Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Desk lady was kind enough to move my room as i requested. I understand why ppl dont like her, however just be friendly and not stupid and it goes a long way. The room was clean, AC was cold, and most importantly the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was respectable. You get pretty much everything. I will show what you get in the photos. Waffles were great BTW (forgot to take picture of waffle machine but its there)
The internet in my room was realy bad, I had to Use My Data during my whole stay. Tv’s are very outdated. No Netflix, or youtube or any streaming services available. You would have to bring a laptop and connect it to the TV with an HDMI Cable. Smart Rokus would be a nice upgrade

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026The rooms have been updated but the shower put water all over the floor (step in shower with no door or curtain). There is NO elevator for the second floor. Room was very hot when we got in - AC had been turned off. Breakfast was extremely crowded with no place to sit and the food was very basic and tasteless. No fresh baked products all processed individually wrapped. Bagels were not cut so everyone made a huge mess cutting with the wooden cutlery. I choose the hotel as a budget friendly one night option because of the previous positive reviews. I am not sure who would write those? I will not be returning.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026We travel by taxi in town. Tim Hortons right next door.nice restaurant called Joseyz down the street. Smoking area out back. Pretty quiet. Picnic tables out front. There is a L.C.B.O just around the corner. There is a decent breakfast here. Very clean. Highly recommend this hotel. Budget friendly and included breakfast. We stayed 8 nights so we only had to go out for dinner. Met up with family so that's ok. TV had plenty of channels. Wifi was good.
Eggs were powdered. I ate them but partner did not.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was recently renovated with a few things Worn and outdated (ex. headboard) but the room was incredibly clean and had comfortable bedding.
The breakfast area is quite small (crowded) and basic. I had to take mine back to my room as there were no seats. The middle corridor and stairways (no elevator) are very dated and in need of a redo but it certainly didn’t affect the quality of our stay.

Les chambres donnent directement sur le parking il faut donc garder les rideaux opaques fermés. On est dans le noir en plein jour. Les couverts et les verres sont en carton donc pour beurrer les tartines le matin ce n’est pas top.

The only thing I didn’t like were the pillows. They were too thick and too springy. The bed itself was amazing.

Very low breakfast quality Alarm went on Sunday morning at 6 am no reason, no sorry sign as if nothing happened and then when you ask you get - Yeah it seems like the shower steam in one of the rooms made the alarm went on!! Coffee machine no working, the receptionist replied - yeah sometimes it happens! No exchange option!! Anyway, wouldn't be considering the location as a top of the mind stay option.

The hotel is older room was ok little small . 10-15 minutes from downtown Windsor. It was ok for the night but just not what I expected . There was breakfast but the lobby sitting area was quite small.

The comforter smell like dried urine. Please add more bleach or fabric conditioner when doing the laundry. The smell is noticeable and we did not use it.
