Ramada by Wyndham Camrose

The pool, the gym and the location ( you can walk for shopping, grocery and restaurants). The front desk staff was kind.

A light lamp failed upon my baby because it was not rightly fixed on the wall, Thank God she didn't get injured. I asked for some mayo for the breakfast on the 1st day and no mayo until the end of our stay ( 5 days)!

The breakfast was delicious and I liked that the location was close to all amenities.

It was clean, smelled good.

The breakfast and the friendly staff! The new outside gazebo with the bbq is a fantastic place to spend in the evening

That there wasn’t a little freezer in the mini fridge. Just meant more trips to the grocery store during our month long stay 😁

Convient

Quiet, close to the store, beds are comfortable

Simple and nice breakfast. Calm environment

Great location easy to find, plenty of parking. Staff were amazing, we had a few requests and they went above and beyond to help us out. Would stay here again for sure.

Friendly reception, nice room and adequate breakfast

Breakfast was adequate, nothing special though. The lady minding the breakfast area wasn't that friendly and looked ticked off when asked for a cereal bowl.

toilet ran all the time

Every thing was ok.

All went well.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable

I was double charged for our pet…. Be sure to review your receipt

Everything was very nice. Smooth check in, clean facilities. I like the temperature controller on the wall. I love the fireplace. Good value. Good location.

I had to reset the TV service box, as it was frozen. So I just unplugged it for 30 seconds and rebooted it. It was fine after that. It’s not the first time I had to do this in various hotels of many different chains. I think hotels don’t pay much attention to these tv service boxes.

The breakfast the size of the room

The floor was not vacuumed when I entered and stayed that way dirty Need to be vacuumed

Excellent breakfast. Great location. Love the hot tub and pool. Staff especially helpful and courteous.

No suggestions.

Location

Amazing breakfast with plenty of gluten free options. Pool, water slide and hot tub were excellent!

Nothing.. all good!

Very beautiful and clean and friendly staff

Clean large room complete with fridge and microwave.

Nothing

Very friendly & accommodating staff. Kids loved the pool and hot tub is huge !

Very clean

More parking spots

Great stay here always.

Top notch, clean, friendly staff

Unfriendly environment Food- mediocre

Friendly staff

Everything was fantastic.

Hotel was clean, smelled great and was in good shape. AC was perfect. Staff friendly.

We were put on a floor which was in the process of renovations. There was no flooring in the hallways. This was very disappointing. The fridge in our room was not working properly. The breakfast was mediocre with no fresh fruit to be found during our four day stay. On a positive note the bed was comfortable.

Great atmosphere, clean and the pool was nice and warm which was a great surprise!

The thermostat in the room didn't seem to be working properly and the breakfast was a little sparse.

Great hotel with an excellent fitness room

Great staff, very clean, breakfast was fantastic.

Great location

Lots of plants and wonderfully cared for.

Wonderful staff, large quiet room. Very clean. Nice breakfast.

We paid way too much our king room got moved to a standard queen but still paid the same price of the king accessible room

Bed was comfortable, check in and out was super quick and easy, located very close to restaurant. Would definitely stay here again

My own fault, I was late for breakfast, but stilll within the time frame, eggs were gone, none available, no 'to go' cups. Had some trouble with door opener. I enjoyed my stay otherwise and will return.

It was my daughters wedding this past weekend and she was given a block of rooms at a discounted price. That price was never applied to the 2 rooms we booked. I was charged over 1200.00 for the 2 rooms for 2 nights. Highway robbery. This is not the way to run a hotel. Also everything at the breakfast buffet was cold or soggy. The only reason I gave the hotel 2 stars was because the rooms were clean.

It was a quick overnight and gone but it was everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel and great area all around

Average

Its the best place to stay in Camrose! The staff is amazing, thry do anything they can to be of assistance. The hotel is clean, efficient, has a good breakfast and nice breakfast room. Many choices girctyoes of rooms including a gorgeous upgrade "Honeymoon Suite." They have a pool and hottub. Whats not to like?

Wenjoed the free breakfast and the variety if foods provided

Great one night stay. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was awesome! Will stay again!

pretty sad that when u earn points you cannot easily redeem for a room with suite/tub etc and that the front desk staff cannot help as they are NOT familiar with the wyndham app nor know much about how to navigate it and could not do a manual discount at the front desk with taking my points, all has to be done on the app which is not easy & no staff desk assistance as no knowledge

The Family suite was very large and clean. The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. My only suggestion would be to ramp up the quality of the continental breakfast. Thank you!

Friendly staff, spacious clean room, breakfast offers both cold and warm selections. We would stay here again.

Very nice large room, appeared very clean but smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. We opened the window to air it out and when we came back it was good. The bed was the best hotel bed I think I have ever encountered.

Nice staff, hotel was clean

Friendly service, clean hotel.

Beautiful hotel and rooms!

The hotel is always clean, friendly staff, lots of parking. The full breakfast is awesome and makes up for the hotel itself being a bit more pricey than other places. If we stayed in similar hotels, we would've had to pay for our breakfast elsewhere so it evens out. The beds are comfy and the AC works great on those really hot days.

There isn't really anything I don't like about this hotel.

Pool was clean and the hotel was nice

easy location, not a good breakfast, would stay again

We always stay at the Ramada when we come to Camrose

A bit old deco, but decent and clean

We needed a lesson to use our room card to let us in the door from the parking lot....but the staff helped.

We appreciated the very prompt and friendly service. Their communication before arriving and the opportunity to check in and out through their text link was a bonus. Staying in the pet-free room was also great for us to rest without allergy's concerns.

The kids loved the pool.

Very nice hotel. Would stay there again.

Great hotel. Comfortable beds. Good continental breakfast. Pool with water slide and hot tub great for the kids. Very friendly staff.

Liked the front desk service

The stay was very good. Room, breakfast and service and parking top notch. The pool area was not the greatest. The jaccuzi was an embarrassment. Jets were not working, tiles were peeling off. It has been totally ignored when it comes to repairs, we stayed there 6 months ago and it was not working then.

The hotel wasnt full at all but they couldnt fill my request that i asked for a bottom floor room with outside door but instead they said oh your 4th floor . The pool is filthy. Yhey should just shut it down n run the canalta hotel much better hotel

Amazing Stay

I completely understand that bringing a dog to a hotel you should be required to sign, stating that you will not leave your dog attended, will not allow your dog to bark or be loud, etc, etc. and I am ok to pay the $25/per night pet fee. However I completely disagree that children are left unattended to run through the halls screaming and yelling, blocking and holding up the elevator, and the parents do not have to pay an extra fee. There was no trace that my dog was in our hotel room the day we left…I’d bet the cleaning staff couldn’t say that for a room full of kids…at least the garbage left out in the hall this morning would suggest this…

💕

Fast, friendly check in. Clean, comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub. Great breakfast. Very nice stay. Fast, friendly check out. Would stay again.
