Limited mirrors. We were sleeping at V1 and the only mirrors there are the bathroom ones for 2 bedrooms. I would suggest you add long mirrors, a mirror in the small bedroom and an open wardrobe in the small bedroom

The showers were not good. They should have fixed it. Water coming out from hose, hot water was not going out for awhile..we had to wait. No mirror in the small room

The rooms and the location

The breakfast and the fact that we weren’t advised about the construction resulting in us being woken up at 8 am every morning

The location was perfect, our first room was terrible and we had to request a change of rooms.

The bathroom was not on a good state but into the other room we were transferred to, it was worth it in the end.

Very well located. Commuting was a breeze and very convenient. Size of the rooms were very good. The property is well suited for families with children. I cannot comment on the in-house dining because we didn't land up eating at the property. Staff was extremely helpful and hospitable. I am definitely staying here again if I come to Canggu again.

Nothing I didn't like. But I have a suggestion. The rooms should have a desk and a chair if someone wants to sit and write or work on a laptop.

The room was really good, clean bed and bed room ect. and the plunge pool was a cool feature.

I think the plunge pool needed filling as the water seemed like it was below the line and not moving. You can see in my photo it is not overflowing which is causing still water in the small pool infront of the main pool which can be a breeding ground for mosquitos. I could somewhat smell pool chemicals but was not sure if they were working or the pool is reguarly maintained correctly, some rocks were loose. I thought the bathroom needed a good scrub and deep clean as there was obvious soap scum and hard water stains on the walls, the shower heads and sink tap all looked old and dirty. The open and airy bathroom is a nice concept however it does allow for lots of bugs to be in the bathroom and you can hear the neighbours using their bathrooms, I think the bathroom bench may be starting to crumble. I also noticed some black mould on the ceiling above the shower as seen in the pics. Most hotels include a breakfast buffet however, this hotel's breakfast is table service for one food item from the alla carte menu and one black coffee included in the breakfast fee. It does come with a large serving of fresh fruit. I am normally first person at the hotel breakfast buffet howevever I tried this once and was happy to miss it the other days I stayed as the local cafes had more exciting food and drink and in larger portions.

This hotel was fabulous! The staff were absolutely amazing, the food was delicious & it’s in a great location. The room was big, very clean and the bed was very comfy! Also the shuffle pancakes for breakfast….. to DIE for!!! 😍

The “all inclusive” isn’t the standard All-inclusive that we’re used to (nor does it match Booking.com’s definition of all inclusive!) Normally, at all inclusive hotels we’ve had everything covered: meals, snacks & drinks (both soft and alcoholic) all day. At this hotel, you only get 3 meals a day + 1 drink with each meal. When we found this out we felt disappointed as the main reason we booked here was because of the “all inclusive” label. I think the hotel should make it clearer what is included in their version of all inclusive on the booking page.

Best location, walkable distance to shops, cafe’s, restaurants, spas and clubs. And just a 7-10 min ride away from the main area and beach clubs. Our suite was very spacious with an out door balcony. The water quality was so good here, we used a filter and it was all clear through out our five days stay. Our housekeeping staff Angga was the best, he left us a towel art on our bed, definietly put a smile on our faces. 😄

Had trouble with the hand shower, it was hard to close once it’s open. And the toilet drainage had some issues.

I really liked the location, it’s in the middle of Canggu, and it’s great.

The ceiling was damaged and we’ve noticed it was leaking from the top.

The staff service and friendliness goes beyond what is expected. The hotel is beautiful mixture of modern and greenery, so everywhere you look you can find photoshoot spot. The location is perfect as per my 2025 review when I came here last time, the LOCATION is just nice. Its not right next to the main street, you have to walk down a well paved 100m road to reach the hotel so you get the best of both world, peace and quiet in the hotel, short walk from everything else. Plus, you can easily walk to anywhere in Berawa area.

Mixed feelings because some of the staff are warm but I feel some are quite standoff ish. I also find many males (idk staff or not) sitting on the outside of the hotel at night slightly uncomfortable. I stayed on the 2nd floor but have stayed on the lower ground as well, both times I can hear people walking, talking and the noise when employees are cleaning in the morning. Definitely not sound proof I also had some trouble with my TV and volume and wouldn’t say my stay was perfect. The staff helped but I had to call them back a few times which was a disruption to the stay. I think it’s a shame since the room itself is very nice. Despite that the room is great, and the location is also good for those not familiar with Canggu to start with as it’s very close to lots of food, marts and necessities.

I got the one with the balcony, which was right next to the next room’s balcony. This made the noises from next door to seep into my room, which was a bummer that I got a neighbor who decided to move the balcony chairs at 6am😅. Other than that, it was wonderful

Room was large and spacious and had everything we needed. Staff were exceptional throughout our stay.

Unclear what our inclusive package included before arrival. We had 3 meals a day and a drink at each meal included. (note. no alcohol served at restaurant)

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation was very clean and well looked after, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect – close to everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Stains on the walls. The towels given look like they were falling apart. Spiderwebs on the ceiling. Have to keep the curtains closed so the workers next door can't look inside. Can hear guests below doing anything and everything. Stains on the bathroom floor. Shower head didn't function correctly. Food is sub-par at the most. Definitely not worth it for the price displayed. Would not recommend.

It wa sa blast! The room is clean. Saip (one of the staff) was a very accomodating and made us the best breakfast in the area. 9/10 would recommend.

The location is incredibly convenient, with a pharmacy and ATM nearby, a convenience store right next door, a small spot where you can easily buy a SIM card, and plenty of options for coffee, restaurants, laundry services, and shopping within walking distance. The hotel features a beautiful swimming pool that is always spotless, as well as a gym that’s perfect for low-impact workouts—ideal for staying active while on holiday. The rooms are very cozy, quiet, and well maintained, offering a peaceful environment for rest. They also provide complimentary water, tea, coffee, and thoughtful bathroom amenities. The smart TV is a great touch, making it easy to relax and enjoy your favorite shows before bedtime. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent, from the rooms to the common areas, which truly added to the comfort of our stay. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, especially considering the location, facilities, and level of service. And last, but truly the highlight of our stay: the staff. The level of attention and service was exceptional. Satria, Puspa, Eunike, and Deny, thank you so much for your genuine kindness and constant support. The hotel blended comfort, calmness, and Canggu’s easygoing vibe perfectly. The room was thoughtfully designed—bright, clean, and spacious, with a cozy bed that made it hard to get up in the mornings. I especially loved waking up to the soft natural light and stepping out to a peaceful pool view and he staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Every request was handled with genuine care, and they always greeted with a smile, which made the stay feel even more welcoming.

Cozy room and ambience, best place for take a rest in the middle of crowded canggu, you should try stay in here and so many favorite place in the nearest

the bed is very comfort, so we finally have a good sleep.and there are many shops nearby, and you can rent motobike 100 meters away,quite convenient.

La ubicación y el hotel

The building is not that well maintain. The staff are great but the service is generally that of a 3 star facility. The breakfast is the same with eggs or Indonesian option only and unable to to get the smoothies an the4 days stay we had.

Rooms are as advertised and staff is very friendly and helpful. Good recommendation by the staff for dinner and drinks.

The pool was nice, the room was decent, and the Internet was okay, too.

The gym's AC was broken The Restaurant staff acted weird, not sure if training problem or something else. One day, they told us we could only get black tea and black coffee for breakfast. On the last day, it was suddenly possible to get iced coffee with milk. Left very strange feeling that some stuff basically was available relative to the staff that was offering it to you. Next time, I'd rather not take the dinner included in the package.

The room size is very big and comfy. The breakfast they provided are amazing as well. There's no lifts over there but the staffs are very kind for helping us to send our luggage to our room.

The toilet has a very bad smells since the first day we checked in and after the staffs came for cleaning, it's still there and we don't know why. The resort carpark is too far away from the resort.

At alt inklusive ikke er alt inklusiv, men en ret og drink pr måltid. Man kunne høre overboen på toilettet, tydeligt snak og om det var nummer 1 eller 2 personen var på

Personalet var super søde og rare ved ankomst, fik man en lille drink og der manglede absolut ingenting på værelset! Det var tip top!

Der var lidt beskidt på badeværelset og lugtede udenfor min dør.

제가 너무 청결한 걸 좋아해서 그런지 살짝 아쉬웠고, 제가 머물렀던 방 바로 앞에서 공사중이었는데 다른 방을 줬으면 좋았을 거 같아요.

I didn’t like that there was a damp smell, mould on the walls, the aircon barely worked and left a smell. The bathroom is outside and the door isn’t air tight so bugs can get in. There is also no natural light.

We had a wonderful stay here. Initially, we faced some issues with mosquitoes and the air conditioning, but the staff responded quickly and upgraded us to a premium suite. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Special thanks to Kadek and his team, who were exceptionally great at servicing us. They were always attentive, helpful, and genuinely warm. The location is also convenient for exploring Canggu. Please look for Kadek the next round if you wish to come here on a holiday. staffs are warm and kind. Other than that, most of things are disappointed to be honest. 1/ The bedding was too dirty, it seems that they didn't chnage to new one. Looks like previous guest used and just organized the room only. 2/ So many mosquitos due to structual reasons of the room, i got six. 3/ Too noisy in the early in the morning due to construction next to the hotel.

Love my stay, cozy place with friendly staff, Ahmad & Satria! We even had breakfast here due to rain, overall okay, recommend.

It wasn’t clean. Sheets had food or something dried on it couldn’t rub it off and bathroom needed a good scrub. Soap scum all over the shower. I cleaned it before l used it.

Very close to Finns and some other good beach clubs in the Canggu area

Dont know where to start, the staff was alright, its more a management issue. The bathroom was stinking because there’s limited ventilation and its open so easy for mosquitoes and flies to come in. The roof had some leakage and some algae stains, the bedsheet had holes and again some black spots, food below average, all four days they said the smoothie bowl is not available, no matter what time you go for breakfast. They only give 65 ml milk with the coffee and do not give extra milk. We did not even get butter with the toasts. There was no shampoo, shower gel or hand wash provided to us! After raising multiple times they provided the same in three diff bottles, god knows what that was! No refills of coffee and tea or sugar for four days! I have never experienced this bad hospitality in Bali ever! I am a frequent traveller to Bali and this was so far my worst experience. There was hair in the kettle and mould on bedsheets. They even had the audacity to tell me not to post bad reviews!

The place is beautiful with a nice atmosphere, and the staff are kind and well-mannered. Ade is a social person, pleasant to talk to, and very helpful. The coffee at the café is excellent, and the desserts from the restaurant are different from the usual types and worth trying.

My honeymoon was great Alhamdulillah ❤️. Food and drinks were great. Beautiful place to sit and relax and just chill. Amazing.
