اعجبني الموقع قريب من كل شي ولاكن اخذت سويت تمشي علي البلاط يطلع صوت طقطقه يدق علي مدير الفندق يقول الي تحتك يسمع صوت طقطقت البلاط قلت له طيب صلح البلاط كله خربان كيف يعني تبقا مني امشي علي البلاط اتزحلق مدير الفندق غير متعاون سيء والمكيف ينقط ماي دايم علي بلاط الصاله كلمتهم قالو انت فاتح البلكونه يتحدون وغير متعاونين وماي الحمام دخل علي بغرفت انوم مافي تصريف للاسف انخدعت فيه

دوره المياه مافيها تصريف يدخل عليك الماي من تحت باب الحمام الي الغرفه والمكيف ينقط ماي غيرو لي الغرفه ونفس الشي تحملت السكن فيه لعدم وجود حجز في مكان اخر مناسب

I can only repeat what I’ve said before: this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in Phuket, and I still stand by what I wrote previously. However, I do have a couple of minor suggestions. The bathroom could use some renovation or updating, as it clearly shows its age. The shower enclosure could also be replaced, as it looks quite old. Even if these improvements aren’t made, I would still choose to stay here because I truly love this place and always enjoy my experience here. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and excellent service. Keep up the great work, and I wish you continued success. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who asks me where to stay in Phuket. best regards

Shower temperature control not the best. One second too cold 1 millimeter touch goes to extreme hot

Everything about the stay was just great. Loved the location, rooms , breakfast, staff. There was little not too like. Would definitely stay there again.

The bathrooms were rather small - almost 3' X 3' cubicles to be precise. However the other good features shadowed this by far.

One of the best accomodations I have stayed in EVER. Bed is super large and comfortable. Apartment is spacious, clean and modern. Staff went above and beyond. I will absolutely be coming back here again. The location is great it's close by everything but not too close so it's quiet at night. Highly recommend

عدم اعطائنا 3 مفاتيح للغرفه والحجز كان ل 3 اشخاص فقط اعطونا مفتاحين واحد تم وضعه للتكيف والاناره والاخر لدى شخص واحد وكانت هناك مشكلة اذا قرر شخص العوده للغرفه او الخروج والعوده لايكون معه مفتاح

I loved BYD loft’s location! It is the perfect home-away-from-home!

The location was excellent.

The bed/mattress was uncomfortable it was lumpy, and it needs to be updated with a new one.

كان الفندق في سنة 2025 بمستوى افضل من 2026 اقراء مالم يعجبني في الفندق. هناك 6 نقاط.

1-حين حجزت عن طريق بوكينج لم يتم الخصم من البطاقة وارسلوا لي رابط ليس له صلة في بوكينج للدفع او سوف يتم الغاء الحجز، ويتم ارساله مع رسائل أخرى لترقيه الحجز او لطلب سيارة من المطار.. يتم ارسال مجموعة رسائل من بينها الرابط.. فا اذا لم تنتبه سوف يتم الغاء الحجز. وحين ادخل للدفع عن طريق بوكينج يتم رفض البطاقة من قبل الفندق. 2-يوجد مبنى يتم بناءه مجاور للفندق حيث الازعاج لايطاق ولاتستطيع النوم. 3-تعامل بعض الموظفين سئ جداً وبالاخص موظفه اسمها Al gaz كان تعاملها سئ جداً. 4-الماء في دورة المياه لونه أصفر. 5-يوجد كميه كبيره من النامس. 6-سعر الغرفة مبالغ فيه.. حيث كان السعر مقارب جداً لفندق موفنبيك 5Star وقمت بالانتقال الى موفنبيك. *** كان في الماضي مستوى الفندق افضل.. ولكن الان لا أفكر في تكرار الزيارة له.

性价比不高。如果是两三天居住，就好可以，距离芭东海滩步行即可。挺干净也挺幽静的。住宿和前台不在一个楼里，有工作人员带过来。免费咖啡限时上午11点前。 一次性拖鞋很打滑，淋雨后容易摔倒。淋浴水温不正常，忽冷忽热，洗涤液很凑活，牙刷只给一次，相当粗糙，不如直接超市买。冰箱里十几瓶饮料都是收费的，不如不放。泳池太小更是个样子，两三个人勉强凑活。蚊虫多，阳台没有景观。最不满意的是支付，必须吐槽！！！预定后不停发邮件催付款，还必须直接付给酒店，信用卡不行，到店现金也不行，只能通过PTOP，好在有BOOKING客服的耐心帮助。付款后，还是每天邮件提醒付款，以为遇到骗子呢。预定两天，结果刚住一晚，就不停追问何时退房？很不礼貌，体感不好。

There was construction next door from early morning.

Excellent location on a quiet street, but within a short walking distance to everything, including the craziness, of Patong. Very helpful, courteous and efficient staff. Well appointed suites with all conveniences. Good breakfast with variety, nice restaurant with live music in the evening.

Mi avevano dato un appartamento vicino ad un edificio con lavori dí ristrutturazione. Dopo mio reclamo mi hanno spostato. Appartamenti grandi e ben arredati.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Patong and overall had a very positive experience. We stayed in two different room types, both of which were spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. The value for money is excellent, and the prices are fair. One minor issue was that there was occasionally a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. In addition, housekeeping is only available until 5 PM, which may be less flexible in some situations. Aside from this, everything else met our expectations. The staff truly made our stay special — they were attentive, kind, and highly professional throughout. I would especially like to thank Faye for her outstanding service and attention to detail, as well as Sonia and Dawan for their kindness and support. The hotel is very well located, with everything within easy reach, and the rooms are well soundproofed, which is a big plus. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return. Thank you for everything!

Die Lage ist für patong ruhig, dennoch ist alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Zimmer war Sauber und groß.

Kein Wasserdruck, fast kein warmes Wasser, die Düsen am Regenwasser Duschkopf sind fast alle verstopft. Das gelobte Frühstück ist nur ausreichend

המלון נמצא בלב העניינים בפוקט, מרחק הליכה מקום מקום. הצוות היה אדיב מאוד והיו קשובים לכל בקשה שלנו. כשהגענו קיבלנו חדר שהיו עבודות בבניין הצמוד- דבר שיצר המון רעש. פנינו אל הצוות ואמרנו שהגענו אחרי טיסה ארוכה ורועש מאוד ככה שאנחנו לא יכולים לישון. אחרי רבע שעה שידרגו אותנו לסוויטה בבניין הראשי שהיתה יפה ושקטה.

המיקום היה יחסית רועש, והאוכל לא היה טוב במיוחד

Our apartment was T204 there is a building site next door. People should be told of the noise before booking It’s was awful some days.

Està molt proper del centre de la ciutat, però llunyà del seu bullici, ubicat en un oasi de tranquilitat. Les habitacions eren molt espaioses, generalment netes i molt iluminades de llum natural. L’equip de l’hotel és magnífic i atent. El restaurant molt bé també, tant l’esmorzar que el teniem inclòs, com un dia que hi vam sopar. Si podem hi tornarem i el recomanarem

הסוויטה מהממת שניה משיפודי באבי למי ששומר כשרות 5 דקות הליכה לבית חב״ד יודעים שצריכים לבוא לפתוח את החדר בשבת ממש שירותיים קרוב למכוני עיסוי,ל7/11 כל בקשה שהיתה לנו ישר טיפלו בזה. צריך לדעת שליד אחד המבנים יש בניה אז פשוט לבקש להיות בבנין אחר.

Отличный небольшой отель в довольно тихом месте и не далеко от моря.Замечательный персонал,чистота,уют,великолепный праздник на новый год.Все с такой любовью и заботой о клиентах!Замечательный ресторан при отеле.В шаговой доступности и море,и центр города.Очень повезло с отелем.

Great rooms, very comfortable. Staff is very polite and courteous . Walking street is 15 mins by walk. Overall, it is relatively quieter street, but great cute cafes nearby. Would definitely visit again.

There were ants all over the living room and kitchen!! Early morning construction going on next door and we were only told about it on check in.

It is fantastic apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room and big terrace. I was impressed by artworks. The service was exceptional as well. Great high level apartment.

Great location, a short walk to the beach (restaurants, bars), about a 10-15min walk to Bangla road. 7/11s and a restaurants also very close by. Location was quiet enough to be away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to explore Patong by foot. Room was a good size, everything you need, clean and comfortable. staff was very helpful if you ever needed something and nothing was too much to ask! Must stay!

Brilliant location. Right in the middle of Patong yet a quiet backwater. Easy stroll or tuk tuk to everywhere. Clean, neat and very comfortable.

Whilst BD Lofts did warns us about possible 9am to 5pm building work disruption, they did not warn us of the extent of the noise. Being daytime, it wasn’t that big a deal. What was annoying was that they had an equivalent room available when we checked in. But after we’d unpacked. Why not offer that up in the first place??
