Reception war völlig überfordert - nur gesagt, was nicht geht - Gepäck mussten wir selber tragen - die Sprachkenntnisse der Mitarbeitenden sind ok für ein 3 Stern Hotel - eher unfreundlich und chaotisch

Le prix de 40 CHF par nuit pour notre chien qui n’était accepté nulle part sauf dans la chambre! Chambre avec moquette dans un piteux état, le mobilier en mauvais état…. Et pour le chien rien n’était prévu…j’ai dû demander une gamelle et un coussin adapté….arrivés le lendemain ! J’ai aussi demandé de parler à un responsable….pas possible! Le prix des chambres dans cet hôtel est surfait, c’est scandaleux!

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, was man in der Ausstattung und auch am ganzen Hotel merkt, Klimaanlage war ausgefallen, wurde ein Transport Ebels Gerät reingestellt, so dass wir auch unsere Terrassentür nicht mehr zu bekommen haben. Empfangsbereich Personal nicht kundenfreundlich.

Die Zimmer sind eher klein, insbesondere das Bad. Eine gründliche Reinigung der Teppiche wäre wünschenswert. Insgesamt entspricht das Hotel leider nicht ganz dem Standard, den man von einem 5-Sterne-Haus erwarten würde. Auch die Preise – beispielsweise 12 Fr. für einen Cappuccino und einen Espresso – wirken etwas hoch.

O quarto era espaçoso, aconchegante e muito bem decorado, cada detalhe pensado para proporcionar descanso e bem-estar. O café da manhã foi muito bom, servido num salão elegante e cheio de charme. A equipe foi extremamente atenciosa e acolheu nossa família com todo o carinho, o que fez toda diferença na experiência. Ficamos com vontade de prolongar a estadia e, sem dúvida, voltaremos! Recomendo de olhos fechados.

The hotel faces east, so you get the morning sun but none after around 3 p.m., which keeps the place cooler in the afternoon. When we arrived, we had booked a deluxe room that turned out to be extremely noisy because of construction work both inside and outside the hotel. As an apology, we were upgraded to a suite, but it didn’t really add much value: the living room was useless and the only real difference was the jacuzzi, which wasn’t working. We were also charged €40 per day for our small Cavalier King Charles, even though dogs are basically banned from almost the entire property, including the restaurant. Who refuses dogs in a restaurant these days? It makes no sense. The EV charging station was also almost always used by hotel staff, making it impossible to charge our car. On top of that, there was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the carpet in the room. Overall, the hotel feels old-fashioned and cheaply set up, and unfortunately doesn’t live up to what it promises.

Room furniture is a bit outdated Carpet in the room is dirty and needs to be cleaned/replaced - you do expect better for 5stsr hotel

موقعه معزول لا يعنبر داخل لوقانو. غرفتنا لا تعتبر بطابق عالي (4) لو كان اعلى كان اجمل الاطلاله.
