THB Ocean Beach - Adults Only

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Beach Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly. Everything is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained, and the hospitality is truly exceptional. We’ve been travelling for several weeks, including Greece and other destinations, and this hotel has been one of the highlights of our trip. The atmosphere is perfect, and everyone here is so warm, friendly, and positive. We absolutely love everything about this place and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

Très bel hôtel, très propre et extrêmement bien situé dans le centre de Sant Antoni. Excellent petit déjeuner. Très grand balcon. Le fait de séjourner à l'hotel vous donne accès gratuitement au plus grand Beach Club de Sant Antoni (O BEACH). Ambiance fantastique. Il est rare de trouver un hôtel où le personnel est autant aux petits soins pour ses clients. Lucia et Ramon ont répondu à toutes nos demandes et même au-delà, en organisant une surprise dans notre chambre pour les 20 ans de ma fille. Encore un grand merci pour votre gentillesse. Toute l'équipe a contribué à rendre notre premier séjour à Ibiza inoubliable.

J'ai tout apprécié

We arrived at THB Ocean Beach yesterday and were given such a warm welcome by the two lovely ladies at reception. From the moment we walked in, we immediately felt at home. We stayed in room 313 which was spacious, very clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view. We spent the afternoon relaxing by the pool, where we also had some food and drinks. The food was really good, the service was friendly and attentive, and the drinks were great. We were actually surprised by how reasonably priced everything was. In the evening, we watched the sunset from our balcony, which was the perfect way to end the day. The next morning, we enjoyed a very good breakfast and even managed to fit in a workout at the gym before checking out. We were checked out by the same lovely receptionist who welcomed us the day before, which made the experience feel even more personal. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The only downside was that it was too short, we honestly would have loved to stay longer. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Un pó freddo il servizio al bar e sala colazione, mancava un pó di empatia col cliente. Avevo chiesto spiegazione su alcuni piatti del menù per poter scegliere ma le risposte sono state spicce

Unutulmaz bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Otel, internette göründüğü kadar güzel. Büyük bir balkona ve muhteşem bir manzaraya sahip harika bir odada kalacak kadar şanslıydık. Güneşin batışını balkonumuzdan izlemek gerçekten çok özeldi ve konaklamamızı daha da unutulmaz hale getirdi. Otelin konumu mükemmel. Deniz yürüyerek sadece bir dakika uzaklıkta ve yakınlarda çok sayıda harika restoran, bar ve keyifli mekan bulunuyor. Ayrıca otel, adayı arabayla keşfetmek için de mükemmel bir konumda. Gitmek istediğimiz birçok yere arabayla yaklaşık 10–20 dakika içinde ulaşabildik. À la carte kahvaltı mükemmeldi ve çok çeşitli, lezzetli seçenekler sunuyordu. En önemlisi ise, tüm çalışanlar konaklamamız boyunca inanılmaz derecede güler yüzlü, misafirperver ve yardımseverdi. Gerçekten harika zaman geçirdik ve bu otelde tekrar kalmaktan büyük mutluluk duyarız. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz!

Honestly, very little. The staff were polite and professional that’s the only positive I can give, and it’s the sole reason this isn’t a zero.

The room was disgusting. The floors were so filthy that the bottoms of our feet turned black within minutes of walking barefoot sand and grime everywhere, like they hadn’t been swept or mopped in months. We reported it to staff immediately. They came back, made the beds, took out the trash and left the floors just as filthy. So they knew, and they didn’t fix it. That tells you exactly how this place is run. On top of that, the air conditioning died both nights around 11pm. It worked fine during the day, then quit exactly when you’re trying to sleep in the Ibiza summer heat, leaving us with what was basically a fan. Two nights, zero sleep. I’ve stayed in plenty of real 4-star hotels this is not one. It’s a 1-star experience hiding behind nice photos and an “adults only” tagline. Beware and stay far away.

Everything was great - suite room was amazing with great views. Thanks to Lucia and Gunt for the great service at the checkin - very welcoming. Thanks to Kevin - who was at bar - very nice guy with great service. We loved everything.

Staff were really friendly and hotel was spotless! It was really quiet, we didn’t hear people coming or going. Location was great as you could be in the heart of it in one direction and then in short walk in the opposite direction have a more chilled day/night. Room was amazing and was so big, perfect for a group of friends

We booked a 2 bedroom suite, you only get 50% discount on O Beach if booked via a third party. Do feel that when you are spending that much money on a room ( it wasn’t cheaper and didn’t include breakfast either) you should be given free entry

Staff were brilliant but not enough of them to man the restaurant at breakfast or the bar through the day! Clearly start of the season and not manned enough yet.

w zamówieniu wskazaliśmy dwa pokoje: pokój standart i apartament suite junior. Otrzymaliśmy dwa identyczne pokoje typu standart z tym że jeden z nich miał boczny widok na morze. Cena obu pokoi w ofercie znacznie się różniła. Zwracałem uwagę w recepcji że mamy jeden apartament czego nie uwzględniono. W pokojach wymieniano ręczniki regularnie, ale przez cały pobyt nie uzupełniono herbaty, kawy i cukru.

Even though there was a major problem in our room with the plumbing the hotel staff made sure we was safe and moved us to a better room and that we had all our luggage with us . Fantastic from THB Ocean

The hotel is within walking distance (literally 2 mins, if that) of the popular O Beach Ibiza. Staff are excellent, and the food and drinks at the hotel are of surprisingly high quality also - the breakfast is another strong positive. The view from the rooms is exceptional also. However, the rooms themselves are pretty standard - they are good, but nothing to write home about. They give you two single beds even when you ask for one double, and when they clean the rooms, the floor definitely isn't mopped or vacuumed. Overall I'd give the hotel a 7/10 - food and staff service is top tier, amazing view from the balcony. Although the actual 'bedroom' itself isn't life-changing and they could do with some double beds.

Property has many pros and cons. Pros, very nice decor and amenities, the day staff is accommodating. You slso get a discount at the O Beach Day Party next door which is a great experience Cons, the junior suite balcony sea view, the suite on the corner of building is very noisy early mornings with traffic and the view of the sea is very limited. The cleaning crew does an okay job cleaning your room, expected better. The drapes are not best, a lot of lighting comes in early morning.and was charged for 2 water bottles when they dont refill your room daily with water

great location and generally a nice hotel. Pool area is nice and its normally pretty quiet. Rooms are looking a little bit tired and didn't seem the cleanest round the edges of the bathhroom/floor. No main light so its pretty dark in there getting ready to go out in eve.

Staff was super awesome, so helpful. Location is great if you are looking to party around, O Beach next door and you get 50% off entry plus 1 free drink, which kind of equate as free entry which is 40 Euro. Nice hotel if you just want an accommodation after partying all night, nothing excited in the property if you want to chill in the Hotel itself.

The view was terrible. We looked at a abandoned hotel, which looked kind of ghosted. We had no view towards the the ocean, which you expect from a ocean beach hotel. This makes the price to expensive. Also from the look of the pool, je saw a blink of the ocean. So I think the marketing picture is overrated.

Reception were great and helpful! Plenty of hangers and lighting was great in the rooms. Ac worked perfectly and location was great. Bar staff were lovely too. Pool area was nice and chilled.

Room attendants were terrible, one day it wasn't refreshed. They never left enough towels. Rooms weren't soundproofed so you could hear other rooms' conversations. They didn't stock up the toiletries or tea bags or water etc. There was only one pillow each. Getting a taxi on a Friday evening was terrible, so pre book if you need one.

Breakfast brilliant and lot of different choices. Rooms very modern and fancy!

The balcony door was broken and did not shut properly, there was open wiring where the bed side lamp was meant to be, the main lights flickered and the room itself was generally in pretty bad condition.

The staff here are very helpful and friendly and catered for everything we asked for. Very very clean and I’ve never seen a pool being looked after so well. We were half board and every meal was made to order, not hanging around on a hot plate like an AI buffet style. On the last day the hotel manager came to say goodbye and did all she could to make our last day really comfortable as our flight wasn’t until after midnight. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Been staying here for 5 years now, around 4/5 times yearly. The reception staff especially ramon is the perfect staff and makes the experience coming back the best.

Unfortunately money had gone missing from my room, this has never happened before and I was shocked to have seen. Reception was told and left with them.
