Prijeten hotel, osebje zelo prijazno in profesionalno, hrana nič posebnega, raznolika, sveža.

Klima je bila glasna, ko smo opozorili so jo prišli takoj popravit. Občasno je smrdelo iz odtoka tuša. Grozna razsvetljava, tema v sobi, v kopalnici se ob luči ne vidiš v ogledalo.

El horario de la cena, que terminaba a las 21:30, algo justo para el turista nacional. El check- out demasiado pronto, a las 10:30. Nos dejaron un vestuario para ducharnos ya que nuestro vuelo salía por la noche, pero resultó ser una ducha pequeña dentro de un baño con bastante trasiego de gente porque estaba al lado del bar de la piscina. Por lo demás, las instalaciones y el personal genial, recomendable.

La habitación con vistas a la terraza y al mar. Primera línea de playa. Decoración increíble y cada estancia del establecimiento es un placer estar, bar, terraza, interior… Parking al lado que en septiembre siempre encontramos sitio, personal de comedor muy agradable, ubicación tranquila pero con ambiente.

Optisch sehr ansprechend, die Möbel in den öffentlichen Bereichen (Lobby, Restaurant) und Zimmern waren relativ neu und stylisch.

Unser Bad im Zimmer war ungepflegt, der Föhn war alt und nicht zu gebrauchen, die Sanitäranlagen am Pool waren zum Teil defekt, alt und ungepflegt. Ruhe gab es nicht.

We get 1202 room, There was some sort of unit—possibly a generator—right outside our window that hummed incessantly; consequently, despite the beautiful view, using the balcony was impossible. Furthermore, even with the windows closed, the noise was loud inside the room and disturbed our sleep. That’s the only complaint; everything else was perfect.

Amazing trip at this stunning hotel. Everything was exactly as it looked on the photos. So stylish, clean and amazing sea views. The food was amazing and so much selection every day. So much fresh fruits and salads. One night I had a started, main and dessert it was so tatsy! Staff are all very friendly especially the women in the restaurant.

Missed a cup of tea in the morning so a kettle in the room would have made it even better. Cant fault anything it was all so lovely.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. The hotel was also very clean and the location was excellent, which made it very convenient to get around. However, there were a few issues. The mini bar was completely empty, and the hotel only provided one bottle of water per guest for the entire stay, regardless of how many nights you stayed. During the summer, this didn’t feel reasonable and should be reconsidered. Additionally, the dinner service was limited to just three hours, from 6 pm to 9 pm. which felt quite short, especially for guests who may be out sightseeing or returning late. Extending those hours would greatly improve the overall experience. Overall, I had a pleasant stay thanks to the excellent staff, cleanliness, and location, and I hope these areas can be improved.

Una estancia increíble en Ibiza junto a mi madre. El hotel nos ha encantado, especialmente por su ubicación, perfecta para disfrutar de la isla y tener todo bastante a mano. Sin duda, uno de los puntos que más nos ha gustado han sido los atardeceres desde el hotel 🌅. Son simplemente impresionantes y hacen que cada tarde sea especial. Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas y la zona de piscina es genial para relajarse. Además, nos encantó que se puedan utilizar flotadores en la piscina, algo que parece una tontería pero que hace que el ambiente sea mucho más divertido y agradable. En general, hemos estado muy a gusto y nos llevamos un recuerdo precioso de nuestra estancia. Sin duda, repetiríamos. 💕 y el buffet una maravilla

C’est dommage que les activités que propose l’hôtel ne fonctionnent pas ( personne ne participe pas ) claquement des portes. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est vraiment sympa mais pas beaucoup de changement. L’ascenseur est très long. Difficile pour se garer.

O hotel está antigo, precisa de uma reforma. A localização é ok mas não tem muita coisa perto, precisa de carro se quiser tomar um café da manhã fora do hotel. Tentam te cobrar um extra em tudo que podem, inclusive gelo.

San Antoni sunset is amazing! Great views and location if you want to stay at San Antoni. The breakfast and dinner buffet has a lot of options.

This hotel is fabulous, decoration so cute in pink, location beside the beach amazing. I had the half pension service and the option for food was super good. Specifically the dinner with always a fresh option from the grill, and change of the menu everyday. I would come back to the same hotel, over and over. All rooms have a beautiful balcony in which the sunset is a dream.

The rooms are rather small, but as I mentioned it is comfortable.

I didn't like the behavior of the blonde girl from the reception who lied to me that the taxi takes 1 hour to get to the hotel, and the following days they all arrived in a few minutes.

Personeel allemaal zeer aardig. Locatie is top in San Antonio. Hotel is gelegen naast Obeach, maar hier vrijwel geen last van, wat wij wellicht hadden verwacht. Ligt direct aan het strand, wat erg prettig is. Ontbijt ook top! Heel gevarieerd.

Dat er geen parkeerplekken bij het hotel horen. Bij het hotel liggen een aantal plekjes, die niet gereserveerd zijn voor het hotel. Moesten daardoor auto vaak ver weg parkeren. Verder, waar hotel iets minder aan kan doen, het gedrag van de hotelgasten in het restaurant.. Wellicht doordat het toch een beetje een budget hotel in Ibiza is.

The lighting in the room, also the Aircon wasn't very strong (however on the last day it felt better) so unsure if there has been an issue prior.

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos y, sin duda, uno de sus puntos fuertes es la ubicación. Está cerca de todo, pero al mismo tiempo en una zona tranquila, algo que se agradece especialmente estando en San Antonio.

Esta vez la experiencia ha sido algo decepcionante. Tengo la sensación de que algunos servicios han empeorado: ya no hay DJ durante el día en la piscina y, en el restaurante, da la sensación de que te meten prisa para comer; incluso llegan a retirar la comida si te levantas de la mesa. Además, en nuestra habitación la manilla del balcón estaba rota, algo que creo que debería revisarse y solucionarse, especialmente en un hotel de esta categoría. Para alguien que visita el hotel por primera vez quizá sean detalles que pasan desapercibidos, pero nosotros estuvimos hace dos años y notamos una diferencia importante. En aquella ocasión tuvieron detalles como dejarnos unas pastas de bienvenida al llegar o escribirnos un mensaje personalizado en el espejo. Eran pequeños gestos, pero marcaban la diferencia y hacían que la experiencia se sintiera mucho más especial. Sinceramente, y me da pena decirlo, creo que el hotel se ha ido estancando. La animación también me ha parecido bastante floja y, en general, tengo la sensación de que se han conformado con ofrecer lo suficiente, en lugar de seguir cuidando los detalles y sorprendiendo al huésped. Es una pena, porque hace dos años nos encantó y precisamente por eso hemos vuelto. Esta vez, sin embargo, nos vamos con la sensación de que ha perdido parte de aquello que lo hacía especial.

The service was amazing! At the breakfast and dinner they had a lot of nice food every day and they also changed the dinner buffet every day. Because we used the buffet, we didn't spend that much money on the trip. The room was big, with a nice balcony. The pool is nice, there is a bar, you can book massages: it is just great!

initial they gave us a small room then they tried to tell us it was a better room!!!. They made us take all our stuff out of the room next day so they could change our room and made us wait until 3pm. Crazy!!

An excellent hotel with a sophisticated,beautifully throught out interior, breathtaking sea views, an amazing dinner, and stunning sunset bar. The staff were absolutely wonderful, and the location is truly one of the best. You definitely won’t regret staying here!

The only thing i would change is the cash deposit required when taking a pool towel. It can be quite inconvenient, especially if you don’t carry cash at all. Aside from that,everything was perfect

Ho soggiornato al NYX Hotel ad agosto e l'esperienza è stata eccellente. La posizione è davvero strategica: comoda per muoversi verso le spiagge e vicinissima a tutti i servizi principali di Sant Antoni. L'atmosfera dell'hotel è fantastica, moderna, curata e con un'ottima energia per chi cerca una vacanza ad Ibiza tra relax e divertimento. Staff gentile e servizi impeccabili. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

* Chambre très mal nettoyée. Nous nous sommes plaints auprès de l’accueil, mais aucune amélioration n’a été constatée. * Plusieurs équipements défectueux dans la chambre : l’applique ne fonctionnait pas ainsi que le tuyau de douche. Ces problèmes ont été signalés à l’accueil dès notre arrivée, mais après 10 jours, personne n’est intervenu pour effectuer les réparations. * Aucune animation proposée durant notre séjour. * Manque de professionnalisme du personnel en salle : les serveurs débarrassaient nos affaires alors que nous étions encore à table, donnant clairement l’impression qu’ils souhaitaient nous faire partir.

The hotel is very clean and looks exactly like the pictures, we good a really good view even without having the sea view room. It is only a 15 min walk from the bus station and 2 min walk from OBeach.

We had a lovely time, the food was decent, one of the downsides were the cocktails were really expensive but it’s like that all over Ibiza. As for taxis, they have done it in a way where you book a taxi at the front desk and the taxi driver asks for your room number on arrival. We understand there is a taxi crisis, which the first couple of days we didn’t really notice, but on a day of an event that we spent a lot on money on we ordered a taxi as normal and left in enough time to be there on time. We were waiting an hour and a half, by the time our taxi came, one of the staff members walked out the hotel with another hotel guest and let them in our taxi, which resulted in us not making it to our event and losing out on €300. They were speaking in Spanish so we couldn’t understand what they were saying, but me and my partner were outside before anyone was waiting.

Elegì una habitaciòn deluxe vistas al mar,y la habiraciòn tenìa vistas laterales ,por lo que no recomiendo elegir habitaciònn deluxe,booking nos propuso comunicarlo en recepciòn porque seguramente nos ofrecerìan una alternativa y la chica de recepciòn ni se implicò ni ofreciò ninuna posibilidad de cambio.

Super clean and spacious. Lovely decor and style. They even surprised me with dessert and cava to my hotel room for my birthday which I was not expecting. What a lovely touch! I would have given it a 10/10 before this thought. Great vibes at the hotel.

How close we where to everything and the view from our balcony was beautiful.

How dark the hotel was. I could of done with a bit of extra light when putting my makeup on and I have to wear fake tan because I'm a natural redhead.

Die Lage ist top: direkter Meerzugang, Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe und wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Das Hotel ist modern und sehr cool eingerichtet. Ein besonderes Highlight war für uns die Halbpension: Das Buffet war wirklich hervorragend und sehr abwechslungsreich. Besonders positiv überrascht hat uns, dass beim Abendessen sogar Bier sowie Cola, Sprite und weitere Getränke vom Automaten inklusive waren – das kannten wir so bei Halbpension nicht und fanden wir wirklich top! Absolut empfehlenswert.

Die Zimmerreinigung könnte deutlich besser sein. Der Nachttisch war bei der Ankunft verstaubt und wurde während der ganzen Woche nicht gereinigt. Auch im Bad lagen bereits bei der Ankunft Haare am Boden, die leider ebenfalls blieben. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel hätten wir zudem Conditioner und Bodylotion erwartet. Der Pool war mit ca. 33 °C leider viel zu warm und bot keine Abkühlung.

Vull començar destacant que la valoració general és molt bona, pràcticament immillorable en la majoria d'aspectes. La ubicació de l'hotel és fantàstica i les instal·lacions i dependències són meravelloses. Pel que fa al menjador, el menjar ha estat excel·lent, tant en quantitat com en qualitat, i vull fer una menció especial a les persones treballadores del menjador, que s'han mostrat extremadament amables, treballadores i respectuoses. Així mateix, el servei d'habitacions ha estat molt respectuós i eficient. L'habitació en si era excel·lent: espaiosa, funcional, amb una bona decoració, aire condicionat, nevera, un bon balcó i un servei de neteja impecable. A més, en estar a la segona planta i donar a la part posterior, em permetia gaudir d'unes vistes fantàstiques a la badia de Sant Antoni.

Malauradament, vull que quedi molt clar un aspecte concret que ha fet que la meva comoditat, descans i tranquil·litat es veiessin greument pertorbats quan era dins de l'habitació. La meva habitació estava situada a prop d'una màquina connectada les 24 hores del dia. Aquest aparell feia un soroll terriblement molest, empipador i enutjós, que no es minimitzava ni tancant les portes del balcó, fet que dificultava molt agafar el son a les nits. A més del soroll constant de dia i de nit, aquesta màquina desprenia contínuament totes les olors del menjar barrejades. Sortir al balcó provocava un malestar indescriptible per culpa d'aquesta pudor. Ha estat una llàstima, ja que aquest detall serà el que recordaré de l'estada. Tant és així que, en el futur, quan torni a un altre hotel, em veuré en l'obligació de demanar a la direcció que em garanteixi que a prop de la meva habitació no hi hagi cap màquina amb sorolls ni olors desagradables.

El hotel está bien, pero hay que tener claro dónde vienes: esto es Ibiza versión guiri total 😂. Todo está muy enfocado al turismo extranjero y se echa bastante de menos ese punto ibicenco, bonito y cuidado que uno espera de Ibiza. En el buffet, además, el desfile de looks de las guiris es digno de pasarela: bikinis imposibles, transparencias a las 9 de la mañana y outfits que te hacen preguntarte si estás en el desayuno o en un beach club 😂. Entre plato y plato, te entretienes más mirando el estilismo que la comida. Y otro detalle curioso: en todo el hotel te hablan directamente en inglés. Al final acabas practicando más inglés en la recepción que en la escuela, sin quererlo ni beberlo. Eso sí, hay que decirlo: los camareros y el personal de recepción son súper amables. De verdad, un encanto. Los pobres, dios sabrá lo que tienen que aguantar a diario 😂. La habitación y la limpieza, en general, bien, aunque se nota que el equipo de limpieza va a velocidad de Fórmula 1. Un día se olvidaron de dejarnos toallas y otro nos encontramos un trapo del polvo encima de la maleta. El hotel en sí está bastante bien para lo que buscas: piscina, ambiente y servicios correctos. Pero la ubicación tiene su parte menos agradable. El paseo de San Antonio está muy orientado al turismo de fiesta y hay bastante gente ofreciendo globos de óxido nitroso y otras cosas, además de un ambiente que puede resultar un poco incómodo si buscas una Ibiza más tranquila o elegante. Consejo: si tienes coche, perfecto, porque puedes salir pitando a descubrir la Ibiza de verdad. 😂 Si dependes de taxi, prepara la cartera, porque los desplazamientos salen bastante caros. En resumen: hotel correcto y agradable, pero si buscas una experiencia ibicenca, tranquila y con un ambiente más bonito, San Antonio quizá no sea la zona ideal.

Das Frühstück war OK… Das Abendessen naja 🫤 Es war aber immer ausreichend Auswahl. So aß ich 1 Woche kein Fleisch - nicht dass das ein Nachteil ist, aber bin eine leidenschaftliche Fleischesserin 😉 Wie gesagt - es gab genügend Auswahl 👍🏼 Auch der Foodtruck hatte tolles Essen (natürlich mit extra Bezahlung)

Ich bin sehr froh mit den Personal, Zimmer etwas klein, trotzdem war ich sehr froh. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut. Ich werde die Aufenthalt auf jedem Fall wiederholen.

Me gustó absolutamente todo , el hotel es precioso, tiene una recepción increíble súper acogedora y cómoda , las instalaciones del hotel son excepcionales, ideales para relajarte y divertirte , tienen música chill en el exterior , está en primera línea de playa y se ve un atardecer espectacular. En cuanto a las habitaciones son muy grandes y cómodas y el personal super amable , lo recomiendo al 100x100 , y sin duda volveremos .

This was hands down the perfect vacation. I already miss the sea so much and can't wait to go back! The hotel gave me a chance to fully relax, recharge, and just enjoy myself. What I loved the most: The Sea & Beach: The beach is right next to the hotel. The water is warm, crystal clear, and an unbelievable shade of blue. If you like snorkeling, it’s absolute paradise—so many fish to watch! Food: Unbelievably delicious and variety was top-tier! Honestly, I haven’t seen a selection like this in a hotel in a very long time. Both breakfasts and dinners were incredible. The Room: Comfortable, with great AC, and an awesome sea view. The sunsets from the balcony were unreal! We didn’t even need to look for sunset spots/cafes—we had the best view right from our room. Also, loved the super fragrant shower gel in the bathroom :) Vibe: Adults-only hotel, no kids around at all, so it was truly quiet and peaceful. Great, relaxing music playing in the background all day. Pool: Clean, nice pool area, and they provide beach towels per person. Birthday Surprise: They surprised me so nicely for my birthday! I got a super delicious cake and champagne—it made me feel so special! Location: Great location overall. If you want to party, you can easily get to popular clubs by taxi or via special party transfers (you can check those out online). Huge thanks to the hotel for this amazing stay. Highly recommended to everyone!

Le seul bémol est la qualité des repas du soir C’est un buffet très varié mais ce n’est pas bon globalement Les petits déjeuner présentent un choix varié et sont corrects

L’hotel è grande e ha diverse zone relax…una vista bellissima sul mare …era piacevolissimo fare colazione o cenare guardano il mare e/o il tramonto…staff cordiale..mi è piaciuto molto

The pool water could use some more care

Osebje je bilo super. Lokacija je bila super. Bližina plaže je bila odlična. Čista soba. Zanimiva dekoracija. Zajtrk je bil soliden.

Kljub dežnikom, skoraj da ni sence. Večerja je bila v najboljšem primeru - povrprečna. Izgleda bolje, kot je. Veliko hrane nima okusa. Če imaš rad pommes - ne boš ostal lačen.

Las almohadas son muy finas, los cojines que tienen en la cama también son muy blandos. La jefa de limpieza nos trajo otras almohadas, pero más de lo mismo. La comida era de batalla, ya que está muy pensado para extranjeros. No hubo en toda la semana, ni un día gazpacho, los postres estaban muy malos. La verdad que la comida, para ser un 4 estrellas me ha decepcionado.
