הצוות לא היה שירותי ונעים בניגוד לכל מקום אחר ביוון שזה כבר משפיע על הכל, ביקשנו קרח בארוחת בוקר כי המים חמים והתגובה הייתה לא נעימה בסוף עשתה טובה שהביאה לנו כוס עם קוביית קרח אחת . שמו אותנו בחדר שצריך לטפס אליו איזה 300 מדרגות בעליה חדה מאוד, ממש קשוח ביקשנו לעבור ונתנו אבל זה הדבר הטוב היחיד שיש לי להגיד. כתוב חוף פרטי אבל הוא עולה כסף. האוכל בחדר אוכל לא טעים, החדר מיושן מאוד, לא מחליפים כלום בחדר(מגבות כוסות וכו) , כל המיטות זה שני מזרוני יחיד, ביקשנו מזרון זוגי ושמו לנו פוך על שני המזרונים וטענו שהחליפו. מכשיר אחר עובד בחדר כושר מתוך איזה 12!!שורה תחתונה סגרנו מלון אחר ועזבנו לפני הזמן ושילמנו על שני מקומות במקביל שלא תהרס החופשה. כשעזבנו לפני הזמן אף אחד לא טרח לשאול למה.

Kényelmes sétatávolságra a város nyüzsgésétől. Nagyon jó kialakítás, szép medencék. Valóban sok a lépcső, de lehet kérni segítséget. A légkondi nem működött, és felár nélkül kaptunk egy jobb bungalow-t.

A medencék körül / felett lehetne több árnyék. A medencéket csak reggel 10-től lehetett használni Kevés parkoló. Vacsoránál lehetne több húsválaszték, mert főleg hal, zöldég és tészta van. De nekünk nem volt ezzel gond.

Location was great, a beach right outside the hotel, only a short walk to the marina area and town centre. Staff were friendly, our room and communal areas were clean and tidy. The food at the main restaurant was nice. Evening entertainment was varied.

Drinks package wasn't great for standard all inclusive; the pool bar lager was weak and not particularly flavoursome, the wine wasn't very nice and there was no fizz option in the day i.e prosecco or similar. The evening bar was better with a better lager and although no prosecco on the menu, I asked for some and it was provided no questions asked. Also the all inclusive drinks stop at 10.45pm, a little strange. You can upgrade to a All Inclusive+ option for €20 per day, which gave you access to better drink options if you wish, although I don't feel this was clear the the point of booking so was a little dissapointing.

Tout était parfait ! Le personnel, la propreté, les repas et l’emplacement. Super d’avoir pu aussi se garer dans l’hôtel.

l’eau de la piscine est vraiment très froide … dommage qu’il n’y ait pas quelques panneaux solaires pour la réchauffer. Et les oreillers sont beaucoup trop fermes.

Το προθυμο και ευγενικο προσωπικο του ξενοδοχειου. Ο κ.Σταυρος, ο κ.Γιωργος, ο κ.Μανωλης, τους ευχαριστουμε ιδιαιτερα, εκαναν τη διαμονη μας πραγματικα πιο ευχαριστη! Χαιρομασταν να τους βλεπουμε! Επισης και την κα.Θαλεια στο πρωινο, η οποια φτιαχνει τα ωραιοτερα pancakes που εχουμε φαει ποτε!! Πρωινο πλουσιο και φρεσκο. Βραδινο καλομαγειρεμενο, προσεγμενο, "μαμαδιστικο" θα λεγαμε, καθολου συνηθισμενο ή βαρετο. Αξιζουν συγχαρητηρια στους σεφ! Η πισινες ωραιες και καθαρες. Η τοποθεσια βολικη. (Η παραλια που δειχνουν οι φωτογραφιες ΔΕΝ ειναι του ξενοδοχειου, οι ξαπλωστρες χρεωνονται κανονικα)

Τα σκαλια. Παρα πολλα σκαλια και ειδικα για οσους μενουν στα τερμα πανω δωματια, οπως εμεις, ειναι δυσκολο το ανεβα / κατεβα τοσα πολλα σκαλια με τον ηλιο να σε καιει. Οι καθαριστριες δεν μας αφησαν 2ο ρολο χαρτι υγειας ολοκληρη την εβδομαδα. Το πατακι του μπανιου ηταν βρωμικο για μερες και δεν αλλαχθηκε ποτε. Γενικα ο τομεας καθαρισμου δωματιου χρηζει βελτιωσης.

Όμορφη τοποθεσία, καλές παροχές, ευγενικό προσωπικό. Μας έκαναν δωρεάν αναβάθμιση σε junior suite κ ικανοποίησαν το αίτημα μας για δωμάτιο κοντά στα facilities λόγω προβλήματος υγείας, το εκτιμησαμε πολύ! Η προσθήκη των θεματικών βραδιών (dj) κ το aqua aerobic έκαναν τις μέρες μας ξεχωριστές.

Λίγο παλιό το κλιματιστικό στο δωμάτιο αλλά λειτουργικό.

Very good location, atmosphere and staff was great, very friendly people. View from the room was wonderful, 10-20 minutes of walking to centre and right in front of a small beach. The furniture in the room was a bit outdated, but it did not bother us at all and the beds were really comfortable.

The toilet was right in front of the entrance of the bathtub, so you had to maneuver a bit to enter/come out. It could be a bit dangerous with wet feet. We are fit so it did not cause any trouble though.

Die Lage des Hotels hat uns sehr gefallen, weil nahe an der Stadt liegt und trotzdem auch schönen Strände zu Fuss gut erreichbar sind. Das Zimmer war gut und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Meerblick vom Balkon aus.

Belle chambre, personnel sympathique, belles piscines propres. Bel emplacement. Petits dej copieux et très variés. Seul petit bémol, la puissance de la clim qui n'était pas assez dimensionnée. Il faisait chaud dans la chambre malgré la clim.

Probablement l'hygiène un peu bâclé par les femmes de ménage surtout dans la salle de bain (insectes retrouvés), des cheveux ont été baladé dans la chambre encore humide avec le passage de la serpillère qui les a étalé plus que ramassé. Idem à l'entrée de la chambre, nettoyage à revoir.

Το προσωπικό ήταν πάρα πολύ ευγενικό ιδιαίτερα στο εστιατόριο ο Γιώργος η Ελένη κ όλα τα παιδιά ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί χαμογελαστοί κ εξυπηρετικοί. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πιο ωραίο από τις φωτογραφίες. Η θάλασσα μπροστά υπέροχη πληρώνεις αλλά πολύ νορμαλ τιμες 15€ το σετ. Το μελτέμι το εστιατόριο μπροστά στη παραλία πολύ ωραίο να ανέβεις για μεσημεριανό ανάμεσα στο μπάνιο. Το κέντρο είναι κοντά με τα πόδια πηγαίναμε αλλά γυρνούσαμε με ταξί για πιο άνετα. Το ταξί κόστιζε 5€. Στο σπα κάναμε μασάζ με τον Γιώργο ήταν γνώστης οπότε όλα καλά.

Το μόνο που θα ήθελα είναι περισσότερη καθαριότητα στο δωμάτιο. Το επίπεδο καθαριότητας ήταν μέτριο. Καθημερινά άλλαζαν πετσέτες σκούπισμα κ σφουγγάρισμα. Μείναμε πέντε μέρες κ δεν αλλάχτηκαν τα σεντόνια κ δεν τρίψανε το μπάνιο με ένα καθαριστικό. Αυτό ήταν το μόνο αρνητικό που δεν μου άρεσε.

L’hotel non è un vero e proprio quattro stelle. Forse lo era una volta, quando è stato costruito. Si vede proprio che è stato costruito prima dell’esistenza degli smartphone: infatti, in camera non ci sono prese per ricaricarli. Non che sia un problema, ma in un quattro stelle non ti aspetti una cosa del genere. L’aria condizionata era molto debole e, anche tenendola al massimo durante la notte, cosa che la faceva fare molto rumore, mi sono svegliato spesso completamente sudato. Era possibile cambiare gli asciugamani, ma in un posto non vicino alla piscina, cosa abbastanza scomoda, e solo al mattino entro le 12. Tra l’altro, si potevano cambiare solo una volta ogni due giorni, cosa che posso comprendere, ma, di nuovo, in un quattro stelle non ti aspetti una cosa del genere. L’unica volta che siamo andati a cambiarli, ne avevamo due da sostituire, ma non ne avevano più disponibili e ce ne hanno cambiato solo uno.

A medencék csodálatosak! Sosem voltunk nagy medencézők, de ebben a szállodában rengeteg időt töltöttünk itt, nyugodt, csendes, sosincsenek túl sokan, napágyat is szinte mindig lehetett találni. A szálloda közös helyiségei nagyon tiszták. Plusz pont a showerroom-ért, amit az utolsó nap kicsekkolás után használtunk, egy külön szoba, aminek használatára fel kellett iratkozni, kulcsot kaptunk hozzá, így teljesen privát. Mi félpanzión voltunk, a vacsora mindig nagyon jó és minőségi, változatos volt, a főételek, saláták, sütemények is. A reggeli is rendben volt. A személyzet nagyon kedves, figyelmes. Az első nap egy ajándék üveg víz volt bekészítve a hűtőben. A szállodával szembeni strand kavicsos, kicsit jobbra egy homokos kis öböl, tovább pár perc sétára pedig egy lassan mélyülő, homokos strand, mindegyik szuper.

Az első éjszaka után szobacserét kellett kérnünk a légkondi miatt, ami nem hűtött (18 fokra volt állítva és 28 fokra “hűtötte” a szobát) és annyira hangos volt, hogy nem tudtunk tőle aludni. Alacsonyabb kategóriás szobát tudtak helyette ajánlani, viszont a légkondi abban megfelelő volt. A szobák már igényelnének egy kis felújítást (főleg a fürdőszoba), illetve a tisztaságra is lehetne picit jobban figyelni. A szobában a tusfürdő eleve kb. félig volt, miután elfogyott sosem töltötték újra, erre érdemes lenne figyelni, hogy ne kelljen külön megvásárolni. De összességében a csere utáni szoba kényelmes volt.

This place is amazing, staff everyone was so nice and helpful, food very good and varied although some dishes could be a little hotter, pools lovely and sun beds are in good order and plentiful with towels provided. Plenty of bars and restaurants available in the resort and close by, our favorite was on the other side of the road on the beach corner watching the youngsters diving of the rocks, although we didn't use this beach it looked far to hard to get up the pebble slope at our age. The holiday was so relaxing we would definitely go back.

We asked for a villa lower down the hill as we are elderly and are recovering from an illness but when we arrived we were given one 7 flights up but was offered a change in the morning The view of the pools and sea was amazing we decided to keep it and use the golf buggy shuttle to take us to our rooms each time we like the young drivers so nice. Unfortunately our last but one day the buggy was broken and the walk up was very difficult ,as it was a Sunday they couldn't repair it but reception organised our luggage to be collected from our room. The unavailable buggy was quite rare acccording to staff but something to bare in mind.

I pasti sono a buffet con molta varietà e di buona qualità, con presenza di tante verdure (non scontato fuori Italia). Camera spaziosa, pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera con letto matrimoniale, ma i letti erano 2 singoli uniti senza la fodera contenitiva. La cassaforte è un servizio a pagamento. I dolci non erano all'altezza del resto delle portate. Per arrivare alle camere può esserci un tratto più o meno lungo in salita, che per noi giovani non è stato un problema, ma per altri clienti può esserlo.

Très bel hôtel à 15 minutes a pieds du centre d'Agios. 2 grandes piscines. Plage à proximité, prix du parasol et 2 chaises longues très/très raisonnable. Chambre spacieuse avec un grand balcon. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement sur place.

Propreté de la chambre limite... des longs cheveux noirs sur le sol sont restés dans notre salle de bain durant tout le séjour... Qualité des produits au petit déjeuner... confiture chimique n'ayant ni l'aspect ni la texture ni le goût des fruits annoncés... le coffre fort payant, en 2026 dans tout hôtel qui se respecte c'est une prestation gratuite...

Breakfast and dinner were both well catered for, with a good selection. Lots of very good (and inexpensive) restaurants within 10-15 minutes walk if you want to have a change of scenery. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. One beach is next to the hotel, a better one is 10 minutes walk away. The hotel pools were good too.

Nous étions très bien situé. Pas loin des piscines, et du restaurant. Petit-déjeuner extra, copieux et varié. Très agréable de déjeuner en terrasse. Les essuies de bain pour la piscine étaient les bienvenus. La chambre plutôt grande, propre, avec une terrasse. Plutôt bien situé pour visiter et se rendre à pied à Agios Nikolaos. Personnel très sympathique. Nous étions très satisfaites

Les personnes qui viennent dès 7h du matin mettre leurs essuies sur les transats et bloquer les places alors que parfois, ils ne sont même pas présents. Je pense que l'hôtel devrait mieux surveiller et si nécessaire retirer ces essuies.

El personal era bastante atento. El primer día nos ubicaron en una habitación con una bañera bastante sucia y tras acudir a dar la queja a recepción, nos ubicaron rápidamente en otra. Es cierto que la nueva habitación era mas pequeña, pero la bañera estaba limpia.

A pesar de ser un hotel only adults en las piscinas podías encontrar a diario a grupos de personas molestando con juegos de pelota, salpicando a las personas que se encontraban en las hamacas leyendo o tomando el sol. En relación a las piscinas a las 7 de la mañana ya tenían casi todas las hamacas cogidas, a pesar de abrir a las 10:00 y existir una supuesta prohibición de reservar (para no usar porque según avanzaba el día las encontrabas con las toallas, pero vacías…) En relación a las cenas, a pesar de finalizar a las 21:30, a partir de las 20:50 en más de una ocasión nos hemos encontrado con bandejas vacías que nunca reponían. En la habitación el frigorífico hace un ruido tremendo, así como las máquinas externas de aire acondicionado de las habitaciones. El baño es muy incomodo. Tiene la mampara en el lado contrario al grifo… la salida de la bañera es estrecha y poco operativa. El acceso a las habitaciones es a través de unas cuestas infernales o unas escaleras interminables…

Το à la carte θα μπορούσε να προσφέρεται έστω μια φορά ανά διαμονή και όχι μόνο σε 7ημερο stay. Για ξενοδοχείο με ένα κεντρικό εστιατόριο θα ήταν συν. Οι ξαπλώστρες στην παραλία θα έπρεπε να είναι δωρεάν. Κυρίως λόγω του ότι στις πισίνες όλες ήταν πάντα γεμάτες από νωρίς. Το τηλεκοντρόλ της τηλεόρασης δε δούλευε, το αναφέραμε δύο φορές στην υποδοχή, δε φτιάχτηκε ποτέ.

Die Lage etwas abseits vom Ort aber fussläufig ist das Zentrum in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Der Ausblick war sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

An den Pools wurden die Liegen teilweise ab 7:00 reserviert und vor 12 Uhr nicht benutzt obwohl das verboten war.

Zwei Pools mit sehr bequemen Liegen. 10min Gehweg entfernt ist ein Lebensmittelgeschäft wo es alles gibt. Der Resort befindet sich direkt am Strand (ACHTUNG: hier sind 15€ pro Schirm mit 2 Liegen zu bezahlen - man kann soch auf eine freie Liege legen und am Vormittag kommt einer der die Runde gwht und kassiert). Direkt danben gibt es auch einen kleinen Kiosk. Auch das Essen war sehr lecker.

Manchmal war, dass man kaum einen Platz bei den Liegen bekommen hat, da einige bereits schon früh am Morgen reserviert waren, jedoch die dazugehörigen Personen kamen erst sehr viel später.

Multumiri speciale personalului de la receptie care s-a straduit sa ne acorde camere pe masura asteptarilor. De asemenea, un mare multumesc lui George si Emma , terapeutii de la Spa , pentru ca m-au ajutat sa ma bucur intru totul de vacanta. Adevarati profesionisti!

Très bel hôtel avec une superbe localisation à 10 min du centre-ville. Établissement très calme. Chambre très agréable, grande et très bien équipée. Une magnifique vue depuis le balcon et aussi depuis le restaurant. Le piscines sont très agréable également. Concernant le restaurant c'était convenable sans être de la grande cuisine. Les cuisiniers sont sur place dans la salle à préparer des plats différents chaque jour.

Pour la demie-pension les boissons ne sont pas inclues, ce qui est gênant. Le restaurant était correct niveau plats mais les entrées et les desserts n'étaient pas terribles, c'est dommage. Petit-déjeuner assez moyen également mais davantage de choix pour des plats chauds.

Nous vous donnons la note de 8/10 pour l'hôtel Ariadne Beach. séjour très agréable. le prix comprend le petit-déjeuner et le dîner, ce qui est appréciable, mais nous avons trouvé que le vin était payant et assez cher. La chambre est confortable et propre. L'hôtel est bien situé, proche de la ville d'Agios Nikolaos, ce qui est très pratique et permet de profiter d'un cadre magnifique. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour.

Hotel muito bom, com quartos confortáveis, modernos e bem equipados. As comodidades são excelentes e o ambiente “adults only” torna tudo mais calmo e relaxante. Os funcionários foram sempre agradáveis e prestáveis, criando uma estadia tranquila e sem stresses.

6€ por meio copo de vinho ao jantar é puxadinho, especialmente tendo em conta o resto da experiência.

Het all inclusive concept waar een deel van de gasten gebruik van maakte. De handdoeken die al voor het ontbijt door iedereen werden neergelegd bij het zwembad (hoe kinderachtig). Het personeel dat onpersoonlijk was, geen informatie had over activiteiten in de omgeving, niet vroeg hoe ons verblijf was, ons geen prettig verblijf wenste. Maar wel op het hart drukte dat we vooral het kaartje met ons kamernummer altijd bij de hand moesten houden! Kortom: iedereen deed wat ze moesten doen en geen stap meer. En dan te bedenken dat dit ons duurste verblijf op heel Kreta was!

The location is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation. The staff are absolutely amazing—always helpful, friendly, and available whenever you need assistance or have any questions. The Greek people in general were also very welcoming and kind. One thing to keep in mind is that Agios Nikolaos is a relatively small town, so the variety of restaurants, fast-food places, and entertainment options is somewhat limited, especially outside the harbor area where most of the dining and activity can be found.

A few things could be improved. The hotel’s interior décor feels a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovation and maintenance. The bathroom was somewhat small, and the glass shower screen was installed in a way that didn’t fully prevent water from splashing onto the rest of the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning the room and replacing the towels daily. However, it would have been nice if they had also replenished the tea supplies and provided a fresh bottle of water each day. These were relatively minor issues and did not significantly affect our overall stay, but addressing them would definitely enhance the guest experience.

Sijainti oli rauhallinen, mutta kuitenkin lähellä keskustaa. Huoneet olivat hiljaiset ja sängyt mukavat. Hotellin edustalla oli kivat ravintolat ja kahvila sekä viihtyisä ranta. Huoneet olivat siistejä saapuessamme ja päivittäinen siivous oli oikein hyvin toteutettu. Hotellin palvelut olivat tarpeisiimme sopivat: hyvät uima-altaat, kattava aamiainen, pieni kuntosali, allasbaari. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Myös toiveemme vierekkäisistä huoneista sekä merinäköalasta toteutettiin.

Ainut kehityskohde voisi olla selkeämpi ohjeistus lakanoiden ja pyyhkeiden vaihtoon liittyen. Lakanoiden vaihtoon liittyvä lappu huomattiin vasta lähtöaamuna.

Emplacement ideal: au calme, tout en etant proche du centre dAgios, peties plages proches et agreables. Repas varies et avec un large choix au buffet. Personnel attentionne. Belles piscines et nombreux transats.

L equipement de la chambre est un peu vieillot, pas de siege confortable pour s asseoir en terrasse. Coffre payant et datant d une autre epoque. Nous etions dans la partie la plus ancienne.

Ο δρόμος μπροστά από το ξενοδοχείο πολύ στενός με αποτέλεσμα να δημιουργείται πρόβλημα. Η τηλεόραση στο δωμάτιο θα έπρεπε να στρίβει για να διευκολύνει την θέαση όταν κάποιος είναι ξαπλωμένος.

Piscines et vie sur la mer

Le fait que les breuvages au repas du soir soient en extra ( eau. Cafe etc) Que l'on paie un extra pour le coffret de sécurité sans que ce soit écrit.

L’emplacement est top! Belle plage de galets à côté et le centre-ville à 20mins à pied Y a un aspect « village » qui est sympa Y a plusieurs piscines Belle salle de sport Assez bon rapport qualité/prix

Ce n’est pas moderne malheureusement En plus on nous a attribué deux simples collés (à peine) avec des draps de lits simples alors que j’avais bien précisé que je voulais un lit double (nous venions en couple) Le petit-déjeuner est pas terrible et le dîner est assez déprimant. Ce n’était pas bon surtout le coin dessert où il y a vraiment des efforts à faire. On se faisait tout le temps réveiller par le bruit des gens à n’importe quelle heure (23h comme 6h du matin), peut-être à cause du restaurant et du bar à côté Un supplément pour utiliser le coffre? jamais vu ça

Obere Zimmer sind nur über viele Treppenstufen oder mit Fahrdienst erreichbar, Bar und à-la-carte Restaurant nicht ansprechend gestaltet.

L'emplacement est incroyable! La vue est magnifique sur la mer et il y a une plage juste en face à 2 minutes à pieds. Les installations sont propres et bien entretenues. La nourriture était bien bonne également avec plusieurs choix! Les chambres sont identifiaues aux photos du site, tout est propre.

O hotel é ótimo, os funcionários são super rápidos e atenciosos. As refeições são deliciosas (eu escolhi café da manhã e jantar). O quarto é limpo e organizado, os funcionários sempre preocupados com a limpeza, super silencioso. Ótimas vagas para estacionamento, fácil acesso, tenho apenas elogios a serem feitos.

Não tenho pontos negativos para declarar.

Les chambres la piscine et le spa sont très propres et la vue est magnifique, à 10 minutes à pied de la ville ce qui permet un repos total sans bruit. Nous y retournerons c est sur!!!

The pools were freezing and I contracted a vadxesr infection the second day, skin rash on directing leaving the pool. Had to have abx post ear swabs.

Am Abend gab es sehr viel verschiedenes frisches Obst was mir zum Frühstück gefehlt hat. Diese Dosen-Zucker-Obst-Variante war nicht gut! Der Sportraum bietet nicht sehr gute Auswahl.

Good room- spacious. Generally the staff were most helpful though there were some mistakes…..

The bath was severely damaged by long term staining, which required changing- however they sprayed over the stain- a temporary job I hope. There were issues regarding the gluten free element of the meals. Whilst I had informed the hotel by email of my wife’s requirement, and had an extremely reassuring reply, no additional provision was made for her until 2 days from the end of the stay. Apparently it was up to US to seek out the catering management to request alternatives. At each meal we asked what was gluten free, and the chef walked the buffet with my wife pointing out what was gluten free, which was extremely limited. It was also up to US to fill in a special form- which I was never even told about or offered until the morning of the last day. On that last morning I was informed that had we asked, the chef would have made additional GF dishes, so why didn’t he? Why was it up to us to guess at what the procedure was? Totally unacceptable.

The overall hotel is good, the views of the ocean and the pool areas are fab. Breakfast is also very good. The rooms are a little dated, as are the bathrooms, there’s an in bath shower with a hose. We still had a fantastic stay. This hotel is a little outside the town- about 15 minutes walk

A 15 minuti a piedi dal centro, a 15 minuti dalla bellissima spiaggia di Voulisma, carina anche la spiaggia proprio di fronte alla struttura. La camera molto spaziosa e funzionale, bagno grande, dotata di un bel balcone e silenziosa. La nostra era situata in alto, quindi la stradina per raggiungerla un po’ in salita ma per noi non era un problema. Parcheggio adiacente molto comodo. Abbiamo fatto la mezza pensione e devo dire che abbiamo mangiato piuttosto bene, menù vario e con diverse scelte. Ho apprezzato l’ultimo giorno la possibilità di avere una camera d’appoggio per doccia e cambio prima della partenza.

Gli asciugamani che non sono stati mai cambiati in una settimana…

Close to 2 good beaches, pools available to relax at, clean facilities and good food!

A few annoying items: 1. We were partially catfished using the photos on booking.com, where the room photos showcased a couch, and it was the deciding factor as to why I booked the hotel, only to be disappointed that the room didn’t actually include this 2. You have to pay for beach beds, which the hotel owns, very annoying considering how much we were paying already 3. A lady at the reception flagged to us that we would need to pay to use the pool and asked us to speak to a member of staff by the pool, only for us to find out 2 days later this wasn’t true. Unsure what that was about

A perfect location to relax. You could take a short walk into the town taking you 15 minutes or a longer walk around the harbour that took 35 minutes. The swimming pools are both a nice size to have a good swim . The food was very good The staff brilliant nothing ever a problem for them.

Only a small thing. You couldn’t get a coffee from the bar.

The property was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The sunloungers around the pool were very comfortable and there were plenty of them.

There was a shower head over the bath (not attached to the wall) I would have preferred a fitted shower that I could have stood up in to shower, as it was I ended up sitting in the bath running the shower over me. The sunbeds around the pool were plentiful and comfortable but did look a bit worn and dated.

Parken war gut - wir hatten Glück immer einen Platz zu finden... Essen war ebenfalls gut, Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und stets freundlich.

Felt like just another number, staff not very welcoming as if they didn’t like working there, no “welcome to Ariadne, no Kalimera from any staff. Pool surrounds were sticky, grubby tide line, nobody bothered showering to get in the pool, no signage for the pool toilets, sunbeds were old. Pool bar staff (young man) arrogant, pool bar too small and dingey. Breakfast felt like a canteen rather than a restaurant, flies and wasps all over the food, generally felt neglected and unloved. Upon checking out, no “how was you stay?” I suppose they’re too scared to ask! The hotel has potential and could be quite nice, but it was as if people had stopped caring

Property had location close to beach and down town ,nice food options for breakfast and dinner, all in all very nice hotel i would not recommend for older people ,if you are put in one of upper bungalows the stairs will kill you ,

We had a wonderful time at Ariadne Beach hotel ! Thank you so much ! Staff was very friendly, Swimming pools and sun beds were top ! And the rooms with sea view were very spacious and comfortable. Central position near a sandy beach and not far from the city centre. We will certainly come back !!

Lovely hotel. Very comfortable location. The beach with a lovely taverna is right at the doorsteps, great beach club is a few minutes walk, several great beaches are a short drive away. Peaceful, comfortable stay. Great privacy. Welcoming staff. Good breakfast.

Posizione molto comoda, bella struttura, pulita e accogliente. Ottimo staff.

La colazione è abbondante ma solo quella salata, la parte che riguarda i dolci e’ da rivedere. I dolci sono meno vari e quei pochi non sono particolarmente buoni.

Die Lage war sehr toll, direkt am Meer und auch das Stadtzentrum war zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Architektur des Hotels ist sehr ansprechend, der Zugang zu unserem Zimmer war etwas steil, dafür hatten wir einen schönen Überblick. Es war alles sehr sauber, auch zwei wunderbare Pools waren vorhanden. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, das Personal immer freundlich. Wir haben schöne Tage dort verbracht.

Die Unterkunft hat alles erfüllt, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Besonders haben uns die Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Umgebung gefallen. Es war alles von hoher Qualität. Wir haben das Hotel bereits weiter empfohlen.

Albergo molto bello e curato e di recente ristrutturazione. Colazione e cena molto ricca. Spiaggia a 2 passi dall’hotel.

Staff della reception poco empatico e cordiale. Mi sarei aspettato delle domande di circostanza al momento del check in e del check out. Non ci hanno illustrato gli eventi organizzati in hotel, ce ne siamo accorti da soli l’ultimo giorno. Avevamo un massaggio offerto di 15 minuti di cui non abbiamo potuto usufruire perché l’agenda della spa era già tutta piena per 3 giorni. Avrei gradito che le piscine potessero essere sfruttate per un tuffo anche prima delle 10 e dopo le 18.
