Hotel in a great location, close to tram or easy to walk to old town. Adel on reception really helpful & charming. Rooms compact but clean & ours was quiet at rear of building.

La habitación era linda, con una cama muy cómoda y un balcón con mesita y dos sillas, práctico para tomar o comer algo allí. El desayuno, rico y completo.

Si bien la habitación estuvo siempre limpia, no sucedió lo mismo con el balcón: no limpiaron las sillas y la mesa aunque estaban visiblemente sucias (por la lluvia y las palomas)

I loved this hotel. The staff were lovely, my room was clean (apart from the small terrace / chairs & table which were covered in pigeon poo when I went to sit outside!). The location is great, a few minutes from Ville station to take trains along the coast to places like Menton, Villefranche, Monaco etc. Some great cafes and restaurants close by and only a 10 min walk to the old town and sea. I would recommend and definitely return if I visit Nice again.

The state of the terrace - everywhere was covered in pigeon poo. The floor, tables, chairs. And it would have been nice to have a kettle to make tea in the room.

Das Zimmer war wie erwartet recht klein, aber gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 3. Stock zum Hinterhof und es war herrlich ruhig.

Good location. Hotel seems to be recently renovated.

-There were stains on the bedsheet (they seem to be washed but they shouldn't provide sheet with stains!) -There was carpet in the room and no slippers were provided and it was unpleasant to walk on that barefoot. -The bathroom door could not close/lock. -One of the walls had a hole that was patched up really badly. -The railing to hang your clothes was on a short cabinet meaning you could not hang anything long !

A lovely hotel with everything I needed. Very close to the tram line which goes everywhere - Vieux Ville, Cours Salaya, Promenade des Anglais are 3 or 4 stops away. Walking distance to the station. Excellent - will stay again.

Everything that was advertised was what we saw and I appreciate the honesty and i really appreciate that there was a storage facility since our flight was late. We had somewhere to keep our luggage’s while we waited for our flight.

Camera piccola, non c’è un vero e proprio armadio e abbiamo avuto difficoltà a far asciugare i panni bagnati dopo una giornata al mare. La camera era piuttosto calda ma avevamo spesso il condizionatore acceso, tuttavia faceva rumore e di notte era un po’ fastidioso. Nel complesso è stato comunque un ottimo soggiorno

Hotelul este foarte bine amplasat, aproape de toate mijloacele de transport si magazine alimentare cu acces rapid la faleza Coastei de Azur.

Mic dejunul trebuie sa fie mai diversificat, iar aparatul de climatizare din cameră îmbunătățit.

Tertemizdi. Merkeziydi. Çalışanlar samimi ve iyi insanlardı. Check out yaptıktan sonra uzun süre bagajlarımızı emanet ettik bu güzel bir avantajdı

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! Struttura molto accogliente, personale gentile e disponibile e servizi impeccabili. La camera era pulita e curata, così come tutti gli ambienti dell’hotel. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la colazione, varia, abbondante e di ottima qualità, perfetta per iniziare la giornata nel migliore dei modi. È stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole e sicuramente torneremo volentieri. Consigliatissimo! ❤️

Struttura a meno di 5 minuti dalla stazione Nice-Ville e vicino alla linea L1 che arriva in centro, e alla Av. Medecein. Stanze pulite e dotate di tutti i confort di un 3 stelle (phone, mini frigo), credo anche ristrutturata di recente data la cura del l'arredamento delle camere . Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli senza costi aggiuntivi.

L'uso della moquette che per quanto bellissima e pulita, non è il massimo dell'igiene in generale.

Amabilitatea,politețea si profesionalismul personalului in frunte cu domnul Amine .Mi s-a oferit camera mai devreme si multumesc inca o data pentru acest ajutor,avand un zbor dimineata. Amplasarea foarte buna a hotelului, exact langa gara.Camera a fost mare, curata, prosoape de calitate, presiunea apei foarte buna, gel de dus si de maini suficient, curatenie in fiecare zi, multumesc personalului de la curatenie.

Este o usa glisanta intre baie si camera, perdele la dus in locul unei cabine de dus.

Tutto,dimensioni della camera non adeguate. Bene il bagno e la presenza del mini frigo in camera. Box doccia da riparare.

Staff was exceptionally helpful. We have got early check-in, stored our luggage at the day of departure till late evening. Room was very clean, comfortable, well organized. AC located over the door, so it was not blowing cold air directly onto myself.

Location is excellent, 4 min walk to the train station going to other places in France and Monaco. And also close to the tram around 5 min walk to get to old town. They clean my room daily and the place was comfortable.

A szállás pont olyan volt, mint a képeken. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész volt. Mindenhez közel volt gyalog: vasútàllomás kb 2 perc, 1-es villamos kb. 5 perc, reptéri villamos kb 10 perc, tengerparti sétány kb. 15 perc. Minden nap takarítás, de ezt feleslegesen éreztük, és nem minden nap kértük. Tisztasággal is meg voltunk elégedve. Szomszéd szobák zaja nem hallatszódott át. Csomagmegőrzést is igénybe lehetett venni. Reggeli is benne volt az árban. Mini hűtőszekrény is volt a szobában, ami nyàron nagyon hasznos az innivalók hűtésére. A légkondicionáló is nagyon jól volt elhelyezve, nem az ágyra volt irányítva. Ár-érték arányban nagyon jó.

1-2 kisebb negatívum, ha valakinek ezen múlna a szálloda választás: 1.) A reggeli minden nap ugyanaz, péksüti, tojás (ezt mi főzhettük meg úgy, ahogy szerettük volna), kenyér, lekvár, vaj, sajt, joghurt, gyümölcsök. Zöldség és felvágott nem volt. (Mi többször gondoltuk, hogy veszünk, de végül sose vettünk.) De ahhoz, hogy ne éhesen induljunk el, maximálisan jó volt. 2.) Foglalásnál nem vettem észre, hogy lehetőség van teraszos szoba foglalásra, legközelebb ezt választanám. Így sajnos nem volt nagyon helyünk fürdőruhát, törülközőt szárítani, a szobában kb 2 nap alatt száradt meg. 3.) Kisgyerekkel nem biztos, hogy ezt a szállodát választanám, mert a szobák méretéből adódóan nem nagyon van hely velük játszani az ágyon kívül. 4.) A wifi többször ledob, de gyorsan újra lehet kapcsolódni. Mi legközelebb is ezt a szállodát választanánk.

We had a great time in Nice and the location of the hotel really helped us with that. It is very close to the main forms of transportation you would need - the train station Nice-Ville as well as all the trams. It's also roughly 10 minutes away from Place Macena as well as the beach and the old town of Nice. We booked a room with a balcony and it was really nice with very good air conditioning and really comfortable beds. The staff here are amazing, they helped me with a special birthday cake surprise for my girlfriend and it turned out great. They are also really nice and polite people which can help you out with everything, including direction, place visiting recommendations and so on. We really enjoyed our time here and strongly recommend it!

The property (room, bath, balcony) is clean and nice. The staff is very friendly and supportive. Location is great.

Das Hotel war sehr zentral , nur ca 4 min vom HBF entfernt. Es gab einen kleinen Kühlschrank und die Betten war sehr komfortabel

Das Badezimmer war etwas unpraktisch zu zweit. Es gab nicht viel Stauraum um Sachen abzustellen, nur einen Handtuchhaken, Die Duschtür ließ sich nicht schließen , daher müssten wir mit offenen Türen Duschen und wenn man auf WC sitzt müsste man auch etwas seitlich sitzen da man sonst mit den Knie an die Kaputte Duschtür kommt. Bissel unpraktisch für große Menschen .

I was under the impression that the room would look like the pictures, but it did not and that was a bit disappointing. It did the job as a place to sleep and the AC functioned well--but I think you can get something better for the same price.

Clean room & comfortable bed plus location was 10/10.. The manager/reception was always happy & a very warm welcome.

The property was so close to the train station and in a great location to access everything! It was clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable! The room was perfect and the staff were so friendly! The breakfast was helpful and good. I had a cute balcony!

Que la nevera de la habitación no enfriaba nada y el aire acondicionado no se podía regular a tu gusto, estaba como con un programa fijo y a veces hacía calor.

Albergo vicinissimo alla stazione Nice-Ville, quindi comodissimo da/per l'aeroporto. In centro, a 10-15 minuti dal lungomare. Rampa di collegamento tra ingresso/reception e ascensore molto apprezzata con il passeggino. Stanza non molto grande ma con tutti i servizi, compresi armadio, scrivania e frigo. Doccia molto comoda e spaziosa. Aria condizionata (indispensabile) perfettamente funzionante, la stanza si manteneva freschissima anche dopo averla spenta. Letto e cuscini comodissimi.

Il lettino per il bimbo non aveva il materasso, bensí una coperta piegata a mó di materasso. Alla nostra richiesta di un materasso ci è stato risposto che non avevano materassi per i lettini dei bimbi e che nessuno si era mai lamentato prima.... Dopo qualche insistenza siamo riusciti a farci dare due cuscini da sdraio e abbiamo risolto con quelli.

Very good location, close to the centre and train station. Room was very clean and had daily housekeeping. Our room had a very large balcony, I think it was the only one with such a big one so we were quite lucky. Staff were friendly and always someone on the front desk.

Room and bathroom felt a bit small, with strange placement of things such as mirrors and shelves in the bathroom. Toilet roll behind the toilet. Shower was also quite small. Nothing that would stop me from booking again though.

The hotel is very close to the train station, which was handy for my travels.

Kaupat, jossa shoppailla, lähellä. Puhdas ja siisti hotelli. Aamiainen ranskalaistyylinen, jolla sai vatsansa täyteen. Henkilökunta asiallinen.

It is well located for a 3* hotel and the room was renovated. Goid restaurants in tge area. Tram nearby goes to the beach.

No tea or coffee making facility in the room or available elsewhere in the hotel.

Die Lage des Hotel du Midi hat uns sehr gut gefallen, der Bahnhof in der Nähe, genauso die Tram, um in die Altstadt und zum Meer zu kommen, ohne lange Wege. Das Zimmer hatte alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt, auch sehr gut also. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

L'isolation donore devrait être améliorée, on entend le bruit des autres chambres. Le petit-déjeuner devrait présenter plus de choix (salade de fruits frais, charcuterie, etc).

Najedli jsme se, ale z velmi limitované nabídky za poměrně vysokou částku. Jídelna bez oken, poměrně stísněná.

Recepční neprojevovali přílišnou srdečnost, výběr pokrmů u snídaně, prostor snídaňové jídelny...

Chambre très confortable. Petit déjeuner très varié et copieux.

La porte de la chambre n'est pas assez isolante phoniquement. On entend les personnes dans le couloir.

Goede ontvangst en service. Praktische ligging, dichtbij station en niet ver van de zee. Iets verder weg van het oude Nice. Rustige kamer. Ontbijt hebben we niet in het hotel genomen.

De deur van de douche was stuk en wat onhandig.

Vi brukte mye tog, så beliggenheten i fht. jernbanestasjonen var perfekt. Kun 12-15 minutter å gå til gamlebyen, via hyggelige Avenue Jean Medecin. Resepsjonen og trappeløpet var pent, sengen var god og badet greit nok. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening.

Frokosten kunne vært utvidet med litt mer pålegg. Dobbeltrommet var ikke større enn det måtte være - og noe slitent. Noen løse detaljer kunne med letthet vært ordnet med en handyman (lampe på vegg var helt løs (ikke bra) og håndtak til WC-tanken/sisterna var løs). Litt lite plass til å henge opp tøy, og hotellet må anskaffe flere kleshengere (no cost)...

A localização do hotel é boa, perto da estação de comboios e a 15 minutos a pé da praia. O quarto era confortável e bom uma varanda bastante agradável.

Os funcionários não eram muito simpáticos.
