Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Booked for the convenience for our first trip to Japan for first night when arriving late evening at Narita with domestic flights booked for the next morning. We have since been back 2 more times. Basic room – old fashioned in style but very comfortable, extremely clean and well appointed with thoughtful touches for comfort of their guest, (teas/coffees/ nice toiletries). Helpful staff who can assist with bus transfers to the airport. Great location with only a 5 minute walk to the station where there are convenience stores and good dinner choices.

太多次让我填写这个表格，日本人太守时，我听懂电话，退房的时候我明白免费机场大巴，前台上打过电话。因为当时已经收拾好行李的时候，打算下去了，突然发现鞋不见，耽误了几分钟。早上退房的时候前台也不是很多人，可以仔打电话或者上我门口敲门告诉我大巴车不等我。到前台还钥匙，楼下前台大叔还是追下来怕我没听懂，其实我听懂了，就是没时间和他说，下次如果再确定的告诉我，我迟到五分钟，自己去坐地铁。当然是我的原因，但是太守时人会感觉到没有温度。

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Situado a 5 min de la estación de tren y a una media hora andando del centro comercial AEON MALL Narita (super recomendable dedicarle un día para hacer compras). El tren local que te lleva al aeropuerto pasa de forma regular, y en 20 min te deja en el mismo. Sin duda, la mejor forma para terminar tu visita por Japón.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Lovely staff who were very helpful and good English speaking. We wanted a cheap & cheerful hotel close to Narita Airport on our last night in Japan. In that respect the location was handy, only a 10 minute train ride to the airport. Close by the hotel were several restaurants and konbini (7-eleven, Family Mart, etc)
The hotel room was very dated. It looked clean enough but the state of the bathrooms and bed made it look dirtier than ideal. The bed mattress and pillows were probably the most uncomfortable bed I have slept on in a while.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026有免费机场接驳巴士，早晚各两班，很方便，到成田机场大概25分钟路程。有24h前台，红眼航班到达也可办理入住。
房间设施比较老旧，马桶冲水不太灵敏，坐下后会一直冲水。被罩材质不太舒服，被子很薄。吹风机出风口有很多大片的棉絮和灰尘。洗漱池是两个开关，一边热水一边凉水，想用温水只能两个同时开，不好调试到温度正好。

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026JR成田駅と京成成田駅の両方が使えるがJRのほうがより近い。最近JRでは西口に近い通路に大きなスーツケースを入れられるコインロッカー（現金ICカードなど各種対応）が設置され、より便利になりました。チェックイン前後に駅付近に用事があって大きな荷物がある場合はそのロッカーを利用しています。西口は東口よりも静かで人が少ないのが気に入っています。

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026接客が素晴らしい、あらゆる質問に丁寧に答えてくれる、知識が豊富、受付から清掃スタッフまでいつも笑顔で接してくれる。例えば、ホテルから一番近い郵便ポストはどこかとか、一番近い郵便局はどこだとか、薬局はどこだとか、海鮮の美味しいレストランはどこかなど、一見どうでもよいとを思われる質問や相談にも面倒くさがらず必ず丁寧に答えてくれる。これは知識のない旅行者にとっては有難いことだ。それらをネットで調べられないこともないが、人間の持つ知識にはかなわない。彼らの知識はAIではなく旅人の経験から得た蓄積であることを忘れてはならない。日本人にとっては当たり前のサービスかもしれないが、海外から戻ってくると日本の接客がいかに丁寧で優れているかが分かる。このようなサービスは海外では期待できない。むしろ、無愛想に対応されたり、余計なチップを要求されたりすることもあるほどだ。日本ではそういう不愉快なことは起きない。我々はこういうことを当たり前と思うべきではない。利用者はそういう視点でホテルを選ぶべきであり、こういう礼儀正しいホテルが残っていることにいつも感謝すべきである。私はポイントや割引でホテルを選ぶのが必ずしも良い方法だとは思わない。一番大切なのは寛げることであり、それを提供しているのは人間なのだから。

Reviewed May 21, 2026Narita U-City hotel is located just a short walk from Narita JR and Keisei Line stations. It takes about 10 minutes by train from Narita Airport and makes it a perfect stop when arriving or departing from the airport. You get good value for your money by staying at this hotel. Also Narita is often overlooked as a destination, I can only recommended to take a day or two, e.g walking down the local streets to the shrine with its huge park you can walk around, perfect after a long flight. If you want to do some shopping, there is a bus running from Narita station to the nearby shopping district or you can walk which will take you about 20-30 minutes. The hotel is an older building but everything is clean, well maintained and in working order. Some furniture might be looking a bit worn down, but nothing major. The room was spacious and has everything you need and was as described. The bed was comfortable, sound proofing was good and I had a nice view out of the window. The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming, English speaking and will help you with everything you need. Without a doubt I will stay here again.
