The hotel is pet friendly and very accommodating. They even provide a cage and food bowls. (I took my own with anyway). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves very good western food. The location is close to a major shopping center. The gardens, gym and pool is fantastic. The room was beautiful and had a nice city view. The gardens are nice for walks with my dog.

I had to pay ¥300 at checkin, for deep cleaning to be done once we left because I had my pet with me. This is not a problem and I didnt mind. BUT I expected a clean room and there were urine marks on the carpet and in the bathroom on the floor from the previous guests' pets. It drove my dog insane. The bed was not as comfortable as I expect from a 5 star hotel.

It was simply beautiful. I will be back

L'hôtel est juste exceptionnel! quand on est arrivé à l'hôtel, il y a tout de suite quelqu'un qui nous aide à décharger les valises, et nous emmener à la réception. le personnel est très souriant, très accueillant. J'ai voulu réserver une chambre avec 2 lits, mais apparemment, j'ai fait une erreur de réservation. Ils m'ont changé la chambre sans problème. il y a même un plat de fruit dans la chambre, 4 cannettes de boisson dans le frigo, 6 bouteilles d'eau, tout est gratuit! Il y a un baignoire et une douche dans la salle de bain, ma fille a adoré et elle a bien profité du baignoire pour prendre un bain pour se relaxer. Le petit déjeuner est juste fantastique!! il y a tellement de choix que je ne savais pas quoi manger. :) la piscine est très bien, ainsi que la salle de fitness. il y a un joli jardin derrière l'hôtel, très agréable pour se promener. La cerise sur le gâteau, cet hôtel propose le service de navette pour aller à l'aéroport, très pratique.

l'emplacement de cet hôtel n'est idéal, il est un peu loin du centre de Qingdao. Mais avec un taxi, on peut quand même se rendre au centre ville sans trop de problème.

I had a wonderful stay here. The room was great and comfortable. The hotel has a great pool and great fitness center. Alessia Marchionni went above and beyond to assist me with a painless check-in and check-out process. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for 4 nights during a business trip and had a great experience. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff provided friendly, helpful service. The breakfast buffet was decent—nothing fancy, but fair for the price. I was happy enough with my stay that I’ve already booked another 4 nights for my upcoming trip in June. It’s a relief to find a good, reasonably priced hotel that offers great service and a clean, comfortable room. Highly recommend!

The room was great. Breakfast was terrible, almost cold ! not worth the money. Plus, the staff drive you crazy about payment, they keep interrupting you whilst you are trying eat the breakfast before any residual warmth fades away, especially if your hotel credit has run out, they want you to stop eating and go to the counter and pay. Once you have paid, they interrupt you again to sign the already paid for bill !

The hotel itself has everything I needed, but the location is not too great. It is really outskirts of the city, so there is nothing to do aroung and there are not too many places you may go for dinner. There is a shopping mall in aout 7-10 minutes walk away (the road is not too nice to walk along), so you may go there, but there are only chinese food places mostly (except for Starbucks of course) There is a big hall for breakfast and the choicse is wide. They ask for the deposit when you check-in and it is more than $100, by the way. Be prepared. My Master Card didn't work, but my collegue's Union Pay did. They took $100 cash, as their excange counter didn't work due to some problems.

This is my first time visiting Qingdao. The Wyndham Hotel is very nice, the staff are polite and friendly, and the breakfast buffet is amazing. My room has a king sized bed with blackout curtains and good air conditioning and heat. I checked out the pool and gym. Great gym with all the things a paid gym membership would include. The pool is a large lap pool. Pretty impressive so far.

It was in a good position for a business trip, and was comfy, and welcoming. The breakfast was really good. A special thankyou to Raffael, the French concierge/ man of the moment, as he could speak very good English and got our messages across to the staff. He deserves a raise.

From the moment I stepped out of the transport my bags were brought directly to my room. The reception staff were wonderfully kind and polite they did their best to communicate with me as I am from England and speak no Chinese. My room was immaculately clean huge bed and very stylishly decorated. I loved the privacy glass from the bathroom to the bedroom very cleaver. Again wonderful stylish bathroom. The wonderful huge selection for breakfast and they did supply me an alternative for my dietry needs. I enjoyed the pool and access to the spa I sadly didn’t have time but I’m sure it’s amazing. It was a perfect end to my world trip. Thank you and hod bless you all.

it was a year since my last stay and the hotel reception has been refurbished to a good standard. the staff were smiling polite and efficient. the room was in excellent condition and everywhere was clean and tidy. the executive club was also better than before

I made a review for this hotel and it was never published. I don't know why. To make it short, this place even though is not near the center of Qingdao, offers great things for its value. They even picked me up from the hotel in a limo. The room was one of the best (if not the best) I ever stayed. (64m2). Well decorated, super nice, walk in closet, all the works. Breakfast buffet was nice. It offers a variety of Western and Asian food. The coffee was good. Thank you to the staff to make my experience at your hotel unforgettable.

I was touched inappropriately throughout a massage at the hotel spa. Blatant. Deliberate. So upsetting. Hard to enjoy your stay after that.

The wau they treated me definitely damages the brand of Wyndham and the overall brand experience. At check out they forgot to check my health app, the sauna is not 24h as they had promised (and only some "hot huts with less that 54 degress where available), access to the sauna/spa limited with a voucher (one time per overnight), the promise to have everything in order was not fulfilled and as I did not find the sauna at at least 80 degrees the front desk manager taught me a like a stupid about how to use a sauna (over 50 degrees would be bad for me), no soundproof windows, so the construction site was very annoying too. The customer attention and treatment was the worst I have ever experienced, with no follow up, no compensation (but giving me back the voucher so I can try the sauna next day). STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

房間裝潢很現代，充電插座也很多，很舒適方便。

剛入住時浴缸旁邊有一部分地板黏黏的，感覺有點太匆忙清潔了。除此之外都非常好！服務員很有禮貌又很親切，飯店的餐廳也很好吃（吃了韓式和自助餐），插座很多，對商務客來說很方便！

This was a great hotel for a transit through Qingdao. We had a long layover over night and just wanted a place to sleep/shower/eat. This hotel is really nice, and an especially good value. I would stay here again if I happen to pass through Qingdao

A very charming hotel with wonderful services. I spent three days here with my friends, we all agreed that the hotel was gorgeous with charming decor and an ultra comfy bed. I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit Qingdao.

Big Room

Non-refurbished room have moldy smell. Can imagine that new rooms are quite good. Big garden area. Rich and delicious breakfast. Staff is very well trained and friendly. Location is close to airport (15 min by car) but far from city center (40 min by car).

Everything was great especially the staff. I’ve been staying there for 12 years even when it was a Double Tree - always has been great. Sadly probably my last stay there since the airport will be moving.

I found the services provided on this executive level to be extremely outstanding. The staff members here in all the shifts are so friendly and made us feeling so welcomed, let alone mentioning the quality of the food. I will highly recommend this hotel and especially this lounge to all friends and people I know.

Excellent service. The staff was very professional. Accommodations were spacious and clean. Conveniently located to the airport. The grounds were beautiful with well manicured gardens and common areas.

We had a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Qingdao Hotel. The room was beautiful and very clean. The hotel staff were courteous, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. One night we dined at the Hotel restaurant and it was unbelievably delicious and extremely reasonable. I was also very pleased with the amenities, such as the pool and gym. The location of the hotel is very convenient and easy to get to from the airport.

I have stayed in this hotel a number of times and am always pleased - I stayed for 2 nights on this trip. The room I stayed in this time was on the 7th floor and was much nicer appointed room than I have stayed in previously (although this has always been fine!). The room was kitted out with a lot of white marble and an ENORMOUS bathroom that I could've held a party in! The staff are good and most speak good English (great as my Mandarin is embarrassingly non-existent!), particularly at the front desk. Sometimes a little difficult to get across what you're after in the bar but again, bearing in mind that I don't speak the language, we certainly manage to get by! All in all a good and relaxing stay in the middle of a busy business trip!

Absolutely loved this hotel! During my 10 day trip to China, I spent 4 nights (total) in a king suite at this wonderful property... 3 at the beginning and 1 at the end. I enjoyed the amenities and the service here much more than I did at The Westin on the Bund in Shanghai. My experience at the Wyndham was superior in every way! The staff was incredible, the breakfast was delicious, and the grounds are breathtaking. When I am in Qingdao, I wouldn’t consider staying any where else.

Hotel environment is excellent. Room is clean and tidy. The Executive lounge service is good and kind but still need service training. The reception staff need training. The message service is good skill.

ホテル周辺にショッピングモールがあるがレストランもローカル向けで食のチョイスが乏しいのが難ではあるがそれ以外は大変満足でした。空港へ無料送迎サービスがあり、渋滞で送迎車が時間通りに来れないのがわかると白タクを即座に手配してくれました。

Nice hotel and good location. All our trip, was have a happiness for all. I still come to choose this hotel on next trip. By the way, variety of food should be changed every 2-3 days, i stayed 6 days, but BF are same.

매번 이용하는 숙소라서 특별한건 없지만 요즘 리모델링 작업을 하는지 9시에서 10시만 넘어가기 시작하면 작업하는 소리가 들려서 생각보다 오전에 쉬고 싶은 분들은 짜증날 수 있겠더라구요. 시설이나 전반적인 사항은 만족이에요. 공항하고 가깝습니다.

かなり大きなホテルで夜の外観がきらびやかで圧倒される。チェックイン時に無料のクッキーが貰え少し嬉しい。部屋に入ると数分後にスタッフが果物を届けてくれる。更に嬉しくさせられる。チェックイン時にスパ利用券も貰える。マッサージは別料金であるが、気持ちいい。韓国人利用客が多い様で韓国料理店が施設内にあるが、夕食に利用し美味しくお腹いっぱいに食べさせてもらった。別の日の夕食に一階のレストランのブッフェを利用したが、スタッフも食事の種類や内容もやる気が見られず、オススメ出来ない。 部屋は古いのと新しいのと2タイプ有り、絶対に新しい部屋がオススメ。新しい部屋の照明は色々と調整ができハイテク感がスゴイ。日本でもお目にかかった事がない。スタッフいわくhotels.comではタイプの指定ができないが、homepageからの予約なら出来るとの事。新しい部屋タイプであれば期待して良いホテル。

Great property, I booked it being close to Qingtoa airport, the floor I was on was just renovated as they told me, looked very new. Enjoyed my stay

The Wyndham overall was nice with nice rooms but the service it lack of was annoying. I understand the language barrier issue but the total lack of professionalism really ruins the 4 star rating.
