抵達酒店，會有前台人員為你開門，提領行李下車，辦理入住手續後會貼心和旅客將行李送到房間，並為旅客開啟房門，並介紹房間基本設施。房間設施完備，房間有獨立的更衣區，可放置行李和掛衣物。衛浴乾濕分離，並有浴缸，如果過夜會來清潔房間。另可提供客製化服務。酒店有戶外游泳池，適合大小朋友；另有可連通酒店的天橋至獨立海灘活動區域。大廳旁設有酒吧，是厲害的調酒。早餐很多元，從現煎平台、炒飯炒麵⋯⋯優格、水果、咖啡牛奶、水果，一整天都不離開飯店也很享受！酒店又大又舒適，還被滿滿的古典美包圍，彷彿住進了宮殿，期待三訪！

洗手台有螞蟻、小蟲、房間隔音效果有限，期待早餐能有更好吃的甜品就完美了！

The room was extremely outdated and poorly maintained. Everything felt old, worn down, and in desperate need of renovation. Cleanliness was also a major issue—the room did not feel properly cleaned, and several areas were visibly dirty. The condition of the building itself was even worse. The entire property felt messy, neglected, and poorly maintained. Common areas were unappealing, and overall the building looked nothing like what you would expect based on the listing. For the price they charge, the condition of the room and property is simply unacceptable. The photos and description online gave me a very different impression from what I actually experienced. I would not stay here again and definitely recommend checking recent guest photos and reviews before booking.

I had a very disappointing experience with this property and found their occupancy and pricing practices extremely misleading. The hotel advertises the 2-bedroom Ocean View Suite as having a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. However, when the reservation was completed, it only showed 4 guests. At check-in, I was then charged an additional surcharge for the other 2 guests, even though the room was advertised as accommodating up to 6 people. This feels like a bait-and-switch. If a suite is advertised with an occupancy capacity of 6, any additional per-person charges should be clearly disclosed during the booking process—not unexpectedly added at check-in. I consider this practice deceptive and misleading to customers. Be very careful when booking this property. Double-check the number of guests shown on your reservation and ask for written confirmation of all charges in advance, because you may face unexpected fees when you arrive.

Khách sạn đạt tiêu chuẩn 5 sao nhưng tôi hơi thất vọng về một số tiện nghi. Ổ cắm điện để sạc điện thoại khá bất tiện, Wi-Fi rất yếu và Smart TV không thể kết nối để xem YouTube. Gia đình tôi đến đúng những ngày trời mưa nên phần lớn thời gian phải ở trong khách sạn, vì vậy việc không thể sử dụng TV và Wi-Fi để giải trí khiến trải nghiệm chưa được trọn vẹn. Hy vọng khách sạn có thể cải thiện những vấn đề này trong thời gian tới.

Chỗ nghỉ đã lâu và và hotel lớn nên rất có tiếng, mình đã nhiều lần mong đợi sẽ có dịp được đến nghỉ tại đây

Nhưng mình thật sự hoàn toàn thất vọng, khi chỗ nghỉ đã lâu đời nên không tránh khỏi mùi ẩm thấp, thiết bị thì xuống cấp, vòi vệ sinh phòng mình bị rò rỉ nước nên sàn nhà luôn trong trạng thái ướt át. Vị trí hồ bơi rất đẹp, nhưng để về phòng thì phải đi ngang nhà ăn và sảnh chính, cực kỳ bất tiện (chẳng may mình đi sai thì cũng k thấy ai hướng dẫn lại, vì mình đi qa lại tận 4-5 lần). Đồ dùng trong phòng cũng khá là sơ sài so vs các ks 5* khác mình từng ở

Un hôtel qui se distingue des autres. À faire absolument si vous passez quelques nuits à Vung Tau. Ce qu’on aime c’est la passerelle directement connecté à l’hôtel pour accéder à la plage privée. Petit bar à la plage où vous pouvez aussi commander des cocktails, confectionnés au bar de l’hôtel et servis à la plage.

L’hôtel jouit d’une infrastructure remarquable mais certains endroits manquent dramatiquement d’un rafraîchissement ou entretien. Le jour de notre visite seul un des 2 bains moussants fonctionnait. L’éclairage du hall principal mériterait d’être réétudié.

This is a well-known five-star hotel in Vung Tau. Even after many years, it has maintained its elegance and high standards. I stayed here just last week, and everything exceeded my expectations. The welcome drink was delicious, and I really appreciated that it wasn’t overly sweet. It showed that they pay attention even to small details like the sugar level. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff explained everything thoroughly. My room was fantastic, with an absolutely stunning view. What impressed me the most was the magnificent swimming pool. It’s beautiful and luxurious. One of the highlights of my stay was being escorted to the breakfast area, where the buffet is served right beside the pool and the beautifully landscaped garden. The atmosphere was truly relaxing. The hotel is located right on the beach, and complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for guests, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I wish I could have stayed longer, but unfortunately summer is too short. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vung Tau. It’s definitely worth experiencing.

thái độ của bạn lễ tân không ổn, khách hỏi thì trả lời không được lịch sự. thủ tục checkin rất lâu, làm thủ tục ở quầy nay xong phải qua quầy khác đi khá xa để lấy thẻ key. thẻ key bị lỗi báo nhiều lần mới sửa. nội thất xuống cấp nhiều, không phân biệt thang khô và ướt, khách từ hồ bơi hoặc biển đi vào ướt chẹp nhẹp rất dơ.

Our stay at The IMPERIAL Hotel Vung Tau was truly unforgettable. The hotel enjoys a perfect beachfront location, directly opposite the beautiful Back Beach, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy sunrise walks, ocean views, and the refreshing sea breeze. One of the highlights of the hotel is its unique Victorian-inspired architecture. Every corner is elegant and full of character, creating a timeless atmosphere that feels both luxurious and welcoming. It's a wonderful place for guests who appreciate classic design and beautiful photo opportunities. For families, especially during the summer season, the hotel offers a wide variety of fun activities for both children and parents. From exciting family programs and creative workshops to outdoor games and entertainment, there is always something enjoyable for everyone, making it an ideal destination for a memorable family vacation. Most importantly, the staff made our experience exceptional. Lovely property, I stayed in the residence part of the building, a newer block to the rear of the original hotel designed as apartments for longer stays. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Access to to the beautiful beach is made easier with a footbridge over the road from the main hotel.

Amazing property with multi area connected by the pool and dining areas. We did not stay long enough and cannot wait to be back at The Imperial.

I travel the world for both business and holiday and I have to say this was the worse check in experience I ever had. The check in time is at 2pm and they would not check you in until 2pm even though it was off peak season and during the week. The front desk was cold and not helpful. They made me wait for 3 hours and still they told me it’s not ready . After I gave them a tip then the room was ready right away! The room felt haunted because it’s a traditional hotel with a lot of old men and women pictures around the walls. The breakfast was mostly vegetarian with a few low quality proteins. I will NEVER stay here again! There are better hotels in the area!
