Ottima struttura con vista sull'oceano. Staff professionale, cortese, disponibile e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Pulizia di tutte le aree ottima (la camera viene pulita ogni tre giorni, ma è possibile richiedere ulteriori pulizie e cambi biancheria intermedie). Ristorante con vasta scelta e di buona qualità.

Nos has gustado mucho, se eligió media pensión. La ubicación es perfecta y tranquila. La habitación muy bonita, muy cómodo todo y la piscina nos gustó mucho aunque es pequeña pero estuvo súper bien. La comida muy rica y la atención del personal 10/10

No elijan "Estudio" a no ser que no les importe no tener ninguna intimidad. Por desconocimiento habíamos elegido ése y nos tocó en el primer piso que daba vista a toda la piscina y terraza, a la vista de todas las personas. Cambiamos a una habitación, se pagó la diferencia pero valió la pena.

Hôtel bien entretenu à taille humaine. Emplacement magnifique, superbe coucher de soleil,au calme proche commerces, restaurants, arrêt de bus. Demi pension sous forme de buffet varié et de qualité. Le fait de manger en terrasse est un plus. Suite avec ventilateur et climatisation mais non necessaire vue la proximité de l océan. Belle piscine propre

Le ménage est très bien fait mais une seule fois en 1 semaine c est trop peu pour un 3 étoiles surtout lorsque l on rentre de la plage….

We throughly enjoyed our stay and time at The Pearly Grey. Came as a family of 3 (child 13) and we all really enjoyed the pool and apartment. So relaxing and just what we needed. We stayed half board and breakfasts were really good. For dinners we really enjoyed the salads and breads on offer. Although limited for the mains, we did always manage to find something. Paid for our drinks which we found to be reasonably priced. We stayed in a seafront suite and the apartment was spacious and clean on arrival, the view over the rocks and ocean was stunning! Air conditioning is provided in the suites also. Sofa bed was comfortable and main bedroom bed was also adequate.

Would be good to have some shaded areas outside the restaurant for dinner as no air conditioning inside. No bedding was provided for sofa bed, only one sheet and had to request more pillows as we all like to have two each. Our shower leaked so had to request extra floor towels - the shower needs a needs a new seal and mastic.

Location of the property is stunning

We have stayed at this hotel before 2 years ago and it was amazing our room/staff/food so we booked again thinking we were going to get the same but we were so disappointed. Room was not what we booked, the room wasn’t that clean and the staff hardly spoke to us, where as before reception staff were super friendly every time you walked through the door. Bar staff were really nice though but they were people we had met before on our previous trip. Food wise was ridiculous we booked a self catering holiday yet the hotel was functioning as though it was an all inclusive !!! Buffet food !!! I want to be able to choose what I eat and not have it all laid out ready and then you choose from the few options they have. Same with the bar couldn’t get the drinks we wanted as again set menu for the drinks!! No real entertainment on at night. They do a set for an hour then that’s it. The pool was lovely and clean so that was nice but honestly not the same vibe at the hotel and it’s a shame because it was lovely before. Our room situation was a bit of a joke to be fare I booked a room stating a double bed, 2 singles and a sofa bed we got 2 single beds and there was 3 of us, my husband had to sleep on the sofa bed which was absolutely filthy all stained and everything!! Went to reception and they said there was nothing they could do so yeah super helpful !!! What we should have been offered was a clean of the couch and a refund of some sort because spending quite a bit of money to stay at your hotel you expect at the very least a bed !!!

The location is perfect the staff are very helpful and the communal areas were lovely.

For the price the bedroom was fine. I had no complaints apart from no air conditioning. Which it didn’t say it had I just hadnt noticed that it didn’t when I booked.

La comida del buffet no era muy variada y había que dejar la habitación a las 10h de la mañana lo que me pareció mal ya que a la hora de entrar era a las 16h y tuvimos que esperar 1h para tener la habitación lista.

Gyönyörű helyen van a hotel, könnyű a megközelítés, barátságos a személyzet, finomak az ételek.

A parkolás lehetne jobb, napi 10 euró, ha egy kavicsos parkolót akar az ember használni, ahol még árnyék sincs, azon kívül pedig vadászni kell a parkolót. Az ételek ugyan finomak, de lehetnének egy kicsit változatosabbak.

The fan in my room (213) was also very noisy, and despite reporting this to the staff, my concern was not properly addressed. My children’s room (301) also had cockroaches on our first night. The staff had to use insect spray in the room, which left an unpleasant smell and made the experience even more uncomfortable. We were informed that the rooms would be cleaned every three days. However, during our seven-day stay, my room was only cleaned once. This was disappointing, especially considering the length of our stay. Overall, it was a very poor experience. The property itself was acceptable, but the lack of customer service, cleanliness, poor response to complaints, lack of air conditioning, and pest issues significantly affected our stay. I would not recommend this property based on my experience.

Зручна локація, гарний вид, на 3 зірки це прям ТОП, рекомендую. Їжа смачна, різноманітна. Басейн великий, є зона «only adult”, що ідеально, якщо ви без дітей. Все було супер.

Чоловік з вусами похилого віку на заміні рушників не знає ні слова англійською і дуже в непривітній формі відповідав гостям, проведіть, будь ласка, роботу, бо це не приємно, коли спілкується по-хамськи через рушники.

Instalaciones reformadas,todo muy limpio,piscina climatizada,y con toboganes,buen servicio de buffet y personal muy amable.

La ubicación es muy buena y con sitio para poder aparcar.

Las habitaciones tienen poco mantenimiento. En 7 días solo limpian una vez, si eso lo llamamos limpiar. Solo barrer y fregar. Sin cambio de sábanas y solo una vez toallas.

El confort del apartamento, la alta disponibilidad de hamacas y las vistas.

Lo que menos nos ha gustado ha sido el check out siendo muy temprano ya que el check in era muy tarde. La poca variedad del buffet en cena.

Alojamiento en zona tranquila. Apartamento amplio y la zona de piscina estaba muy bien sobretodo para los niños.

Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado y estuvimos en la estancia 3 noche y ninguno de los días pasaron a limpiar el apartamento ni a cambiar toallas.

Ascenseur en panne sur les premiers jours de notre séjour

La vue magnifique depuis notre chambre ! La gentillesse du personnel et notamment de l’animateur qui prévoyait des petits temps avec les enfants. Après midi mousse / château gonflable c’était super ! L’environnement très calme et reposant.

La propreté mauvaise à notre arrivée (oreiller taché, cheveux, poussière, verres sales). L’appartement vétuste avec une déco vieillissante et une cuisine en mauvais état..

El chico joven que hacía animación un 10 y su paciencia con los niños es excelente. Hay supermercado cerca y aparcamiento cómodo al rededor. Las vistas son inmejorables un 10 y vives un atardecer espectacular ❤️

Instalaciones muy viejas, lejos de todo, no hay aire acondicionado, las almohadas, las sábanas y la cama son muy antiguas, sientes que te pica todo el cuerpo, y acabas agotado, la piscina es solo para niños, y el buffet de noche deja mucho que desear, no merece la pena, y el calor es insoportable. Además todo huele a estafa porque las fotos son mentira

Le premier jour notre ventilateur ne fonctionnais pas, l’homme a la réception nous a dis qu’il pouvais rien faire pour nous qu’il fallait attendre demain, il n’est pas venu voir en sachant qu’on crevais de chaud ce soir la. Ils nous a dis que si ça se réglais pas le lendemain on pouvais partir. Pas très professionnel… les chambres ne sont pas nettoyer tout les jours donc les essuies ne sont pas changer tout les jours. On a pu les échanger a la réception quand c’était nécessaire. Il est noter que réserver des transat et pas autorisé, pour tant à chaque fois quasi tout les transats près de la piscine était réservé dommage

Na przyjazd przydzielony nam pokój był straszny - smród z kanalizacji i brudna lazienka. Dostalismy informacje na recepcji, że nic innego nie jest dostepne. Dopiero po kolejnym zgloszeniu i prośbie żeby pracownik sam się przekonał o stanie pokoju, nowy apartament jednak się znalazł. Miejsce co prawda fatalne, prawie w piwnicy, ale przynajmniej nie śmierdziało. Czystość i sprzątanie pokojów - Na 7 dni pobytu pokoje sprzatane tylko raz. Jeden z pokoi posprzątany 5 dnia - dopiero po zgłoszeniu na recepcji, że nie było serwisów. Restauracja - brudne stoliki, jedzenie przeciętne, trzeba długo czekać. Dania dosyć drogie. W kuchni brak noża kuchennego.

Everything was great, considering we had small children it was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It would have been nice to have a broom to keep the room clean since the cleaning only happens once a week and we had sand from the beach every day. A high chair for the 1 year old in the room would have been a plus, not too bad but for smaller babies it would be great.

Everything was perfect our apartment was excellent and location staff were friendly and helpful. We have stayed there before but this time exceeds expectations. We were there for personal reasons losing our friend who lived there it was not exactly a holiday but was a beautiful stay nevertheless. Certainly will return .

Nous avons adoré l'hôtel en général: - Bonne localisation avec la plage de sable noir à 5 min à pied. Quelques supérettes et restaurants à proximité. - le buffet est parfait, de très bon produits, ça change des buffets classiques. - la piscine est top, le toboggan pour les enfants est suffisant. Il y a toujours des transats de disponibles. - les animations en journée sont parfaites, merci à Penelope pour sa bonne humeur, sa disponibilité et son écoute. Un petit plus pour l'animation mousse dans la piscine ! -les chambres sont spacieuses et automatiquement avec vue sur mer. - le personnel de l'accueil, du restaurant et de l'entretien sont souriants et disponibles. - le coucher de soleil !!!!!!

- Pour ceux qui n'ont pas de voiture, vous ne pourrez pas passer vos soirées à côté de l'hôtel, car il n'y a pas grand chose à faire (glaces, souvenirs ...). Il faut faire une dizaine de kms pour trouver de l'ambiance et pleins de petites boutiques et restaurants. - la non discrétion de certains "residents" de l'hôtel qui se sont permis de dire dès notre arrivée, que nous faisions pas parti de l'hôtel, nous avons donc été questionné par le personnel de l'hôtel à plusieurs reprises, alors que nous venions tout juste de nous installer sur notre transat pour profiter de nos premiers instants de vacances. Heureusement que le personnel c'est excusé et que tout s'est très bien passé par la suite.

Did not like the the location of my room a bit loud with the pool table / table tennis and right next to the children's entertainment. I was a solo traveller i would of preferred a less hectic atmosphere under my balcony Also the apartment could do with dishwasher for hygiene. I felt like i need to wash everything before use

NO me gusto que cobren por servicios que enteoria en la pagina de booking estaban incluidos como el gimnasio o las toallas de la playa. Solo por 1 semana te cobran 15€ de gimnasio, un gimnasio que es una ratonera viejo, sucio y dejado. Tampoco me gusta que estan do en Tenerife todos los empleados te hablaban en ingles de primeras.

Personal sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, aber es wäre schön, die Speisekarte etwas zu ändern. Jeden Tag das Gleiche wird auf Dauer etwas langweilig. Man braucht auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen, um sich von dem Hotel aus auf der Insel fortzubewegen. Es gibt zwar Busse, aber sie fahren nicht besonders häufig und brauchen ziemlich lange.

Wir hatten ein Apartment im ersten Stock. Daher war es ziemlich laut – durch das Restaurant, den Pool, die Abendveranstaltungen usw. Positiv war, dass es nicht so sehr auffiel, da wir fast den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren. Wenn man jedoch zurückkommt, um sich auszuruhen, kann der Lärm von draußen manchmal ziemlich störend sein

Llegué un jueves y me fui un domingo,y no pasaron ni a tirar la basura,y tuvimos que avisarlos para que nos cambiarán las toallas,porque el servicio de limpieza nunca pasó en esos días,eso si,el domingo a las 10 en punto ya estaban tocando la puerta para limpiar y que entrarán los siguientes.

Escogimos una suite con vistas y la habitación era espectacular. Daba directamente al mar. Las instalaciones estupendas.Teníamos media pensión y tanto el buffet del desayuno como el de la cena eran variados. El personal muy amable

Todo bien. Por decir algo, la limpieza de la habitación no es diaria, a nosotros en una semana sólo nos hicieron la habitación una vez. Pero el personal de limpieza ofrecía cambiar toallas si era necesario

La habitación cue ta con todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones, la piscina fue lo que mas nos gustó, las niñas disfeutaron como nunca el agua esta buenisima.

Del buffet que es poco variado y no hay opcion a repetir dl plato que se pide a la carta.

The views were amazing it had everything the staff were amazing. My husband loved the bowling green lovely pool 1st class gym. James made us feel very welcome and Tracey on reception was very knowledgeable about the area and friendly. I must say the house keeping staff were wonderful nothing was too much trouble.

Heerlijk verblijf, alles goed geregeld. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit de appartementen. Het enige minpuntje is dat er geen airconditioning is dat de plafondventilatoren niet afdoende zijn als het warm is. Verder alles tiptop in orde!

De bedden zijn te hard ....die hebben wel een vervanging nodig.

La amabilidad de los empleados. Antes de llegar ya me habían contactado ya que éramos 13 personas. Todos super amables y facilitando en todo momento ayudar y con mucha alegría. Los precios del desayuno y el restaurante bastante decentes en comparación a otras zonas del sur y la comida contundente y muy buena. La piscina y a las tumbonas increíbles. Los atardeceres son impresionantes desde la terraza. Totalmente recomendable.

La entrada y la salida a las 10.00, creo que se podría mejorar pero entiendo que debe haber la limpieza para los nuevos huéspedes.

Habia una pequeña cucaracha en la cocina

Nos encantaron las actividades organizadas y el tobogán de la piscina es un completo acierto. Además del trato maravilloso del socorrista, un señor mayor muy agradable y servicial que está siempre muy atento a los niños. Nos encantaron las vistas impresionantes del acantilado y las puestas de sol. Simplemente maravilloso.

Tener que pasar siempre por recepción para acceder a la piscina desde los apartamento y viceversa.

Todo en general , limpieza , ubicacion, que no tienen zona de fumadores y un trato genial

La situación es muy tranquila y cerca de todo. El personal súper atento y amable. Hemos solicitado habitación preparada con cama de matrimonio y vistas al mar, no pudo ser mejor, las vistas un espectáculo, todas tardes desde nuestra terraza se veía la puesta de sol, un sueño! Además de verse la piscina y estar resguardada del viento. Ha sido insuperable. Hemos viajado con nuestro hijo de 6 años, se lo ha pasado en grande, la temperatura de la piscina una maravilla, siempre quedándose hasta la hora de cierre. Según nuestra experiencia súper recomendable!!
