J’ai adoré l’emplacement de cet hôtel ! Il est situé dans la même rue que Finns et Atlas, ce qui est vraiment pratique pour profiter des restaurants, beach clubs et de l’ambiance du quartier. J’ai également beaucoup aimé le balcon avec vue sur la mer, un vrai plus pour profiter du séjour. Le petit-déjeuner était également très agréable, et tout est à proximité, ce qui permet de faire beaucoup de choses à pied. Un excellent emplacement et une très belle expérience. Je recommande !

Great location! Very close to Finn's and Atlas.

I was expecting some noise since the hotel is very close to Finn's, but I thought it would end when the beach club closed. The problem is that the swimming pool is open 24/7, which means people come back to the hotel late at night and use it, creating a lot of noise and disturbing sleep. Additionally, while Booking.com claims they have a superb breakfast, I found it to be quite average.

I didn’t even notice that is next to Finns Beach Club so it was quite loud and on a busy street, but only until midnight. If you are looking for a more quiet place this is not the spot to book, but if you don’t mind it then it’s a 10/10 hotel 😅

unfortunately next door is a huge beach party club that is really noisy from 11am till midnight. Only negative is the neighbouring property but if you don’t mind loud background noise, fireworks and strobe lights then the hotel is great!

Rooms are not the newest but great value for money, can be noisy depending on room location.

Great place to stay right on the beach with no sellers, beautiful grounds with direct beach access and lovely staff. The music from Finns is great background music and you can't hear it in the rooms.

The traffic getting in is bad but that is everywhere in Canggu.

Location was good, except for being right next to Finns Beach Bar.

None of the other reviews we looked at mentioned Finns Beach Bar next door. Loud music everyday 4pm till 12am. Not for me.

Great location next to Finns, however hotel is tired. The room was large but very musty smelling and mold in bathroom. Pool bar was never in operation and we never wanted to swim in the pool. unappealing. Breakfast good

The garden is super lovely. Staff is really nice. The location is amazing to enjoy the sunshine and sea and also for surfing with many surf schools in front of the hotel. The renovated rooms are lovely. Staff is really nice and friendly. Food in the restaurant is very tasty.

You can hear the loud night clubs in every room until 12 am, after that you can hear the traffic of people leaving the night clubs for quite some more time. In the newly renovated rooms it’s better and tolerable. When asking staff to be moved to quieter room from an older room and mentioning that warnings should be given in the booking process that it is loud due to the nightclubs, they referred to online reviews and that those inform guest that it’s loud. Change of room to the renovated room was only possible with extra charge. I stayed in 3 different room types. One of the older rooms on beach side had a very bad smell and was really quite outdated, it did not feel clean with the smell and look of the bathroom.

The room was super comfortable with a great toilet and shower. The balcony facing the inside of the residence was also cool. Swimming was nice, but the best thing is that you are super close to the Finns club, the best of the best beach clubs in Bali! They have also great food and the acces to the beach is right outside the garden area.

They should probably improve the swimming pool area a little bit. I was expecting the swimming pool to be bigger. Also, they say there is a SPA, but it's only a massage room and it is not included in the price.

Strandnära. Trevlig personal. Väldigt nöjd med vistelsen på detta hotell! De hjälpte även till när en av oss blev sjuk.

Lite för nära nattklubbarna/beachklubb, det var dock inget som störde när man väl var inne på rummet. Men kaosigt med folk väl utanför hotellet.

Propreté de l’hôtel. Gentillesse du personnel. Vue sur l’océan. Grande piscine très propre avec transats toujours disponibles. Restaurant très abordable sur le site, ce qui permet de dîner ou souper sur place lorsque vous n’avez pas le goût de sortir. Distance à pied de plusieurs très bons restaurants.

Le Finn’s Club est situé immédiatement à côté, ce qui n’était pas une surprise puisque plusieurs l’avaient inscrit dans leurs commentaires. La majorité du temps, ce n’est pas un facteur puisque le vent souffle en sens inverse. Si votre budget vous le permet, je vous suggère d’opter pour une des chambres supérieures qui ont été rénovées.

Superbe emplacement sur la plage. A cõté du FINN'S, on entend un peu de music mais rien de dérangeant quand on est dans la chambre. Trés bonne qualité prix. Je recommande.

We had a beachfront room, but the lights on the veranda were on all night and no block out curtains so the room was very well lit up at night, nothing like the photos online. The bathroom had lots of mould in grout. You can hear music from Finn’s beach club also till 12 o’clock.

Check out yaptıktan sonra otelde vakit geçirebilmemizi sağladılar ve bavullarımızı sakladılar. 2025teki yorumlara göre oteli yenilediklerini anlıyorum. Bahçesi ve havuzu da gayet güzeldi.

Çıkış yaptıktan sonra üstümüzü değiştirmek için en azından bir oda olması güzel olabilirdi. Kahvaltısı güzeldi ama yemekleri için biraz daha özenli olabilirler.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other travelers should know about my experience. I accidentally booked this hotel instead of another one because I had several hotel links open at the same time. I realized my mistake almost immediately after completing the booking. Within two minutes, I submitted a cancellation request through Booking.com and also tried to call the hotel. Unfortunately, the phone number listed on Booking.com was not working. About 30 minutes later, I received a reply saying they would not approve the cancellation because the reservation was non-refundable. While I fully understand the booking policy, hotels do have the option to approve a free cancellation in situations like this. Since I contacted them almost immediately, long before check-in, I was very disappointed by their complete lack of flexibility. When we arrived later that day, we immediately discovered that the hotel is located next to a beach club with extremely loud music that continued until midnight. We explained to the reception team that this was exactly why we had wanted to cancel the booking in the first place. We also asked to speak with the hotel manager, Made Sudiarta, who was the same person responding to us on Booking.com. We asked whether the hotel could at least refund part of the payment so we could move to another hotel. Unfortunately, this request was also refused in an arrogant manner. The only solution offered was moving us to another room where the music was slightly less noticeable, but it was still loud enough to make it difficult to rest. To make matters worse, we were both unwell, and I had an ear infection, so wearing earplugs was not an option for me. The hotel itself may be suitable for guests who specifically want to stay next to a lively beach club, but the customer service was extremely disappointing.

Excellent service and a great location with easy access to many attractions and destinations.

The room was not clean. My bedsheet had brown stains, and the bathroom was poorly cleaned, especially the toilet. The toilet flush was also not working properly. For a room that costs around IDR 2 million per night, it was definitely not worth the price. I would not recommend staying here, you’re better off choosing another hotel. I had even booked the newest renovated room, which made the experience even more disappointing.

Cleaning was bad not just in room everywhere, the chairs from the restaurant, menus are dirty and in the particular the sheets are not new and they have dirty spots that are not cleaned. Neighbours are some beach club and all night you can listen music and beats, which it is very loud and you can listen very clearly from the room. Staff it was very kind and they was trying to help all the time but unfortunately you can see clearly the owner it is not investing enough in this place even if the view it is very nice, it is not compensating because the place it’s screaming after a renovation.

Close to everything and in the beach. Staff always friendly!

Ale- plaża- nie do kąpania ze względu na populudniowe odpływy i ilość kamieni a szkoda 😔 choć widok przepiękny podczas śniadania na plaży! Śniadania bardzo dobre! Kawa wyśmienita! Personel- za tą klasę hotelu oczekiwałam życzliwości i uprzejmości. Manager zapomniał o to że poprosiłam go by zorganizował nam prom powrotny na Bali. Personel na śniadaniu- kobiety bardzo uprzejme, panowie- no cóż… Obiekt piękny ale czy wart tej ceny? Dziś bym go nie wybrała. Miejsce tworzą ludzie. Do tego miejsca przychodziła bym na śniadanko ☺️

Very clean and well-maintained property with a beautiful ambiance. The pool view and garden area were so relaxing and peaceful. The surroundings were lovely and created a calm atmosphere, making the stay very enjoyable.🍃

I booked cottage. It was right in front of the swimming pool and the sea. Swimming pool opens 24hrs The staffs are all so nice. Breakfast was good too It's right opposite Finn's beach club, thus the reason why I booked this place. Music noise stops exactly at 12am so it's no problem for me

Stunning views & being beach side was fabulous. Lots of bars, shops, cafes, restaurants close by so the location was great. The pool was lovely & the staff were very friendly.

Being right next to Finns means the noise does bleeds across to your hotel room & doesn't finish until midnight, so not suggested for light sleepers
