Unfortunately, the accommodation was nothing special and did not meet our expectations. It seems that they are cutting costs everywhere, especially when it comes to staff. At the same time, you pay very high prices for what feels like a basic Ibis standard. The rooms are extremely sterile and feel more like hospital rooms than hotel rooms. Unfortunately, there is absolutely no holiday atmosphere. Luckily, we only stayed for one night. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel. The food was also very disappointing. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was not good either – definitely not worth getting up early for.

Absolutely everything. Miramonti is one of those rare hotels where you feel at home almost immediately. The property itself is beautiful: elegant without being pretentious, wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by greenery, with a gorgeous pool area that makes it very easy to forget that you are only minutes away from the centre of Forte dei Marmi. What really makes the difference, however, is the people. The service is genuinely warm, attentive and professional, without ever feeling formal or intrusive. You get the impression that everyone actually cares about making your stay enjoyable, and that is something increasingly difficult to find. After five nights, I left with the feeling that I had discovered my hotel in Forte dei Marmi. I have never felt the need to try another one here, and after this stay I certainly don’t intend to start. When I come back to Forte dei Marmi, I know exactly where I will be staying.

Genuinely nothing. If I have one complaint, it is that eventually you have to leave.

There is no sound insulation between the rooms. The sound of doors closing and people talking in the corridors can be clearly heard inside the rooms.

la mauvaise isolation du bruit dans les chambres, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir comme si la porte etait grand ouverte, derangeant pour le matin.

Supergezellige sfeer, super vriendelijk en gedienstig personeel, ontbijt gewoon TOP, alles was er en wordt persoonlijk voor u bereid en aan tafel gebracht, SUPER ervaring.

Die nette Bedienung an der Kaffeemaschine, die mir auf meine Nachfrage netterweise und sehr freundlich einen leckeren Kaffee zum mitnehmen gemacht hat, da ich das Frühstück am 2. Tag ausgelassen habe.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war eine Frechheit. Das Badezimmer stank, hatte einen Wasserschaden, wenn man die Toilette abzieht, gluckst es im Abfluss von der Dusche und Badewanne, sehr ekelig! Kein weiterer Komfort auf dem Zimmer, kein kaltes Wasser, nicht mal ein Kleiderschrank, nur eine offene Garderobe mit Schubladen im Eingang und das alles für knapp 700 Euro pro Nacht! Das Bar Personal hört am Nachmittag laut Rockmusik obwohl Gäste am Pool liegen, schlafen und chillen möchten. Das Frühstück war sehr unterdurchschnittlich.

Eigentlich alles. Personal war super freundlich, Zimmer waren sehr neu. Das Light Lunch konnte bis 19:00 Uhr bestellt werden

Sehr freundliches Personal, sowie gute Küche. Die Zimmer sehr grosszügig und modern. Privater, kostenloser Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel. Haben ein Upgrade bekommen, danke nochmals!

Beim 7 Gang-Menü waren die Portionen sehr gross.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Resort war sehr ruhig, sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück bot eigentlich alles, was man braucht, allerdings könnte das Angebot an frischem Obst weiter optimiert werden (es fehlten Beerenfrüchte wie Himbeeren, Heidelbeere, Erdbeeren sowie Papaya). Haferflocken und Milch zählen ebenfalls zum Standard-Frühstück. Toll fanden wir die Bereitstellung der kostenlosen Fahrräder. Das Essen und die Getränke waren für deutsche Verhältnisse sehr teuer, allerdings war es im gesamten Ort extrem überteuert. Man musste Forte dei Marmi verlassen, um akzeptable Preise anzutreffen.

Die Zuwegung zum Resort hatte große Schlaglöcher. Diese müssten beseitigt werden.

Sehr schönes Hotel in nobler, grüner Lage inmitten von Villen, nicht weit vom Meer. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück, beheizter Außenpool mit Bar, kostenfreie Fahrräder, kostenfreier Parkplatz im Hof, Ladesäule (22 kW) für E-Fahrzeuge.

In unserem Zimmer (niedrigste Kategorie) zu kleine/enge Dusche, kaum Garderobe/kein Schrank.

Visited the resort as honeymoon couples, and they really made it special. The staff was extremely friendly, place was really nice. They made it a memorable beautiful experience.

Fantastic from start to finish, if you are after relaxed, chilled vibes with great service book here. Everything was great from check in. The only smallest criticism is the classic room is a bit small so upgrade if you can. The bathroom is luxury. Shower water power is great. The cleaner make the room up twice a day. The staff make it stand out though, attentive, friendly, wonderful.

We really liked the resort. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the location is great, the pool area is very cute. The room was little bit too small, but other than that we had a perfect stay! Hope to come back next summer:)

Away from the hustle of the beach front and square, but only by 10 minute walk. Great pool area and clean bedrooms

The property is very modern and clean. The staff is very kind and the food for lunch and room service is really good. The pool area is great with a mix of families and couples, it’s a quiet area. They also have partnership with the beach clubs so you can rent a cabana through the hotel. We used the bikes daily to go to the beach or the center for restaurants and shops.

The beds are very low, which makes stepping in and out of bed a bit uncomfortable. We shared the hallway with only 2 other rooms but still it’s very noisy, also the room’s structure is a bit odd, the bedroom is very small and the bathroom relatively big.

Комнаты очень маленькие и кондиционер в комнате неудачно расположен и дует прямо на кровать. При чем, направление воздуха поменять нельзя и убавить нельзя. То есть если он дует, то дует очень сильно и прямо в голову. Пытались передвинуть кровать, но это не помогло. Пришлось спать с выключенным кондиционером, а на улице, к слову, было 30 градусов ночью.

We stayed here for 4 nights, in July, the hotel is located in a quiet residential area of Forte dei Marmi, about 800 metres from the beach. The pool was the best part, with a swim up bar and nice lounge chairs. It never felt crowded, even being family friendly. The hotel had a boutique feel to it and the service was excellent, breakfast was a la carte with a small buffet and was well served. Parking on-site was very secure and was close to the rooms. The manager and staff were very helpful and friendly, and were gracious for our requests. The rooms were clean, although on the smaller side, we had a nice sitting area outside our room to enjoy in the evening. We had dinner at the restaurant, the food quality was good and the outdoor dining area overlooks the pool. There are free bicycles to use which is the best way to explore the town. A few downsides: The live music during the evening dinner time (20-22 hrs) was very loud, so if you prefer a quiet dinner avoid the nights with live music. This is a family and dog friendly hotel, which did put us off a bit as we could hear barking dogs and crying babies during the evening.

It’s always a pleasure to stay at Resort Miramonti when we visit Forte dei Marmi. We can highly recommend Resort Miramonti to everyone - it’s a quiet and extremely clean place, where you can really enjoy your stay and relax.

We enjoyed our stay at Miramonti very much. Everything was perfectly arranged and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole accommodation was fine. We had good meals in the restaurant (lunch and dinner) with very good service. Highly recommendended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Miramonti. The location, the rooms the wonderfull swimmingpool and the personalized breakfast where very much to our liking. We also enjoyed the available bikes that took us to the beach in under five minutes. The warm and friendly staff are always ready to help and open to a friendly conversation. They were also very helpfull in organizing trips to serveral places of interest in the area. We visited Pisa, Cinque terre, Carrara and several small towns in the surroundings of the hotel. A special appreciation to our wonderfull waiter at breakfast, his quote "we do it" when we orderd specific things at breakfast really stuck with us during this trip. Thank you for making our mornings happy and joyfull!

I don’t understand why but as a platinum member I never get upgrade. After I asked for it the hotel staff shoes me my reservation from Expedia where it wasn’t even mentioned I think you have to remove this benefit cause it’s never available!!! Super small room , cheap furniture, very low bad and dated mattress.and on top that cold bathroom. I turned on the water heater but it doesn’t work . Poor breakfast. It’s far from the beach you would need a car to go around

Just been refurbished. Lovely pool area. Shuttel service to town was fantastic. Bikes available. Great staff.

Location a little far from town. Breakfast was not up to much...very small choice. Bread was not good at all. Shame it didn't have a lounge area. Rooms a little small.
