Had room 207 which is directly opposite from the housecleaning gathering. It was very very noisy at all hours of the day with much chattering and dropping of things

Big thanks for lady could be owners of property who checked me in. Friendly, professional staff. Great location, amazing view. Private beach 2 minutes from hotel, street with all boutiques just 5-7 min walking. Very clean room.

I have absolutely nothing to complain. Next time for sure will stay in this hotel.

Bagno della camera troppo piccolo. Al momento del Chek out (preciso che il soggiorno l'avevo già integralmente pagato prima della partenza con booking), residuava solamente di pagare la spiaggia, di proprietà dell'Hotel, mi hanno chiesto una cifra superiore, 110,00 Euro al giorno per la tenda, rispetto a quella originariamente comunicata in forma scritta via mail, ovvero Euro 105,00 al giorno. Data l'esiguità dell'importo di differenza, non ho battuto ciglio e ho pagato.

Posizione perfetta tra la pineta di Roma Imperiale e il mare a pochi metri, lo storico locale la Capannina di fronte. Colazione ricca e ottima attenta anche alle esigenze degli intolleranti.Staff accogliente e gentile, cibo ottimo e raffinato Il bagno Marzia piccolo e super curato dove prenotare la tenda o l’ombrellone e pranzare piacevolmente sul mare. Pulizia eccellente sia nelle parti comuni che nelle camere. 10 e lode!

One of the best four-star hotels I’ve stayed at, with genuine five-star service. From the moment we arrived, the owners and the entire staff made us feel at home. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The reception team arranged everything we needed, including bike rentals and local recommendations, making our stay completely stress-free. When I had a slight issue with my room, the owner immediately stepped in and upgraded me without hesitation. She genuinely wanted to find the best solution to make me happy and ensure my stay was exceptional. She was incredibly kind, generous, and genuinely cared about her guests. Breakfast is excellent—everything is freshly prepared, from eggs to pancakes, and the staff is always happy to prepare whatever you like. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the town center, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We were six families staying in seven rooms, and everyone loved the hotel. What impressed me the most happened after we left. My daughter accidentally forgot her wallet and ID in the room safe. The owner personally took it to the shipping office and arranged for it to be sent safely to my home. That level of care and kindness is something you rarely experience. Excellent value for money, outstanding hospitality, and service that truly feels five-star. A heartfelt thank you to the owners and the entire team—we will definitely be back!

A simple, but very nice hotel that we keep on coming back. Location is great, they have spacious room and their own beach.

There is not a "thing" that we did not like, it's just missing a bit everywhere to have that extra touch.

The breakfast staff was nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and the AC worked great. For the most part it was not noisy in the rooms. It is close to the town's main area, with restaurants and shops, although far from a public beach or supermarket.

I am generally very dependent and happy with booking's reviews and ratings. This hotel truly was a disappointment. 1. While advertised as having beach access, there was an extra 100€ per day to be able to use it, which was not clear in the hotel description. When asked in the hotel or through the app every time we got a different price. When asked for help with booking a public or cheaper beach the answer was they don’t exist and we would not get anything cheaper, which was not true, and which we did on our own. They reception staff was exceptionally unhelpful in trying to help us. 2. We had a similar experience with trying to book transportation, both during our stay and to the airport. We had originally asked how much a taxi to the airport would be, months in advance. They said 130€. When we asked in the hotel we were told around 120€ but to come back to book one two days in advance because we would not be able to sooner. When we asked two days in advance we were told 170€ because we were asking too late and close to the date. This has been a very unfortunate vacation, and we're truly disappointed. I don't usually leave feedback, but this experience fell well below our expectations and made the trip far less enjoyable than we had hoped.

La colazione non era gestita bene: molti aspetti non andavano nella presentazione e nella conservazione dei cibi.

DAs Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig.

Leider konnten wir trotz schönem Wetter nicht draussen frühstücken weil die Terrasse geschlossen war. 10 Euro für ein Rad, pro Tag. Hohe Kosten am Strand. Liege mit Schirm Preis völlig überrissen.

Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre schon lange hinter sich. Es ist ein alter Kasten aus den 1960er Jahren der eine richtige Renovierung bzw. Sanierung braucht. Es ist mit einem wilden Mix alter Möbel (nicht Antiquitäten) ausgestattet. Es gibt noch Safes mit Schlüssel - wir praktisch wenn man an den Strand geht … Unsere Matratze war steinhart, im Zimmer unserer Tochter eher zu weich Das Frühstück ist Solala - Eierspeisen kosten ordentlich extra - das ist nicht zeitgemäß Immerhin war aber der Parkplatz kostenlos Am Abend war es bis sehr spät laut - Musik und lautes Lachen, Singen usw von benachbarten Hotels

Die Lage war perfekt 😀nahe zum Strand , 5 Minuten zum hauseigenen Strandabschnitt mit sehr gutem Restaurant, Fahrräder und bequem zu erreichende Innenstadt , großer Parkplatz und sehr große Dachterrasse mit wunderbarem Blick aufs Meer

Mooi en goed gelegen hotel dichtbij strand en dicht bij centrum. Beetje ouderwets maar zo charmant. Lekker eten en vriendelijk personeel. Goede frisse airco op de kamer. De mooie beachclub is extra betalen en vrij duur. Tip top Leuke vakantie gehad.

Spijtig geen zwembad. Dat hebben we gemist. Moet je elke dag dure beachclub betalen om aftekoelen.

It can be quite noisy, the walls are quite thin and we could hear other guests walking around… luckily we faced away from main road so not that much noise from outside. I think the hotel is partly being renovated, our room was very basic but enough

The bed was large and comfortable and the air con was efficient. There was also plenty of storage provided. The tv.had many channel's available. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. There was lots of nice seating areas and lovely gardens. It was a quiet location just a few mins walk from the beach and approx 10 /15 mins walk from centre of the town. The hotel had bikes for rent.

The charge for the beach beds and shade was very expensive..80 euros a day per couple ! The evening meal was also rather pricey.
