The hotel itself is quite old and you can feel it in everything: the interior, the bed linen, the towels, the furniture, everything is not in very good condition. There were no bottles of water in the room, no toiletries (I mean disposable toothpaste and toothbrush, cotton swabs, sponges, etc.).There were no towels or slippers. The hairdryer was quite old, built into the wall, and had no way to adjust the power or temperature.

A bit dated, dark wood everywhere, the pool is too deep so could not stand up in it anywhere and not safe for children. Cracks in building structure. Attempted to book for dinner twice but was told it was full as they were short staffed so were not taking more than 20 covers each evening - this was the main bug bear - there were only 4 people eating that we could see. The same waitress was serving at the bar so there was rather a long wait. Maybe why the bar area was so quiet. They are missing a trick here.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Sin duda, la pequeña terraza con vista al mar. La cama estaba comoda, y las sabanas limpias. Bañera amplia. Baño cómodo. Muy bueno tener un pequeño refri en la habitación y el café soluble con el hervidor de agua para usar al día siguiente en la mañana. Muchas gracias!
El aire acondicionado no se podía graduar y me hubiera gustado bajar un poco mas la temperatura de la habitacion porque hacia calor esa noche. Había una puerta en la habitación que conectaba con la habitacion de al lado, y aunque estaba cerrada con llave me dió un poco de miedo ya que pasé la noche sola y en un momento han tirado de esa puerta. No me pareció seguro.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Kaffe aus Kapseln, Kapseln ausser entkoffiniert ständig alle, Tassen fehlten, Besteck fehlte, Teller mussten nachgefragt werden. Frühstück war o.k. insgesamt ein sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit viel Investitionsstau. Für 1 Nacht o.k. Urlaub möchte ich da aber nicht verbringen.

The rooms were kinda outdated and the walls were super thin so you could easily hear the other guests. The shower had a shower curtain instead of a glas wall which was a little gross. There were a hole in the roof in the breakfast area which leaked small amounts of water. The resturang that served dinner was the worst i've ever been on, i got a dark hair in my food and was served raw chicken TWICE. Would not book again!

Tienen al personal justito, el hotel está demasiado abandonado respecto a las instalaciones. El colchón de matrimonio muy blando y viejo. El primer día por la noche tuvimos una gotera y tuvimos q dormir en otra habitación de 2 camas q tenían muy buen colchón. Según comentarios, el hotel cerrará a mediados de octubre. No volvería a alojarme en este hotel si siguiera así.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Después de 30 años veraneando en la zona hemos conocido este hotel que nos ha sorprendido por su buena situación. Destacar la limpieza, buen desayuno y excelente trato del personal. Esperamos poder permitirnos volver cuando hagan la reforma .
El hotel tiene sus muestras de ser un edificio a punto de someterse a una reforma ,pero ninguna de ellas impide tener un alojamiento cómodo.

The next day Eva relocated us to another room where air con was working . Eva and Mar were amazing couldn't do any more for us Eva gave us eclipse glasses for the eclipse. A massive thank you to Eva and Mar and a special mention to the reception staff and the bar staff and not forgetting the cleaners Well done to you all !! We will try and come back in the future. All food is and drinks very nice and reasonable priced. Location 2 bus stops out 1 for Torrevieja and the other 1 La Mata

El baño, no tener mampara era pésimo , no tener acceso a la playa; encontrarme una cucaracha enorme; decirlo y tener que ocuparme yo de eliminarla; no tener animación ; y ya lo ultimo me he dejado las llaves de repuesto del coche y vivo en Madrid , y no me las envían; increíble; dicen que busque yo una empresa para que las recojan

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026No esperéis un Hotel de Lujo de última generación, es un Hotel Vintage, lo que me encantó, con una limpieza excelente vistas espectaculares, parking privado, con desayuno bufet suficiente y rico, buenísima atención de todo el personal, especialmente de EVA de dirección Y MAR de recepción.
Para mi gusto, los colchones son demasiado blandos, lo dije y me trajeron unos topper en tiempo récord, aún así me parecían blandos, pero eso va por gustos de cada uno

Bastante viejo, la limpieza regular, el cuarto de baño muy desvencijado.... encontramos una cucaracha en las escaleras... Necesita urgentemente una reforma. El mando de la tele no funcionaba bien. Servicio de bar bastante caro.

No me gustó que no hubiera ni una misera botellita de agua en el minibar,estaba vacío,había un hervidor para hacerte café o infusión pero ni en el hervidor había agua .. Aparte se escuchaba a los de la habitación de al lado. Las instalaciones anticuadas,el colchón de la cama muy blando,no era cómodo.Los muebles,cortinas,etc pues también antiguo. Para el precio que tiene creo que por lo menos un detalle podrían haber tenido,ya que reserve dos habitaciones. Volver no volvería.

Fin pool men det saknas parasoll och skuggplatser-önskar parasoll vid solsängarna. Det finns ingen enklare snacks meny/lunch meny- mkt fin restaurang och utsikt men som inte används. Modernisera bar/lounge/restaurang och hotellet blir topp!
