There was a sensor installed on the ceiling directly above the bed. After turning off the lights, it kept flashing throughout the night, which was very distracting and made it difficult to sleep. The higher the floor, the hotter the room seemed to be, as the hotel’s air conditioning appeared to be concentrated mainly in the lobby rather than the guest room floors. The bathroom was not properly cleaned. The ceiling-mounted rain shower also seemed poorly maintained. When turned on, the water sprayed in all directions, even onto the ceiling, apparently because the shower head was clogged. I stayed in a Suite Lounge room, which included breakfast on the 11th floor. According to the staff, this was the VIP breakfast area. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The breakfast selection was very limited, and there were only two staff members serving guests. Despite being marketed as a VIP experience, the breakfast was actually worse than the standard breakfast served on the ground floor. Overall, I don’t think Pullman Vung Tau offers good value for the price. The experience simply doesn’t justify the premium cost.

Excellent clean hotel with great amenities and helpful staff. Location was great as close to each and next to Lotte mart. Staff were excellent especially Quan, Hoa, Lam, An, Day and Tien. Pool and gym amenities top notch. Would stay again if in vung tau

I have been staying in this hotel since 2018. Very good hotel in Vung Tau. They have one chronic problem, VERY SLOW & UNSTABLE INTERNET. Leaves a sour taste as we have to work whereever we spend our night

Attentive staff, clean and spacious room with everything you may need. Wish it had a bathtub though. Quyen, Diu, Binh, Linh , Thuy were the breakfast staff I had, very quick and easy to get their service. All around good place to stay

Buffet is the best we experienced on our holiday. Rooms were quiet and well appointed. Pool could be upgraded to make more of a resort feeling. Unfortunately our two single beds could not be joined into one bed - which was disappointing. Staff: Vy, Julia.

My family and I had a great experience at the Pullman Hotel in Vung Tau. Ngoc Cap, Nhung, Vu, Dou, Duong and Linh were all amazing, they were kind, considerate and very helpful on all aspects of service. The buffet itself was excellent and the chef’s were great. This is the fourth time we’ve been here and if you want great service and food this is a must go place! We are from California USA and they are also very helpful with communication, they speak and understand English! Thank you, William and family

Stayed here for an event happening at the same location and it was so good, everything you would expect out of a Pullman property! Staff were helpful and efficient making things go fast and made sure everything was attended to. We liked it so much that we paid a little extra to stay on longer! It's also right by the beach and beach clubs within a 15 minute walk, an understated beach city/town in Vietnam.

Stayed at Pullman Vung Tau and had a great experience. Rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff are friendly and professional, especially Mr. Quan and service was smooth from check-in to check-out. Good location near the beach, nice pool, and decent breakfast. It can get a bit busy on weekends, but overall still very enjoyable.

Like everything started from the moment I stepped in Pullman Vung Tau.

The bathroom basin was too shallow and water was splashing out whenever you used it. WC ventilation needs to improve. The rest are perfect 👍

The hotel was nicely placed in Vung Tau conveniently close to the beach yet just a little bit further away from the rush of the crowds. The food offerings were substantial at breakfast and Timothee the young French waiter was very pleasant and service focused as well as engaging in conversation and the local region. His colleague H Nhu was polite welcoming also. Meals in the main restaurant were set in an expensive yet intimate setting that was well lit and peaceful despite the amount of people dining.

Breakfast at the Pullman Vung Tau was excellent. The service levels were high and the staff especially, Duong, Sang, H. Nhu & Vy were very friendly.

The best thing about this hotel is the hotel staff/ service, and their attentiveness. The bell boy daily were very helpful to help with communicating to taxi drivers for us, to take us where we needed to go. Ms Quyen from reception is so warm and welcoming, from the day we checked in until we checked out, ensuring that our preselected to-go breakfast was ready. Quan from Bell services was very friendly and on the ball to help us with getting all our bags quickly, on our last day. The space, interior design, and cleanliness of the rooms and hotel is above average as well. The executive lounge is a little basic with very little food, but it has a nice view of the beach. Location wise, the hotel is in a part of town that is quieter, but still close to the central attractions.

I had a great stay at Pullman Vung Tau. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I could immediately feel the warm and welcoming atmosphere. All the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The service really stood out — everything felt genuine and well taken care of. A special thanks to Ms. Thuy and for mr tung , mr.huỳ for their kindness and for sharing helpful suggestions and local recommendations. It made my stay much more convenient and memorable. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, great service, and a welcoming environment in Vung Tau.

I recently stayed at Pullman Vung Tau and overall had a really pleasant experience. The hotel strikes a nice balance — modern and polished, but still relaxed enough that it doesn’t feel too formal or business-heavy. The Executive Room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with soft tones that made it easy to unwind. The bed was super comfortable (slept really well), and the soundproofing was surprisingly good given the central location. I especially liked the small sofa area by the window — great spot to just sit, relax, or get a bit of work done. The desk setup was practical, and Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay. The bathroom was another highlight — separate rain shower and a proper bathtub, with good water pressure and a clean, modern finish. Having the toilet area separated also made things more convenient. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the executive lounge. It’s a really beautiful space with a great sea view — perfect for unwinding in the late afternoon. They offer pre-dinner drinks and light bites, which aren’t overly elaborate but definitely enjoyable and well put together. It’s a nice touch before heading out for dinner. Breakfast was solid, with a good mix of Western and Vietnamese options. Everything was fresh, regularly refilled, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. The pool area is spacious and especially nice in the evening when it’s all lit up — very chill atmosphere. The gym is also well-equipped and clean, good enough for a proper workout. Common areas like the lobby and restaurant are nicely designed with warm lighting and a contemporary feel. Location-wise, it’s convenient — close to the beach and plenty of nearby dining options, but still quiet inside the property. All in all, it’s a very comfortable and reliable place to stay in Vung Tau if you want something upscale but still relaxed. And a special thanks to Ms. Thuy for her warm and helpful hospitality — it really made the stay even better.

Cách quản lý và nhân viên ở đây cực kỳ cực kỳ tệ. Mình đặt phòng Executive nhưng bấm yêu cầu dọn phòng từ 7h sáng tới 13h trưa trở về vẫn không có nhân viên tới dọn dẹp để phòng dơ rất khó chịu. Mình gọi điện yêu cầu nhân viên vào dọn gấp thì nhân viên dọn qua loa, thiếu set đánh răng, nhà tắm lau vẫn còn dơ. Qua tới cuối giờ trả phòng là 12h trưa nhưng mới 8h sáng thẻ mình đã bị khoá, ăn sáng xong không bấm thang lên phòng dọn đồ được phải quẹo xuống tầng G nhờ check lại, nhân viên check lại xong cũng không xin lỗi rất thiếu chuyên nghiệp thậm chí cũng không mở khoá tầng 11 Lounge chỉ mở cho tầng 9 để mình lên phòng. 1 trải nghiệm khủng khiếp đối với khách sạn 5*, mình sẽ không bao giờ quay lại pullman.
