I wanted a quiet room. I was told that the inn was not as full as expected (due to the smog). Why did you then put me in a room that was close to the LOUD ice machine?

The workout room was pretty small, but expected for the size and age of the hotel.

The rooms were very dirty when you take your flip-flops off dirt literally stuck to your feet as housekeeping after my first night to turn over my room. I had to ask when I got back at 3:30 in the afternoon. It still wasn’t done. Ask them to sweep and it was not done.

I like the place, accommodations, parking space and the staff.

The hotel hasn't elevators. Thus, I had to take heavy luggage through the stairs. Also, the breakfast could be improved with scrambled eggs and other options.

There were several rooms that were together. There was constant doors slamming and people in the hallways. Extremely loud, all night long. I first called the main desk at 11:00 to complain and was told it would be dealt with, I called again at 12:00 and there was no answer. At 2:00am my husband went out and asked them to be quiet. At 4:00am I actually lost my cool, and yelled at them and the noise finally stopped. My husband, daughter and I got absolutely no sleep the entire night, we had to get up for 6:00am. They should have been told to be quiet, or to leave. The problem was not dealt with, I'm sure we were not the only people affected by the noise.

I’ve been to this property before. It’s decent. The rooms are updated.

I was a bit annoyed that when I checked in I asked if there was a ground floor room, to which front desk responded that because I booked on booking that I could not get a ground floor. I would have paid the difference but it wasn’t even an option given.

Unfortunately we didn't get to have the breakfast. My husband was having surgery and we needed to leave early.

I requested first floor rooms, was given second floor, when checking in.. he said he would check for a first floor.. should have done that when assigning rooms..

I liked the breakfast that was provided and the ground level parking right at the sliding door to the room. There were many places locally to choose to eat at. During the day it was very quiet.

I should of wore ear plugs to bed as I got woken up non stop in the morning as early as 5:45 am by other guests letting their doors slam when exiting. The cable TV was nothing but commercials. A smart TV in each room that has Netflix or something instead would be much preferred. (Or guests can log into their own accounts)

The breakfast was great. The room was a good size. We could hear the hum of cars but it was a very quiet room

I was disappointed that the emails we received prior to arriving did not all contain the address of the Comfort Inn we had booked. I would have liked a link to the location in each email. We ended up at the wrong one!

It was easy to book and the price was reasonable. The entire place appeared to be clean and smelled good.

Easy parking, close to hotel room so not far for an elderly person to walk. Lovely breakfast included. Very clean and comfortable room.

They didn’t charge me for my room only my deposit but I had to come back for my deposit & that’s when they told me they didn’t charge the room , sorry the lady didn’t charge the room she forgot . So it gotten taken out of the deposit. I feel like that’s not my fault that’s staffs fault . I should have left with my 200

The 'breakfast' was pitiful. The room coffee machine wouldn't work and reception wouldn't lift a finger to provide me with one.

⭐ Rating: 2/5 We were disappointed with our recent stay. The room was not as clean as expected — dusty table lamps and sofa, unclean floors, and a strong urine-like smell. We reported this to the front desk, and while housekeeping did come, the interaction was uncomfortable. As my husband entered the room, the housekeeper pointed at the sofa and said “all clean now” in a noticeably irritated tone. Breakfast was also underwhelming. Only margarine was available — no butter or cream cheese. The food options were very basic: scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, waffles, and cereal. No fresh fruits or milk were offered. Hopefully, improvements will be made in cleanliness and hospitality.

Good location. We stayed 2 nights. Anymore and I would have asked for a room change. The room was right next to the office and front desk. We could hear front desk conversation. Room was a good size and well laid out. Bathroom is small. Fairly decent breakfast with all the typical options.

The staff were exceptionally professional and courteous. The hotel overall was clean, conveniently located and safe. Good value for the money.

Enjoyed the blackout curtains, the air was cool enough. The shower pressure was fabulous. The bed was a little too hard and very creepy. The tv service was the worst we saw, not much to choose from. Breakfast was very much appreciated.

We stayed one night on our way to the states. The room was clean and beds comfortable! Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good and had good variety. I would definitely recommend this to a friend or family and stay here if an opportunity presents in the future

This hotel even though older has been maintained well. The facility is clean and offers good comfort. The breakfast was very good with sufficient options. The staff were all attentive and very friendly.

Firstly when I called the hotel directly to see if they had a senior's room rate I was told emphatically there was only one room with two beds left on the ground floor and the best price was $179. Online was showing five available rooms on the ground floor with two beds at a rate of $139. The front desk clerk said impossible! Asked about a recommended Italian restaurant when we arrived and where simply given a brochure of various restaurants (lots of East Indian). Your clerk had no idea of the restaurants in the area. The room had no amenities --- no bottles of body lotion, shampoo, etc. Bed was hard, nice pillows. The towels were very rough! Breakfast was crummy. Dried up oranges, no bananas and no bagels. During my working career I traveled regularly and this hotel is not up to par with what I have experienced. I lived in Windsor for twenty years and was back in town for a funeral. This hotel was not the same. Was disappointed.

At first when arriving snd opening the room door it had a very bad smell..After opening up the window to vent out the musty odor, it was ok.

Honestly we haven’t been to a lot of Comfort Inns and didn’t know what to expect. It was one of the most comfortable overnight stays that we’ve had in quite a while. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We got a good night’s sleep. The staff was very friendly. We had to leave early in the morning so didn’t get to have breakfast but they were setting up when we left and it looked clean and well tended.

It was my first time trying a Comfort Inn. The only issue I had was the bed was not very comfortable. Other than that it's fine. It has a gym and water stations which appealed to me. The breakfast was your standard fare. The staff were very attentive.

1- Squeaky sounds of all room doors when opening and closing . Every time someone opens his room door in the middle of the night, the door smacks, and I wake up (the sound insulation is not good ) 2- Same breakfast every day without any change
