Walls are very thin, could hear normal level conversation from room next door and then their smoke alarm which was set off by steam from the shower

Stolen på rommet var gjennomvåt, ikke vet vi hva vi satte oss i - veldig ubehagelig. Ble ikke møtt med forståelse eller beklagelse i resepsjonen. Nye klær måtte kjøpes, har sendt mail til hotellet med krav om refusjon med flere purringer men ikke fått svar - utrolig dårlig og lite respekt for oss som gjester.

Excellent breakfast food and nice coffee, which makes the price a good deal. Large and comfortable bed, and a clean bathroom with a nice shower. Walking distance to the city centre, train station and the harbour.

The hand soap and shower gel in the bathroom were empty when I arrived. The bedroom is clean and well-decorated, but the corridors and entrance of the hotel look a bit more budget. Difficult to tell on the booking.com ad which room you will get, as some of them look different. The staff were informative and efficient, but a little curt.

De locatie was perfect, ook het personeel was erg vriendelijk, jammer dat ze niet meer info gaven over de bezienswaardigheden. De hotelkamer was erg klein, de badkamer was piepklein. Weinig bergplaats voor de koffer.

De badkamer had wat ruimer mogen zijn. Het systeem van de deuren, vonden we niet echt veilig. Het was met een kaartsleutel, maar je wist niet of je deur vast zat. Het ontbijt in een niet al te gezellige ruimte.

Não achei o quarto confortável, aliás é muito claustrofóbico, senti muito frio à noite e não tinha como regular o ar condicionado, então dormi muito mal. No dia seguinte tive uma intoxicação alimentar e pedi um late check out, pois mal conseguia levantar e me deram uma hora a mais apenas. Passei o resto do dia sentada em uma cafeteria, passando super mal.

Near the city center. 15 minutes walk from central station. Facilitiies are clean and well maintaoned. Rooms has everything you need. We had a great view of the city (12th floor) ! Attentive staff and sumptuous breakfast 💯

Thon Hotel Terminus is in an excellent central location, just a five-minute walk from Oslo Central Station and very convenient for exploring the city. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and plenty of choice. A very convenient and enjoyable place to stay in central Oslo.

Nothing to dislike – everything was comfortable, convenient and met our expectations.

Incredible hotel. Family room is spacious but plenty of room for 4 of us. Facilities in the hotel were great. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming they were incredibly helpful. Room was cleaned daily which we did not expect so this was a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing in Oslo close to the busterminal, train station and tram stop. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

This hotel was literally perfect for me. I came to Oslo to attend a gig in Sentrum Scene, so not only it was 4 min away from it, it was also like a 5 min walk from Oslo S and 10 min walk from Opera etc. Booking a single room I was a bit afraid it might be claustrophobic bit it was so well designed and with the big window seemed more spacious than I expected! Everything you might need is there - even an ironing set and a kettle (so cleverly hidden it doesn’t take up space), the bathroom equipped in complimentary toiletries. Also, a huge plus for a rich and tasty breakfast - you can choose from pretty much anything you could think of for breakfast. Honestly 10/10 for me.

It was very loud outside and the hotel could not offer us a calm room. Furthermore they were not able to turn off the airconditioner. I could not sleep

Grande chambre vieillotte, colorée, chaleureuse et charmante. Bien située, à distance de marche des gares d'autobus et de train. Très bon déjeuner-buffet.

Les travaux dans ce quartier pendant notre séjour (août 2026) ont compliqué l'accès à l'hôtel. Comme ce sont des travaux importants, on suggère de vérifier ce qu'il en est au moment de votre séjour.

Bella stanza, posizione strategica, vicina a tutti i punti di interesse. Colazione eccezionale, ricca sia di alimenti salati che dolci, addirittura uno spazio dedicato al gluten free. Personale gentile

Very handy location for railway station and breakfast was very good. Receptionist was very helpful as we needed to print off some documents and she was able to do this for us.

Η τηλεόραση δεν διέθετε σημαντικά διεθνή αγγλόφωνα κανάλια όπως το CNN, ΒΒΨ. Ούτε κάποιο γνωστό γαλλικό όπως το TV5. Υπότιτλοι όλοι στα νορβηγικά. Δεν μπορούσε να εξυπηρετήσει πελάτες που δεν μιλούν νορβηγικά.

Frukosten skulle öppna 07.00, vilket den inte gjorde. Eftersom min dag var planerad utifrån att lämna så tidigt som möjligt så blev detta en olägenhet.

Location is very comfortable if you travel by public transport. Rooms are big with small fridge and an electric kettle, also has a climate control. Breakfast is absolutely superb, hard to imagine anything even better.

Hotel prices in Oslo are quite high

Even though we provided the guest list beforehand as you had requested, check-in yesterday was a total desaster. There was a tall gyu with a mustache at the counter who greeted the group not with "good evening" or "welcome" like in any other hotel, but he said "the check-in will take forever, please drink coffee because it will take so long". He insisted that everybody give their emai-adresses and mobile phone numer manually on paper so that he would type it into forms manually, it did take forever. He suggested he do this work later and let us check -in, please to which he replied that "the fire code requires is that way" - in case of fire an e-mail is sent? This is new to me. Later he yelled at the group telling us to remember that "he does not work for us". Frankly, this guy is not suited to work in a hotel, please fire him. I would appreciate it if your hotel wanted to show some way of saying sorry for this shoking exprience, such as free drink, gift or whatever. Please reply to this complaint

This was my second time staying here after a family trip a few years ago. It was just as great this time around! The breakfast is huge and has so many options, it is the main reason I stayed here the first few days of my trip. Nothing is better while recovering from jet lag. The bed is comfortable but it is small. I am not a large person and I don't think I'd have wanted to share the double bed with anyone. The location is fantastic, right across from Oslo City mall, where you have several low cost dining options on the lower level including a grocery store with a hot bar, sushi, and premade sandwiches/a salad bar. Staff are so nice, too! I got in at 10 am after a transatlantic flight and a connection, and miraculously they had a room ready and just let me check in!

Hotellet lå i bær tilknytning til sentrum og det vi hadde lyst til å oppleve. God frokost og service.

Last minute booking - really lovely hotel, great location for exploring central Oslo. Customer service was spot on & the breakfast chef was really friendly.

Had a single and a double room. Clean, safe, amazing front desk staff. Breakfast was great every day. Our luggage was lost by our airline and the front desk helped us so much to understand the emails and things. There is considerable construction going on in the area (it is noted on their website), if you are a light sleeper I can see that being an issue, I use a white noise machine so, even with the windows open I was never bothered. Will definitely stay here again when in Oslo. Centrally located!
