Breakfast and location

Evening meal included is not quiet accurate…It’s more of a “evening bite” served in a very small room, where even a small group of the guests don’t fit at the same time; very bad organised service; not suitable for children (always spicy, even when we asked for an alternative dish for a child); there’s a upper floor and if you sit there, you will have to carry everything up and down the stairs; no cleaning service up there too. Very disappointing.

市中心的位置，去哪里都很方便，我们完全可以做到早上去几个地方看看，中午回来休息一阵，下午再去几个地方看看这样~然后就是提供早午晚餐，是我第一次住到这样的酒店里，早餐就特别丰盛，可以想到的西式早餐餐品都是有的，不输五星级酒店，下午茶稍微简单一些，咖啡茶和一些小蛋糕，晚餐是非常正宗的挪威饭菜，好好的体验了一下挪威正餐的味道

市中心是一点办法没有的房间小，不过房间再小厕所的面积都不错~

Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine ausgezeichnete Lage. Der Hauptbahnhof sowie zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten und weitere interessante Ziele sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Dadurch eignet sich das Hotel sowohl für einen Städteaufenthalt als auch für Reisende, die die Umgebung unkompliziert erkunden möchten. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das hervorragende Frühstück, das eine gute und abwechslungsreiche Auswahl bot und qualitativ sehr ansprechend war. Am Abend wurde ein kleines Buffet angeboten, das ebenfalls gut geschmeckt hat und eine angenehme Möglichkeit für einen entspannten Tagesausklang bot. Die Frühstücks- und Abendessenzeiten waren zudem sehr gut organisiert und großzügig bemessen, sodass es zu keinen Wartezeiten oder größeren Menschenansammlungen kam. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und angenehm ruhig, da es zum Innenhof gelegen war. Störender Straßenlärm war nicht wahrzunehmen, was für einen erholsamen Schlaf sehr angenehm war. Lediglich die Matratze war für unseren Geschmack etwas zu weich. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war, dass eine Zimmerreinigung am Folgetag bereits einen Tag im Voraus bestellt werden musste.

Beim Frühstück hätte der Kaffee aus unserer Sicht noch etwas besser sein können. Hier besteht sicherlich noch etwas Potenzial zur Verbesserung.

Abbiamo scelto una suite perché eravamo in tre. La camera abbastanza spaziosa con un soppalco. Mancavano però spazi per appoggiare le valigie e armadi per appendere i vestiti. Mancavano alcuni elementi come le ciabattine, la cuffia, accessori per il bagno…

Good location for the train station. Great breakfast options served on the ground floor. The inclusive 'evening meal' served on the 7th floor is buffet style and is quite busy as the dining room is quiet small. The salads and soups were very tasty. The afternoon cake offer is a nice touch.

Absolutely amazing! All facilities, staff, furniture, location, food were exceptional! Especially I like that it was complimentary tea and coffee during the day and very nice dinner in the evening.

Чистый и удобный номер. Завтрак, ужин и фика очень вкусные и всегда включены в стоимость. Приятный приветливый персонал. Везде есть указатели и напоминания что и где находится. Местоположение прекрасное. Все, что нужно, находится рядом.

В нашем номере иногда моргал свет и был небольшой звук, когда это происходило. Это заставляю меня немножко понервничать ночью.

Fantastic breakfast, great location

La situation géographique pour prendre les transports, l'accueil du personnel, le buffet du petit déjeuner, le repas du soir était petit mais correct. L'hôtel est atypique par sa décoration, un peu désuet mais charmant.

Les toxicomanes en bas de l'hôtel, bagarre et altercations entre eux le dimanche matin, pas bien. On change de trottoir quand on veut aller en direction de la gauche car ils sont là. Dommage

朝食のボリュームが満点で、全てにおいて美味しかった✨Fika に参加できなくて残念。

夕食は美味しかったが、ノルウェーっぽいものがなかったのが残念。スープも伝統的な魚のスープが出てくるかもと期待していたがなかった。

Liked the location & size of the family room.

Lights were weird, once you turned off the lights in one room, the lights un the other room were off.

Great location, close to the main sites, the central station and to all types of public transportation. The fact that you get breakfast and dinner are definitely a plus, the food was really good and the staff is very attentive. Very clean overall, I’d definitely stay again.

The meals were all very good. Great variety in choices; room was very spacious; staff generally very helpful and obliging

The lighting in the room was too general eg there was no light above the desk unless most of the remaining lighting were on

Velmi pohodlná postel, snídaně byla nadprůměrná, večeře také výborná, hotelový personál byl velice vstřícný a nápomocný, rozhodně se vrátíme! Jedn slovem úžasné :)

The property is far from major attractions. Other hotels are placed better. I regret not having booked into some place closer to Munch museum and Opera house or nearer to waterfront especially since I had limited time in Oslo Also no good eating places near the hotel were open at 10 pm when I reached

Aftensmaden var lidt "intetsigende", dvs præget af et kedeligt indhold på 2. dagen (frikadeller), men fremragende første aften (chili con carne). Min kone (vegetar) var ikke helt tilfreds, da der 2. dagen ikke var en vegetarret

La localisation est très bonne, proche de tout, dans le centre d'Oslo. Le petit déjeuner est très bon

Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'options différentes pour le dîner, ce qui peut être un problème si vous avez des allergies alimentaires

Perfect location (walking distance to train station); very comfortable room and bathroom, and complimentary evening meal appreciated. Breakfast was great and had a lot of options to choose from.

La habitación tenía muy mala distribución, ya que, sin ser pequeña, no había espacio para pasar entre la cama y el mueble

Posizione ottima, tantissimi punti di interesse sono raggiungibili a piedi oppure di fronte l'hotel c'è la fermata dei tram. Stazione centrale a due minuti a piedi. Stanza minimal ma pulita e funzionale, bagno grande e nuovo. Lo staff è sempre presente e disponibilissimo. Alla reception c'è una macchina per le bevande calde, sempre a disposizione. Nella mia opzione era inclusa anche la cena a buffet, semplice ma con prodotti freschissimi e ,credetemi, con i prezzi di Oslo, la cena in hotel vi farà risparmiare tantissimo! Colazione ottima e molto varia. Possibilità di fare delle lunch box a 14€ circa, molto comodo.

Nella galleria dove si trova l'hotel potreste vedere delle persone senza fossa dimora che cercano un po' di riparo verso sera, a noi è capitato di vederne un paio ma la cosa non ha recato nessuno fastidio né alcun tipo di problema.

The location and the breakfast.

The annoying noise in the room and the serios mistake of booking due to it was finally included the breakfast and the dinner and they brief just tge opposite. Also , the staff din't cleandown the room on a daily basis, and if you notice this wish they don't inform you in advance.

The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast i've ever seen and I travel a lot. Also dinner and fika are great

The room looked nothing like the pictures. Honestly, this is not a 4 star hotel at all.... at best it's a 2.5/ 3. This was my last straw with Booking.com Hotel is located inside a gallery, and it's very dated. Carpets are stained, room was not super clean, didn't even have a bath mat I had to use my face towel ending with just ONE towel for the entire stay to shower, wash my face, etc. There was a buzzing sound that kept waking me up like I thought it was someone vacumming but then I noticed it was on an off every x minutes for the entire stay. If it wasn't for the meals honestly my stay would've been kinda awful. The location is good if you're looking to be close to the station, otherwise look for a nicer neighborhood I attached the comparison between what was shown to me in the booking versus the actual room

Teniamos que dar autorización para que nos hiceran la habitación el primer dia no la hicierón hasta que hablé con una persona de recepcion, no hay armarios la ropa no la pude sacar de la maleta.

El hotel está muy bien situado al lado de la estación de trenes y de la catedral. Se pueden usar los tranvías( 12 y 15) y autobuses para ir por toda la ciudad. Las paradas casi en la puerta. Las habitaciones están bien de tamaño y las camas son muy confortables. El trato del personal es espectacular. Destacar a las camareras del fika y de las cenas. Estupendo desayuno. Multitud de opciones; sin gluten, veganos...Los camareros muy serviciales. Las cenas son variadas, ligeras y están muy ricas.

Inconcepibile che sabato e domenica la colazione sia alle 8.00 del mattino. La cena è ridicola. Abbiamo dovuto cenare fuori a spese nostre. No c’è il servizio di housekeeping. Assurdo.

スタッフが明るく迎えてくださいました。質問にも丁寧に答えてくださいました。周りにお店もたくさんあるので、立地条件がとてもよいです。歩いて行ける範囲に観光名所があり便利でした。

L’Hotel gode di una posizione invidiabile. Tutto è raggiungibile facilmente a piedi, inoltre le fermate dei tram e dei bus sono sotto l’hotel e la stazione centrale si trova a 5 minuti a piedi. Ottima e varia la colazione, molto utile l’opzione del box lunch (circa 13€) che puoi prepararti in autonomia scegliendo quel che desideri. Il personale dell’hotel si è dimostrato sempre disponibile, cortese e pronto nel cercare di risolvere i problemi riscontrati durante il soggiorno. Abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione che comprendeva: colazione, merenda e cena leggera, una scelta molto funzionale per chi vuole girare la città senza avere troppi pensieri. La varietà e la qualità delle proposte culinarie sono apprezzabili. La nostra camera (matrimoniale superior) era ampia, con parquet e zona salotto.

Non ci è piaciuto avere la vasca in bagno, seppur avessimo richiesto una camera con doccia. Inutile aggiungere la mancanza di praticità e la rischiosità nei movimenti quotidiani uscendo dalla vasca. Scomodo e deludente. Pur apprezzando la filosofia della sostenibilità dell’hotel, il servizio di riassetto della camera a chiamata si è rivelato inaffidabile, capitando spesso che non venisse effettuato nonostante la richiesta esplicita.

Ho già recensito questa struttura, ma avendo fatto due soggiorni ho avuto modi di soggiornare in stanze diverse. Confermo che la struttura è pulita e il personale è molto professionale. La colazione è sempre eccellente, la migliore che abbia trovato nei vari hotel in cui ho soggiornato in Norvegia. Nel pomeriggio è offerta una merenda dolce dalle 15 alle 17 e a partire dalle 18 c'è una cena, non eccellente ma comunque discreta.

L'hotel è vicino al centro, ma ai limiti di un quartiere non troppo raccomandabile. Segnalo che nella camera che mi era stata assegnata al settimo piano c'era un leggero ritorno di cattivo odore dalla cucina, che entrava dalla bocchetta dell'aria condizionata. Nulla di gravissimo perché dalle 20:00 di sera la cucina chiude, ma dalle 17 di pomeriggio fino a circa le 19/19:30 c'era un po' di cattivo odore in camera. Consiglierei comunque questo hotel, dove mi sono trovato molto bene.

Tolle Lage, Hotel wie eine amerikanische Broadway Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, angenehme Betten. Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, das Abendessen ist in Buffetform auch umfassend und fein. Kostenloses Wasser, Tee und Kaffee verfügbar.

The staff were very nice, the room large and clean. The breakfast was excellent, as good an offer as any we have had on our travels ever. The location was ideal and we saw a lot of the city easily. A bike tour we did was excellent and gave us some ideas for venues to revisit and take time to experience properly. The sauna on the fjord was also a nice thing to do.

Evening meal / buffet was disappointing especially when compared to breakfast.

It was super clean, breakfast was exceptional with gluten free options and a separate station. Choice was really good. Dinner was self serve and not so allergy friendly but the staff did find some GF food when asked. Rooms were clean and comfortable and location was good for trains and trams

Hotel fantastico! In ottima posizione, a due passi dalla stazione centrale dei treni e dalla fermata della metro. Bus e tram hanno proprio una fermata davanti l'hotel. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Sia colazione che cena abbondanti e varie.
