I'd like to commend the doorman; he was very friendly and impressive, although I only met him one day. The staff at the counter were also very helpful, especially the woman who provided clear information.

Au début, on nous avait donné une chambre en mauvais état, et avec une clim qui fonctionnait mal. Il a fallu demander de changer de chambre pour en avoir une propre et rénover. C’est un peu bruyant malgré le double vitrage. L’isolation phonique de la chambre n’est pas bonne car on entendait les voisins.

The aircon compressor is very noisy throughout the night and that affected my sleep. The aircon remote control seemed faulty - I needed numerous ON/OFF to get it to function eventually.

Staff ignores you, don’t greet you, are cold and not kind or friendly. Coffee at breakfast is disgusting. Cereals are old and taste bad. Many other things are not good. Very little to no efforts. The room was okay clean. Everything is old and sometimes not properly working. Besides the location, this hotel is basically crap, very poor service, and outdated.
