Pour notre arrivé, malgré la barrière de la langue, une feuille en français était donnée pour les infos concernant les repas, les festivités et autres. Accueil chaleureux et souriant Établissement très bien situé sur les hauteurs , avec vue sur la mer. Restaurant, correcte malgré le nombre de personne avec des heures élargies 8-10 heures et 18-22:00 pour le souper. Chambre spacieuse, propre, confortable. A 15 min du port de Nikolaos. Petites rues commerçantes, agréables pour se promener.

Personnellement, pas assez de prises électriques dans les chambre et pas du tout dans la salle de bain. Restaurant, pour le souper trop répétitif a notre goût. Rien a dire pour le déjeuner. Piscine froide mais peut être normal puisque c'était un établissement avec spa ?!

The villa was fantastic its a great way to stay when traveling with several families. Pool was a fabulous perk. It made the trip. The views were amazing and you could easily walk to the private beaches. Staff extremely helpful and accommodating. Great location close to everything you wanted to do. They offer activities for all.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ όμορφο με όμορφη θέα επίσης είχε πολύ όμορφους χώρους. Το προσωπικό ευχάριστο κ εξυπηρετικό σε όλα επίσης είχε πολύ ωραίο πρωινό κ δείπνο σίγουρα θα ξαναπάω.

Το μόνο που δεν μου άρεσε ήταν το στρώμα στο κρεβάτι ήταν υπερβολικά μαλακό καθόλου σκληρό

The property looks much more modern in the photos. It was a old with old appliences. It’s a super big hotel and the breakfast is until 10 am. The pools dont have anyone, you need to walk to the restaurants in case you need something. The staff is a bit rude.

We were fortunate enough to be given an upgrade with a plunge pool which was very welcome after a long journey. The view across the bay towards the far coast and down to the town of Agios Nikolaos was exceptional. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well and there were plenty of towels provide including those for use in the plunge pool.

The only problem was the lack of charging points for mobile devices, hair driers etc - only one was conveniently placed although I suspect there were others hidden behind the furniture. The ventilation in the bathroom could have been better - a smell of drains occasionally drifted in!

Tutto il resto , premettendo che questa è la prima Recensione negativa della mia vita per un hotel L'All Inclusive è fortemente limitativo: l'acqua viene servita esclusivamente al bicchiere nei bar o al ristorante, mentre le bottigliette sono a pagamento. Fin dal check-in la sensazione è che si tenti di far spendere soldi extra in ogni modo; viene subito consegnato un libretto con buoni sconto del 10% per spingere i clienti ad andare nei loro ristoranti à la carte a pagamento. Esperienza Ristorante & Cibo: La qualità del cibo è estremamente bassa. Al buffet caldo erano presenti solo 8 opzioni (più 2 alla griglia, un banco insalate e i dolci), ma ben 3 o 4 piatti caldi erano del tutto inaccettabili per un resort (es. bastoncini di pesce confezionati, riso bianco con mais, riso bianco con piselli). A livello igienico abbiamo assistito a scene sconcertanti, come la cameriera che ha raccolto del bacon caduto sul bordo riposizionandolo nel vassoio di portata aiutandosi solo con un fazzoletto. Dopo aver mangiato lì il primo giorno siamo stati male con disturbi gastrointestinali e abbiamo preferito cenare fuori per il resto della vacanza. Camera, Igiene: Il letto non è da 4 stelle: il coprimaterasso consisteva in un semplice lenzuolo che si spostava continuamente durante la notte lasciando scoperto il materasso dove avranno dormito chissà quante persone, mentre per quanto riguarda il topper era più piccolo della misura del letto, creando un fastidioso "gradino" sui lati che causava micro risvegli notturni quando si stava sul bordo del letto, dando sempre la sensazione di cadere. Il bagno presentava chiazze di sporco e aloni evidenti sulle piastrelle del muro vicino allo scopino, oltre allo scopino stesso inutilizzabile veramente, arrugginito e degradato. Strutture e Parcheggio: La palestra presenta macchinari vecchi, usurati, arrugginiti e con cavi sfilacciati.

It was a big resort. It had 3 or 4 pools, the breakfast buffet was really good and the food was fresh and different every morning. Wi-fi was excellent.

Our room was kinda old. It had a balcony but the bathroom didn’t look the cleanest. Probably because the room itself was old and not renovated. You had to pay 15€ to sit on the sun beds at the beach.

Готель розташований у дуже гарному місці, з дуже гарними краєвидами. Також готель має велику територію, де приємно проводити час. Також дуже великий вибір номерів, ми обрали 2 кімнатний номер з терасою, такі номери розташовані в міні будинках, що створює певну приватність і комфорт. Також тут одна з найкращий локацій у зали для обідів і лаундж бару, з яких також відкривається прекрасний вид на гори і море. Так само і басейни, мають дуже гарні краєвиди. Одного дня був тематичний Критський вечір, було дуже круто. По їжі нас теж все влаштувало, єдине, цього разу був менший вибір саме критських солодощів, як правило доволі стандартні "тістечка". Поруч з готелем 2 пляжі, один з галькою, інший піщаний, з плавним входом до моря. Підходить для дітей. Єдина особливість цього пляжу, на кінці пляжу в море впадає невелика річка, вода там дже чиста, але холодна, іноді, в залежності від течії, холодна вода може впливати на температуру морської води.

Ми були другий раз в цьому готелі, і склалося враження, що персонал цього разу був більш стомлений... можливо менеджменту варто звернути увагу, чи в гарних кондиціях перебуває персонал.

The location was excellent if you did not want to drive you can walk to the beaches close by and to the center which was fantastic. The breakfast had plenty of options. My balcony and view was just as I expected.

The hotel was very very dirty. The bathroom had often odour, the floors were full of dust and webs in corners. The breakfast area the chairs, walls and windows were very dirty. I asked a waitress for sparkling water she didn’t understand, another rude waiter came and pointed to the juice fountain. I said no sparkling water. He said no only at supper. I went to take hot water to drink a tea , the dispenser was very dirty.

La posizione della struttura sulla collina garantisce dei bellissimi panorami e ampi terrazzi dove potersi intrattenere la sera. Facilmente raggiungibile il centro città con una camminata di circa 15 minuti. Presenti nelle immediate vicinanze, raggiungibili a piedi, spiagge attrezzate, taverne e mini market. Personale gentile e disponibile.

La posizione della struttura sulla collina determina la necessità di percorrere numerose scale o salite/discese per raggiungere tutti i servizi (piscine, ristorante, campo da tennis, teatro, etc.). Non consigliato a chi ha difficoltà di deambulazione. La struttura meriterebbe una ristrutturazione complessiva. La nostra camera aveva un arredo un po' datato, così come molte zone dell'hotel. Un vero peccato perchè non rende merito alle potenzialità dell'hotel. La colazione e la cena offrono ampia scelta, soprattutto per una clientela internazionale, ma i prodotti e le preparazioni non sempre risultano all'altezza di un 4 stelle.

Πλούσιο πρωινό και βραδινό, σε μπουφέ. Άριστη τοποθεσία. Να προτιμήσετε , όπως εμείς δωμάτιο με θέα θάλασσα. Αξίζει αυτή η υπέροχη θέα τόσο το πρωί με την ανατολή όσο και το βράδυ με την δύση του ηλίου. Μας έκαναν μόνοι τους αναβάθμιση στο δωμάτιο με ιδιωτική πισίνα. Καθαριότητα σε όλους τους χώρους. Ευχάριστο περιβάλλον.

Στις μεγάλες πισίνες υπήρχε μία ακαταστασία, λόγω του έντονου αέρα, αλλά και της κακής συνήθειας των ξένων να κρατάνε όλη την ημέρα τις ξαπλώστρες ακόμη και όταν ήταν για φαγητό ή ξεκούραση.

Πολύ καλό πρωινό και πολύ καλό σέρβις, άριστη καθαρισμός δωματίων και πολύ καλή επικοινωνία με τους ανθρώπους της ρεσεψιόν, συνολικά άριστη φιλοξενία του προσωπικού !

Красивый вид. Отель находится на горе. Панорамные виды со всех локаций. Хороший ужин с красивым видом. Бассейн в номере это очень удобно!

Скудный завтрак. Голодным не останешься, но есть с чем сравнить. Из номера был вид не только на залив, но и на крышу дома перед нами. Для пожилых и детей маленьких тяжелый спуск к морю. На детской площадке были сломанные качели ( сиденья на крутилке). Ребенок сядет- получит занозы. Нестабильная плитка на детской площадке. Скромнейший миниклуб. И главный минус - море рядом! Сначала доберись до него, а потом осознай, что оно достаточно прохоадное. Мы даже разочаровались морем Крита, пока не поняли, что в этот залив впадает ледяная горная река. Уехали в другой отель и там море рядом и теплейшее.

Wonderful location, the hotel premises are very well maintained inside and outside. Breakfast and dinner buffet had very good variety, quality and taste! The room was very clean with daily service and the views were amazing! The bed was very comfortable and huge. We had the suite with sea view with half board which was overall a great value for money! We also used the gym 2 times, very well equipped. Close to the lovely city of Agios Nikolaos, we walked there 2 nights, so if you are up for a little walk definitely recommend it. We'll go back to this hotel for sure.

During peak time there were not enough sunbeds at the two biggest swimming pools but it didn't stop us from enjoying the pool 😉😀

It was not a 4 star hotel. The infrastructure needs a renovation. Staff was not nice or professional. Services were poor. It was too expensive for what it was offered.

Chambre qui n est plus au goût du jour. Prévoir la rénovation Nous avions pris la demi pension et le 1 er soir nous nous sommes trouvés dans une salle bruyante avec des buffets sans intérêts ! Plats industriels et sans saveurs….. Nous n avons pas remis les pieds dans le restaurant sauf pour les petits déjeuners idem salle très bruyante et plats sans saveurs. Le matériel de la salle de sport est vétustes et abîmés…. Si vous aimez les hôtels zen et cocooning à éviter

Excellent food, wonderfully cooked and with a very large variety. Tye staff were very friendly and able to accommodate all our requests. The location was amazing overlooking Agios Nikolaos. The pools were very clean.

If I were too picky some of the facililities do require some modernisation but this does not ruin the experience.

L’emplacement

Déçu par notre séjour, surtout au vu du prix. Nous pensions trouver un hôtel intimiste, mais c’est en réalité un énorme complexe. Nous avions une suite avec piscine privée, mais énormément de vis-à-vis entre toutes les piscines et les chambres : quasiment aucune intimité. Sans compter un employé qui saute le mur pour entretenir la piscine pendant que nous nous baignions. Serviettes de piscine demandées mais jamais apportées et petit-déjeuner dans une cohue de plusieurs centaines de personnes. Pour ce prix et ce standing, nous nous attendions vraiment à autre chose.

Wir hatten nur gutes gelesen und waren letztendlich enttäuscht 😞 Wir hatten Halbpension, mit super Zimmer, vom Balkon aus, Meerblick. Richtig toll. Zimmer war sauber, die Dame die sauber machte war nett und begrüßte einen schon.

Das Frühstück und Abendessen war enttäuschend, da es nicht unserer Vorstellung war und Geschmacklich nicht das Highlight war was wir uns gewünscht hatten, schade. (Aufgewärmt im Behältnisse, kaum Gewürzt, Getränke extra zahlen) Nichts desto trotz würde ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Très belle chambre avec une vue magnifique et un superbe balcon pour en profiter. L’hôtel est immense avec plusieurs piscines. Bon petit déjeuner. Juste au dessus d’une superbe plage et à 15min à pieds du centre.

Très bonne situation géographique, vue exceptionnelle, nombreuses piscines, service de grande qualité, très bon petit déjeuner. Nous avons eu la surprise d’être surclassés avec une chambre avec piscine privative, un pur bonheur !

Ero molto preoccupato dopo aver letto alcune recensioni negative e stavo quasi pensando di cambiare hotel, ma per fortuna non l’ho fatto! Mi è piaciuto davvero tutto. Ho adorato passeggiare tra le vie fiorite della struttura, che danno quasi l’impressione di trovarsi in un piccolo paese, e soprattutto ho apprezzato tantissimo la vista sul mare dalla nostra stanza e dal ristorante. La posizione è semplicemente stupenda: direttamente sul mare, vicinissima ad Almyros Beach e ad Agios Nikolaos. La struttura è molto grande, ma è organizzata in modo tale da non dare mai la sensazione di essere affollata. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Avevo letto diverse recensioni negative anche sul buffet, ma personalmente ho trovato un’ampia scelta sia a pranzo che a cena, con piatti ben cucinati e una varietà adatta a soddisfare una clientela molto diversa. Insomma, sono davvero contento di aver scelto il Miramare e, alla luce della nostra esperienza, posso dire che le recensioni negative che mi avevano tanto preoccupato non hanno rispecchiato affatto il soggiorno che abbiamo vissuto.

Trop grand hôtel avec beaucoup d’escaliers pour rejoindre la grande salle pour les repas. Même avec la demi-pension, l’EAU est payante (3€ la bouteille d’1L) Le dîner qui n’est vraiment pas terrible, se termine à 21h et ensuite si vous voulez de l’animation, il faut aller prendre encore un verre dans un des cafés-restaurants des piscines en supplément sinon on vous prie de partir.

The location and friendliness of staff was exceptional. It's not just the place that's spectacular, it's also the views and the 2 nearby beaches.. It was great.

To be honest, and I know it's personal, the beds were just not that comfy (and we stayed in three different apartments / rooms whilst there - and I'd say the same about all of them)

Location and views were amazing

Our stay was extremely disappointing. While the location and views are beautiful, the customer service completely overshadowed what could have been a great vacation. During our stay, the electrical panel in our villa failed, causing us to lose air conditioning, hot water, and power to the refrigerator. As a result, all of the food we had purchased for our family spoiled. This was especially difficult because we were traveling with our children, making an already stressful situation even more challenging. To make matters worse, we were told there was no maintenance staff available to address the issues. At approximately 1:00 AM, we were moved to a temporary room, only to be told to move back into our original villa at 7:00 AM—even though the problems had not been resolved. Packing up our family in the middle of the night and then moving everything back first thing in the morning was incredibly frustrating and disruptive. Throughout the ordeal, the front desk staff showed very little empathy and offered no sincere apology for the inconvenience. We repeatedly requested to speak with a manager, but were told he was in a meeting and unavailable. We left multiple messages requesting a callback and never received a single response. Perhaps the most disappointing part of the experience was that, despite the significant disruption to our vacation and the complete lack of basic amenities for several hours, the hotel refused to refund or credit even a single dollar of our stay. The views and location are wonderful, but customer service matters just as much. Problems can happen at any hotel. What separates a great hotel from a poor one is how those problems are handled. Unfortunately, we experienced a complete lack of empathy, communication, accountability, and any meaningful effort to make things right. Because of that, we cannot recommend staying here.

Die Aussicht vom Hotel war sehr gut und der eigene Pool im Zimmer.

Leider haben wir immer sehr lange gewartet für das abholen im Zimmer oder hat auch Tage gegeben da wurden wir leider gar nicht abgeholt. Und bei einem Check out um 6:30 in der Früh , würden wir such gerne abgeholt werden. Es kann nicht sein das ich um 6:20 mit dem ganze Gebäck runterlaufen muss. Auch das Essen war jeden Tag gleich fast . An denn Tischen wurden wir nicht gefragt ob wir kaffe oder was zu trinken wollen das war bei denn andere jedes Mal sofort jemanden da.

We really enjoyed our holiday and would happily recommend this resort to anyone visiting Crete. * Beautiful resort with a relaxing atmosphere. * The pool area was excellent and always enjoyable. * A special thank you to Maria at the reception, who was absolutely amazing—kind, professional, and always ready to help. She truly deserves 10/10! * The restaurant staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. * The food was tasty, with a good variety.

Housekeeping needs more attention. During our 5-night stay, the bed sheets were not changed, and the bed was not even shaken to remove the sand. * The room cleaning in general could be more thorough. * The food was good, but it became a bit repetitive after a few days.

The noise from the floor above prevented us from sleeping. The facilities are basic. Poor quality furniture and pillows. The breakfasts are mediocre. Some reception staff were not so pleasant.

Beautiful views from the hotel, lovely location with a short stroll down to the port. Room was spacious and cleaned/made up daily. Friendly staff.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La propreté est irréprochable, les chambres sont magnifiques, le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours à l'écoute. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la qualité des prestations. Le seul point négatif concerne notre arrivée. Nous avions réservé une suite familiale, mais nous avons été installés pendant les deux premières nuits dans une chambre double supérieure avec piscine. Même si cette chambre était très agréable, elle ne correspondait pas à notre réservation. Le problème a toutefois été pris en charge rapidement et, dès le troisième jour, nous avons pu intégrer la suite familiale réservée. Nous remercions l'équipe pour sa réactivité. Nous aurions simplement apprécié un petit geste commercial pour ces deux nuits, puisque nous avions payé le tarif de la suite sans en bénéficier au départ. Malgré ce contretemps, nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et recommandons cet hôtel pour la qualité de son accueil, de ses installations et de son professionnalisme.

המלון בנוי כמו כפר קטן על צלע ההר והחדרים מפוזרים לאורך המתחם. המלון מאוד מאוד יפה. והמיקום של המלון 15 דקות הליכה מהמרכז ליד חוף מהמם. אגיוס ניקולאס עיר מהממת והנופים מהמלון מדהימים. החדר שקיבלנו היה גדול עם מרפסת נחמדה נוף מהמם לים והיתה אמבטיה גדולה ויפה בחדר הרחצה. ארוחת ערב מאוד מגוונת עשירה המוגשת עד השעה 21:00 שזה מושלם אחרי יום טיול.

אין תמיד חניה צמודה לכל חדר זה על בסיס מקום פנוי אז מצאנו את עצמנו מחנים למטה בכניסה ועולים את ההר לחדר מספר פעמים וזה היה קשוח. לוקחים כל מיני תשלומים מוזרים שלא נתקלתי בהם עד כה כמו 5 יורו ליום לשימוש בכספת או אם רוצים כוס מים בארוחת ערב שכלולה בהזמנה צריך להוסיף עוד כסף שזה מאוד לא מקובל. בסהכ המקום מאוד יפה נהננו .

Les piscine était froide en plus avec le vent c'était pas très agréable C'est un très grand hotel, le buffet avec le demi tarif était pas exceptionnel.

Das Essen und die ganze Urlaubsanlage ist Wunderbar und die Aussicht die man genießt ist einfach grandios. Das Personal ist immer freundlich, gut gelaunt und hilfsbereit.

Das ist der einzige kleine Punkt. Es gibt einen Fitnessraum, jedoch sind die Geräte leider sehr alt und leider zum Teilauch kaputt.

The location and the quality of the F&B at the pool restaurant. The experience was great and the food was good.

The overall cleanliness of the room and specifically the bed sheets , we noticed it was dirty midnight as we spent the whole day outside the room . We left early morning the second day and when we came back it was still the same , with dirts marks . We raised a complaint but unfortunately no one showed empathy and at a point they don’t want to accept the comments!

The view is exceptional in this place. All the staff are so helpful and friendly -except one man at the main bar who has an attitude issue towards all inclusive guests-. The resort is not fancy but has everything to make your holiday a wonderful one. A clean place with nice services, great view and location, near to one of the best sandy beaches „Almyros“, delicious food with a lot of options and varieties. We have babies so we requested rooms that accessible via elevator and near to the main facilities and we got exactly what we wanted. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Everything about our stay has been amazing. The room was very big, with an amazing view and comfortable beds. The balcony was very nice as well, and super useful to dry clothes. The pools and the rest of the resort were good as well, and the beach was very close (just a few minutes by foot) and pretty calm, and without many people.

Only thing to note was the amount of mosquitos we got in the room the first nights of our stay. We got completely eaten by them. The staff should perform some kind of disinfestation.

le camere sono datate, manca attenzione ai particolari, il buffet non è internazionale ma troppo aderente alla cucina greca (ok ma dopo un pò stufa), ci sarebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata generale.

The hotel is located right by the sea, but the nearest sandy beach is about a 10–15 minute walk away.

Legnagyobb szerencsénkre a lefoglalt kétszemélyes szoba helyett egy tengerre nyíló lakosztályt kaptunk. A szálloda nagyon szép helyen van, családias a légkör, nem túl zsúfoltak a partok sem. Étkezéseknél nagy volt a kínálat és finomak is voltak az ételek. Nagyon kedves volt velünk mindenki, a személyzet segítőkész volt, egyből ugrottak, ha valamit kértünk. Csak dicsérni és ajánlani tudjuk ezt a szállást, nincs okunk panaszra.

Am rezervat "suita cu vedere la mare"dar vederea a fost la un deal cu maracini si doar side sea view.In loc de terasa mare acoperita ne-am ales cu doua balcoane descoperite care nu se puteau folosi la pranz din cauza soarelui.Curatenia a fost mediocra,am receptionat camera cu fire de par,gunoi pe pardoseala,praf pe rafturile de sticla ale dulapului-nesters tot sejurul de 10 zile.Scurgerea dificila a apei in cada si chiuveta,iluminatul prost al baii.Mancarea repetitiva la micul dejun, lipsa apei la cina,a trebuit sa platim apa imbuteliata.Intr-o zi am observat urme de ruj pe pahare la micul dejun si am renuntat sa le mai folosim. Intrarea in camera noastra-676,vesnic inundata de la piscinele camerelor din vecinatate.Personalul de la curatenie nu vorbea decat limba rusa.

Ascenseur en panne pas de détecteur, les enfants sont restés bloqué, une fois que nous avons reussi a ouvrir la porte les enfants de 4 ans etaient totalement apeuré et pleurer fort nous ne sommes faites engeuler par la directrice qui trouver que les enfants pleurer fort au lieu de s excuser de la gene occasioner. Nous avons commandé des frites nuggets au bar de la piscine malheureusement nous avons constaté un nugget deja mangé malgré que nous l avons signalé les serveurs se sont enerver en nous disant que c est la machine qui avait deformer les nuggets alors qu il y avait bel et bien des traces de dents. Les chambres sont extrêmement vieillot avec des salles de bain en ruine les photos sont très trompeur avec la réalité. Le repas du soir fade sans goût très peu de choix.

L'emplacement magnifique loin de la ville et du bruit . Endroit paradisiaque avec vue splendide sur la mer . La plage est juste en bas de l'hôtel , le fait d'avoir deux piscines et un point fort .le buffet était varié le personne est sympathique . Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

We noticed from the moment we arrived that reception was very busy, so I completely understand that it can be stressful. That said, the initial welcome could have been a little friendlier. To be fair, after we received our room keys, the reception staff were much nicer. Unfortunately, when we got to our room, my friend took a bath and, when she pulled the plug, water started coming up through the bathroom floor drain. We had to use towels to stop the water from flooding into the room and closed the bath drain. I called reception to explain the issue. They sent someone, who fixed the blockage so the bath could drain, but all of the water was left covering the bathroom floor. When I called again to ask if someone could clean it up and bring us fresh towels, I was met with the response: “What is it now? Do you want someone to clean it, or do you want towels?” I found that unnecessarily rude. We paid around €400 per night for two people. At that price, I expect not just a beautiful view, but also a higher level of service. The room itself felt quite dated, so you’re largely paying for the location and the view. Honestly, I could have overlooked the older room and even the plumbing issue if we had simply been treated with a little more warmth and professionalism. Service often makes the biggest difference. This experience reminded me that, for me personally, I prefer smaller hotels where the staff have more time for their guests. I understand that the employees here were probably overwhelmed by the size of the hotel, and I don’t blame them for being busy. However, when paying well above average, I do expect the overall experience to reflect that. Unfortunately, this left a bit of a sour taste.

The views were stunning (climbing up and down the stairs all the time is a fair price for those). Two beaches at walking distance from the resort - one rocky with steep access to water, the other one sandy with shallow water. Sunbeds at the beach at reasonable price. The whole area never felt crowded, it was a very pleasant and quiet place. The town of Aghios Nikolaos is stunning with authentic greek atmosphere. I loved basically everything during our stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

No possibility for drinking water refill at the hotel, you need to buy bottled water if you are outside the restaurant or pool area (available also at a gift shop next to the reception).

Pour commencer: accueil désagréable, pas un seul sourire, aucune patience. Les ascenseurs ne sont pas aux normes, trop dangereux car des enfants de 4 ans se sont retrouvés coincés dedans. De plus, une fois sorti de l'ascenseur ils étaient en pleurs et une des managers ose venir leur demander de faire moins de bruit. Les lits ne sont pas du tout confortable et la nourriture de cantine est aussi désagréable que le personnel. Bref hôtel avec rapport qualité nul.
