Me gustó las vistas al mar y la piscina no pudimos ver mucho porque había mucho viento y estaba todo cerrado había muy poco ocupación y el buffet estaba cerrado pero entiendo que era por el mal tiempo

No me gustó la cama porque era dos camas individuales y somos una pareja y no pudimos dormir bien

A reggeli nem volt egy 4 * -os szállodához méltó. Nem volt zöldség, a gyümölcsválaszték is kevés volt, melynek egy része ráadásul konzervből volt. A rántotta tojásporból készült, a kolbász és a szalonna valószínű Metróból az Aro-s volt vagy valami hasonló. A kenyérpirító nem működött, de a reggeliztetős úriember nem értett hozzá. Az ivólevek túl cukrosak voltak. Minden nap ugyanaz volt a választék annyi különbséggel, hogy egyszer volt banán, egyszer meg nem. A szobában a lamináltpadlónál helyenként újnyi fugák voltak. A medence nem volt szerintem fűtött, a hőmérséklete olyan volt , mint az óceáné( decemberben voltunk). De csak egyszer fürödtem a medencében, mert túl sekély is volt. Gyerekeknek ideális a mélysége

The location is quiet when compared to the rest of the island. Staff, food and hotel all good. Reception staff very helpful re local information on buses and taxis. Nice friendly atmosphere.

Struttura pulita, personale accogliente, cibo ottimo con serate a tema. L’hotel è piccolo pertanto non ci si può aspettare un buffer vario ma ogni giorno abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Disponibili anche per le esigenze del bambino piccolo ad offrire piatti per lui. L’hotel è tranquillo ed il personale è molto accogliente, sorridente e gentile. Consiglio.

La posizione in quanto è fuori dal centro e dalle spiaggia principali ma tutto raggiungibile in auto.

Here’s a natural English translation: The reception staff were friendly, spoke fluent English, and helped arrange taxis when needed. The rooms were cleaned daily, and towels were changed upon request, so everything was tidy and neat.

However, the hotel shows signs of long-term use. The mattresses are too soft, and the pillows are made of cheap material that has clumped together. As for the food: the breakfasts are repetitive, with very little greens. I wouldn’t recommend having lunch by the pool — they served me a frozen patty in a burger, and it tasted bad. I also tried one “all-inclusive” dinner and one dinner from the à la carte menu. Neither impressed me. The fish was dry, and the chicken as well.

אמנם לא קיבלנו את החדר שהזמנו, בגלל הסופה שהייתה ותפוסה מלאה במלון, אך הצוות עשה כל שביכולתו שלא נרגיש לא נעים ואף החזיר לנו את כל העלות של המלון רק כדי שלא תהיה לנו עוגמת נפש. אנחנו מעריכים אותם מאוד על כך

Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Spielplatzt ist direkt neben dem Restaurant, so konnte unsere kleine spielen, wenn sie mit dem Essen bereits fertig war und wir noch nicht. Von der Terasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf La Gomera. Ganz toll! Das Zimmer und auch das gesamte Hotel war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben hier einen schönen Aufenthalt gehabt und können nur empfehlen.

All inclusive koupili jsme si a bylo to velké zklamání snídaně každý den stejné. Dost často se nedoplňovalo nebo nefugovali automaty na pití kde chyběla náplň . Obědy hodně špatné kukuřice byla zmrzla. Pokaždé stejný výběr z menu a přílohy se nijak neměnili. Místnost u bazénu s jídlem byla u hosty s all inclusive ale chodili si tam nabírat i ostatní takže nedávalo smysl kupovat tuto službu (all inclusive). Plážové ručníky jsme si museli půjčit za 9eur což bych očekával v cenně.

Très bel emplacement en bord de mer et belle piscine en terrasse. Bel espace extérieur de détente. Quartier calme le soir. Beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours. Bien centré dans l'ouest pour les différentes balades et plages. Accueil très sympathique, particulièrement Fernando qui parlait français. Grande chambre comme prévu...sauf la vue. Parking gratuit à 100 m où l'on a toujours trouvé de la place. Le dernier jour on est parti avant le petit déjeuner pour prendre l'avion : on nous a fourni de bons paniers repas.

A la réservation, il était dit que pour notre chambre, ce serait vue sur la montagne ou jardin. Finalement c'était vue sur le toit de l'entrée de l'hôtel, au 1er étage...vraiment minable ! Au petit- déjeuner, jus de fruits moyen dans un distributeur. Pas de yaourts individuels mais soi-disant du yaourt, en vrac dans un grand saladier. Pas très bon.. Confiture très moyenne aussi dans des bouteilles en plastique. Tout cela pas digne d'un 4 ét. Il fallait payer un supplément pour obtenir la clé du petit coffre dans la chambre ! Aux fenêtres uniquement des rideaux épais pour l'obscurité, pas de voilage léger. Donc avec les vis à vis, obligés de laisser les gros rideaux et d'allumer la lumière en plein jour si besoin d'intimité.

Na początku naszego pobytu spotkała nas nieprzyjemna sytuacja - w dzień przyjazdu o godzinie 11 otrzymaliśmy maila, że nie ma dla nas pokoju w hotelu i zostaniemy na jedną noc przeniesieni do sąsiedniego hotelu. Zdecydowaliśmy się przyjść żeby rozwiązać tą sytuację, pani menadżer hotelu i pani na recepcji (brunetka w kręconych włosach) bardzo miłe i pomocne. Niestety z powodów logistycznych faktycznie pierwszą noc spędziliśmy w innym hotelu natomiast w ramach rekompensaty nie musieliśmy za ten nocleg płacić. Hotel w pięknej lokalizacji z niesamowitym widokiem na La Gomere. Mieliśmy przestronny, czysty pokój. Kort tenisowy do dyspozycji, siłownia i basen. Drinki dobre, obsługa na recepcji bardzo pomocna i sympatyczna na wysokim poziomie. Wypieki w restauracji hotelowej pyszne. Hotel ma zaprzyjaźnioną wypożyczalnie samochodów która przywozi auto pod hotel bez dodatkowej opłaty + odbiera je również z okolic hotelu, a wszystko załatwione jest przez personel recepcji. Odbywały się zajęcia z jogi Pomimo nieprzyjemnego początku z powodu braku miejsca w hotelu, personel stanął na głowie aby nam wynagrodzić tą niedogodność poprzez upgrade pokoju, darmowy kort tenisowy.

Czystość obiektu nie była na najwyższym poziomie, hotel bardzo ładny ale wymaga remontu. Jedzenie monotonne, zawsze udało się znaleźć coś do jedzenia i wszystko smacznego ale spodziewaliśmy się jakiś owoców morza np a na to nie było co liczyć. Obsługa restauracji i barów w większości zachowywała się jakby byli tam za karę natomiast było kilka bardzo sympatycznych pracowników.

Studioværelse ok, men hovedpuderne trænger til udskiftning. For små og med klumper i fyldet. Boksen bør være med kode og inkl. i prisen.

Big room, nice view and balcony. Perfect spot on the island, sunset right in front of the pool, behind La Gomera island. As a celiac is always very difficult to travel but they tried to make my experience with food the best possible, with several gluten free options to choose from.

Warm bedrooms, air conditioning is for renting, not included in the room. Very limited between-meals snacks. Most of all inclusive drinks from a machine.

Das Essen hätte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können.

Csodálatos helyen fekszik a szálloda, csendes részen, nem zsúfolt part közelében. A személyzet nagyon kedves volt, az ételek finomak és a tisztaság is rendben volt.

Hiányzott a klíma, illetve az ételek lehetnének változatosabbak, főleg az ebéd kínálat.

Ładny hotel ale widać że już ma trochę lat, było bardzo czysto, personel miły, uprzejmy i pomocny. Fajna lokalizacja nad samym oceanem, blisko do knajp i sklepików oraz plaży z ratownikiem. Bezpłatny parking przy hotelu. Fajny basen z pomocnym i uśmiechniętym ratownikiem. Plus za mały basenik dla dzieci. Kolacje bardzo dobre, różnorodne i szeroki wybór dań.

Pojedyncze łóżka które się rozjeżdżały w trakcie spania. Monotonne śniadania. Do kolacji płatne napoje (sok,woda), do śniadań były w cenie natomiast przy kolacji trzeba było zamawiać z karty. Rozumiem że nie mieliśmy pakietu all inclusive i za alkohol trzeba płacić ale sok z automatu czy woda powinny być w cenie kolacji moim zdaniem.

A hotel gyönyörű helyen van, mindenhonnan látni a tengert, van tetőterasz és a sós vizes medence rengeteg napággyal, ahol jókat lehet pihenni, naplementét nézni. Minden nagyon tiszta, a személyzet összes tagja nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A szálloda környékén több étterem is található, ahol finomakat lehet enni.

Hegyre/utcára néző szoba esetén néha hangos volt hajnalban az utcai forgalom, szemét összegyűjtése.

Morgenmaden råvarerne var af ringe kvalitet. Man kunne ikke købe frokost i poolbaren, Hvis man ville have noget frokost skulle man klæde om og gå i restauranten, dette på trods de på hjemmesiden reklamerer med mad i poolbaren. Heller ikke snacks eller andet spiseligt kunne købes, må jo is til 45 kr stykket 😱

Las vistas desde la recepción, la piscina y la terraza con vistas al mar son maravillosas. El personal muy amable en todo momento. La piscina.

La limpieza de la habitación no fue la mejor. El primer día nada más llegar, olía raro y había plásticos y una botella vacía debajo de la cama y de la butaca. Además, desde el principio ha habido hormigas por el lavabo, el armario de la habitación y la encimera de la cocina. Desde mantenimiento lo intentaron arreglar. No obstante, las hormigas no desaparecieron del todo. Las toallas de piscina se alquilan, en otros hoteles similares es simplemente dar una señal que luego se devuelve, pero aquí no. Instalaciones algo anticuadas. En general, no me ha parecido coherente la relación calidad-precio, ya que no es barato y no ofrece lo que debería ofrecer un hotel de 4 estrellas.

I liked the hotel rooms, every day cleaning and live music 3times a week during dinner. The location was also very nice, next to the sea.

The only thing i found missing was air conditioning in the room, we only had a ventilator.

- Das Wasser im Pool ist zu salzig. - Ein 4* Hotel ohne Klimaanlage. - Für Halbpension sind die Getränke nicht inklusiv und 5,- Euro pro Person & pro Abendessen werden verrechnet!!

Que no había espectáculos nocturnos, y la carta de la comida a la hora de comer era muy repetitivo.

Staying at this hotel met all of my expectations. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and spent a total of 16 nights. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. There were always free sunbeds available at the pool. I would like to highlight the hardworking lifeguard, who did his job very professionally and clearly enjoyed what he was doing. He was very helpful and seemed to anticipate every need of the hotel guests. The pool area includes a bar, a gym, a children's playroom, table tennis, darts, and a snack bar that fulfilled every need for food and drinks. The sea view room was a perfect choice.

There were a few things we didn’t quite like. As all-inclusive guests, we expected that everything available to other guests would also be included in our package. However, we noticed that this wasn’t always the case. For example, when ordering one of the five available cocktails, all-inclusive guests would receive a machine-made version that was overly sweet and not tasty at all, while guests who paid separately received a freshly made cocktail prepared by the bartender. Also, there was a separate freezer with ice creams for all-inclusive guests, offering only 100ml cups in strawberry, chocolate, or vanilla flavors. Meanwhile, a wide variety of stick ice creams with many different flavors were available, but only for purchase. In addition, the breakfast and lunch menu remained exactly the same throughout all 16 days of our stay, which became quite boring after a while. However, I must say that dinner at the hotel was consistently enjoyable, and I genuinely looked forward to it every evening. There was no air conditioning inside the hotel, but I have to admit that with the balcony door open, it was still bearable to sleep at night.

La ubicación y el personal

El hotel necesita una reforma, no está en condiciones óptimas.

Das Apartment war sehr großzügig, so wohl vom Platz als auch von der Einrichtung. Eine komplette Küchenzeile mit Toaster, Wasserkocher, Herdplatte und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Sogar Eiswürfel waren vorhanden. Der Balkon hatte perfekte Sicht zum Meer. Der Pool ist insgesamt recht groß. Es waren ausreichend Liegen vorhanden und alles war sehr gepflegt. Das Angebot beim Frühstück war sehr vielfältig. Insbesondere an frischem Obst hat es nicht gemangelt.

außer einer fehlenden Klimaanlage war alles perfekt, aber das wussten wir ja im Voraus

Hôtel sympathique avec très belle vue sur la mer. Nourriture correcte . Hôtel calme et à taille humaine. Très bon accueil de Fernando, entre autre, qui parle très bien français et donne de bons conseils. Proche des lieux touristiques les plus connus.

Vse nam je bilo izredno všeč. Posebno bi pohvalili receptorja Fernanda. Bil je zelo prijazen in ustrežljiv. Soba s panoramskim razgledom na morje odlična. Hrana odlična ... veliko izbire ... bazen super ... v glavnem... če se še vrnemo vsekakor pridemo v isti hotel.

Personal teilweise unfreundlich. Essen war für Vegetarier recht dürftig. Auswahl allgemein sehr beschränkt. Trotz all inklusive viele Extrakosten. Parkmöglichkeiten ebenfalls gering.

Quality and service are not 4 star worth. We had mixed feeling about this hotel and would not come back nor would we recommend it to others. Positive: Location close to the beach and ocean views are strengths of the hotel, also tasty and fresh food in the restaurant Negative: all inclusive is not worth it, very poor choice of drinks, cocktails, coffee, beer and wine come from machines and taste awful. Bed mattresses are old and very uncomfortable. Hotel does not offer any night entertainment except guitar music at dinner 3 times a week. Staff is not polite and seem not to care for their job or customers. Pool towels have to be rented and paid for, which is unacceptable for 4 star hotel. Hotel did not consider that we had honeymoon and my wife had a birthday, but they just didn’t care. Snack bar for all inclusive is very poor choice. Overall, bad experience.

Se si vuole fare due passi alla sera bisogna spostarsi perché in questa zona non c'è molto Non c'è molto parcheggio per le auto degli ospiti ma devo dire che abbiamo sempre trovato soluzioni vicine Per il resto la struttura è molto valida

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und schön gestaltet, auch die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist freundlich und engagiert außerdem ist das Abendessen wie im Restaurant und immer sehr abwechslungsreich! Zudem ist die Lage sehr ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen.

Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern, der Strand ist leider nicht mehr wie auf den Bildern sondern sieht eher wüst aus. Der Hotelpool wird mit Salzwasser betrieben, was zunächst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist.

Struttura che dà direttamente sull’oceano tenuta molto bene, cosa negativa all inclusive a pranzo pochissima scelta e sempre lo stesso menu facendo 12 giorni dopo tre giorni ti stufi a mangiare le stesse cose anche a pranzo e cena non tantissima scelta , per quanto riguarda i bere anche lì 5 cocktail molto scadenti e sembravano privi di alcol li facevano tramite un distributore

I really like this hotel which is located in a small and quiet village in south Tenerife. The hotel is in a great location overlooking the sea so has great uninterrupted views out to La Gomera. The rooms are clean, tidy and pretty modern with each having a little kitchen area with a little hob, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The rooms are cleaned daily but it’s mainly mopping the floors, replacing bedding and towels periodically. If you happen to leave a cup in the sink, it will still be there after they have cleaned which wasn’t an issue for us. A few gripes for me are: Would be good to get some aircon in the rooms, they are super hot in the summer;I know we don’t go on holiday to watch TV but when we tried it was nearly impossible as it regularly loses the signal, this is the same issue that has existed for years for the UK channels; Most hotels I visit nowadays have free electronic safes in the room, here they still have a key and I believe they charge a fee to use it;While we always managed to get a sunbed I watched many people heading down early to secure the best bed and then it was left unused for hours. This really should be managed better with towels removed if no one uses them in a hour in my personal opinion. Overall though I would not hesitate to visit this hotel again.

Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto della struttura.lo staff tutto molto gentile e cordiale.ho preso un appartamento dove sono state effettuate tutti i giorni le pulizie.servizio che non tutti offrono,soprattutto per gli alloggi. Posizione tranquilla e ideale per chi ha famiglia..

L unica cosa che migliorerei è la colazione..abbastanza abbondante ma tutti i giorni le stesse cose.

Un séjour dans cet hôtel qui propose des conditions exceptionnelles pour agrémenter les vacances tranquilles en couple. Appartement avec balcon et vue mer. La solution all in vraiment intéressante si vous ne pensez pas cuisiner dans la kitchenette. Buffet varié et de très bonne facture. Belle piscine et à côté de la plage. Parking (car il vaut mieux la voiture pour profiter de Ténérife). Personnel sympa, serviable et efficace. Bon wifi partout et qualité du lit irréprochable dans appartement spacieux et fonctionnel. Ne pas hésiter à choisir cet hôtel bien managé.

Unglaublich nettes Personal!

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat uns wirklich positiv überrascht. Bei unserer Ankunft bekamen wir sogar ein Zimmer mit Meerblick – obwohl wir es gar nicht gebucht hatten. Der freundliche Herr an der Rezeption meinte nur: „Kommen Sie gerne wieder – im Moment haben wir eines frei.“ Eine tolle Geste, die uns sofort begeistert hat. Das Essen war stets frisch und sehr lecker. Besonders das Mittagessen mit dem abwechslungsreichen Tagesmenü und einer Auswahl von mindestens fünfzehn verschiedenen Gerichten hat uns beeindruckt. Pool und Liegen wurden täglich gründlich gereinigt – alles war sehr gepflegt. Das gesamte Personal war überaus freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Und die Lage des Hotels? Einfach einzigartig! Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Herzliche Grüße Familie Delic

Alles in Ordnung

Die Zimmer waren ziemlich alt und abgewohnt aber sauber. Entgegen der Bilder des Hotels hatte man (zumindest in unserem Zimmer) keinen Meerblick vom Bett aus, da das Bett hinter einen halbhohen Mauer war. Die Zimmertüren waren aus dünnem Holz und ohne jegliche Dichtung - dementsprechend war auch die Schallisolierung. Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht. Das war ok, aber auch nicht mehr. In der Umgebung sind viele Restaurants bei denen man gut Essen kann.

El hotel, de motu propio, nos concedió un up grade situándonos en la habitación 311. Una fantástica habitación, con una preciosa terraza con tumbonas en primera línea de mar. Como estar en un crucero. Ha sido una estancia relajada y reponedora.

El desayuno es simplemente correcto.

Localisation, clean big room, great food, friendly staff . It’s my second time in Atlantic Holiday and for sure not the last one!

Logement incroyable! Un des meilleurs hôtels que nous avons pu faire. Une vue incroyable sur la mer. Très accessible niveau parking et près de toutes les curiosités à découvrir. Une mention spéciale pour le réceptionniste Fernando!
