Although, the room was smaller than expected, it had everything we needed. The bathroom was fine, with a good shower. Room had air conditioning, which we needed, as it was very hot, for September! There was a small Juliet balcony from which you had a good view of downtown Loule. We enjoyed using the terrace for late-night drinks watching the world go by, with the addition of the small fridge which meant we could make breakfasts and small lunches.

There were two steep sets of stairs, which would not suit anyone who had mobility problems. We were OK, but needed a lie down after climbing them! Parking can be a problem as there is not a dedicated car park, but as we knew the area we managed to find a nearby car park, but it was about 5 minutes walk away.

The location is great, the property has an amazing view and it’s very close to town center.

Excellent location, so very clean, lovely decor and facilities. The roof terrace is a real added bonus.

It can’t be changed but the stairs are very steep with heavy suitcases. Perhaps needs more of an emphasis when booking however the quality of the stay is excellent.

Great location, beautiful spotlessly clean room, the check in wasn’t till 2.00 but we could leave our bags which was super helpful, would recommend A*

Magnifique demeure, propre et bien située en plein centre de Loulé. La literie est très confortable. La cuisine est bien équipée et l’établissement possède une magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la ville.

Comodissimo per il centro, cucina comune spaziosa e con tutto il necessario. Terrazzo comune favoloso e con tavoli dove si può anche fare colazione! . Nonostante il bagno della nostra camera fosse privato ma con ingresso nel corridoio comune, aveva il bidet! Host molto cortese e disponibile

Perfect for visiting downtown Loule. Lovely bed and room design. The kitchen is sweet and well equipped the balcony is gorgeous! Thank you for the air conditioner! Great to have a mini fridge dedicated to our room.

Parking was insane. Had to park 15 minutes from the hotel. It was very hot. Stairs a re a. little steep but easy because of great railing.

Immaculate room. Very central and owner is lovely.

The steep stairs are hard going with heavy suitcases but we were aware of that when booking.

The host was amazing and I loved that the house was across the street from the Castle Loule and around many things to do.

The bathroom on the outside of the room but I understand it's an Antique Home - not a hotel.

J'ai malheureusement oublié une robe en soie dans l'armoire et je m'en suis rendu compte a quelques centaines de km plus loin j'espère qu'elle fera une heureuse L'escalier de l'entrée est vertigineux

location is excellent and the house is beautiful

we only received amenities the first night and we stayed 4 nights , I recomend they use soap and shampoo dispenser instead of mini samples, We saw nobody to ask for refill. there is no reception or anybody to talk to,

Es imposible contactar con ellos. No hay nadie en el hotel para resolver las incidencias.

Todo estaba súper limpio y muy cuidado. Me encantó el estilo clássico bohemio de la decoración. La cama y las almohadas súper cómodas, dormimos muy bien! La ubicación es perfecta, justo al lado del centro histórico de Loulé. Nosotros no utilizamos las zonas comunes (cocina y terraza) pero sí que pasamos a verlas y estaban muy bien, una terraza muy agradable. Desde luego que si vuelvo a Loulé, Casa Beny será mi primera opción.

What a gem of a place with an excellent location. I had read the reviews so fully expected to park a few blocks away and also to pack light as the second floor is up some steepish stairs. The room was gorgeous and spotless. The rooftop terrace lovely and my room had its own mini fridge in the terrace kitchen. My only regret is not having stayed another night.

Perfect location. Clean. Quiet. It was just one night so there's not a million things I could be saying.

All communication is in the form of written notes and plaques, for example I arrived to a piece of paper saying I had to fill up this form with heaps of personal detail and would be fined 5 euro if I didn't - didn't love the tone of it. I also questioned if a slightly earlier check-in was possible and just got an auto-reply negative. I mean, it's not that they HAVE to do more, not at all and I'm still rating the place a 10. But if I had to find an improvement point that would be it.

The central location, the high standard of the conversion of the property and the quality of the furnishings. The terrace on the second floor was beautiful, with a kitchenette and fridges for guest use.

The rooms were on the first and second floor, so access may be difficult for older or less able guests.

Tranquilidad, buena habitación, cocina para poder utilizar con todo lo necesario, amabilidad de Beni, todo nos gustó.

O quarto é muito bem decorado, limpo e de um conforto que a noite é para recuperar energias de verdade.

Penso que poderia ter pequeno almoço para o valor que pratica. Se os outros hóspedes não respeitarem o silêncio, ouvirão ruído.

Super netter Service. Zimmer war ganz hübsch. Das mit dem Bad auf dem gang hat uns nicht gestört - das konnten wir exklusiv benutzen mit eigenem Schlüssel. Lage war auch zentral und relativ ruhig.

De não poder usar a cozinha para cozinhar. De que serve ter cozinha, se estás proibido de usar a placa e o forno?

A localização é excelente, mesmo no centro de Loulé, e a casa foi muito bem recuperada e com bom gosto.
