Love the room with balcony, the pool and the breakfasts. Location good, too.

The hotel has a really nice welcoming atmosphere. All staff are very nice & helpful. The pool is lovely. So clean and it was 27 degrees. Good selection of breakfast items. They offer free beach towels and housekeeping & fresh towels every day if you wanted it. The lounge area is really nice. I enjoyed watching a movie there on my last night as I was checking out at 4am.

Quite a strong air freshener smell, particularly in lounge & reception. Some people may like this of course but it makes me feel a bit nauseous. You have to pay extra for coffee pods & tea if you want a hot drink in your room.

Hotel cerca de bares y restaurantes pero tranquilo y muy cómodo para moverse por los pueblos y ciudades del Algarve. El buffet del desayuno era muy bueno y variado con muchas opciones de dulce y salado, embutidos , frutas, zumos naturales, huevos revueltos, bacon, salchichas, dulces caseros, diferentes tipos de de quesos, etc. si volvemos por la zona no dudaremos en repetir

Bella struttura a 2 passi dal centro di Loulè. Staff gentile e cordiale. Materasso enorme e confortevole con cuscini di qualità. In bagno c'è ampia dotazione di prodotti per l'igiene personale (i.e. bagnoschiuma, shampoo e sapone). Piscina non molto grande, ma pulita e gradevole, con vista dal terrazzo fino all'oceano. Sala colazione e zona comune ben arredata e ricca di posti a sedere. Numerosi parcheggi gratuiti nei dintorni dell'hotel. Punteggio effettivo: 7,8. Valido se il prezzo è inferiore a 80€/pax.

Le dimensioni della camera non sono molto grandi, scomoda se prevedete lunghi soggiorni (suggerisco non oltre 2/3 notti). Schermatura dalla luce e dai rumori totalmente insufficiente (come un po' in tutte le strutture del Portogallo in cui sono stato). Bagno cieco in cui sono deficitari gli appendini porta asciugamani. L'aria condizionata rivolta direttamente verso il letto non la rende particolarmente piacevole durante la notte. La colazione è molto varia, ma non tutti i prodotti sono di qualità adeguata; grave il fatto che 1 mattina il pancarrè presentasse evidenti zone di muffa (suggerisco meno prodotti di più alta qualità).

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Freundliches personal.

Das frühstück war etwas enttäuscht und es fehlten oft Sachen wenn man gegen 09:00 Uhr zum Frühstück kam.

le placement de l'hôtel était au top, différents restaurants à proximité. promenade possible à pied dans les rues. Franchement je ne regrette pas mon choix !

Lovely location, Loulé is a beautiful town with lots of old buildings and beautiful streets. Hotel is close to other surrounding areas and attractions, only a few minutes away in a taxi (very cheap!) Hotel is immaculately maintained and rooms are spacious and serviced each day. Staff are helpful and friendly, always someone at reception. Breakfast was excellent- with so much choice including fresh fruits and baked goods each morning. Hotel was so quiet, no street noise and no noise inside. Beds and pillows were comfy. Pool is clean and not crowded.

A localização, o pequeno-almoço, a piscina e a sua envolvência, bem como a decoração, a limpeza e o cuidado de todos os espaços, desde o quarto às áreas comuns. Por fim, destaco também a simpatia dos funcionários.

O facto de não existirem outros tipos de almofadas é uma desvantagem, uma vez que as disponíveis no quarto são demasiado altas e duras. Seria também útil haver um suporte na parede do chuveiro para podermos colocar os fatos de banho a secar, uma vez que o quarto não tem varanda.

Nuestra estancia ha sido fantástica. El hotel está muy bien cuidado, las instalaciones son agradables y todo estaba muy limpio. El personal ha sido muy amable y atento en todo momento. La ubicación también nos ha parecido estupenda para disfrutar de Portugal y conocer los alrededores. Sin duda, hemos estado muy a gusto y repetiríamos sin pensarlo. Una experiencia muy recomendable. ❤️

Tolles Frühstück, sehr vielfältig und auch mit regionalen Produkten. Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Besonders erwähnenswert ist ebenfalls der Rooftop Pool.

Reinigung des Zimmers ist sehr spät am Nachmittag.

As portas dos quartos deveriam ter um sistema de travão. Nem todos os hóspedes têm cuidado, e houve noites em que acordei mais que uma vez com portas a bater.

This was a great hotel and based pretty much central to the town and also very close to supermarkets etc. we really enjoyed our comfortable stay here. Beds were comfortable. Shower was hot and powerful. Cleaners working endlessly to keep the place clean and tidy. All staff we spoke to were so friendly and chatty. Shout out to the girl on the roof top bar: nothing was any hassle to her. Breakfast was excellent. Not a thing could be added to make it better. Coffee very good and selection very very good. Pool cool but welcomed when weather so hot! Very quiet pool area. We had to practically to ourselves most of the time. We will Definitely stay here again! Would have been 5/5 if we had a balcony but this wasn’t available at the time of our stay.

Excelente pequeno-almoço, com muita variedade e ótima qualidade de alimentos. Muita arrumação no quarto. Acesso a uma área de fumadores em cada andar. Limpeza impecável, tudo muito perfumado, respeitando sempre a indicação colocada por nós na porta. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos, atentos às nossas solicitações.

Un très bel hôtel plein de charme et authentique, situé dans un village magnifique. La chambre était propre et lumineuse. 4th time staying here and still managed to exceed our expectations. It’s got a quality that’s hard to describe maybe because it’s hard to find anymore in 2026. Staff are all genuinely nice and helpful , hotel is so clean and well maintained and having witnessed the pool area being cleaned , I could see why. Its location is brilliant. Loule itself is such a lovely place ,Pretty little square outside of hotel , short walk to centre. Breakfast was gorgeous the granola and pastries were my highlight. Pool area is my favourite space. Lovely , calm setting , we only got to stay 3 nights but because of this special hotel I felt like I had been away for a week. Thank you so much to everyone who makes this hotel what it is and In turn making guests stay so memorable , it’s a rare gem and one I can’t wait to revisit again as soon as possible. Obrigado !!)

L’accueil était chaleureux, le rapport qualité prix, le calme de l’endroit. Le décor de l’hôtel, la piscine sur le toit et le petit déjeuner était majestueux !

No início da noite o quarto foi invadido por formigas que entraram pela janela e outras estavam a sair da cabeceira da cama. Reportei a situação à receção que se dirigiu ao quarto para verificar, perante a gravidade da situação o funcionário filmou o quarto e disse que ia enviar para o chefe. Fomos informadas que não podíamos mudar de quarto pois o Hotel estava cheio, mas que nos devolviam o pagamento. Foi então que um senhor, que deveria ser o responsável pelo Hotel, se dirigiu ao nosso quarto e teve uma atitude inaceitável, foi muito agressivo, começou aos gritos e disse que a culpa era nossa porque deixamos a janela aberta, o que não era verdade. Senti-me ameaçada e intimidada ao ponto de eu ameaçar chamar a GNR se ele não saísse do quarto. Abandonamos o Hotel perto das 23 horas, e foi a pior experiência que passei num hotel.

Desayuno fantástico, es muy fácil moverse en uber ya que son muy económicos, el personal del hotel fue super amable. Fuimos durante el fin de semana del festival MED y amamos que en las noches estábamos cerca de los escenarios principales. La piscina del rooftop es un remanso de paz.

Ontbijten is iets wat ik niet vaak doe. 1x gebruik van gemaakt. Zag er prima uit. Als wat je in een ander hotel ook hebt, is hier ook te vinden.

We stayed here while attending a wedding in Quinta de Lago. Our expectations were not too high for a local hotel in Loule but we were so pleasantly surprised. Hotel was so comfortable, rooms and beds great. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were lovely and so helpful. Free secure parking as well as easy free on street parking. Local restaurants close by. The real surprise was the gorgeous rooftop pool with sun loungers, very quiet when we were there. Lovely local hotel and would highly recommend.

La localización era un poco inconveniente pues estaba en el centro de Loulé, con calles estrechas y un acceso no fácil.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is very charming, well maintained, and furnished with modern furniture. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the international breakfast offered a great variety of options to suit everyone. One of the highlights was the lovely swimming pool with a small poolside bar, the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. There is also a well-equipped gym for guests who want to keep up with their workouts during their stay. What we loved most was the location. The hotel is just outside the town center, in a beautiful little village where it is a real pleasure to take a walk. It was also very easy to find parking for our car near the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful and charming place. We would definitely stay here again!

El orden y el trabajo de diseño

Qué no supieron resolverme como poder ponerme los datos en mi teléfono siendo de extranjera. Necesitaba poder poner mi GPS y no pudieron resolverme esa duda. Por lo demás, todo estupendamente bien. Me hubiese gustado poder quedarme otro día. Un saludo y gracias por alojarme tan bien.

What is not to like ? Staff ALWAYS polite friendly and very helpful. Rooms ALWAYS spotless. Excellent size rooms, ambience and breakfast. Great swimming pool and sun terrace. Hotel location good for sightseeing.
