The hotel was unable to provide parking spaces for guests' cars. The parking garage beneath the hotel was under renovation and was almost full. Because of the renovation work, the available spaces were difficult to access. Why were customers not informed about this in advance!?We had to cancel our reservation upon arrival. Fortunately, this was possible. Thanks to the staff for handling it. We then continued straight to the Scandic Hotel in Kiruna.This caused us some additional expenses. We were, and still are, disappointed.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Ontvangen door een gemotiveerde hostes. We sliepen op één van de hogere verdiepingen met zich op de baai en de sporen. Dat zicht alleen al, top! Je kon er uren blijven staren. Kamer ruim en zeer proper. Zalige badkamer en heerlijk bed. Een aanrader.
Spijtig dat de parking betalend is, verder niets.

Betalte ekstra for å få to enkeltsenger som viste seg å likevel være en dobbeltseng, men da to senger som ikke var mulig å flytte fra hverandre pga nattbordmøbel. Fikk nytt rom uten noen endring. Frokost viste seg å ikke være inkludert. Ansatt i Resepsjonen beklager feil informasjon, men fraskriver seg alt ansvar og representerer ikke hotellkjeden på en god måte.

Sänkyni oli kova ja äänekäs vuodesohva. Hiustenkuivaaja oli teipillä korjattu. Aamupalalle ei mahtunut istumaan. Jäi syömättä, mutta laskutettiin silti kolmelta, vaikka kukaan ei mahtunut syömään. Huoneen kaksi hehkulamppua oli palanut.

Wir hätten wegen einer Abreise einer Gruppe 45 Minuten auf das Frühstück warten müssen und haben daher verzichtet, aber bekamen dafür 2 Gutscheine für 2 Personen in allen anderen Scandic Hotels. Leider auch Umbauarbeiten

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Das Hotel liegt sehr gut im Zentrum von Narvik. Das Zimmer war sehr gross, gemütlich und wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht. Das Personal war äusserst freundlich. Die Rooftop-Bar hat uns auch gefallen. Wir haben spontan noch Frühstück dazugebucht. Die Auswahl war gut.
Rund um das Hotel laufen gerade ein paar Umbauarbeiten. Im Hotel-Restaurant war es ein wenig chaotisch.

Bar top-roof avec vue sur la ville et les alentours de Narvik. Parking au sous-sol. Prix raisonnables, personnel gentil et efficace.

Första gången jag fått höra om en kostnad för att checka in två timmar för tidigt. Vi saknade bastu. God oxfile med strips. Tråkigt att höra "du kan få byta ut stripsen mot sallad" på min fråga om vi kunde få några salladsblad till maten.
