannend, das Essen qualitativ hochstehend und lecker, der Ort bietet auch sehr viele Möglichkeiten. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen und können das Hotel nur empfehlen!

La posizione è semplicemente imbattibile: a zero minuti da tutto, consente di immergersi immediatamente nel cuore pulsante della località senza rinunciare a un rifugio silenzioso e riservato. Le camere meritano un elogio senza riserve: amplissime, impeccabili nella pulizia, arredate con gusto e dotate di ogni comfort immaginabile. Il servizio in camera si distingue per puntualità, rapidità e quella discrezione che è cifra dell'ospitalità autentica. Ogni richiesta trova risposta immediata, segno di un'organizzazione rodatissima e di personale genuinamente motivato. Alla reception, la professionalità si coniuga con competenza: il personale dimostra quella preparazione che trasforma l'accoglienza in esperienza. Menzione particolare merita il car valet. Un servizio che pochi hotel hanno davvero integrato con tale efficienza ed efficacia. La spa si presenta moderna e diversificata, con trattamenti di buon livello tecnico. Qui emerge però una nota stonata: l'arredo della saletta risulta piuttosto spoglio ed esteticamente poco accogliente, in contrasto stridente con l'attenzione al dettaglio riscontrata altrove. Anche il ristorante, pur proponendo un menù di qualità più che discreta, lascia intravedere ampi margini di miglioramento. Il servizio al tavolo mantiene standard adeguati di discrezione e puntualità, ma la proposta gastronomica non raggiunge ancora quell'eccellenza che il resto della struttura promette e, per molti aspetti, mantiene. Nel complesso, il Klosterbräu merita punteggio pieno per servizio, gentilezza, camere e car valet. Per spa e cucina, pur trattandosi di prestazioni di buon livello, l'eccellenza resta un traguardo ancora da conquistare. Complimenti sinceri per quanto già raggiunto.

While breakfast was incredible, we were a little disappointed by quality of the dinner offerings. Some of the food was a bit bland and the textures of the food were all very soft, without any variety. We would have wanted more variety in both texture and flavor. But the quality of the food was excellent and homegrown which was amazing! Just didn’t wow us.

Reviewed Dec 8, 2025The hotel itself is beautiful, the facilities are great and its completely spotless. There are some lovely touches which give it the luxury feel such as the hot drinks/snack stations around the hotel and available all day. The personalised robes and the same table for your stay was so nice and removed stress for us. The food was a real winner for us, I have never seen a breakfast spread of that quality, I have returned feeling so healthy. The location is spot on for exploring the town and surroundings and the staff were helpful when we had queries.
As first time visitors we could have done with some more information on arrival, such as spa etiquette or what was included with our full board. For us it would have just removed a little of the worry on our first day.

Vorfahren, das Gepäck wurde auf das Zimmer gebracht, das Auto auf den Parkplatz gefahren, ein Glas Sekt verkürzte die Wartezeit. Abends wurde das ganze Hotel mit über 500 Kerzen romantisch beleuchtet, ein Traum in jeder Beziehung. Eines der besten Hotels in Tirol, nur zu empfehlen 💥

The dinner was completely disaster. All the food portions was so small that they can feed only a kitten. And the meat dish was awful. it’s a shame to make such a poor dishes in Austria. also, my room was so close to the bar area and it was loud music till 11 PM so I couldn’t sleep. Also, the stuff didn’t inform me anything about spa facilities of the hotel. the spa areas officially open till 8 PM but I came at 7pm and most of saunas were already closed. Only one sauna worked.
