Tout. Emplacement, bâtiment des chambres sales. Certains clients fumaient dans leurs chambres cigarettes plus cannabis, forte odeur. Bruits des clients qui hurle la nuit, cris etc.. Piscine franchement Idem tellement d'hommes pas polies... ménage est fait mais j'ai pas compris fin de journée voir soirée !!!

It’s clean and not too far from Bangla Road. Approx 10-15 mins walk The view and set up at the rooftop bar is great

1- Rooms were extremely humid, my phone gave an alarm for wet usb port every time I tried to plug it in the wall socket. Without the dehumidifier the room became damp and the floor completely wet in minutes. 2- Not many restaurants around the hotel. Food at the only restaurant at the Hotel was below average. We ordered a tomato soup and received gravy of butter chicken. We’ve never returned food back. But had to do so this time. Burgers were under cooked and had big pieces of tendons We didn’t get charged for the Soup, but over all the food was not good, however the prices were above average

The room they gave us was full of cippage and water was droping from the ceiling on the bed and management seems very unresponsive for the fault. They tried to cover it

Excellent stay! The rooftop restaurant and pool were amazing. The breakfast was delicious. Special thanks to Restaurant Manager Mr. Mukesh, Shita, Rohit, and the entire restaurant team for their excellent hospitality and friendly service. We really enjoyed our stay.

My recommendation is to improve the bellboy service by providing more support. Overall, everything else was excellent.

Trop de bruits dans les couloir de l’hôtel dans la nuit quand leds personnes rentraient de soirée donc ça réveille! Au début de notre séjour, la chambre était nettoyée au complet, au bout du 10ème jours, ils ont oubliés de nous mettre des serviettes de douche et un tapis de bain. Nous avons dû réclamer à plusieurs reprises. Jusqu’à devoir aller 2x à la réception..

Hôtel qualitatif !!! Avec tout les équipement requis, salle de sport, piscine, les chambres été spacieuses, le nettoyage est fait régulièrement !!

Location was very good. Restaurant meals were excellent and very good value for money. Rooms were comfortable.

Room had a musky smell, even after a dehumidifier was brought to the room. We returned for a second visit, different room but same musky smell.

Nothing, regret booking a room here... It's not upto Accor Standards....Mercure hotels are not like this...

The entrance of the hotel, Cleanliness, understaffed, breakfast was average, very clumsy space.

Location is central and close to everything.

Upon check-in, the room was found in unsanitary condition (hair on the floor, hair in the bedding, and a strong sewage odor). Visible mold was present on the headboard and the room appeared generally unmaintained. Additionally, a rat was observed inside the building. I became ill during my stay, which I suspect was related to mold exposure. The hotel presents multiple health and sanitation concerns and should not be listed without corrective action.

The bedsheets in all 5 of our rooms were damp and the whole place smelt like mould. I honestly wouldn’t ever stay here again and advise no one to book this hotel. The bedroom smell our mould and a group of us booked 5 rooms which all smelt the same and the bedsheets were wet in the rooms

Poor location, pool and other facilities didn't met the standards

The only good thing about this place was that the staff at reception were nice and friendly.

The rooms smelled like mould. We could hardly breathe because of the wet smell throughout the rooms and not to mention the bathrooms which smelt like sewerage. The smell of moisture hits you as soon as you open the door to your room. This should not be classified as a 4 star hotel. It felt very unclean and uncomfortable. The Netflix/wifi did not work. We could not wait to get out of there.

Un grand merci surtout à Nour et Amina à la réception 🙌 Les deux filles nous ont accueillis avec un sourire, elles sont très professionnelles, rapides et toujours disponibles pour aider. Grâce à elles, le check-in a été super facile et elles nous ont donné de bonnes recommandations pour la ville. Le service client fait vraiment la différence ici ! Originally booked this hotel for 2 weeks but checked out early as the bedding and room smelt like damp and very dusty smelling and not just a little bit either it hits you as you walk in the room. We complained of the bedding smell several times and they did change it each time but then I started to get red lumps over my body as time went on and they were very itchy so I had them checked at the pharmacy which confirmed it was bed bugs bites. We inspected the mattress and found a lot of mould which would explain the dampness. The room had no windows to open and the floor kept getting very slippery and wet due to the air con and in the night when we woke up for the toilet the floor was very dangerous as we slid a few times so for a child or elderly this could lead to something worse. We changed rooms but just felt very uncomfortable so we decided to check out early. The hotel itself was average and a short walk from patong beach centre but this really put us off and wanted to share our experience with guests looking to stay here.

الموظفين جميعهم محبوبين بالأخص سينا cina و المديرة كهاي chai. موقع الفندق رائع وقريب عنده سوبر ماركت 7elven و جامع نور الإسلام وحلاق ومغسلة ملابس وكل ما تحتاجه قريب. المكان هادئ جداً. سكنت هنا ثلاث مرات و كل مره افضل من التي قبلها. الأمان عالي جداً. بعيد عن الصخب و الازعاج.

Breakfast good. Staff very kind, welcoming and accommodating.

The a/c was either too cold or too humid. Could hear a lot of noise in the halls from other guests. Not the hotels fault, the people were just loud.

The hotel was nice and friendly, located in a good general location too! Pool was nice and refreshing, gym was pretty small and standard but still useable. Only downfall was no balcony or opening windows so the room became very damp. Especially because the bathroom fan wasn’t very strong to suction out the steam of the shower as well. Overall good for the amount of nights we stayed/price we paid

For the price its actually a good stay We got welcome drinks that were tasty The breakfast is Indian There is morning and night daily shuttle bus to patong beach Staff were very friendly

The hotel is 95% Indians They were playing very loud music in their rooms There is no AC in the hotel , only in your room ( elevator ,lobby and restaurant has no AC) The bathroom is very old and bad smell The sheets are not clean The towels are dirty You have to use two different elevators to reach your room which was very inconvenient with your luggage and daily access

We stayed in 513. The hotel is at beautiful location. The staff is amazing they are very friendly and humble . Special mention Max and Got at front desk. We got the room upgradation and the overall experience is good. phi phi the housekeeper she is brilliant she’s always very helpful and thank you for the towel art. Mukesh sir thank you so much you are a star. All the service were top notch. We really loved our stay

This hotel was a great find! The receptionists were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Many thanks to P’KOT P’Paxx. The location was perfect for exploring, and having a swimming pool was a fantastic bonus for relaxing after a long day. Highly recommend!

Over all a good location friendly staff but the food is not very good it’s on the dryer side. The people on our level were slamming the doors and yelling all night as well as switching rooms and making the alarms go off and it was very irritating. There was one cleaner who was absolutely amazing and I never got their name but they wore orange lip stick. It was overal not a bad experience but it could of been better, I found it annoying how all the lounge chairs by the pool are broken in some way, nice to havere your water replaced daily as well as room service though and being greeted with a purple tea was very nice too

We had a wonderful stay at JourneyHub Phuket, Patong Hotel. Rooms are clean, spacious and well managed. We stayed with family in 3rd week of March, 2025 for 5N/6D. The staff is polite, courteous and helpful. Most of the Chefs are from India, so you will get Indian food options in Breakfast Buffet and in dinner also you may order Indian food. Food quality is very good here. The Hotel has Infinity Pool, Bar, Gym and Cafeteria at the roof top. Some times you may find that service is slow to get drinking water or tea bags. The Hotel provides complementary one way drop till Patong Beach on specified timings. Overall good for family stay in Phuket.

Overall, good value for money with a comfortable stay and friendly staff. The facilities are decent and well-maintained, however, the swimming pool closes early. Rooms were cleaned daily, but some essential hotel amenities, such as a one-time toothbrush and slippers etc were missing. Breakfast was diverse, with a focus on Indian cuisine.

As two women traveling alone, we encountered some guests who were bothering us, even following us to our floor and room. Although we never initiated any interaction, some strangers even called our room using the hotel phone. We reported this to the staff, but no action was taken. We left the next day.
