Manche Sachen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Abendmenü ist zwar qualitativ sehr gut, aber teilweise wird verkrampft ein exotischer oder exklusiver Stil versucht. Gute und einfach italienische Köche der Region wäre hier passender

The location

The property and the staff aim at delivering a level of service that they already get paid for even though they are not prepared to offer. There should be more training for the staff to be more professional and the rooms should be updated: the one we were given stank of sewers. We were then given a different one and asked to love our luggage to the new one asap as new customers were coming and they would have gotten ours…

Gyönyörű szálloda a tengerparton, medencével, tengerparttal és spa-val. A szobák szépek, az ágy nagyon kényelmes. A naplementék csodálatosak, látni az Etnát és a Stombolit is. A tengerparti bár étel/ital választéka jó. Capo Vaticano gyalogosan egy kicsit messze van, de mi autóval érkeztünk.

The view is beautiful but otherwise I would not recommend this hotel. We stayed in Room 122 and were woken up every morning at 7 AM with hammering. Angelica told us she could not move us since the hotel was full. She also said that it was temporary emergency construction and would not happen again. It’s now been two days and we are stuck here since we have paid in full for four nights. The beach is beautiful but you are supposed to reserve the chairs and no one can explain how to do this. Snorkels are €3.50 euros per day and Fins are five euros per day. The pool is very salty since it comes from the ocean. There are two restaurants and they each have approximately three appetizers, three starters, and 3 main courses. The food is okay but not filling. Everyone is ready to charge you for everything. If you want a coffee machine in the room, it’s €10 per day. The phones in the room generally do not work so you cannot call the Front Desk. If you travel to a restaurant outside of the resort, it’s very difficult to get a taxi or uber back. The hotel told us to call and said they would help set up a return to the hotel but they never pick up the phone. It’s not a relaxing hotel to visit and the service is awful and nobody cares. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Hôtel très bien organisé où toutes les activités de bord de mer sont possibles : plage, piscine, spa, merveilleux couchers du soleil calabrais. Nourriture excellente et très variée pour les repas du soir. Idéal si on a besoin de se reposer. On a tout sur place et la propreté est impeccable.

Le côté peu intimiste de l'hôtel, mais nous le savions avant de réserver.

It is a beautiful hotel with stunning design. Breakfast is top notch, everything on the table, rich variety and polite service. The spa is excellent. We went to try and then visited every day. The rooms have a magnificent view. The grounds are kept in order.

I would have appreciated it if dinner was at the same level as breakfast. We tried the seafood restaurant once and then visited other places nearby. The fish soup is far away from the real Italian one.

Chiome di arditi palmizi e pini marittimi, prati ben tosati, una sinuosa piscina di acqua salata sul Tirreno di Capo Vaticano... Qui si gode una raffinata atmosfera anche nella spiaggia privata lambita da un tratto di mare "tropicale" di struggente bellezza. La sera si cena con luci soffuse, acvompagnamento musicale e sedute confortevoli nei due ristoranti. Lo Strombolicchio, il “pied dans l’eau” vista-Eolie, iconico, minimale dotato di un'ammirevole cantina, è un capitolo non secondario di un resort disegnato da matite che hanno scandito con mano felice la zona alberghiera e il centro benessere dotato di ogni tipo di idromassaggio, piscine al chiuso e all'aperto nel verde, comprese la sauna, il bagno turco, i percorsi emozionali e i trattamenti estetici gestiti con davvero notevole professionalità. Ogni giorno qui si scoprono piacevolezze, a cominciare dal breakfast che valorizza le migliori eccellenze del territorio dovute ad artigiani attenti alle tradizioni, alle produzioni biologiche e alle compatibilità ambientali.

Piccoli dettagli facilmente eliminabili, come i vini "al calice" che arrivano al tavolo senza essere versati "a vista" dalle bottiglie ai commensali e l'impossibilità di regolare autonomamente la climatizzazione della camera da letto.

La ubicación es excelente. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, las habitaciones son confortables y la zona de piscina es muy agradable. La calidad de la comida es buena en general.

La habitación no se correspondía con la reservada. Habíamos reservado una habitación deluxe y nos asignaron una en una planta baja. El personal era muy serio y, en algunos casos, nada amable. Daba la sensación de que les faltaba experiencia. Además, el hotel parece priorizar actividades externas, como bodas u otros eventos, por encima de la atención a los huéspedes alojados. Fuimos 8 adultos y 5 niños, y cada vez que teníamos que ir al restaurante era una complicación: o no tenían la mesa preparada, o no nos servían los platos correctamente, o directamente nos hacían esperar, a pesar de tener una hora ya reservada. Tuvimos muchos momentos de disgusto durante la estancia y la dirección no se interesó en ningún momento por nosotros.

Toller Strand, wunderbares Spa, leckeres Frühstück mit exzellenten Zutaten. Kleiner Tipp: Halbpension lohnt sich, da die Küche wirklich überragend ist. Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und überaus freundlich

Struttura e posizione stupendi. Mare blu, tramonti da sogno. Personale eccellente, disponibile, sorridente, attento. La ristorazione è eccezionale. Il Ristorante Strombolicchio merita essere menzionato come favoloso. La spa è perfetta. Spiaggia bellissima. Accoglienza, pulizia, servizi top.

Beautiful atmosphere. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Spa facilities were great. The resort was not overcrowded at all. Breakfast was amazing.

The balcony was filthy with lots of bird droppings. I had to contact reception multiple times for it to be cleaned, and even after waiting for hours, it was not cleaned well.

The cleaning team is very nice and warming The breakfast is very good and the place is amazing except for the fact that it looks like a kindergarden full of children and geoups of more than 60 people traveling together that take the place as it is their own house

They call the place “Resort and Spa”. You imagine a place pf peace and relac but they do not mention that they accept babis and small kids, dogs and groups of more than 60 people in a wedding that make the invasion of all the facilities, invading the swimming pool, the sun beds and the restaurant being noisy and wothout any consideration for the other guests

What a pitty that a place called spa and ressort accepts so big griuos that do not allow the guests to rest and relax. A shame that you pay what you pay looking for a rest and you find a geoup of more than 40 people shauting in the pool

I just returned from a relaxing, mostly peaceful stay at this lovely hotel. The location is absolutely gorgeous, with a kind and welcoming staff. A few issues on my last night, but overall I would definitely recommend. Here are the highlights I want to share: -A very big thank you to Catarina at the front desk. She wonderfully helped me navigate through a sudden health issue. I will always be grateful for her kindness, professionalism, and genuine goodness. I greatly appreciate it. She truly shines here at the hotel. -The food was fantastic. Loved it. Thanks to Mazia for being a brightness in the restaurant, and to Paolo and Antonino for being attentive to my dietary needs. All very kind people. -Thanks to Pina in housekeeping for helping me with my bags. I deal with health issues, and she was right there for me. Wonderful. -Eleonora! I loved talking with you. Thanks for always being welcoming to me and other guests. I could buy even more in the gift shop! Thanks for your time for sure. -The spa is so relaxing and peaceful. Alessandra is excellent in explaining the services provided. Again, as with so many of the team members, she was so welcoming. Definitely spend time in the spa area - either inside or outside. For my birthday, I received a complimentary hand massage from Catia. Amazing!! Felt great! I also want to thank team members Marco, Leonardo, Claudia and Ludovica at the hotel. A couple things to note: -A private car transfer to the Lamezia Terme train station is 130 euros. It takes about an hour and a half or so. -If you want a front row beach chair at the hotel's private beach it's 50 euros. Otherwise, it's free for guests. Note that there are some pebbles too, so you might want to bring water shoes. As mentioned, there were a few issues on my last night here, which I conveyed to the manager. Hopefully those issues get rectified in the future. I do appreciate the gentlemen who tried to assist with a few things my last night there as well. Overall, though, I had a relaxing, peaceful stay. The water is absolutely beautiful - the sunsets too! You can see Stromboli looking west and Sicily looking south. Incredible.

La prima fila in spiaggia è a pagamento ..se ne può fare a meno ,la seconda fila è uguale alla prima , ma concettualmente non mi piace L’ombrellone lo dovevo aprire io al mattino,aspettavo il bagnino per avere gli asciugamani da mare e più di una volta mi sono servita da sola..il bagnino introvabile

Could not use the pool on one of the days. The atmosphere of the restaurant is more geared towards a large crowd, such as a conference, than individual guests. And the menu is very limited.

Location is quiet, peaceful. Beach is spectacular. Beautiful lobby.

Staff were very kind but incredibly slow or non existent. There just seemed to be a lack of organization and overall management. Most of the time if you were by pool or sand you had to go ask someone if you wanted to order a drink. Ordered 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas and they were not setup so we had to explain what we ordered. Requested a shuttled to Tropea. It was never scheduled, so we had to reschedule and change our plans. None of this was a big deal for us but would probably not recommend for someone expecting a higher level of service. Spa was ok. Scheduled a pedicure and then silk ritual. Probably should’ve been scheduled the other way around as pedicure needed to be redone. Again, not a big deal just lacking attention to detail.

Ravintolan taso voisi olla vähän korkeampi. Välillä herkullisia annoksia, toisinaan hyvin pieniä ja mauttomia. Emme syöneet aina hotellissa, eikä ollut iso ongelma.

Metterei in chiaro con un cartello il fatto che la prima fila sia su prenotazione e a pagamento. Ho visto diversi ospiti in situazioni imbarazzanti. Il personale del ristorante è fantastico ma numericamente da rinforzare.

Das Restaurant wirkt sehr steril.

L’environnement est exceptionnel avec la possibilité de prendre l’apéritif avec vue sur le Stromboli La piscine est superbe et adaptée pour les enfants Le restaurant et les petit-déjeuners sont excellents Le personnel du restaurant est très aimable et tolérant envers les enfants

Les services annexes sont super chers pour une qualité moyenne : massages et soins OK mais qui ne valent pas les prix exorbitants. Même chose pour le laundry, les tarifs appliqués sont excessifs pour des vêtements rendus tachés et qui ne comprennent pas le repassage.

Schönes Hotel direkt am Strand. Klares Wasser wie in der Karibik. Sehr gut geschultes Personal. Sehr grosszügiges Zimmer. Tropea liegt ca 20 min mit Auto entfernt. Mietauto sicherlich empfehlenswert.

Das Restaurant war wie eine Kantine. Kalt und überhaupt nicht einladend ! Essen war gut, aber teuer für das was es war!

Veramente tutto.. è una bellissima curatissima e accoglientissima struttura con ottima posizione, una piscina riscaldata con acqua salata, il fantastico mare con la spiaggia privata, una enorme Spa con un bel percorso, una buonissima senza misura colazione e gentilissimo personale disponibile a ogni capriccio.. da ritornare tante altre volte senza dubbi 😁😍

Gyönyörű , közvetlen tengerparti szálloda , nagy kényelmes szobákkal , az erkély tengerre néző. Fűtött kültéri medence , wellness . Félpanzió az árban , nagyon jó reggeli és mégjobb vacsora , mindennap más fogásokkal .Nagyon nagy és kényelmes ágy . Párnát lehet kérni külön igény szerint.Csodálatos naplementére néz a terasz .

Autó mindenképpen szükséges , hogy bárhova eljussunk a szállodából.
