Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Das Hotel hat mich spontan gerettet als mein Bus mich versetzt hatte und ich in Narvik gestrandet ear. Das Hotel lag gut, da direkt vor dem Hotel eine Bushaltestelle lag. Ich kam mit dem Bus quasi an der Haustür an und bin dort einen Tag später wieder abgefahren. Der Blick aus den Fenstern ist auch sehr schön gewesen und das Einkaufszentrum nebenan sehr praktisch. Das Frühstück war ein Traum, es blieben keinerlei Wünsche offen. Die öffentlichen Bereiche waren sehr modern und gepflegt.
Leider war mein Zimmer sehr alt und offensichtlich länger nicht mehr saniert worden. Es war eher eine Zeitkapsel der 1990er Jahre. Allerdings war ich froh über die spontane Unterkunft, daher ist das meckern auf hohem Niveau. Soweit ich verstanden hab, ist nur die günstigste Zimmerkategorie unrenoviert und die anderen Zimmer alle deutlich moderner.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Nice views over the city and the fijord. Good location right by the bus stop to Lofoten or the airport. Breakfast is good. Excellent restaurant on the top floor overlooking the city.
The windows were dirty. This looks bad when you enter the room and the sun shine high-lights the dirt on the window. Breakfast starts on Saturdays and Sundays only at 8am. IMO this is not acceptable. Many travelers will need catch the flight to Oslo. The breakfast in a bag is not replacement for the value of a real breakfast.

Das Zimmer war leider nicht vergleichbar mit dem ersten Eindruck in der Lobby. Klobrille so locker, dass man wirklich vorsichtig sein musste. Eine Tasse war gar nicht gespült, da waren noch die Reste des Vorgängers drin. In der Ablage war so viel Staub, dass man darin malen konnte... Fernseher konnte nur norwegische Sender, sonst leider gar nichts...

Information om parkering behövs skickas ut/informeras om innan så man slipper ringa. Gör en ekonomisk deal med garaget så det upplevs positivt. Personalen på 7e våningen behöver förstå klientelet och servera och presentera maten och jobba med merförsäljning.

Veldig mye trafikkstøy fra gata, og måtte ha vinduet åpent for ingen annen ventilasjon. Badet var slitt, men var rent.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Hotellet ligger fint vid fjorden. Vi fick ett riktigt bra rum med utsikt. Personalen var trevlig och omtänksam när vi påpekade en brist och vi fick kompensation för bristen.
Tyvärr fanns det problem med varmvattnet på rummet, men hotellet löste det mycket professionellt, snyggt gjort!

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Helppo saapua ja pysäköidä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja tilava huone koko perheelle. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja jatkui riittävän pitkään. Hotellin yhteydessä oleva ravintola oli myös kodikas.

Badezimmer mit Duschvorhang, geht gar nicht. Überschwemmung nach jeder Dusche, da auch keine Abgrenzung am Boden. Unbequeme Betten. Eher zu teuer für Leistung.

Dunkelgrüne Wände und dunkle Möbel machten den Raum recht düster. Aber ich weiss aus eigener Erfahrung dass es auch heller gestrichene Zimmer gibt.
