The room was extremely clean. I was fortunate enough to have a little balcony which was very nice. LOVED that there was a kettle instead of a coffee pot but didn't see any instant coffee. I happened to bring my own so didn't need it but wanted to try an Italian brand. For breakfast - the fruit was excellent. I am a vegetarian so I did not taste any of the meat. It was a little above the usual continental breakfast. Hotel price was reasonable & centrally located

There wasn't a pool. The bed was too firm for my liking. The pillows were too flat for my liking as well. There wasn't much space to lay out toiletries in the bathroom. Walls are very thin so you can hear a lot. Happy I was on a different floor than the rest of my friends. I could hear them from the elevator. There wasn't an elevator from the street level but the staff helped with luggage. Wish there was also a little gift shop

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely amazing stay at Palazzo Tritone & Abagnale and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A huge thank you to Alessandro at reception, who went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to answer our questions and offer great local recommendations. A special mention also to Anna at reception, who was so kind, professional, and accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she always greeted us with a smile. Another big thank you to Anna, the breakfast host, who made every morning such a pleasure. She was warm, attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed to start our day. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location of the hotel was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do, making it easy to explore Sorrento on foot. The exceptional service from the staff truly made this stay unforgettable. We will definitely be returning and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Palazzo Tritone & Abagnale to anyone visiting Sorrento. Thank you all for making our holiday so special!

Très bien placé en plein centre de Sorrente, hôtel très propre et très calme, personnel très agréable . Nous avons eu un petit problème de plomberie le 1er jour et ça a été réparé très rapidement. Anna parle très bien français et elle est très sympathique, ainsi que l’ensemble du personnel. Petit déjeuner très correct

AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH BOOKING.COM AS WELL BECAUSE AS THEIR PRIME CUSTOMER, I TRUSTED THEM AND THIS HOTEL DEFINITELY DO NOT QUALIFY FOR MORE THAN A 2* RATING WHILE ON BOOKING.COM , IT SHOWS **** EQUIVALENT WHICH IS A GROSS MISLEAD/MISTAKE. Our family of four (parents with two adult children) stayed at the Palazzo Tritone & Abagnale for one night during our trip through southern Italy, and it was a fantastic experience. We were given two adjacent rooms, which worked perfectly for our family. The room my wife and I shared featured a large, covered outdoor patio complete with a table and four chairs—a wonderful spot to relax. I also especially appreciated the outdoor stairs that led directly from the lobby up to our floor, adding a nice architectural touch and extra convenience. You cannot beat this location. The hotel sits right on the main shopping street, positioned perfectly between the train station and the port. It made arriving by train and exploring the town incredibly efficient. The breakfast was a major highlight of our stay! Everything was tasty, and the cappuccino service was spot-on. The property is spotlessly clean, highly efficient, and offers just the right amount of attentive service without feeling overbearing. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sorrento!

The location is very convenient, between the train station and the major port, both are a short walk. The property itself is on the main shopping street yet we were facing the courtyard so it was quiet. The rooms were big and i had a patio with four large chairs, and unexpected bonus! Best of all were the staff, very welcoming and none of my requests seemed like an inconvenience, everything was "no problem!" The breakfast was very nice and is in an attractive bright room. My family wished we could have stayed here longer.

The location was excellent and was easy to get to once you arrived at the piazza above the port. The room was done in a modern style and was quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Hotel lobby was located on the 2nd floor with a narrow stair way from street level. Difficult to bring larger suitcases up. Staff was helpful with this.

Che dire! Una accoglienza perfetta. Siamo arrivati prima dell'ora del cekin,ma non è stato un problema,il che non è scontato... Gentilezza, attenzione e cordialità da parte di tutto lo staff,sia in reception che in sala colazione hanno fatto del nostro soggiorno un viaggio che resterà sempre nei nostri cuori con momenti indimenticabili. Festeggiavamo le nostre nozze d'argento e tornando in camera abbiamo trovato un gentile pensiero davvero inaspettato. Palazzo Tritone è collocato in una posizione eccellente. La camera è ampia così come il bagno,ho apprezzato molto la cromoterapia in doccia,le ciabattine di cortesia. La colazione non è niente male,sia nel dolce,ma soprattutto nel salato. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Maddalena es una persona encantadora, muchas gracias por los desayunos. La casa muy cercana a la estación de autobuses para allí a Capri, cercana a la calle de paseo de Anacapri.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Both Anna's and Roberta do all they can to help you. Anna in the breakfast area, wow she does an amazing breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble and we cannot hear the busy street outside, because it really is soundproof. Central location, means you walk everywhere. Train and bus station, 5 min walk.

The place itself was dead centre of town...so location excellent. We were upgraded to a luxury suite because they realised that it was my wife's birthday. They presented her with a delicious birthday cake. So as you may have noticed the quality of staff was superlative....friendly, helpful and efficient. The included breakfast was more than adequate and again the service excellent. Room spacious, clean as a whistle, bed very comfortable. What more can I say? Thank you

What a fabulous place to stay. This hotel is very close to the railway station and at the heart of the beautiful town of Sorrento. The room we had was sound proofed and air conditioned. We stayed for four days and were extremely comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly.

We had a superior double room. It was clean and modern. The bathroom was great with a lovely walk in shower. Air conditioning worked well. The staff were all lovely and very helpful.

We could have had some more coat hangers in the wardrobe, This was rectified on request.

Wasn’t aware of steep stairs to get to reception - if we weren’t agile would have been difficult. Breakfast provided was not good, very disappointing - one day was told no bread available as delivery hadn’t happened.

This property was in a great location right in the middle of the Main Street. Staff friendly and welcoming , Anna even helped by carrying our heavy suitcases up stairs to reception. Nothing was ever a problem .. Small buffet breakfast was included. Would recommend.

Bien situer au centre de Sorrente à coté du centre historique vous trouver un Hôtel qui à été refait et avec des chambres modernes .

Location was the best. The property and rooms were very new or updated. We were given boxed breakfast the day we were to leave since we were traveling very early that morning. Anna helped us to get the room with a balcony. Roberto was extremely helpful in getting our luggage upstairs to the first floor where the elevator is situated.

Es un hotel moderno, muy confortable cerca de la estación y en el centro de Sorrento. Está ubicado en una calle comercial con tiendas, restaurantes y supermercado delante pero está muy bien insonorizado. Las instalaciones son preciosas, amplia habitación con terraza equipada con mesa y sofás que dá a unas vistas con árboles, cuarto de baño muy bonito con luz de colores y cromoterapia. El Wifi vá super bien. Un oasis con silencio y tranquilidad dentro del bullicioso Sorrento. La cama es muy cómoda y el personal de servicio muy amable. La limpieza de 10. Realmente nos gustó mucho.

Que no lo pudimos reservar antes pues veníamos de otro con unas instalaciones muy antiguas y deficientes por el mismo precio. No nos pudimos quedar más días. Volvería sin duda!

No elevator at the entrance, around 20 stairs from the steet level to 1st floor. Modest breakfast. Parking lot around 200 m from the hotel.

Breakfast was satisfactory. Fruits, cereal, juices, coffee, tea, cappuccino, Meats, baked goods etc.

There were issues with the shower however the owner/ management reimbursed us for one night and addressed the issue immediately. Thank you!😃

Room #2… Hotel convenient to everything. Amazing view looking directly at the ocean! We arrived by car and parking was close by. Easy access to room and an Elevator available if needed. Gelato downstairs and Restaurants within walking distance/

Stayed for 3 nights, friendly staff. You do have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the hotel but then there is a lift to any other floors. Good sized room and comfy bed, very clean. Bathroom was good except the shower took a while to reach temperature and the pressure was very low, so takes a while to wash your hair! Kettle and fridge provided. Breakfast was ok but only corn flakes and coco shells as cereals with some meat and cheese. Toast and croissants available but a bit hard. Location good for railway station and main area. Room has a/c but noisy.

Stayed for 3 nights. Location is great if you arriving by train. Access is up a flight of stairs , so no good if you are disabled or infirm), there is a lift when you get to the top for your rooms. Staff friendly, very clean, room was lovely and so was bathroom except the shower! Takes ages to get the water warm and it is a trickle not very good when washing your hair, takes a while! (I have shoulder length hair). Fridge and kettle in room, if you want English tea take your own. Breakfast was ok only corn flakes or chocolate shells as cereals, no hot items just lukewarm boiled eggs. Small ham/cheese selection and croissants but a bit hard.
