Extremely dirty hotel room, air con didn't work properly, when we got it to work it generated a terrible sound the entire time. The traffic outside is terrible, all day and night. No pressure in the shower. The bed was TERRIBLE. The room is not like in the pictures. Just stay away from this hotel, seriously.

When we are checking in. The receptionist saying that we dont have reservations. She doesnt know how to check or where to check a guest. Manager left earlly for the day. No hi hello & welcome greetings. OMG ! The lobby is super dusty and dirty. The breakfast buffet is the same Daily. Coffee is not hot enough. Our room smell like urine & no iron/board. Horrible experience.

Vom Preis zu Leistung her ist Metropint super. Allerdings war das Bett zu hart für meinen Rücken weshalb ich nach der Hälfte des geplanten Monats ausgecheckt habe. Dies ist allerdings nur wegen meines Rückens passiert und liegt nicht in der Verantwortung des Hotels Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Einrichtung ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Dennoch wird sauber geputzt und das Hotel ist gut geführt. Das Personal ist gut gekleidet, das Frühstück ordentlich und die Auswahl absolut ok Massagen und Restaurant sind in der Umgebung sehr vielfältig und wenn man keine zu Hohen Ansprüche stellt völlig ausreichend Obwohl das Hotel mal renoviert werden sollte ist das Personal fleissig und kümmert sich gut um alles. Die Uniformen sind gut gepflegt, die Schuhe sauber. Ebenfalls ist das Essen sehr gut, Preis-Leistung ist super

Leider hatten wir in unserem Zimmer schwarzen Schimmel gehabt. Das Hotel sowie die Einrichtung war uralt und teilweise nicht mehr ganz funktionstüchtig. Frühstück war leider auch nix. Wir haben für 7 Nächte gebucht es aber nur 2 ausgehalten, da wir echt Probleme damit hatten dass es voll verschimmelt war. Zum Glück hat Expedia uns eine Rückerstattung rauskriegen können. Das Hotel würden aber niemandem empfehlen.

It worths the price

The bed linnens was kinda dirty. No towels in the room and toilet paper almost empty. We informed the front desk officers that basic amenities were missing. Noise from the road were prominent even if we had our room in the top of the building. It isnt a 4 star hotel maybe like a B n B, a hostel or a one star

The hotel is basically as advertised though a bit outdated. My room was spacious. The chair in my room was very old and broken. Balcony was dirty. Internet was slow and unreliable. Breakfast buffet is cheap (100b) but the food is cold. No cheese. Basic coffee. Staff speaks almost no English. This is place is okay but could use some improvements.

Unfortunately I didn't enjoy my stay and left much prior to the end of my booking. Management was made aware of reasons, and was apologetic However, I have yet to hear back from them

Awesome place

Overall good and decent hotel! Room was tidy and cleaned when required. Hotel had good access to a 7/11 and train station nearby so very convenient! We weren’t informed about this beforehand but there is a 500 baht deposit when you check in for the hotel card key, which they will give back to you once you check out.

Good hotel in a walking distance to skytrain and big mall. Wifi works well.

Its in a busy road area, so at times it maybe loud. But other than that the interior of the building is decent. I wouldnt say its great. Bathroom ok, hallways ok, room ok.

Pros: affordable, $6 buffett, nearby mall, accessibility to other areas, quiet, rooms are clean, and wifi is strong Cons: staff does not speak great English, staff does not greet you, staff does not return your emails, even though buffet is cheap, the food is nominal at best and does not vary really, also no real vegetarian/vegan options available other fruit, rice and bread. Overall: 7.1/10

I recently stayed at Metro Point Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I found hairs in both the toilet and the rooms, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. Despite bringing this issue to the staff's attention multiple times, the room was only cleaned after two days of repeated requests. Additionally, the internet connection was highly unreliable. It kept dropping, making it difficult to stay connected for any meaningful length of time. This was especially frustrating as I needed to get some work done during my stay. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and poor internet service made for a disappointing stay. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

Det var total nedslidt og beskidt. Anbefaler slet ikk, især hvis man har støvallergi. Hotellet skal opdateres på alle aspekter. Der er ikke aircondition på gangene til værelserne, så der er virkelig fugtigt. Desuden lugter det helt vildt og især på værelserne

Very comfy & legit.

We were happy with the stay at MetroPoint Hotel. Its pretty good, clean, nice, staff is friendly. Hotel is close by Mall (20 minutes walk or less), close to bazar as well and pretty affordable. For that little spent money we received much more. I would stay here again!

The hotel is old... but value for money, it's not 5 star but it met my needs and budget. Room is big, check-in and check-out were smooth reasonably clean... but they did not change my dirty towel :( it's no big deal but something for tge hotel to improve. Generally i enjoyed my 2 nights. It is walking distance to huge shopping mall and many food choices, not too far out of the city, but traffic is a "minus". I was comfortable.

Will return.

We only stayed for one night but it was fantastic. Air con was lovely and cold, bed was huge!, it’s right next to a 7/11, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. 10/10 recommend MetroPoint hotel :)

prix très intéressant, la chambre était très bien, le personnel aussi. Mais l'hôtel est très bruyant ! à partir de 3h30, des hurlements ! et la structure creuse de l'hôtel fait caisse de résonnance. En fait de nombreux clients partent vers 4h en bus, surement pour un tour opérator. Résultat, énormément de bruit de 3h30 à 4h30, et ensuite très calme. Mais vu le prix, j'y retournerai volontiers.

Hotellansatte kunne ikke engelsk, og var svært lite behjelpelig i bl.a generelle opplysninger som en turist har behov for. Ingen turistkart, osv.

Staff are really nice, yes interior run down but very clean. Old furnitures, but bed is comfy n pillows are nice compared to other similar class hotel. Near to 7-11 n cafe. Some small food places. What I dislike are the boisterous china tourist.

Really good facilities... once you got to know some of the transportation routes, you weren't far away at all. Sidewalk areas somewhat tricky cos very narrow along the 130 but that had nothing to do with MetroPoint. Excellent shopping within a mile.

Not like the pictures , not worth the money you spent, the girl at front desk so rude , I arrive 15 minutes before check in and just told me cannot leave bags here at corner we have. Coffee ( hotel owns it) go there and com back after 3 pm ... Really ? I was in a 13 hrs flight . Check out , the worse 11 am and people knocking at my door to get out the room , I payed 75 extra us dollars for a late check out . Not recommended stay in a better hotel like Hilton it's almost the same cost , with no rudeness . And people working and making noises since 7 am

leuk en vooral goedkoop hotel. Personeel doen hun best je verblijf comfortabel te maken. Geen 5 sterren hotel maar voor de doorsnee reiziger goed genoeg. Fijne douche veel kastruimte en ruime kamer.

飲食店が近隣にたくさんあり立地的には便利ですが、ホテルのアメニティ等が充実しておらず非常に残念でした。

Me and my husband are backpacking so we are on a budge but like certain comforts that we like to have. As a hotel for the money. It is what you pay for. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Just remember you need 500 baht in cash as a danage deposit. The rooms them self could do woth an upgrade especially the showers. And re-painting as there were marks all over alls in the room. The bedding had stained marks on them that iust need putting in the bin. Bed was ok in comfort. Am unsure if most beds are hard. It wasnt a brick but not soft. I slept okay though so it wasnt too bad

สภาพโดยรวมดี พนักงานบริการได้เต็มรูปแบบ เคยเข้าพัก 3 ครั้งรู้สึกประทับใจทุกครั้ง (ครั้งแรกหลังจากเช็คเอ้าท์แล้วเดินมาที่ลานจอดรถ พนักงานชายวิ่งตามมาบอกว่า ลูกค้าลืมแหวนไว้ในห้องหรือไม่? แต่เราบอกปฏิเสธเพราะไม่ได้ลืมไว้ ขอชมเชยพนักงานในขณะนั้นในความมี Service mind ที่ดีมาก) เครื่องนอนดูเก่าไปนิดแต่หอมสะอาด หากรถไฟใต้ดินเปิดใช้จะเกิดความสะดวกมากขึ้นกว่านี้แน่นอน (ซอยรามคำแหง 81)

Everything was okay except the wifi. Talk about a dumb wifi system, it was also a headache to finally get log in info for the wifi that worked.

I like staffs service. I didn’t like breakfast buffet the room no small towels to use for two person who is stay in the room, no coffee no spare toilet paper

It was a very enjoyable stay it was very good for the price and short walk to the canal where you can get boat taxi to Bangapi Mall where you will great restaurants and cinema. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

When we first arrived the front desk lady could not speak English. It was so hard to communicate with them. Finally after checking in, we wanted to freshen up. When I got into the shower, the shower head was covered in mould. The bathroom was filthy and smelled like ciggerates. The hotel is located 20-30 minutes away from any touristy attraction. There’s no place that is good to eat around the hotel. Lastly the biggest problem we had was you can hear all the noises going on outside. We were woken up at 3am by an escort knocking on a door outside for an hour. Hotel staff did nothing about it, and when we called to complain. All they said was “no English” and hung up. By the way they have no safe so you need to carry a backpack with all your documents inside. Needless to say, don’t ever EVER stay at this hotel. There are many better options, even hostels are better than this craptel.

A true sample of excellent hospitality! Most friendly and helpful receptionists ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. The restaurant staff were just lovely and the food was good. The room was very comfortable in every way. I was very pleased with my stay, and although short, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Sincerely Maria Maria

The room was great. I had an 8th floor room with a view of the city. There is a 7/11 just down the road to pick up essentials. The room gives you free water. There is a hair dryer. Reception does not speak that good English but the WiFi is good so can use a translator app.

Good hotel overall, a bit old-fashioned but well-kept. Nice location between BKK airport and city center. Lots of restaurants and businesses nearby. Very spacious room with balcony and view. Two places for breakfast: American breakfast at the ground-floor cafe, or buffet at the breakfast hall (which could be crowded with tour groups). The buffet is basically Chinese, not the best in town but quite OK. The reception staff may not be very eager to help with potential issues (mine was a Wi-Fi problem), but if one insists (and gets oneself understood - they speak very little English), things get done.

pros: close to market, convenient store, and a bit walk 25 mins to The Mall Bangkapi. Friendly staff and clean bathroom without bathtub. cons: Chinese and Vietnamese always noisy even after midnight and smelly room of smoking, you'd better to have your breakfast after 8am

When we checked in, the room was very dirty and and toilet was chocked, water nozzle was damaged. After the staff helped us to changed to another room, the room was slightly cleaner however the toilet has damaged nozzle on the shower and the knob was broken too. Ridiculous

We stayed here for 2 nights and paid less than MYR150 with breakfast included. Overall the price is worth our stay. The hotel is a bit far from Bangkok City. 30 minutes from Don Mueang airport. Everything was good-the room & bathroom was so clean, the room is spacious enough for two persons,they even gave me higher level room for better view as requested. The reason is to watch 2017 New Year fireworks from the balcony since I stayed there on New Year. Flat tv, refrigerator, water heater, kettle were provided as well. The breakfast was so-so maybe because of we, Malaysian prefer Nasi Lemak, Roti canai. They served Halal foods which I think is great. Fried rice, fried noodles and some pastries was served as well. The only thing is no so many guests staying there, only me and my husband was at the cafe during breakfast time. The hotel was also so quite,we only noticed one group of tourist from China celebrated New Year there. No swimming pool. The staff was ok, only that some of the receptionist cannot communicate in English but they willing to make morning call since we have to go to the airport early in the morning. Overall the hotel is so worth with the price.
